From: Dolphin 81

Do you miss your old training camp? What is your response to fans who call you cocky?

RB: First off I hate the Dolphins so we are already off to a bad start. Well unless you actually like Dolphins which would be cool....but a little weird. Let's see my old training camp. Bringing back some cringe worthy memories there for me. I trained out of Georgia I won't name the club name but it rhymed with shop hog gem gem bay. To sum it up best I will tell you about Big Al. Big Al wasn't big in any way whatsoever. In fact he was old and stood about 5'2. He was the janitor or something. Actually I don't even know what he was. Well big Al was missing a few teeth, and the ones he had were black and yellow. Evey day he would come in wearing the same dark green tank top and I kid you not red boxer briefs. Not shorts, I said it right the first time....boxer briefs. He would go around the gym yelling OKLAHOMA for some strange reason. Many times he would walk past me saying quietly to himself "gotta get a girl, gotta get a girl" or "look out fat man coming through". To his defense he wasn't in that bad shape truth be told. He was an odd fellow. Whenever I would be training he'd just stand there looking at me while saying "looking good kid, you've got the magic". The last stray was when i caught him in the washroom going through the used towels bin and smelling the towels. That sums up my last gym pretty well i'd say. Fans who call me cocky aren't fans. Would you call someone who just punched you in the stomach a friend? I wouldn't. I'd punch them back though, no doubt about that.

Yes Guy Moss will be another character I follo. I thought bringing him in to the fold would be a good addition seeing as Vicki Summers retired. Moss is from Detroit and the gym is in Ann Arbor so it makes sense <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> Glad you're enjoying it.

July, 2005

Denise will fight Romi Takahashi at WEFF Slam 5 in Toronto at the beginning of August. This fight worries the hell out of me. She is the 4th ranked bantamweight in the world!. I am not doubting Denise....actually yes I am. I doubt she can win this fight. She's just not skilled enough yet. Guy has signed to GAMMA. We didn't even know. Robb called him up to the front to congratulate him. After our session I went up and congratulated him also and told him if he had any questions to feel free to ask, I am after all a 2 fight GAMMA veteran!. Diana will fight in a large Canadian show out of Halifax Nova Scotia mid August. Her opponent will be Tina Jackson (6-0). Tina's fights have all gone to UD with one ending in SD. The fight will be on the main card with Diana co-main eventing the show.

#14 Evan Pizzarro (11-0 - 3-0 GAMMA) Vs Ryan Beeker (5-0 - 0-0 GAMMA)

Well not much to comment on the fight. It was over in under a minute. Ryan came in right off the bell for a double leg take down. He got it but Pizzarro slapped on a guillotine on the way down. Ryan tapped out.

*Evan Pizzarro beat Ryan Beeker via Submission (guillotine) at 0:41 in the 1st round

Ryan was upset but he handled it better than I figured her would. He just shook his head and kept repeating "Damn it, I can't believe I fell for that".

WEFF Slam 5

Denise Phelan (6-2-1 - 1-2-1 WEFF) Vs WR #4 CR #4 Romi Takahashi (10-1 - 1-0 WEFF)

Well the fight went just as I expected it to go. Denise came out trying to wrestle. Takahashi put Denise down with a head kick on an attempted take down and proceeded to pound on her until the ref stopped it. Denise was let go by WEFF the following day. She took it well. She is determined and I think in a few years she will develop in to a great fighter. She wants me to talk to Robb on her and Diana's behalf and maybe come train at Platinum MMA. She doesn't feel Femme Fatale has what she needs. They mainly focus on Jiu Jitzu and a little kick boxing. We at Platinum MMA cover a variety of MMA forms. We also have several world class coaches on our team. Diana was able to win her fight against Tina Jackson. It was a good stand up war, where both fighters came out to fight!. It ultimately came down to Diana being able to land more and be the aggressor in the bout. She was able to utilize her jabs and kicks effectively. She looked really crisp out there. Her take down defense looks like it also has improved. Jackson tried to take her down a few times to no avail. My idol Hassan Fezzik was Ko'ed in his fight this month. He retired after the fight. Thank you sir for inspiring me to fight!.

September, 2005

Christian will fight in the main event in a large American show being held out of Albuquerque New Mexico in early October. He really needs this win or else he will be on a 3 fight losing spree. In other news Hassan Fezzik has been inducted in to the newly formed MMA Hall Of Fame. He is the first fighter to receive such honors.

October, 2005

That's it. It's all over for Christian now. 3 straight losses at 34 years old is like the final nail in the coffin. Banks came out firing and tagged Christian early. He actually grabbed Christian by the throat and kept him standing so he could dish out some more punishment. Christian's corner ended up throwing in the towel. From what i heard the referee did a horrible job stopping the fight. It makes me so mad. Christian could have...no would have been a champ under Robb. I don't understand why he left. I want to ask Robb but I know it's a touchy subject.

Middle of next month Diana will be fighting on a large Canadian card in Montreal against Nanami Hiyama (6-2). She is a young Japanese fighter who i am told is a high level Judoka fighter. Ryan thinks she is sexy and he jokingly??? said "I will be cheering for Diana but watching that other girl the wholeeeee time".

Next GAMMA fight announced

My next GAMMA fight has been announced. I will fight a young up and coming fighter named Lawrence Burnett at GAMMA 77 out of Las Vegas. He has a big height advantage over me. He stands 6'5. I am not worried. The bigger they are, the harder they fall. His record is (6-1 - 0-0 GAMMA). His first fight. He is definitely going to feel the nerves. I hear he is an accomplished wrestler. It's always nice competing against fellow wrestlers. I also know he is a slow starter. I tend to come out fast and overwhelm my opponents.

November, 2005

The first round of Diana's fight was awesome!. Diana came out swinging for the fences. She is full of fire right now I love it. Diana put Hiyama down with a head kick pretty early in the round. She got on top and starting raining down punches. A few got through but Hiyama was able to pull Diana in close and regain her composure. Hiyama was able to get up eventually and as soon as she was up Diana was on her. Diana got her in a clinch but Hiyama was able to reverse her and pin her up against the cage. She started tagging Diana with short punches and knee strikes. Diana was more reserved the 2nd round choosing to slow it down a bit. She was patient with her strikes and picked them carefully. It paid off as she was landing perfect mid way through the round. Diana eventually landed a hook that put Hiyama down. Diana went to dive in but was sloppy and got reversed. Hiyama was still stunned a bit so she didn't do much and remained on top of Diana the rest of the round. In between rounds Diana told me after the fight her coaches were telling her to let her stand up if she put her down again. "Screw that" She recounted. "I am no chump". "When I smell blood, I finish the damn fight" She told us. Diana did land and put Hiyama down. Instead of letting her up, she came flying over the legs of Hiyama and landed square on the button. The follow up punches seal the deal. The ref pulled her off and the crowd went wild.

*Diana England beat Nanami Hiyama via TKO at 1:21 of round 3. Won fight of the night.

Denise will fight in the middle of December on a large local Canadian show out of Montreal on the prelims. Her opponent will be Setsuko Henmi (14-7). Henmi is a veteran fighter who has fought all over the world. She is currently ranked as #20 Bantamweight fighter in the world via blurcat's rankings.

I was just kind of checking out the diaries here on the new MMA game and game across your story. Pretty good read so far, keep it up.

Now I will throw a question at Ryan if he is still taking questions and the loss he took.

Hey Ryan, tough loss. Do you think your over confidence caused you to over-reach and accept a fight against one of the top contenders too soon? What did you learn after being taking out so easily?

RB: It wasn't a tough loss. It was pretty easy actually. Under a minute. Ohhhh you mean tough loss...like feelings wise. I don't have feelings, I am a stone cold killer son. Pizzarro got lucky. I could see it in his eyes. He was surprised to win, and I was surprised to lose. There was no skill in his win. It was instinct kicking in. It was more like a "Well this guys is taking me down and is going to pound on me, I might as well try a choke" kind of moments. Yes...actually I did learn something very important. I've been thinking and it's been on my mind since the fight. I've never made so much money, so quick in my life.

This is brilliant entertainment, couldn't stop reading when I found this yesterday. Keep up the great work! <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Yeah, this is honestly a great idea. Dynasties that follow just one person are very difficult to pull off, so having a whole cast of characters is such a good idea. I don't know why, but I'm rooting for Christian Mountfield to turn his career around. Bearing in mind I've played an awful lot of WMMA, mostly with GAMMA, and I've never been bothered by Mountfield before. It's a sign that you're doing a good thing. Keep it up mate!

Thanks appreciate it. It really is such a great experience and you actually start to root for and get nervous for the fighters you follow lol. Whenever I see poor Denise up against these veterans I always have that "Oh no" reaction. I am rooting for Christian as well. I plan on this as a long term game that will go well in to the years after we've seen our current cast retired <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

December, 2005

Guy Moss will fight his first fight with GAMMA and our club mid February. The fight will take place in Las Vegas and he will be on the prelims. He will be fighting a fighter by the name of Teco at GAMMA 79. Teco is a tough fighter from Brazil and this will be his first fight for GAMMA also. He has some experience fighting for promotions in South America. Since his signing, he's been fighting on large local shows across the U.S and has done very well. Beeker will be fighting at GAMMA 80 on the prelims in Austin Texas early March. He will be fighting vs Joshua Ziegler (15-5 - 1-1 GAMMA). This fight should be significantly easier than his last, if all goes according to plan.

Large Canadian Local Show out of Montreal

Denise Phelan (6-3-1) Vs WR #21 Setsuko Henmi (14-7)

Round 1 Denise was getting picked apart by Henmi in the standup. She attempted 2 takedowns to try and stop Henmi from doing anymore damage but Henmi's defense was superb. Near the end of the round and in desperation mode, Denise was able to get a clinch with Henmi and push her against the cage. She was able to land some good shots before the bell rang. 2nd round Henmi stuck to her game plan and was patient but precise in her striking. Denise went for a takedown and got caught with a knee. She went to the floor and Henmi was all over her. The ref stopped the fight.

*Setsuko Henmi Beat Denise Phelan via TKO at 1:17 of round 2.

Post fight

I sat down with Denise after her fight. She was devastated. I informed her that Robb had agreed to letting her and Diana come train full time at Platinum MMA. She lit up at this news. She knows just like we all do, If anyone can sculpt a champion...It's Robb.

*Flashback*

"I don't know if that's a good idea AL" Robb said. He had taken to calling me AL recently because "Arthur Sounds like an old Butler's name" according to Robb. "You know it'll be good to have them around Robb, the four of us have a great relationship" I said. "We already have one jerkoff here AL (Ryan), I know how Diana is" He explained. "Those two together in the same facility, hormones raging, adrenaline kicking, It could be a bad idea" Robb warned. "Listen Robb you know Ryan respects you, You know he wouldn't do anything to disrespect the gym" I pleaded. Robb eventually agreed to the idea of Diana and Denise coming to train full time. "Listen we need to talk about something else" Robb said before I left. "You need to have a sit down with Denise". "What about?" I asked. "I don't know if she has what it takes AL" Robb said seriously. "We have built this gym in to something special and you know i'll always be honest with you kid but....." Robb trailed off. "But what?" I asked. "But she's just not cut out to be a fighter" Robb said. To be honest, I had thought the same many times since I've met Denise. Before leaving I assured Robb I'd think about it. Who am I to tell her it's time to quit though? I care for her and I hate seeing her lose like she has, but if I was in her shoes I wouldn't want to hear any of it. What am I going to do?????

GAMMA 77 Las Vegas Nevada

#23 Arthur Lockhart (4-0 - 2-0 GAMMA) Vs Lawrence Burnett (6-1 - 0-0 GAMMA)

Man it felt good to be in the cage again. Even thought I was on the prelims there was still a large crowd to watch my fight. Definitely the largest I've fought in front of. Looking at Burnett from across the cage was almost cartoonish. He was so much taller than me. I wasn't worried about it. I was use to beating up bigger guys. Round 1 - Robb reminded me pre fight that Burnett was a slow starter. He wanted me to come out fast and test him a bit. I came out throwing bombs. A few got through but he showed some pretty good head movement. He tried to grab a hold of me in a clinch but I pushed him up against the cage. He was able to use his size to reverse me so I was against the cage. He faked an elbow strike and went for a double leg takedown. He got it. He was in full guard and began to posture up. He started to throw a few punches but they were very sloppy. Just as he was about to throw another, I used my hips/legs to pull him down. As he was coming forward I brought my legs up and over his head and grabbed onto his exposed arm. I was able to secure a triangle armbar and get the tap. My first submission win as a pro!.

*Arthur Lockhart beat Lawrence Burnett via Submission (Triangle with Arm Bar) at 3:21 of round 1.

All I will say post fight is Las Vegas is awesome, but after winning a fight....it's much....much....better.

Christian has been booked to fight on the main card of a large show out of Montana. He will be fighting a fighter named Joel Mankin (8-4). Joel is a GAMMA alumni who went 1-3 in his time there. He is a good fighter from New York and is a fellow wrestler who actually teaches it at a college there.

January, 2006

Happy New Year! The MFOY was Jakuchu Abe. He went 2-0 in 2005 with big wins over Carlos Da Guia and Tadao Miyazaki. The FFOY was Daniela Sadorra for 2nd year in a row. I think it's safe to say that at this point she is the GOAT. I've seen her fight as she fights for WEFF and she is just unstoppable. She Went 2-0 in 2005. She Retained her bantamweight title both times with wins over Jenny DeNeuve and Daljit Samir. Beeker resigned with GAMMA. You know how I knew negotiations had wrapped?. He pulled up to the Gym in a brand new Chrystler 300 blaring 50 cent's candy shop. I read a story about a fighter named Chester Kyle out of England who fights for a promotion called British Cage Fighting (BCF) who was on their most recent card. He won his fight and decided to go out and celebrate after which is understandable. At some point during the night he wound up putting a bottle over the head of a police officer. He is now facing some serious charges. He denied it but not long after the whole incident was posted on social media.

Diana has been booked to fight on a large show being held in Toronto. After this fight her and Denise are going to be coming to Ann Arbor to stay and train. They already have an apartment lined up and everything not far from mine and Ryan's. Diana will be on the main card and she will be fighting Alice Beneteau (7-2) a fellow wrestler who hasn't faced much in terms of competition.

Large Show In Montana

Christian Mountfield (19-12) Vs Joel Mankin (8-4)

Round 1 - Both fighters came out looking to grapple. Christian was more dominant in the grappling department and wound up pushing Mankin against the cage. He kept busy with short punches to the head and body of Mankin. Christian went for a foot stomp and was reversed. Mankin began to dish out the same punishment Christian was giving for the remainder of the round. I had the first round as even.

Round 2 - Both came out the same as the first and began to grapple. Christian again muscled Mankin against the cage. Christian landed a few short punches and tried that damn foot stomp again. This time Mankin went low and took Christian down with a double leg takedown. Mankin barely offered any offense but controlled Christian on the ground so I gave round 2 to Mankin.

Round 3 - Christian came out quick in round 3 and was able to take Mankin down with ease. He was able to lock in a kimura but Mankin just refused to tap. Mankin was able to get out of the kimura and ended up in top position. Christian tried and succeeded in securing an arm triangle but again Mankin didn't tap. I had this round easy to Christian. The crowd hated the fight and booed for much of it.

*Joel Mankin beat Christian Mountfield via SD in round 3 (29-28, 28-29, 29-28)

I feel he won the fight just because how round 3 went but it really was a close fight. Christian is now on a 4 fight losing streak.

February, 2006

23 years old this month. My how time flies. I have accepted an offer to fight at GAMMA Battle Lines 12 in Las Vegas. I will be on the main card! right under the co-main event. This is it guys. This is MY time. The show will take place at the end of April and I will be facing Morgan Wakarewarewa (11-0 - 0-0 GAMMA). This is his first fight in GAMMA. He is very well known in the U.K as he fought for BCF and was a contender for the heavyweight title before signing with GAMMA. He is 6'6 and he is pretty quick and agile for his size. He is also extremely strong and has very heavy hands. He is strong in many areas, this is going to be a war!!!. He has no experience on a main stage so i have that to my advantage. "This is it Al, this is your shot" Robb said after signing the fight. If you win this fight, everyone will know your name and you won't just be THAT GUY anymore". "This is what we've been training for, over a decade" Robb said confidently. "I'm so proud of you and how far you've come". "You will be a champion one day Al, you keep working hard and putting in the work and in a couple years you will be fighting for that title...mark my words" Robb finished. It has always been my goal to win the title. It's so surreal now though actually thinking that it could possibly happen. I think it has a lot to do with the type of man I am. It's like when I am driving my car. Sometimes it will just hit me like "wow I can't believe I actually own a car, or wow I can't believe I have my license". I think I just never believed in myself and I could achieve greatness. Robb has helped me realize my potential though and I am growing more confident in my skills. Ryan has been an ass at the gym lately, Especially to Guy. We at Platinum MMA have a little razzing tradition to the newcomers. Nothing crazy. Mop a floor here, clean toilets there. Nothing to over the top. Ryan has been pushing it a bit though. After some light sparring Ryan took off his sparring gear threw it at Guy and said "Hey new fish, clean it and hang it up" Guy shot him a look like he wanted to smash him but went with it. "Don't let him get to you, that's just how he is man" I told Guy. "I know" he replied. "I will call his bluff one day." Guy was a calm guy and very to himself. I could see Ryan was starting to get under his skin a little. Ryan eventually gets under everyone's skin.

Canadian show out of London Ontario

Alice Beneteau (7-2) Vs Diana England (8-3)

Round 1 - Early on in the fight Diana landed a head kick that rocked Beneteau. She came in to try and secure a Thai clinch but Beneteau was able to get a more dominant position. Beneteau was able to land an outside leg trip on Diana and wound up in mount. Beneteau attempted an arm bar but Diana's guard remained solid. Diana was able to reverse Beneteau and was now on top. Diana began to lay down some damage but Beneteau was able to catch an arm and set up a triangle. The bell rang just in time to save Diana from a definite fight ending submission. 10-9 Beneteau

Round 2 - Beneteau came out fast in round 2 and was able to get Diana in a clinch. She was able to catch Diana off balance and plant her on her hands and knees. Beneteau tried to pound on a turtled Diana. Diana's defense was good. Beneteau seized the opportunity and used her body to roll the still turtled Diana over and gain side control. From here she was able to get a mount. Beneteau originally tried an armbar but Diana was able to roll with it and avoid getting caught. This left her vulnerable though and Beneteau was able to secure an arm triangle. Diana was forced to tap.

*Alice Beneteau beat Diana England via Submission (Arm Triangle) at 3:26 of round 2.

Diana and Alice's fight won fight of the night.

GAMMA 79 Las Vegas Nevada

Guy Moss (4-0 - 0-0 GAMMA) Vs #21 Teco (22-9 - 0-0 GAMMA)

Round 1 - Teco came out firing from all cylinders. He found his range early and was able to keep Guy away with his punches and kicks. Mid round Teco caught Guy with a head kick that made him stumble from the middle of the octagon to the cage. Teco began to tee off on Moss who took some heavy shots. A few got through but it was mostly sloppy. Robb yelled "Get away, Circle". Guy heard him and complied. Teco was quick to follow through and was still throwing a barrage of punches, knees and kicks. Teco

Round 2 - Teco came out throwing head kicks, flying knees, and punches to open the round. He landed a good amount of them. This is how it went most of the round with Guy taking a beating and offering little in the way of offense. Teco was doing an excellent job at keeping Moss away. Near the end of the round Teco went for a kick to the stomach. Guy was able to catch it and take Teco down with ease. Guy was able to pass half guard with ease and started throwing. It was a good effort by Guy. Teco

Round 3 - Early in round 3 Moss shot in for a takedown but Teco was ready and caught Moss with a flying knee. It rocked Moss but didn't finish him like it would have a lot of other fighters. Moss grabbed on to Teco in desperation and was able to take him down even though he was still seeing stars. Guy tired to transition to guard but Teco scrambled. Guy was able to get on his back, get hooks in and flatten Teco out. He sunk in a wicked rear naked choke. The bell rang. Close round but slightly to Teco

*Teco beat Guy Moss via UD in round 3.

Even though Guy lost, he fought one hell of a fight. "Hold your head up high" Robb encouraged. "I've never seen resilience like that". "You took the best he could give and still kept coming. You showed a lot of heart and impressed not only all of us but also the fans and GAMMA" Robb continued. A week later Ryan gave Guy a signed framed picture of himself on top of Phill Ball smiling. The writing read: Now this is how you do it. Signed R.Beeker. I had a talk with Ryan after the incident but I am sure it went in one ear and out the other. All Robb could say was "Beeker will learn one day....the hard way". For the first time in my life I really doubted Robb was right.

Christian left Impact MMA. I talked to him briefly on the phone. He congratulated me on my big win and said it was time to shake things up a bit. "Come back to Platinum cuz, patch things up with Robb" I pleaded. "I can't kid, what's done is done". was all he said before changing the subject.

March, 2006

GAMMA 80: From San Antonio Texas

#24 GAMMA) Joshua Ziegler (15-5 - 1-1 GAMMA) Vs Ryan Beeker (5-1 - 0-1 GAMMA)

Round 1 - I was shocked. Ryan touched gloves. Ryan never touches gloves. Sorry had to shake my head. They both came out throwing freely. Neither one landed much early on. Ziegler went for a kick to the ribs and Ryan was able to catch his leg. Ryan was able to sweep out his other leg and get the takedown. From there Ryan was able to gain side control and almost landed 3 brutal elbows. Even though they failed to land, if he had have landed it would have been over. Ziegler sensed this and wanted no part off them. He rolled and Ryan was able to secure his back. Ryan got both hooks in, postured up and started letting go with punches. Ziegler did a good job of defending himself by blocking and bucking. Near the end of the round Ryan did land a shot that got through and made Ziegler collapse onto his stomach. The bell rang but I think he was out for a minute there. Beeker

Round 2 - Ryan immediately shot in and got a single leg takedown. He was able to get mount straight away also. Ryan was able to land a glancing elbow. That was enough to make Ziegler give his back. Ryan worked Ziegler with some head and body punches for a bit. He remained active. Ryan tried to sink in a rear naked choke also but Ziegler kept his composure and didn't allow it. This is how the rest of the round pretty much went. At one point while on his back, Ryan even mockingly rode him like a bull and smacked him on the ass to the delight of the crowd. Beeker

Round 3 - Ziegler tried to keep Ryan away with punches but Ryan was able to get in close and grapple. Ryan was able to land a pretty impressive belly to belly suplex. Ryan stuck to strategy once he got mount and started throwing elbows. Ziegler again gave up his back and again Ryan landed a shot that put him down onto his stomach. This time though Ziegler fell onto Ryan's arm. Ryan attempted a choke from there but was at an awkward angle. Ryan gave up the choke and just laid there with his arms around Ziegler rocking back and forth like he was rocking a baby. Beeker

Post fight

Ryan looked spectacular. His non fighting tactics were a little weird but he did look very good out there. He made Ziegler look like an amateur. After the fight Ryan went on his myspace page and invited all his fans out to a local club to celebrate with him in style. A lot of people showed up. He is definitely a crowd favorite.

Wilson Franklin Beat Rav Kapur to win the GAMMA heavyweight title. It was an absolute war. Both fighters went down multiple times due to shots. Both fighters were both battered and bloody. Franklin was able to put Kapur away in the 4th round. After the fight both fighters went to the hospital. Not long after both fighters announced they would be taking a short break from the sport to recuperate and get their minds right.

Grrrrr I had a great write up for my fight but accidentally hit a button on my keyboard and it went back a page. Nothing saved. I will have to do another write up tomorrow as I am very frustrated lol. Beeker won a good fight. He is getting better. Yup Franklyn did it. He's in a roll. Beat Foster the fight before. It's ok, he doesn't have a chance against Lockhart.....At least I hope not!.

April 2006

GAMMA Battle Lines 12: From Las Vegas Nevada

#20 Arthur Lockhart (5-0 - 3-0 GAMMA) Vs (WR13) #3 Morgan Wakarewarewa

Round 1 - I came out fast using my speed to dodge shots. I was very aggressive in the opening minutes throwing combos and keeping busy. Some landed more didn't. He knew how to use his reach and when i'd come forward he'd throw counter punches to keep me back. I didn't let up with my aggression. I knew he had heavy hands but I was confident In my defense. I could tell he also had respect for my power as he was cautious. The first round was a feeling out round.

Round 2 - I came out fast the second round looking to apply pressure and force him to make a mistake. He met my advance in the centre of the cage and we both were ready to let loose. We both landed good. He definitely had power. Between rounds Robb told me to attack the body. He said the punches I landed to the body in the first made him wince. He met me toe to toe and the crowd was loving it. His boxing skills were superb. We both attacked the head and worked the body. We both slipped punches and used great footwork to avoid punches. At the end of the second he leaned in and said "All out in third, lets put on a show".

Round 3 - I was ready to go all out and Robb agreed but reminded me that this was my shot to get the worlds attention. I was on the main card in front of thousands here and at home. I was ready to put it all on the line. He came out in the third firing off punches and then getting out. I knew the fight was close and if we kept going like this it could go either way. I wanted to test him. On his last in and out technique, he fired off a few shots and as he was retreating back I rushed at him. He threw a right hook to try and counter my rush. I was able to slip under it. I launched a thunderous punch to his rib cage. It nailed him and I heard everything he had in him go out. He backed up against the cage. I rushed in to throw everything I had at him. Bad move. As I was coming in he threw a beautiful straight right that caught me on the jaw. I backed up a few feet dazed and finally fell on my ass. I remember him coming at me wide eyed literally running to finish me off. In a last ditch effort I threw out a front kick. It connected with his shin and the momentum of him running forward put him down face first onto the canvas beside me. I was up on one knee when I saw him pushing himself up. I threw a punch that caught him in the temple and put him down flat again. By now I was half on his back throwing wild shots. I remember them landing and him falling down to the canvas and trying to raise up a few times. It was like slow motion. I heard a bell ring somewhere and that was the end of the round. The ref was pulling me off Morgan and I started to walk toward my corner. I could see Robb and a few of my other team going nuts. I turned around to look and saw Morgan on his back with his hands on his head. I knew I had won then. I looked up at the clock and saw it was stopped at 1:57. I had done it. I had stopped him.

*Arthur "All In" Lockhart beat Morgan Wakarewarewa via TKO at 1:57 of round 3.

Post Fight Interview: Conducted by Moe Logan

ML: Amazing performance tonight, can you walk us through what happened?

AL: He hit me with a great punch and I went down. I saw him coming in on my so out of desperation more than anything I threw the front kick. It landed, he went down, and then I was on automatic after that. I remember after the second round he said to me like lets do it, lets put on a show. So I told him I am ALL IN

ML: Did the fight go as you expected it to go?

AL: I didn't really have any expectations to be honest. I knew how tough he was. I knew the fight was going to be a war and I hope we didn't disappoint the fans (crowd cheers in approval). I want to thank the fans, Morgan and my team at Platinum MMA for everything.

ML: What's next for you?

AL: Whatever man. Whatever Matt Tripp wants. I am not one to call anyone out. I'll fight anyone. My goal is to get to the title. If I have to fight a few more times to prove I am a contender, I am ready.

ML: I think the world knows, awesome performance and I know the fans look forward to seeing you again soon. Arthur "All In" Lockhart everyone.

After the fight I was awarded a fight of the night bonus. I was also told that there was a problem after the fight. Ryan and Guy had almost come to blows. They were both there to support me and Ryan had a few drinks. He said some things to Guy like usual. Guy tried to walk away but Ryan spun him and they started wrestling around. Robb was not happy at all. What are we going to do about this? Robb is having a sit down with them.

Christian has been booked to fight again in early May. He will be fighting on a large show out of Atlantic City New Jersey. He will be fighting Raymond Reardon (5-3). Reardon is a ground and pound specialist but known for gassing early on. He fought in GAMMA for a little bit going 1-3.
