Today, the numbers are often all-time lows. The fans are saying they quit watching because of the quality of the booking. I agree that we often see the same match a lot of times (Ortonvs. Sheamus ehm), but one thing is pretty sure: the overall quality of the wrestling presented on WWE television is better than it once was. People can also say that people are being pushed too hard when we don't want them to be there. (Roman Reigns ???) Obviously, some talents don't get the chance they deserve. Just look at the NXT call-ups from the previous years. We had some good ones, like Rusev, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. But, we had some miserable flops, like Tyler Breeze, The Ascension, Adam Rose, Bo Dallas and Fandango. Hell, even Seville, the second longest reigning NXT Champion looked like he was lost in the shuffle before he was injured. You can't say they have a plan for Apollo Crews, he had a really brief feud with the Social Outcasts, right after his official debut. By the way, he already started to wrestle on Superstars. I understand to not everyone can be pushed and should win all of their matches, but Tyler Breeze doesn't deserve his 3-22 record on WWE television in 2016, nor does Dean Ambrose deserves his 6-12 record on WWE Network's events, when Roman Reigns is 86-19 in televised matches since 2015. Bray Wyatt claims he's the New Face of Fear, but nobody should be afraid of him, he's losing every feuds he's in. I don't mean I will solve all these problems, but I intend to book the whole thing better. I won't push Roman Reigns down the card and Damien Sandow in the WWE World Heavyweight Championship picture instantly, as I will try to keep it realistic. I will book WWE Raw, Smackdown, Superstars and Main Event. I will also book NXT. Here are the rules I'll try to stick to: -If I sign a wrestler, I will announce it immediatly and will wrestle for NXT for a minimum of 6 months. (If he/she wrestled for the WWE before, he/she can be used on the main roster immediatly.) -I can't call a NXT Champion on the main roster. -The Ascension were called up a little before the first week of January IRL, but I didn't like their debut and the New Age Outlaws feud, so I'll keep them down in NXT for a while. -Between April and June, I can call up as many NXT stars as I want. Between July and March, it's a maximum of 2. -Try to be realistic (booking and hiring). So, don't expect me to raid NJPW, TNA and all the indy darlings at the same time. -Nobody will come out of retirement permanently. I intend to do this a long time and for own personal fun. I hope you'll enjoy this as well and that you'll support me for my new adventure. There will be a prediction contest every month, with, of course, a prize for the winner. Last week on RAW, John Cena put the Authority back in power after Mr. Money in the Bank threathened to break Edge's neck. The Authority hasn't run RAW since last November, after Sting helped Team Cena beat Team Authority at Survivor Series 2014. Will the Authority punish John Cena for winning the match... or what about Ziggler? Stephanie McMahon announced earlier in the evening that the first person to interrupt the Authority during the opening segment of Monday Night RAW will have to face Kane and Seth Rollins in a handicap match. Who will try to interrupt the Authority? What does Captain Charisma has to say? Last week on RAW, Christian couldn't do anything to help his friend and former tag team partner Edge while he was held hostage by the Authority. Christian will be back this week and will adress the WWE Universe. What does Captain Charisma have to say? The Stunt Double Last week, the team of the Miz and his stunt double Damien Mizdow lost their WWE Tag Team Championship to the Usos. It was announced earlier this week that Miz and Mizdow will have their rematch at the Royal Rumble PPV. Can they get back on the right track tonight, as they face Los Matadores? The Big Guy Has a Secret Ryback recently said he has a "Secret way" to beat Rusev. The current United States Champion will host an open challenge tonight on RAW to anyone who has the guts to step in the ring with him. Does Rusev's opponent knows the secret of Ryback and end Rusev's dominance? A recent surgery performed on Ryder was declared a complete failure. The botched surgery increased significantly his recovery time and will now be out of action for more than a year. It is way more than expected. Creative note: A good way to build the tension between Miz and Mizdow.
