stebbinsd
I'm currently playing with the demo to see if I want to buy the game. I've started unemployed and created my own show from scratch. I'm trying to sign wrestlers. But I sent the contract offer to them, but they don't respond! They don't turn the offer down (to be fair, they tend to make their counter-offers immediately). I've created a show and I have no wrestlers to work the show for me! How do I add them onto my roster?

It takes a few days for the contracts to be finalized, assuming you did a proposal that they accepted. Make sure you reach an agreement with them, propose it and then wait a few days for the confirmation.

Easiest thing? Just hit autopush, and everyone will be assigned a push based on their relative popularity.

"No Set Push" is just to let whoever you sign know that they're not guaranteed any particular spot on the roster. Someone of very high popularity and experience, however, might not sign unless they're guaranteed a midcard spot or higher. It's a negotiating tool, not anything else.
