Here on USPW.com, we are hosting a prediction contest for all of the great fans. At the end of March, we will determine a winner and a prize will be given out to that winner. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

The way that this contest will work is that whoever has the most correct predictions will receive a point/win. The most points/wins at the end of March will be the winner.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

USPW American Wrestling comes to you live this week from the Utah Park Reservation inside the large state-of-the-art venue. The main event of the evening is going to feature the in-ring wrestling debut of </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Tommy Cornell</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> right here on American Wrestling. Last week, Cornell made his shocking debut in USPW. This week he has to step in the ring with a former USPW World Champion in </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Enygma</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Enygma has not had a lot to do lately here in USPW but a win this night would vault him up the rankings. Both of these men will be looking to get a big win in the main event this evening.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

In other action, we will be seeing the USPW Women's Champion </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Melody</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> stepping in the ring with the very dangerous </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Killer Kass</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. This is a non-title match but Killer Kass could very well earn a future title match if she picks up the victory against the USPW Women's Champion. The competitor from Boston is known for her power moves and has earned a small following despite only being active in wrestling for two years. In contrast, Melody has been around for seventeen years and is a three time USPW Women's Champion, earning her first USPW Women's title back in 2010. These two women are both looking for a victory and momentum. Make sure you tune in to the Reverie Network to watch and see how this match unfolds.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

One of the main events of the evening features the man who will challenge for the USPW World title at Stars, Stripes And Slams, </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Nicky Champion</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. He will take on the wrestler known as The Complete Package </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Joss Thompson</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Thompson has been tabbed as a future star in this business, though he has been around for sixteen years. But most of those years were spent in the United Kingdom. The light heavyweight joined us less than a year ago and has yet to win a title yet. But he would leapfrog up the standings if he were to score a victory against the former five time USPW World Champion and homegrown Nicky Champion. Champion will be looking for momentum heading toward Stars, Stripes And Slams where he will face Steve Frehley inside a steel cage for the USPW World title. The 31 year old known as Hawkeye due to his Native American background will definitely try to show Thompson that he is not the complete package.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

In our lone title match on this show, we will see </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Casey Valentine</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> defend the USPW Television title against </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Eddie Howard</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Last week, Howard's partner D.C. Rayne took Valentine to the limit and a ten minute time limit finish. The Natural is a four time USPW World Tag Team Champion but he will be stepping out of his comfort zone this week when he steps into singles action and the opportunity to win his first singles title in USPW. On the other side, Cool Hand Casey Valentine is looking to keep his Television title just as he did last week. Of course, Valentine is the nephew of former USPW star Peter Valentine and was trained by the great Rip Chord. Valentine is a two time USPW Television Champion and hopes to bring the TV title to heights that match it with the World title. His next step to do that would be to score a victory against Eddie Howard this week.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

10 Minute Time Limit</p><p>

<strong>Casey Valentine</strong> defends vs. Eddie Howard</p><p>

Comments: I sense a draw, but i prefer to play it safe, and bet for one of the two, and Casey is retaining, as i dont see you putting the title on howard with your barren tag divison.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jumbo Jackson</strong> vs. Julius Moor</p><p>

Comments: Moor is a jobber, and Jackson is more popular, and have more possibilities for storylines as a heel to beat.</p><p> </p><p>

Joss Thompson vs. <strong>Nicky Champion</strong></p><p>

Comments: Nicky Champion is in afeud with the World Champion, and has a match for the world championship, he neesdt to go to that match with momentum.</p><p> </p><p>

Comments: The Champ needs to be booked strongly going into a title defense, and I doubt it would make sense to job the champion to a rookie.</p><p> </p><p>

Comments: How did you get Cornell? I thought he began with a large contract with 21CW, well the fact is that you have him, and thats awesome, thats actually a game changer, Cornell needs to win, because he is the best wrestler, he is debuting, he is more popular and he has more upside than enigma.</p><p> </p><p>

Comments on the diary in general: Is Christian Faith your User Character, and I like you brought him out of retirement, for me isnt realistic he would quit the business entirely.</p>

RUMOR: CHRISTIAN FAITH BLACKMAILED?

hWfgTLp.jpg

We here at PromotionWars.com take great pride in bringing exclusive and huge stories to you on a daily basis. This time is no different as we have sources that spoke to us about the arrival of
Christian Faith
in USPW. This particular source says that Christian Faith was blackmailed into joining USPW.

As many know, Faith was a long-time member of Supreme Wrestling Federation. He was there from 1986 to 2015 where he lost his retirement match to Jack Bruce in an Icon versus Icon match that headlined Supreme Challenge XXXV. According to our source, Faith made some very bad business dealings(see gambling) and lost a lot of the money that he saved before his retirement from professional wrestling. This loss of money ended in the bank setting up a foreclosure on his ranch in Dallas, Texas. We learned that he went to
Richard Eisen
hoping for a loan but Eisen turned him down as SWF is not in the same financial and wrestling position as it was when Faith last left the company.

Under Christian Faith's nose, we learned that the owner of USPW, search engine Dream and the Reverie Network
Allen Packer
spoke with Faith's creditors and made a payment to purchase Faith's ranch in Dallas, Texas and buy off his debt. Our sources say that Packer came to Faith following this buyout and gave him an ultimatum. He can either come to work for USPW or he will no longer have his ranch and Packer will bankrupt him. Our source made it clear that Faith also wanted to punish Richard Eisen for not giving him the loan and what better way to punish his former boss than to join the company that has overtaken his company.

Christian Faith and Allen Packer both declined to comment for this story.

Comments on the diary in general: Enjoyed the first show. Concerned having Cornell basically means the national battle is over, but equally if the diary is focused purely on your USPW storytelling that’s fine

Hey bonnie! Thanks for the predictions and comments. I am glad you enjoyed the first show. Having Cornell means that USPW is ahead in the national battle. However, we have 3,964 points to SWF's 3,827 and TCW's 3,768. This diary is mostly focused on USPW. I will have results up for SWF and TCW's shows and any other shows that you readers would like me to post. Again, thank you for the comments!

Comments on the diary in general: Extremely excited to see what you do with Tommy!

Hey Uncrewed! Thanks for the comments and predictions. Having Tommy Cornell definitely opens things up to a lot of new storylines with USPW. I always try to make each diary slightly different from the previous ones. This is one of those ways that I am going to be doing that. Again, thank you for the comments. I love reading them.

Comments on the diary in general: Can I go two-for-two this week? That would be awesome! The narrative possibilities of Tommy Cornell in USPW are cool to think about as well.

Hey James The Animator! Thanks for the predictions and comments! There is definitely the possibility that you can go two for two this week. Make sure you tune in to the Reverie Network when the next show airs. The narrative possibilities of Tommy Cornell are definitely cool to think about. I am using the narrative that was mentioned in Cornell's speech. That is that 21CW wasn't able to pay his contract, much like Bret Hart's before the Montreal Screwjob. They allowed him to shop his services and Allen Packer has enough money that money is not an issue for him. Thanks again for the comments!

Tommy Cornell vs. Enygma

Comments: How did you get Cornell? I thought he began with a large contract with 21CW, well the fact is that you have him, and thats awesome, thats actually a game changer, Cornell needs to win, because he is the best wrestler, he is debuting, he is more popular and he has more upside than enigma.

Comments on the diary in general: Is Christian Faith your User Character, and I like you brought him out of retirement, for me isnt realistic he would quit the business entirely.

Hey XMultiGames! Thanks for the predictions and the comments. As stated earlier, I used a story that 21CW had to lose Cornell due to not having the money to pay his contract. I compare it to Bret Hart and the WWE in 1997. It is definitely awesome that he is there.

Christian Faith is not my user character. I am actually using Jack Avatar as my user character. My narrative for Faith coming to USPW is listed in this article. It is definitely a different thing but I hope that it's realistic to everyone reading. Thank you again for your comments. I love reading those.

James Justice lost a match to Rich Money and then was absolutely assaulted by Jumbo Jackson. The attack ended when Jackson grabbed the arm of Justice and twisted it in an unnatural angle. He then yanked on the arm and seemingly broke the arm of everyone's favorite Dude. After this review of last week, we are taken back to the ring where Jumbo Jackson is taking in a loud amount of boos from the crowd here in Utah. Jackson tells the crowd to shut up and show him some respect when he is out here. He reminds the fans that James Justice never showed him any respect and look at what happened to him last week. He said that they may never see Justice wrestle in USPW again. He says that if Justice returns then he is going to have to go face-to-face with Jumbo and that's the last thing that anyone in this company wants to do. Just like his partner did last week, The Natural shows that he can wrestle both tag and singles as he takes the action right to the Television Champion. The powerhouse member of Natural Storm brings Valentine down with several body slams and then actually lifts Valentine into a version of the Torture Rack. But the USPW Television Champion refuses to submit, raking the eyes of Howard to break free from the hold. Valentine quickly exits the ring, hiding out for a few moments before he climbs back into the ring. Valentine goes after Howard with several punches before tossing him to the ropes and sending him to the mat with a back body drop. Valentine bounces off the ropes and drops a quick elbow to Howard. He heads to the second turnbuckle and leaps but Howard raises a boot and Valentine crashes head-first into the boot of Howard. The match moves forward with the momentum going back and forth between the two until a double clothesline at the one minute remaining mark. The referee begins the ten count but Howard manages to break the count. Howard pulls up Valentine and sends him to the ropes -- Valentine grabs the top rope, putting on the brakes. The ripped light heavyweight known as The Complete Package yanks up Champion and sends him to the ropes. Champion ducks a clothesline and comes back with a tomahawk chop to the head of Thompson! A series of tomahawk chops forces Thompson to roll out of the ring to break the momentum. Thompson leans back against the barricade to take a breath. Champion looks down at him and releases a Native American war cry. Thompson slides in before the ten count and the match goes back and forth early on until Thompson rakes the eyes of Champion across the top rope. The crowd boos at this illegal tactic but it gives Thompson the advantage. Thompson kicks Champion in the gut and catches him with a running kneelift before sending him into a corner. Thompson moves in and throws a few punches before lifting Champion up on the top turnbuckle. Thompson climbs up and hooks Champion -- Superplex! The Superplex sends Champion crashing down to the mat. Thompson goes for a cover but Champion kicks out at two. The kickout is massive and the crowd gets behind Champion with claps and stomps as Champion rises to his knees. Money is given a microphone and he begins by hyping his upcoming match with Chris Caulfield at Stars, Stripes And Slams. Money tells the fans that every person in this arena is a bank account and each of them can be bought with the right amount of Rich Money's money. He says that there is no one here in this arena that is above his wealth because money is what moves this world forward. He says he is going to prove that at Stars, Stripes And Slams when he destroys Chris Caulfield and proves that the common man is just that, common. He says that Caulfield is no more extraordinary than anyone here in this crowd tonight. Then he invites Caulfield to come and join him inside the ring and they can have a chat. Money looks toward the ramp, waiting to see if Caulfield chooses to join him. The crowd cheers when The Hardcore American </em><em><strong>Chris Caulfield</strong></em><em> walks out but he gets ambushed on top of the stage by </em><em><strong>Atlas</strong></em><em>! The crowd boos loudly as Atlas rakes the face of Caulfield and then rams him into the barricade! Atlas drags Caulfield down to the ring. Caulfield tries to fight back but Atlas strikes him with a kick directly to the kneecap. Caulfield feels his leg go out from under him and he falls to the floor down at ringside. Atlas catches him with a quick kick to the face before tossing him inside the ring. A smiling Rich Money begins putting the boots to Caulfield. Money drives a hard knee to the skull of Caulfield and then stands up, motioning to Atlas. Atlas grabs Caulfield and forces his face to the boot of Money! The two men meet in the center of the ring and lock up, beginning to exchange some early chain wrestling. The first few moves end in a stalemate with both men on their feet staring at each other. They go at it again and Cornell ends up taking the advantage, showing that he is a much better mat wrestler than the man in the green mask. Cornell gets Enygma down on the mat, locking him in the STF but Enygma is quick to reach the ropes to break the hold. Both men move slowly to their feet. Cornell sends Enygma to the ropes and lowers his head but Enygma flips over with a sunset flip, scoring only a one count on the mat before Cornell kicks out. Both men swing around to their feet and the match continues with the action truly going back and forth. The momentum swings in the favor of Enygma when Cornell goes for a German Suplex that is blocked by Enygma. Enygma flips around and brings Cornell down with the German Suplex himself. Enygma grabs Cornell and Irish whips him into the turnbuckle. Enygma moves in and lights up Cornell with a knife edge chop. Cornell is pulled back by the referee and looks to possibly strike the official but then cringes, grabbing his injured leg from the attack laid out earlier in the match by Enygma. Cornell pulls up Enygma and shoves him into the corner. He strikes with the Blade Chop, a two handed knife edge chop. After two of them, Enygma staggers free from the corner with a bright red chest. Speaking of the USPW Women's title, we will see a contract signing for the USPW Women's title match at Stars, Stripes And Slams. </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Christian Faith</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> will be the moderator for this contract signing between the USPW Women's Champion </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Melody</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> and her number one contender, the former Champion </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Tiffany Jade</strong></span></div></div></div></div></div></div><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">. Jade only lost the title less than a month ago to Melody. She will definitely have a few words for the woman who beat her last month. Melody is never one to have a loss for words either. This contract signing has the potential to be an explosive one. It is definitely a question on whether or not Christian Faith, the Sheriff of USPW, can keep things civil as the two women sign their contract.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

This week, the two members of Natural Storm go against Valentine in a triple threat match for the USPW Television title with a twenty minute time limit. One could definitely say that Valentine has a disadvantage as he is facing both members of Natural Storm. However, no one knows what D.C. Rayne will do if Eddie Howard is pinning Casey Valentine. No one knows what Eddie Howard will do if D.C. Rayne has Casey Valentine in a submission hold. This will be a very interesting match, which still holds the TV time limit of twenty minutes.</span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Tahoma;">

Non-Title Match

Trent Shaffer vs. Freddie Datsun

Comments: Shaffer is the National Champion, and is going into the PPV with a feud match, while Datsun is old, and past his prime so Shaffer goes over.

Dusty Ducont vs. Danny Rushmore

Comments: Rushmore has a match at the PPV, and is involved in a storyline, while ducont is just there, so Rushmore takes the win.

Joss Thompson vs. Running Wolf

Comments: Thompson needs to get some heat back after losing to Champion, and Running Wolf is the perfect jobber to help him.

USPW Television Title Match

20 Minute Time Limit

Casey Valentine defends vs. D.C. Rayne vs. Eddie Howard

Comments: The odds are stacked against Valentine, but if i have learnt something about wrestling is that when the odds are stacked against someone, more times than not the person with the lowest odds will win, and mostly because he doesnt need to beat them he only needs to hang on to the 20 minutes.

Kate Avatar vs. Raven Robinson

Comments: Veteran vs Rookie, I love Raven and all she represents so she wins over the UC.

Steve Frehley and Tommy Cornell vs. Nicky Champion and Andre Jones

Comments: Lets put this clearly Jones is taking the fall, he is the lowest on the toten poll in this match and Frehely will do it, because not only builds up the champion but also preventsspoiling Cornell vs Jones

Thanks for the predictions and comments. The main event definitely has competitors that should be winning more than they are losing. Only one way to find out and that is to tune in to the Reverie Network. </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> Congrats on going two for two so far. Especially when there is a title on the line.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> Andre Jones is definitely the lowest man on the totem pole in this main event tag team match when compared to the others. However, they do call him The Freak for a reason. I definitely see him as a talented wrestler. Is he in the league of the other three? Not yet according to the game. He was the 'weak link' of the match. But will he keep up? Only one way to tell and that is to tune in to USPW American Wrestling only on the Reverie Network.</span></p>

The go-home show to Stars, Stripes And Slams begins with the sound of the Native American War Cry and the arrival of the number one contender </em><em><strong>Nicky 'Hawkeye' Champion</strong></em><em>. Champion high fives the fans on the way to the ring before stepping inside and being given a microphone. Champion is receiving a 'Champion' chant from the 19,630 people in the audience here tonight. Champion says that this Sunday night is the night where he has the opportunity to get his sixth USPW World Championship when he steps inside the cage with Steve Frehley. He says that he will be the first to admit what a powerhouse The Dark Destroyer is. He says that he remembers the feel of Frehley's Comet like it just happened yesterday. But that was then and this is now. This Sunday is a night where they won't be fighting at ringside. They won't be anywhere but inside the ring. This ring belongs to him because he has been imbued with that power by the fans. He says that the fans give him his strength each and every time he steps inside this ring. They are what keeps him moving forward when he thinks he cannot take another step. They are what is going to propel him to his sixth USPW World title at Stars, Stripes And Slams. He says that he's heard a lot about Champion but now that he is face-to-face with him, he's not impressed. He says that Champion has been firmly over-hyped by the fans and by the wrestlers backstage. He says that he gets the opportunity to prove that tonight when he steps inside the ring with Champion in a tag team match. Champion responds that they can have a preview of that tag team match right now if he wants to see why Champion is the face of USPW. Cornell laughs and says there's no reason for him to fight right now. He says that he doesn't play to these plebians in the crowd. He says that each and every one of these people who go to their 9-5 jobs spend their money to see him in main event action. He tells Champion that he'll see him later tonight. Cornell turns to leave and then strikes Champion with a cheap shot with the microphone! Champion is staggered backward but comes back with a chop to the chest! Emily McQueen says that Andre Jones is definitely the weak link in that tag team match. She says that she could see Cornell and Frehley win the match in ten seconds if Andre Jones starts the match. So it is proclaimed by the Queen of professional wrestling. Belle Bryden says that everyone is underestimating The Freak and he can use that to his advantage and prove himself in the tag team match. Rayne quickly hooks the leg but only gets two when it's broken up by Howard. Howard pulls up his partner and tosses him from the ring. The Natural turns his attention to Valentine, yanking Valentine on his shoulders. He lifts Valentine and drops him with a gutbuster! Howard bounces off the ropes and Rayne trips him! The six members of the security team work to keep Rushmore and Jackson separated. James Justice is still lying on the ground, grabbing his arm. Melody high fives some fans in the front row before entering the ring. She shakes hands with Christian Faith and then sits across from Jade. Faith turns his attention to Jade and has her sign the contract first. Jade is given a microphone and says that Melody should enjoy holding that title right now because it's coming back around her waist this Sunday. Jade signs the contract and then shoves it toward Melody. Melody smiles and tells Jade that they will make some beautiful music together at Stars, Stripes And Slams but everyone follows her Melody. She signs the contract and Faith makes it official. Both women get up and go around the table to meet. As Melody raises the belt, she is floored with a roundhouse kick by Jade! Jade yanks up Melody and sends her into a corner, hitting a handspring elbow in the corner before bringing her down with the fisherwoman's suplex known as Green Destiny. Steve Frehley is the first to slide in the ring for the other team and he offers to let Jones lay down and take a quick loss. Instead, Jones slaps Frehley and then strikes with punches and a standing dropkick that knocks Frehley off his feet. Jones has the crowd solidly behind him and he plays up to their cheers. Frehley reaches his feet and charges Jones with a clothesline but Jones ducks and catches Frehley with a Backflip Kick! Jones is showing his talent as he lifts the USPW World Champion and pulls him up into an electric chair position. Jones falls backward, sending Frehley to the mat on his back. Steve Frehley distracts the official as Cornell grabs the cable for the camera and uses it to choke Nicky Champion. The crowd tries to get the referee to see what is happening but Cornell releases before the referee turns back around. Cornell pulls Champion to the apron and climbs up on the apron with him. Cornell picks up Champion and brings him down with a body slam on the ring apron. Champion falls to ringside, holding his back in pain. Cornell drops to ringside and then rolls Champion back in the ring. He slides in and begins putting the boots to Champion before Steve Frehley tags himself in. Frehley and Cornell exchange angry glares before Frehley turns his attention to Champion. Frehley picks up Champion and plants him in the center of the ring following a Pumphandle Backbreaker. Frehley turns to look at Tommy Cornell and tells him that it's over. The powerful Frehley locks Champion in a bear hug in the center of the ring. Champion can feel the life being squeezed from his body but he refuses to submit. The crowd begins clapping and stomping their feet. They are trying to will their power into the Hawkeye. Champion gets to his feet and takes a quick low blow from Tommy Cornell! The crowd boos this obviously cheap move. Cornell turns back to The Freak and picks up Jones in a delayed vertical suplex position, getting ready for the Rough Ride but Andre Jones lands on his feet behind Cornell -- Blast From The Past! The Freak drops Cornell with his version of the lung blower. If he lands this on Sunday he might pull off a huge upset win! Jones turns and picks up Frehley hitting the Blast From The Past on the USPW World Champion! He lifts Frehley and sends The Dark Destroyer over the top rope with a clothesline. Cornell sees the momentum turning and rolls out of the ring, seeing discretion as the better part of valor on this night. This leaves Andre Jones standing tall in the center of the ring to close the night. Even Danny Jillefski is surprised at this turn of events and says that this Sunday just might be the night that Andre Jones takes a leap into the main event picture. Belle Bryden says that he might have done just that tonight. Emily McQueen is a little sullen at the announce booth, saying that Jones will get what is coming to him this Sunday. Jillefski reminds everyone to tune in this Sunday live on the Reverie Network for Stars, Stripes And Slams where Nicky Champion will challenge Steve Frehley for the USPW World title inside a steel cage. NEWS: USPW STARS, STRIPES AND SLAMS PREVIEW!

MDRRUSK.jpg

It's almost time for USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams! This show will come to you live on the Reverie Network and inside J. Morrison Gardens, home of the Missouri Thunder. The show will take place in St. Louis, Missouri. Make sure you get your tickets as we still have some available in the 75,000 seat venue.

The main event match is one that everyone has been looking forward to seeing. We are going to see The Dark Destroyer
Steve Frehley
defend the USPW World title against against the former champion Hawkeye
Nicky Champion
inside a steel cage. USPW Sheriff
Christian Faith
has agreed that this will be Champion's last chance at the USPW World title while Frehley remains the champion. Steve Frehley won the World title from Champion back in October of last year in what was described as one of the most vicious matches in the history of USPW. This caused Champion to disappear from wrestling for a couple of months to recover. But now he's back and he's looking to regain the title that he lost. Can the face of USPW remain as Nicky Champion? Steve Frehley says that as long as he holds this title he will be the face of USPW. Only one man can survive inside the dangerous steel cage where only pinfalls, submissions and escaping the cage count as victories.

The USPW Women's title will also be on the line here at Stars, Stripes And Slams when
Melody
defends the title against the former champion
Tiffany Jade
. We had a contract signing between the two ladies last Wednesday night that saw Jade strike Melody with the roundhouse kick and then a Green Destiny that laid out the champion. Melody has only held this title for one month, having won it last month in December's Made In America. Jade is looking to regain that title which she says is her's. These two women do not like each other. Can the 3 time Women's Champion Melody retain the title or will Tiffany Jade take the title back? A little trivia here as well. Melody has begun all three of her Women's title runs in the month of December. The years were 2010, 2012 and 2015. That's 2 years between reigns and then 3 years between reigns. Tiffany Jade's win over Alicia Strong back in February of 2015 marked her first run with the belt.

But there are not only title matches here at Stars, Stripes And Slams. There's another match that could main event anywhere in the world. At the beginning of January, we saw the USPW debut of former TCW owner Rough Justice
Tommy Cornell
. Cornell's big opening speech was interrupted by the arrival of The Freak
Andre Jones
. Since then, Cornell and Jones have gone back and forth both on the microphone and in the ring. Last Wednesday, these two squared off in tag team action with Cornell teaming with Steve Frehley and Jones teaming with Nicky Champion. The match itself ended in a double disqualifcation but Jones was the last man standing at the end of the night. He hit both Cornell and Frehley with the Blast From The Past. If it happens again, Jones could upset the legendary Cornell in his first big event match here in USPW and the Reverie Network.

In our opening contest, we will see a big tag team match where
Trent Shaffer
teams with The Insurance Policy
Charlie Thatcher
against
Rick Law
and
Mick Muscles
. This match has major implications for next month's Red, White And Blue event. If Rick Law's team can pick up the victory, he will automatically receive a National title shot against the talented Canadian Trent Shaffer. Shaffer ended Law's second reign with the National title back in October of last year. Since then, Shaffer has been dodging defenses against the 300 pound former Corrections officer. USPW Sheriff Christian Faith has stepped up, making this tag team match with the huge stipulation. If Law fails to win this match, there will definitely be the question of who Shaffer's next challenger will be. But Law will have
Dawn Gemmell
in his corner cheering him on. She could be an x factor in cheering him on to victory.

Plus we will have other wrestlers in the building, including
Jumbo Jackson
taking on
Danny 'The Mount' Rushmore
,
Rich Money
does battle against The Hardcore American
Chris Caulfield
,
The Titans
take on the team of
The Force
and
Enygma
plus a major announcement that has been kept secret until this night and more. Remember, the live nature of USPW Stars, Stripes And Slams means that anything can happen. Make sure you BE THERE and, as always, Keep Pounding!

<p>If Rick Law's Team Wins, He Receives A National Title Shot At Red, White And Blue</p><p>

Trent Shaffer and Charlie Thatcher vs. <strong>Rick Law and Mick Muscles</strong></p><p>

Comments: <em>I feel this is the right direction to continue this storyline, and is the natural progression, maybe Thatcher will eat the pin to keep Shaffer momentum.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jumbo Jackson</strong> vs. Danny Rushmore</p><p>

Comments: <em>Jackson has to go and fight James Justice, that means he needs momentum, and at his age Rushmore can take the loss.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Rich Money</strong> vs. Chris Caulfield</p><p>

Comments: <em>I really wish that at the end of the feud Money wins, I dont know how long are you planning to do it, it could end in this PPV or be as long as a year, but heel wins shady to keep the feud going, and if this is the end Money can move up to bigger and better things.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Titans</strong> vs. The Force and Enygma</p><p>

Comments: <em>I think the Titans, need to barely win, to show that they are a real threat and not just pure talk, but they also need to seem beatble, so they can continue the feud going with hope that Force can beat them.</em></p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Tommy Cornell</strong> vs. Andre Jones</p><p>

Comments: <em>Maybe doesnt seem this way given my previous comments, but i like andre, he is a nice young guy, and he is the future, but thats the problem he is the future, and in the present, this still Cornell territory, Cornell wins.</em></p><p> </p><p>

USPW Women's Title Match</p><p>

<strong>Melody</strong> defends vs. Tiffany Jade</p><p>

Comments:<em> I feel this is the early, this wrestler is supposed to have an automatic rematch, so lets just get this out of the way type of match, I like Jade, but I dont see Jade as the top heel of the womens division, that distinction is for the Gorgon, so I think the biggest threats to Melody's title are Gorgon or a Turned Heel Raven Robinson, or keep her as Champion untli Alicia returns, turn Melody Heel and have Strong beat her for the title.</em></p><p> </p><p>

USPW World Title Match</p><p>

Steel Cage Match</p><p>

Last Chance Match For Nicky Champion</p><p>

<strong>Steve Frehley</strong> defends vs. Nicky Champion</p><p>

Comments: <em>I think theres still a lot more possibilities for Frehely championship reign, all the stories yet to be told, all the matches to be had, Frehely has the advantage that he works well as a heel or as aface so the possiblities are endless, and I feel people would prefer his title reign going a little bit more, than to have so quickly another Nicky Champion, Championship reign, also Champion can sell a feud simply with his name, doesnt matter who you book him against, he can make it seem like a big deal, so he doesnt need to be on the title hunt, Im not saying he shouldnt be champion again, im just saying that he doesnt need it so frecuently, let him have other feuds with wrestlers he might not have the chance to face that often as champion, and also keeping him away from the title gives a lot of weight to the stipulation, as if you give an stipulation usually should be used, and gives him a perfect excuse to get out of the title picture, and have a co-main feud for your company, and you can sell your events as having two main events</em></p>

The only way to find out is to tune in to the Reverie Network, of course.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> Then there's our main event contest. There's definitely more possibilities both for the reign of Steve Frehley and for the reign of Nicky Champion. But you are definitely right in that Champion can sell a feud simply on his name value. Can The Dark Destroyer do the same? He would tell you that he could but that he also values being the USPW World Champion. Both of these can lead USPW for years to come. But the question is, of course, who will step forward and leave the cage as USPW World Champion? Make sure to tune in to the Reverie Network to find out.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:TAHOMA;"> A little update for everyone regarding this show. I am hoping to have the show out within the next few days or so. So you have a few days to make your predictions for this card. Thank you to everyone for being patient with me as I move forward with this diary and my WCW 1991 diary. I hope that both of these diaries are enjoyed by the masses.</span></p>
