[This is angeldelayette's return and redemption]

Good evening to all of my readers. I would like to thank all of you for taking the time to read this first post. As those of you who are reading know, I am angeldelayette and this is my diary focusing on my game with the promotion USPW in the default data. I have made some changes to the default data to make things a little bit different. Those changes will definitely become apparent at the very first show. I always try to make each of my diaries different from the other such that even though I have done many USPW diaries, none of them are the exact same.

I am a writer that some have called 'Mr. USPW' It is my favorite promotion to run with in the default data and I feel like I have a lot of different stories to tell. To make sure I am prepared, I have already run through several shows in the game. This makes sure that this is something I plan to stick with.

I wish to let everyone know that this does not mean the end of my 1991 WCW diary. That diary is located here. It is going to take a slight back burner right now as I get this diary off the ground. But both diaries will get the attention that they deserve.

One of the reasons I am choosing to start this today is because today is my birthday. Therefore, every yearly anniversary of this diary will be on my birthday. I feel like that will add some gasoline to the fire that I already have for this diary. With that said, I would like to throw out some acknowledgements and inspirations.

Eisen-verse- Like me, I know that you have tried other diaries but come back to your promotion, SWF, because it is almost like your child. Your work has always inspired me to move my work forward. Your writing is definitely one of, if not the, tops on this board. Thank you for, also, listening in through pm. You're a great guy.

KnowYourEnemy- KYE, as I call you, you have always been right there whenever I made the decision to start a new diary. You are there with predictions and comments. Those comments are very important as diaries move forward. You've always stood up for me and, while I may not always acknowledge it, I am very grateful for the support.

Beejus- You are another that's always been right there with predictions and comments. Your support is very important to me in the past and as we move forward. You never seem to judge me on this board and, again, that is something that is important to me. I am very grateful for that and for you.

jhd1- My diary partner in crime. We have done multiple joint games with each other and that means that I trust you when it comes to trading the saves back and forth. I appreciate your support both in public and in private as we trade PMs. You have definitely become more than just a name on here. You've become my friend.

Render Artists- There are many of you that I could mention by name. Artists like shipshirt, King Bison, willr0ck and many more. You help the game come alive and help new ideas get developed through your artistry. I am grateful for your hard work and I will definitely be showing that off here in this diary for all to see.

All Of My Readers- I could spend all day giving praise to all of the people behind the scenes who read, predict and talk with me. I am sorry if I haven't mentioned you specifically but you should all know that your reading and predicting and commenting help move my diaries forward. You are all amazing. Thank you for coming on my journey.

Speaking of that...may the journey commence...

Looking forward to this and happy birthday!

Pie is known for tossing t-shirts into the crowd whenever she comes out. This has definitely made her a popular attraction for USPW. Rayne is generally more used to tag team encounters but he has the opportunity to make his name in the singles ranks by taking the title from Valentine. As we know, Valentine was trained by the legendary Rip Chord and was aligned with his Uncle Peter Valentine early in his career. Valentine is in his second reign as the USPW Television Champion. D.C. Rayne is a former four time USPW World Tag Team Champion so he is definitely decorated in the tag team division. The question remains what he can do in the singles ranks. Make sure to tune in to USPW American Wrestling this week to find out who walks away with the title.

Plus we will have other wrestlers in the building, including

Tribal Warrior

taking on

Rick Law

,

Melody

and

Andre Jones

in the building and more.
USPW Television Title Match

10 Minute Time Limit

Casey Valentine defends vs. D.C. Rayne

Comments: Could go either way -- both of these guys can main event, but probably aren't good enough to hold the main strap -- barring some major good luck. Valentine starts a bit above Rayne, so he'll hold the belt here.

Atlas vs. Chris Caulfield

Comments: Caulfield starts in a storyline, so he'll win here.

Tribal Warrior vs. Rick Law

Comments: Tribal Warrior was always the weak link in Savage Fury. He makes a decent hand [provided he isn't in severe decline] to put others over.

Dusty Ducont vs. Mick Muscles

Comments: Muscles is higher up the card.

Tiffany Jade vs. Miss American Pie

Comments: Jade takes the win over the opening act.

Rich Money vs. James Justice

Comments: You have to guess "who's on time decline" here -- I think Justice is slightly closer to decline than Money, but could go either way.

Thoughts on who the new Authority Figure will be: Lots of names out there, not sure who you'll pick -- M.C. Motormouth makes a fair amount of sense, come to think of it: [iIRC] he's a mainstream [music] star, and that makes some sense in 90's WWE/WCW inspired USPW.

Comments on the diary in general: It's pretty difficult to tell where your USPW save will go until after the game boots up. Tons of variables to consider: time decline, destiny roles, changes in weight -- a lot of guys with B+ Star Quality that could make the leap to A, or could stay where they are.

USPW Television Title Match

10 Minute Time Limit

Casey Valentine defends vs. D.C. Rayne

Comments: Casey is a good starting TV champion and I think he starts his path to strong booking on this show

Atlas vs. Chris Caulfield

Comments: Atlas is a nobody, a big strong monster of a nobody but still a nobody. Caulfield will take this win and build towards something interesting.

Tribal Warrior vs. Rick Law

Comments: I love Tribal Warrior. He’s my favorite but I know where he stands in most people’s USPW. Rick Law has the upper hand here

Dusty Ducont vs. Mick Muscles

Comments: go with the guy with the greater upside.

Tiffany Jade vs. Miss American Pie

Comments: get Jade some steam rolling forward towards her rematch

Rich Money vs. James Justice

Comments: by nefarious means no doubt!

Thoughts on who the new Authority Figure will be:

Bruce the Giant Commissioner!

Comments on the diary in general: hope this sticks around for a long time man! Again best of luck

He has that history with the company. He also has a history in professional wrestling, which was mentioned in the preview. Plus he's someone that no one would mess with as the Authority Figure.

I definitely hope this sticks around a long time as well. One reason is that I thought it would curb some of the negativity that I sometimes get on my USPW diaries when I first start things up. Thank you for the Happy Birthday wish. Every single year as this diary moves forward the anniversary will be on my birthday. I thought that would be something special. Thank you for the offer of help. I definitely might take you up on that with some ideas bouncing around in my head. It's always good to have someone to bounce thoughts on. That way things A) aren't too crazy. B) have some basis in reality. C) fit the company as we move forward.

USPW Television Title Match

10 Minute Time Limit

Casey Valentine defends vs. D.C. Rayne

Comments: Casey retains early. It's best for him, and the belt, to give him a go until you find the proper babyface to take it off of him.

Atlas vs. Chris Caulfield

Comments: Established name versus up-and-coming wrestler. Caulfield takes the win.

Tribal Warrior vs. Rick Law

Comments: He's the LAW!

Dusty Ducont vs. Mick Muscles

Comments: I'm not 100% here. That said, I could see Dusty as someone you may push early on; a younger name among the bunch of elder wrestlers.

Tiffany Jade vs. Miss American Pie

Comments: I'm not set on who will win this match but I like Jade; so, I went with her.

Rich Money vs. James Justice

Comments: Opening DQ main event to set the stage for the dynasty as a whole. This could be the beginning of something between the two.

Thoughts on who the new Authority Figure will be: That's a good question. Who could fill the role now that Sammy is gone? I'm going to "think outside the box" (even though I hate how cliche that line is) and say that Rich Money is the new authority. He'll be a wrestler/authority and that he was given "extra powers" when he jumped ship to USPW; part of his contract.

USPW Television Title Match

10 Minute Time Limit

Casey Valentine defends vs. D.C. Rayne

Comments: Casey is a good prospect, his title reigns hasnt been that long, and exceot something really strange happened I dont see you putting the members of The Natural Storm in singles competition, even more with the barren face side of the tag division, if anything i see this match as a way to start the natural storm feud with the tag champs.

Atlas vs. Chris Caulfield

Comments: Atlas is a tricky case he was a good prospect, former developmental cahmpion in RIPW, but i think is a little too late for him, he hasnt reached the potential he had, he could still reach ir, but he is in the prime of his career he should have reached it already, and even if he was to reach it, in the state he is right now theres no way he beats an experienced upper midcarder as chris caufield.

Tribal Warrior vs. Rick Law

Comments: Tribal Warrior state right now is just sad, he isnt that good in the ring, he isnt that popular, he is old and in decline, and has been forced into the singles competition after his partner left the promotion breaking the tag team that gave him most of his character and helped him hide his flaws at his age he is just here as a gate keeper to put over younger guys until he decides to retire, and Rick Law is a good established miscarder but i dont know if he will ever get to the main event.

Dusty Ducont vs. Mick Muscles

Comments: WAIT.... Mick Musicales Is a Face, dude what? Is oficial your face tag división Is barren if you need to have Muscles and Rushmore as faces, now i understand why USPW raid the indies they need.face.tag.teams, so.with how.little.teams you have you need to keep them strong so a win for muscles.

Tiffany Jade vs. Miss American Pie

Comments: Tiffany Jade is more popular, and has already a title match against Melody so I think she needs to build up momentum and steam before her match to seem as a genuine threat to Melody Title Reign.

Rich Money vs. James Justice

Comments: Rich Money is or will be your top heel, hands down one of the best wrestlers to take that role, and thats good because that doesnt put to much pressure into frehely, given that although a good heel, i have always invisioned him as the top face, but i think he also cant do to Nicky Champion the fact is Money is Money for you, although a little old, but james justice is older

Thoughts on who the new Authority Figure will be: Bruce The Giant

Comments on the diary in general: great, it makes me happy to catch one of your diaries.

The Tag Team situation is really, really terrible in USPW.

There are only 4 Tag Teams at the start of 2016.

Faces: Natural Storm (D.C. Rayne+Eddie Howard) & The Towers of Powers (Mick Muscles+Danny Rushmore)

Heels:The Cold Warriors (Krusher Karloff+Petr Novak)[Current Champs] & The Titans (Tyson Baine+T-Rex)

I'm fairly certain Rushmore either starts as a Heel or doesn't have the stats to play a Face -- like, below D+ rating at playing one. Worse still, there aren't too many guys on the roster with tag experience with someone not on the roster. I always like to re-form Champion Force (Nicky Champion & Jim Force)-- Jim starts in a feud with Baine [?] -- and have them go after the belts.

But if Champion loses is because you want Frehely to continue as a heel champion or in a lesser stage a face champion, and simply have him take another challenger, while champion can have another feud with either Rich Money or a lesser Heel Main Eventer, but putting him back into the team with Jim Force and insterting him into that feud by February or March, after one month of Force being outnumbered, lets you fill the variable of Nicky Champion, that people wouldnt expect to be out of the title scene, and would hope to see him back in that program each week, but if you insert him into an exsisting story, you have a little more leaway to have him out of the world title scene, you could even have him in the tag divison for a while, before he returns for the world title, once you have rebuilt your tag division.

Are you playing with any mods?

Because I got the game opened up here and according to it, Danny Rushmore does start as a Face and has around 74 Face ability actually.

Edit: The Force is in a Feud with both members of the Titans and doesn't have a partner, yet.

2nd Edit: However, Danny Rushmore is usually in Time's Decline.

Actually, I was the one who was wrong, The Towers of Power are decent faces, they can be considered even good, its just they are much better as heels so i assumed they werent good faces, but they do and to balance the tag scene was a good move to make, but the problem is USPW should have never put themselves into a situation where they need to turn one of the best heel teams, that shows a good lack of care for the tag division before the player takes power in the company.

I must've been mistaken.
First of all, thank you to everyone who has made their predictions and comments so far. In discussion with the tag team division, I will admit that I don't put a whole lot of focus on the tag team division in the first month. I am mostly focused on the singles divisions with tag teams thrown in on occasion. However, I am not saying that there is not a future for the tag team division. There definitely is one. I am just being careful when it comes to making new signings. I don't want to overload the roster like I usually do. However, the tag team division will get some focus as we move forward.

I want to throw in there that I expect the first show to be up either today or tomorrow. I have been away for a little bit due to being in the emergency room on Thursday night/Friday morning for recurrent kidney stones. I am living on pain killers right now. However, that is not going to stop me from moving forward.

Now, onto some comments...

===

Thoughts on who the new Authority Figure will be: Ernie Turner, after all he does have good entertainment skills and in ring experience

Comments on the diary in general: This could be fun, as long as it stays around

Hey Temes1066! I definitely have some plans for them as we move forward. You will see what those plans are in the first show and especially in the first month. USPW could use a few more tag teams but I definitely won't be having a bunch come in right away. With any of these types of things, I am going to make sure that I sprinkle in things, rather than giving a huge dusting. Though, the first show may be an exception to the rule.

Bruce The Giant could definitely make an interesting Authority Figure. I have been following them since they were at the bottom of the big three so it makes me feel good to have them at the top. I will be blending a little bit of new school without taking away that old school feel. At least that's my plan. As others have said, USPW is like early-mid 1990's in WCW. That is one of my favorite times in professional wrestling.

As said earlier, I plan to have the show ready to post either today or tomorrow so make sure to get your thoughts and predictions in!

The Dark Destroyer seems to ignore the boos from the crowd as he walks out to the ring and steps inside, receiving a microphone. He tells the crowd to boo him all they want but that won't change the fact that he is still the USPW World Champion. Frehley raises the belt up high to more boos from the crowd. Frehley says that there's no one in this company that can take this belt from him. Everyone in this company can line up and each one of them will get destroyed by a Frehley's Comet running straight through the crowd. That means that it could be Enygma, which means 'I'm going to wear a green mask and act mysterious when in reality it's because I'm so ugly that I can't even look in a mirror myself.' It could be Tyson Baine, which means 'You will burn in terror from looking at my face and realizing that I am competing with Enygma for ugliest wrestler in USPW.' Or it could be my old rival, Nicky Champion. That means that Nicky Champion will go something like this. Frehley lies down on the mat and stares up at the lights, counting a three count himself. He stands up and raises the belt again as a brand new song begins to play over the P.A. system. Frehley looks a little confused as he doesn't recognize who is coming out and interrupting him. The savage Tribal Warrior strikes Rick Law with several headbutts early on and then drops Law with a body slam. Warrior looks strangely at the referee for a moment and speaks in that ancient tribal language before turning his attention back to his opponent. Law fights from the bottom, throwing punches and hitting a Justice Jam, a hard right handed uppercut to that strong head of Tribal Warrior. Warrior is stunned with the hard hit and Law makes it to his feet. Warrior bounces off the ropes and rushes right into a scoop powerslam. Law shows his strength by lifting Warrior on his shoulders and dropping him with a death valley driver in the center of the ring. Law makes a cover but Tribal Warrior kicks out at two. Law checks with the referee before turning his attention back to Warrior. Warrior strikes with a couple of headbutts, dragging himself to his knees and then to his feet. The savage stands and strikes Law with a savate kick. Law staggers around the ring as Tribal Warrior sets up for the Head Hunter Special. Justice gets the momentum leaning on his side when he strikes with a Liberty Big Left Hand, his version of the Superman punch. Money rolls out of the ring to avoid getting pinned, pacing for a moment. Justice gets frustrated and slides outside the ring where he gives chase to Money. After a loop around the ring, Money stops and trips Justice, sending him slamming into the ring steps shoulder-first. Money breaks the count before sliding back out to ringside, grabbing Justice and slamming him face-first into the ring steps. Money drags Justice to the guardrail and grabs the camera cable, using it to choke Justice without the referee seeing what is going on. Money releases after about thirty seconds and Justice is gasping for air. Money brings the action back inside the ring where he focused in on that shoulder of Justice with a few kicks and stomps to that shoulder. He locks in an armbar and Justice refuses to submit. After about a minute, Money releases and drives a knee into the shoulder of Justice. The crowd tries to get behind Justice as Money pulls out a large wad of bills, dropping them on top of Justice in an arrogant move. Rich Money looks frustrated and begins stomping angrily on the ribs of Justice. Money picks up Justice and slides behind him, going for the Money In The Bank! Justice blocks the lift, though! Instead, Justice fires three back elbows to break the hold and then bounces off the ropes -- double clothesline! Both men lie on the mat as the crowd begin stomping their feet and clapping their hands to try and get Justice into the match. Both men use the ropes on opposite sides to get to their feet. They stagger to the center of the ring and begin exchanging punches. The crowd chants 'Dude' with each punch landed by Justice. As Justice grabs his arm in pain, Jumbo Jackson comes running in from the back! The crowd boos as Jackson enters the ring and drops a splash onto Justice! Jackson draws boos from the crowd as he lifts Justice and places him in the corner. Jackson backs up and then charges Justice, striking with the Jumbo Avalanche in the corner! Justice isn't even able to step forward before he collapses onto the mat. Jackson drags Justice to the center of the ring and stomps on his shoulder. Jackson grabs the arm of Justice and drags it backward slightly, bending it in a most unnatural angle. Jackson then yanks hard, nearly dragging Justice's arm out of the socket! Danny Jillefski says that Jackson must have broken the arm of James Justice! He says that they need someone out there to break this up! Jackson looks down at his handiwork as Justice is seemingly unconscious. Jackson looks very happy about this moment and the camera zooms in on his happy expression. Jillefski wonders just how any man can be so evil as to break another man's arm like this! The camera turns down, showing the fallen body of James Justice. The first show of the year ends with James Justice down on the mat and Jumbo Jackson celebrating this victory.
