Just a solid guy that has bounced around various promotions i like such as MAW, 4C and now CGC. I would say the only knock on him is upper midcard might be his ceiling in CGC just because He is lightweight and not high on SQ compared to some other guys like Dunn. Not saying that is a bad place to be though. He isn't getting lost in the shuffle and getting the Canadian title certainly isn't a bad thing.</p>

Not pleased with the result Alex DeColt did ban all Neo Elite members other than Anslem Briggs from being at ringside during Chaos in the Cage's main event. In fact to keep the other three occupied he made sure Zeus, Crusher Haverford and Phillipe LeGrenier would be facing off the team of Ricky DeColt and the Dirty White Boys. This would ensure minimal interference in the main event as both Jack and Thrill Seeker will be locked in the cage as well.</p><p> </p><p> Things were going fine until the episode of Title Bout Wrestling right before Chaos in the Cage where Neo Elite took out Lead Belly in an attack. Alex declared he would find a third man, but the time Chaos in the Cage rolls about. As for Christian and Gargantuan? They will be locked in the cage as well to settle their rivalry perhaps once and for all. The winner there can very well much be in line for being the next challenger to the CGC World title.</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="Wle6yqE.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/Wle6yqE.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="zShYyfI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/zShYyfI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="PYUJNnz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/PYUJNnz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> <strong><span style="font-size:12px;">CGC Canadian Title</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> Antonio Del Veccio won his first title in CGC over Wrestlefestival weekend and an irate Blockbuster vowed to get it back. He failed in his rematch and soon after a match was made to find the number one contender. In a four way bout it was Ozzie Golden that came out on top in a match that included Ryan Powell, Funky Fro and Prometheus. The giant was distracted long enough that Ozzie put away Funky Fro to secure a victory and a CGC Canadian title match at Chaos in the Cage.</p><p> </p><p> Blockbuster on the other hand still feels he should be champion and when venting backstage he threatened Jenny Playmate. There were five episodes of Title Bout in that time that pretty much set all this up and I think after Chaos in the Cage I will be back to posting the weekly shows.</p>

Blockbuster being a good lad again and saying Mister Lucha III is a star in the making

May so far: Zeus took on Drake Young as protege.

Stevie was late for a meeting and given a stern warning.

Nathan Black got a bruised eye socket, but it healed before Chaos in the Cage.

<strong>Chaos in the Cage</strong></p><p>

Friday, Week 3 May 2016</p><p>

Canadian Air Centre, Ontario Canada, 13,250 in Attendance out of 15,000</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="kb30avs.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/kb30avs.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt's voice can be heard over the video that plays showing off highlights of previous Chaos in the Cage matches</p><p> </p><p>

Alex: "Sometimes a simple match can't settle a feud once and for all. Sometimes two men's dislike for one another can only be contained in a cage made of steel. Tonight we will see six men enter the cage and battle it out. There will be winners and losers, but most of all none of these men will ever be the same again. This is....CHAOS IN THE CAGE!"</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Rating: 80</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Davis Ditterich: "Welcome everyone and what a night this will be. Three matches will happen in a cage. We have Donte Dunn looking to take down Dan DaLay, then there is Christian Price taking on Gargantuan in what seems like a neverending battle. Finally we got the big one. Thrill Seeker looks to take the title from Jack DeColt in the main event."</p><p> </p><p>

Adrian Garcia: "Dan DaLay will teach that punk, Donte Dunn, a lesson. Gargantuan will leave Christian laid out on the mat and mark my words. We will have a new champion tonight in the form of Neo Elite's leader, Thrill Seeker."</p><p> </p><p>

Davis Ditterich: "That very well may happen and we will find out soon enough at least in one case. The cage is up and we got Dunn vs DaLay right now!"</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chaos in the Cage: Dan DaLay vs Donte Dunn</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

This is not a fancy fight at all and probably a good preview to what the other cage matches will be like. Both men deliver high impact moves and clubbing blows as they try to overpower one another. Dan seems to have a strength advantage, but the pure athleticism Donte has is a perfect counter that seems him often using it to avoid some strikes and to get in his own. Both men also use the cage to their full advantage often shoving or throwing one another into it. Red is seen for the first time tonight when Dan grinds Donte's head into the mesh of the cage. He goes for the DaLay Down, but Donte reverses it and drops DaLay to the mat. Sunny Daze on a still groggy DaLay! Donte goes for the cover and gets the three count.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Winner: Donte Dunn</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">

Rating: 59</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Big win by Donte Dunn! I thought Dan had his number, but the youngster showed he isn't going to back down from anyone."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Okay so I was wrong on one. I am fine with that if the other two happen. Maybe Dan is starting to show his age."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "I'm going to tell him you said that."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Now lets not be too hasty there!"</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

Things shift to backstage in the interview area where Jenny Playmate has the CGC Canadian champion, Antonio Del Veccio, along with Hailey Hunter with her.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny: "Antonio, you got a big match coming up. Not only does Ozzie Golden seem to want he belt, but well.....he seems to watch you as well."</p><p> </p><p>

ADV: "Ozzie is a weird guy. Sorry buddy, but I am not interested in the offer of being your oil boy if you win. That just isn't how I swing. I worked hard to get this title and I knew this wasn't going to be an easy thing to keep. Blockbuster was a tough obstacle and honestly Ozzie is going to be a tough one too. He can act strange all he wants. The guy has talent, but it won't be enough for him to come out on top tonight."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Rating: 62</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Champ sounds confident, but we'll see if he can retain shortly."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "I think Ozzie's mind games are having an affect on ADV and he is trying to play it cool. We might see a title switch hands."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="4JtfGhW.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/4JtfGhW.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="uYUjhXQ.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uYUjhXQ.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="t1qEO01.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/t1qEO01.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

A tired and still bloody Donte is celebrating with his fellow House of Funk friends Professor Funk and Funky Fro.</p><p> </p><p>

Professor Funk: "You did it, my man! We knew you could do it. Now that that cat, Dan Dalay, is in the past what do you plan to do?"</p><p> </p><p>

Funky Fro: "Go for the gold of course! You tell him, homie."</p><p> </p><p>

Donte Dunn: "Guys, guys! I just want a moment to let it all sink in. I just beat a former three time champ. I just beat one of the most dangerous men in the history of CGC. What comes next? We'll just have to see. For now lets celebrate?"</p><p> </p><p>

Funky Fro: "I like the sound of that!"</p><p> </p><p>

Professor Funk: "All right my brotha. Let's party!"</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Rating: 63</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Ugh, I can't believe Dan lost to that...."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Donte Dunn is a rising star. I won't be surprised if he is getting a shot on the big one in the next year or so."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Don't bring me down."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

<strong>Antonio Del Veccio © with Hailey Hunter vs Ozzie Golden</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Ozzie does a lot of stalling at the start to try to get ADV off his game. Some taunting as well as attempted flirting with Hailey who doesn't seem interested at all. When they finally do lock up Ozzie is quick to show his speed and finesse as he seems to have an answer for everything the champ tries to do. It leaves ADV obviously flustered and he has to take a step back to think things over. Ozzie keeps control for a bit longer even after that moment of rethinking, but ADV seems to be learning as the match goes and starts to find a way to fight back. He starts to get rolling and Ozzie is looking to be the one off his game at this point while getting overwhelmed by ADV's office. He thumbs ADV in the eye and goes for the Golden Shower. ADV anticipates it, breaks free and kicks Ozzie in the gut. Italian DDT! The champ retains.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Winner and STILL Champion: Antonio Del Veccio (Defenses: 3)</span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">

Rating: 63</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "And one down. We still got two titles up for grabs tonight, but at least one was successfully defended tonight."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "I don't like Antonio's change in attitude, but damned if it doesn't get results."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Good effort by the Golden One tonight, but he'll have to wait a bit longer to find gold around his waist."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

Ricky is backstage when Grease Hogg approaches him not looking to happy. Then again he rarely does.</p><p> </p><p>

Hogg: "Okay, DeColt. Did your brother tell you who our partner is? I don't care if we got to do this two on one. I'll beat some ass no matter what. I just want to no if we are going in short a man or not."</p><p> </p><p>

Ricky: "I don't know. Alex has been mum on it. He said he would find a replacement and I don't think he would let us down."</p><p> </p><p>

Hogg: "Wish I could feel the same way. Your brother has let people down before. I just hope it wouldn't be the case since you were involved. Either way I am going to get ready for the worse."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Rating: 70</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Grease Hogg makes a good point. If he was smart he would just leave Ricky to fend for himself. No reason for him to end up in the hospital like his partner."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Grease Hogg may be rough around the edges, but he has plenty of a score to settle with Neo Elite and he doesn't seem to care if he has to do it undermanned."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

<strong>The Predators © vs International House of Pain</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Lucha and Rahmel start out strong and have the champs reeling early, but eventually Warren Technique takes Lucha's leg out from under him and the champs start to do what they do best which is slow the pace and pick apart their prey. It works for a good while with Lucha failing to reach his partner several times. Though finally he does manage to break free and roll under an attempted clothesline to leap and tag in the big man. Rahmel starts to go to town and he just overpowers both champs with big moves. All looks to be going fine until....</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="zShYyfI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/zShYyfI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Blockbuster comes out of nowhere and yanks the hurt Mister Lucha III off the apron and slams him on the ground when the referee is distracted. Rahmel doesn't see it himself, but soon sees Blockbuster and his downed partner. He goes after the other big man and Blockbuster just backs away. Rahmel checks on Lucha. The count is going and he starts to get back in only to get dropkicked off by apron by the champs. The count continues and hits ten before Rahmel could recover. The champs celebrate as Blockbuster backs up the ramp looking pleased.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex: "I just want to remind you about the consequences tonight if one of your boys decides to get involved in the title match."</p><p> </p><p>

Briggs: "Oh I think you made it loud and clear by putting the rest in this farce of a match. Did you find a little helper for your little brother and that drunkard of a biker?"</p><p> </p><p>

Alex: "I did and I am heading to the ring to let everyone know who it is. Oh, and Anslem. In regards to later. If I see one of your Neo Elite buddies get involved in the main event? Jack will get five minutes in the ring with you on Sunday."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Ricky DeColt, Grease Hogg, and Joey Poison with Faith vs Neo Elite with Anslem Briggs</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The match starts off in complete chaos with all six men in the ring fighting about. The heels are eventually dumped and while trying to recover outside Joey dives out and wipes the group out. With that being done finally the referee gets some order and gets the teams into their respective corners. Neo Elite recovers and after a rough start they do manage to get control of Ricky and work him over. He is kept from his corner for quite some time, before he starts to get a second wind and fight out. He tags in Grease Hogg who brawls about and gets moment rolling. He knocks Zeus out of the ring when he tries to interfere and lays out LeGrenier before tagging in Joey. Grease Hogg flings himself outside to take care of Canadian Crusher and Joey goes for a big leg drop off the top, but Phillipe rolls out of the way. Zeus tries to get back in and Ricky stops him as Phillipe tries to capitalize on Joey's miss. Joey surprises him with an Antidote Web and much to the excitement of the fans gets the win.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny is once again in the interview area. This time with Christian Price who looks prepped as he can be for his cage match with Gargantuan.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny: "Christian, the cage is going up right now and you are perhaps entering one of the most dangerous matches you have had in your career. Many don't believe you have a chance against a monster like Gargantuan to start. Add the steel cage as a factor and it seems almost odds that you can't beat."</p><p> </p><p>

Christian: "It is cliche, but sometimes you just got to believe in yourself and I believe I can do this. I have trained with Jack when I have been able to and I have poured over tapes hoping to find a weakness. Admittedly I don't think there is one, but I have to do this. To be great you have to overcome the odds and tonight I am going to somehow defeat Gargantuan even if it kills me."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Rating: 78</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "He might very well be killed tonight."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "He is optimistic, but even I am unsure about this. Jack DeColt has really been the only person to have something of success against this monster and even then it was too close to call."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Chaos in the Cage: Christian Price vs Gargantuan</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Much like the first cage match this is all about brawling and brutality and very little in the way of finesse. Price tries his best to take down the big man, but he is dominated early on and tossed about like a rag doll. He still fights back when he can and he even manages to rock the big man a few times, but can't seem to down him. That is until he finally dazes Gargantuan with some big forearms and finally takes him off his feet with a missile dropkick. The following pin only gets a one and Gargantuan only seems to have gotten more angry. He starts to dominate Price some more and each time Price tries to fight back he is overpowered again. Gargantuan lifts Price high overhead and then gets a running start to toss him right into the cage. The problem is he throws him so hard that the impact causes the side of the cage to break and Price goes tumbling out and onto the ground. Price is called the winner via escape and Gargantuan looks livid as a sea of security comes out to keep him from attacking an already hurt Christian Price.</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "Gargantuan's strength is his undoing! Price wins!"</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Of all the dumb luck! This is insane. This was rigged I tell you."</p><p> </p><p>

Ditterich: "It may not have been how Christian Price wanted to win it, but he does. Yet I can't help but feel this isn't the end of this war with the way things happened."</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Gargantuan dominated that match. There is no way he is going to stand for this. Price is a dead man."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

Jenny looks to have tracked down Thrill Seeker without Anslem being around. He doesn't look too pleased by being stopped.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny: "The cage is being fixed for your upcoming match. Tonight it is you and Jack in a cage with no allies to help you. Do you feel you have a chance?"</p><p> </p><p>

Thrill Seeker: "What kind of question is that? Of course I have a chance. It is all you people that think I don't. You question my motives. You question my size. You put Jack up on a pedestal and tonight I knock him off. It has been far too long. How many years have I been here? How many years have I wanted this? You all can continue to be haters, but in the long run you are all just jealous. Jealous that I am about to become the top dog here in CGC."</p><p> </p><p>

He stomps off before Jenny can say anything else.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Jack DeColt © vs Thrill Seeker with Anslem Briggs</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

A bit less brawling here in this one as Thrill Seeker has to use his speed to strike fast and not get caught. The cage makes it harder to do that and often he is cornered and roughed up by the champ. Still Thrill Seeker finds ways to hurt Jack and slow him down. He manages a dropkick to the back that sends Jack into the cage that dazes him and allows Seeker to try and and escape. It doesn't work though and Jack recovers in time to pull him back in.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack gets rolling and takes control of the match. Anslem is screaming for Seeker to do something. At one point Jack throws Thrill Seeker at the cage and he actually clings to it and starts to climb. Jack goes up after him and they are fighting on the side of the cage by standing on the ropes. They battle and both end up falling off and onto the mat. Anslem gets involved quickly with Jack dazed and laying near the cage. He pulls out cuffs and quickly slaps them onto jack and then the bottom rope. He does the same and Jack starts to come too. He struggles as Thrill Seeker gets to his feet and sees what happened. Thrill Seeker is all smiles as he starts to climb up with Anslem cheering him on. Jack is trying to get loose and the referee tries to help to no avail. One cuff breaks right as Seeker goes over the top and he quickly drops to the floor.</p><p> </p><p>

With Chaos in the Cage in the books my trial run is coming to an end soon. I still have one of our larger shows coming up next month. In the Company of Legends is always a bit of a tough one. Finding a good mix of older talent that can still work to make surprise appearances can be fun and annoying at the same time. Guys like Eric Tyler and Ed Monton are a bit to beat up today. Even Chance can't really get in the ring anymore as he would sometimes team with Fate for a one night deal.

I have found some options and a main event that Alex isn't too keen on, but I think I can talk him into it. Of course this all may be moot because I have been keeping tabs on contracts that are ending and one jumped out in particular. I have seen a mad Alex DeColt and admittedly I might be going too far. Will I get fired? I highly doubt that, but I have been kind of leaning on Alex a bit hard on some issues so this might see my time as booker come to an end.

It was like pulling teeth to let Thrill Seeker take the gold. He just sees him as too small, but that is the point of Neo Elite. He is a small man with a group of bigger guys to often do his dirty work, but when backed into a corner he often finds ways to get the upper hand. Thrill Seeker honestly deserves it too. The man has somehow not even held the Canadian title after all these years. Will he have a long run? That remains to be seen, but we got to a point Jack really doesn't need a title to remain over.

For now I just press ahead with the idea I will still be booking past June. If it comes to an end there so be it, but I want to keep trying to make this company better as a whole and keep Alex from destroying its legacy.

Notes

- Phillipe LeGrenier has continued to work on making himself look more and more like a star and it is starting to show. He is sporting an impressive, ripped physique that does stand out even when he is often flanked with equally impressive men like Crusher Haverford and Zeus.

- It isn't just the look either as Joey Poison apparently was telling anyone that would listen that he feels Phillipe is a future world champ after getting to work with him at Chaos in the Cage.

Title Bout Wrestling

We are just two days removed from the big shocker that was the end of Chaos in the Cage. What sort of fallout can we expect as we start to head towards In the Company of Legends?

kb30avs.jpg

Alex DeColt has some decisions to make for sure. Given two of the cage matches in controversial fashion he will be making an announcement to remedy the complaints those that competed in said matches may have.

Wle6yqE.jpg

Antonio Del Veccio has certainly been a fighting champ. Just two days after a tough battle with Ozzie Golden he will be defending his title again. This time the opponent is somewhat unknown. It shall be a member of Neo Elite, but what member remains a mystery.

E7DyVCh.jpg

Many were surprised to see Joey Poison not only to return, but to aid Grease Hogg and Ricky DeColt at Chaos in the Cage. After a short hiatus he will have his first singles match tonight against Marc Raisin.

All that and more on another exciting episode of Title Bout wrestling!

<strong>Title Bout Wrestling</strong></p><p>

Sunday, Week 3 May 2016</p><p>

British Columbia Canada, 5,000 in Attendance</p><p> </p><p>

<img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

The show starts off with Alex DeColt already in the ring ready to address the crowd.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt: "Last night had a two matches with rather dubious results. One was unexpected and another I only have myself to blame. I tried to be fair and allow Thrill Seeker's manager, Anslem Briggs, at ringside and in turn Briggs decided to get involved. Due to the interference tonight we will have a rematch for the CGC world title."</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="AeQPKi9.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/AeQPKi9.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Before Alex can say more his brother joins him in the ring and stops him from speaking further and in turn asks for a microphone.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack DeColt: "Thrill Seeker is going to pay and I will get my title back, but...."</p><p> </p><p>

He pauses as if unsure if he wants to say the next part, but starts to speak after that brief moment.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack DeColt: "I was thinking after the loss. I admit I haven't slept much at all because of it, but it is less about the loss and more where my mind went with In the Company of Legends coming up." Pause. "Alex, we are both six time champions. The most decorated champions in all of CGC. When I take that title back I will surpass you in reigns, but I want to feel like I have surpassed you as a wrestler. That is why I need to ask you for one match."</p><p> </p><p>

Alex just says nothing as he stares at Jack and giving him a questioning look.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack DeColt: "One more match against me. If I lose I realize I have more work to do to become the best. If I win I feel ready to take that title back and become the first seven time champion. Please, Alex. Do this for me."</p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt: "You ask for a lot, Jack. When I retired I said I was done for good. I don't want to be a man that keeps coming back for 'one more match'.</p><p> </p><p>

Jack looks dejected and he starts to turn away, but Alex stops him. His gaze intense as he holds his hand out to his brother.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt: "But you are my brother and I understand how you feel. You want to be the best and if beating me justifies that then you get me at my best. In the Company of Legends.....we'll face off."</p><p> </p><p>

Jack shakes his brother's hand and the two embrace before exchanging some words between one another. Jack leaves, but Alex remains in the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt: "With that being said Jack does not wish to have his rematch just yet. Therefor Thrill Seeker will defend his title against Christian Price. The winner of that match will face Gargantuan at In the Company of Legends."</p><p> </p><p>

With that being said Alex leaves the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

Adrian Garcia: "I knew Alex couldn't stay retired for long. Like his brothers he wants to constantly be in the spotlight and we now have to deal with three of them crowding the title scene."</p><p> </p><p>

Davis Ditterich: "Oh be quiet. Either way it will be Alex facing Jack DeColt and tonight a big title match. Thrill Seeker found a way to finally win the belt, but it could be a very short reign being he faces Christian Price. And if he survives that? he faces Gargantuan."</p><p> </p><p>

Adrian Garcia: "So unfair for the champ not to get much rest. I am sure he will find a way to get through those matches. He has fought too long to get that title. No way he loses tonight."</p><p> </p><p>

Davis Ditterich: "It's time for some in ring action with a tag team bout!"</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Shane & Stevie vs The New Soldiers of Fortune</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Shane and Stevie are both familiar with being in tag action, but not as partners. They face off against one of the most decorated tag teams in all of CGC in The New Soldiers of Fortune. It is very much speed facing off with power and the latter is winning out early on as the Soldiers keep control for the early part. It isn't until Stevie gets a tag to Shane that they start to gain momentum. The two use quick tags to try and stay fresh and wear down the bigger opponents and it works out well. Stevie Grayson ends up hitting Fate with a nice Moonsault to pick up the victory.</p><p> </p><p>

Garcia: "Both are the weak link in their teams. The result is you get a weak team. They got lucky tonight. They couldn't handle the champs."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Prometheus vs MUSCLE Bomber</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The opponent has an impressive physique, but that doesn't do much when it comes to taking on the giant known as Prometheus. His strikes seem to do nothing to the giant and before long Prometheus gets bored and starts to fight back. Big clubbing strikes rock MUSCLE and he falls victim to the God Chop.</p><p> </p><p>

Things cut to a locker room where Neo Elite are all gathered together and celebrating. Thrill Seeker is admiring his title as he tells the boys to quiet down so he can speak. He turns to the camera with a smirk as he shoulders the title.</p><p> </p><p>

Thrill Seeker: "I see Jack DeColt chickened out of the rematch because he knows I would win again. As for Christian Price? Well I will handle that problem tonight. I just got this title and I plan on keeping her for a very long long time."</p><p> </p><p>

Anslem Briggs: "And we will add more gold tonight!"</p><p> </p><p>

Phillipe LeGrenier: "I will capture the CGC Canadian championship and we will have even more gold!"</p><p> </p><p>

Thrill Seeker: "Last night was just another step upwards. The sky is the limit and Neo Elite will continue to dominate!"</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Antonio Del Veccio © with Hailey Hunter vs Phillipe LeGrenier with Anslem Briggs</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Two young talents hungry to show how good they are go all out in this one. Neither man can keep control for long before the tide turns. Both are showing off what they can do when they do have the advantage and it is hard to tell who might come out the winner her. Hailey does well at keeping Anslem from getting involved too. Of course those two carrying on often distracts the referee."</p><p> </p><p>

Crusher Haverford tries to get involved, but ADV dropkicks him right back out of the ring when he tries to get in. Phillipe tries to take advantage, but ADV slips from his grip. He kicks Phillipe in the gut and hits the Italian DDT. He goes for the pin, but Haverford attacks him and the referee calls for the bell.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny is in the interview area with Donte Dunn who looks to be in high spirits given the big win he had on Friday.</p><p> </p><p>

Jenny: "Donte, big win for you against Dan DaLay. He has been giving you trouble for a few months so it must be a relief to finally beat him. With that being said what's next for you?"</p><p> </p><p>

Donte Dunn: "I really don't know. I am still kind of enjoying that victory. I haven't thought too much about it. The Professor and Fro both have given me a new outlook on life and we are having a good time. Would I like to have a title shot against Thrill Seeker or Antonio Del Veccio? Heck yeah I would. Or maybe two of us go for the tag titles. The Predators have been crazy good and it would be nice to be the one to finally beat them. We'll just wait and see, Jenny."</p><p> </p><p>

More tag action with the odd pairing of Ryan Powell and Ozzie Golden facing off against Triple I and Skip Beau. Things cut to more commotion backstage. In this case it is Gargantuan destroying Christian Price and leaving him in a heap. <strong>Joey Poison with Faith vs Marc Raisin</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

A rather short and fast paced match. The two work well together and for the most part it is to showcase Joey's skills, but he does allow Marc to get some offense in too. It isn't enough to take care of Poison though and soon Marc falls victim to the Antidote Web.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Blockbuster vs Ricky DeColt</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Blockbuster is already a bit roughed up from earlier and not looking happy. he is taking out that anger on Ricky who finds himself being overwhelmed early on. It doesn't last forever though and Blockbuster may have blown himself up going all out like he did at the start instead of pacing himself. It is all Ricky needs to mount a comeback. Blockbuster does land a big kick to stun Ricky and he goes to capitalize on it. he bounces off the ropes and right into a DeColt 45. Ricky quickly goes for the pin and gets it.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex: "Christian Price will be okay in the long run, but tonight he is in no shape to compete. With that being said Thrill Seeker will not be getting the night off. He will still defend his title and his opponent is someone who had a big win on Friday. Tonight Thrill seeker will face Donte Dunn."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Thrill Seeker © with Anslem Briggs vs Donte Dunn</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Donte comes out strong and he is tossing Thrill Seeker about who wasn't too happy about the match from the looks of it even before the bell rang. He has to bail and take a walk about outside and talk to Anslem. Donte goes after him when Seeker tries to go back into the ring and Seeker seems more than expecting that and thumbs Donte right in the eye. The champ starts to work over Donte using his speed to his full advantage. He gets too cocky though and it allows Donte to start to make a comeback. Things aren't looking good for the champ until he times a charge perfectly and ducks out of the way at the last moment causing Dunn to crash into the turnbuckles and knock himself silly. Seeker capitalizes and nails the Daredevil Drop</p><p> </p><p>

Alex comes out to stand at the top of the entrance ramp to address Thrill Seeker.</p><p> </p><p>

Alex DeColt: "Good job winning tonight, champ. I just want you to know Christian Price is doing fine and will be ready to wrestle soon. So with that in mind and considering Gargantuan still deserves a shot too I have decided at In the Company of Legends will be Thrill Seeker defending his title against BOTH Christian Price and Gargantuan."</p><p> </p><p>

<strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Notes</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

- MUSCLE Bomber is Japanese wrestler MUSCLE Serizawa whom is currently on an excursion that sees him looking for work in Canada and United States.</p><p> </p><p>

- Things have otherwise been quiet for CGC. Faith and Drake Young both have been offered contract extensions that both are expected to sign. Full details on length and pay are not available at this time.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DOFX3rI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DOFX3rI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><p> </p><p>

<strong>Title Bout Wrestling</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Last week saw two major matches announced for the next CGC PPV. As the weeks progress what other matches shall we see happen? It looks like this week will be another action packed show.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="kb30avs.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/kb30avs.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="AeQPKi9.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/AeQPKi9.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Of course the biggest news was Alex DeColt agreeing to wrestle one last match against his brother Jack. Alex has not been in the ring for quite some time and we will be following both his and Jack's training over the coming weeks as they prepare for the match.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="vkgrHBz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vkgrHBz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Gargantuan will be in action tonight. He may have lost his cage match at the last PPV, but it was due to the cage breaking from the sheer power he posses when throwing Christian Price against it. He has to be the favorite to win the World title at In the Company of Legends and he will certainly use this upcoming match to remind Christian Price and Thrill Seeker what is in store for them.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="zShYyfI.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/zShYyfI.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="7vMjBjp.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/7vMjBjp.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Blockbuster is not exactly a person that is well liked. It is no surprise he managed to get on the bad side of someone. That someone being Rahmel Goode who is a rather intimidating figure as well. After a few scraps and Blockbuster costing Goode a possible tag team championship win it looks like the two will finally clash in the ring.</p><p> </p><p>

All that and more this upcoming week on Title Bout Wrestling. Be sure to tune in this Sunday!</p><p> </p><p>

Alex: "I have half a mind to fire you right now for pulling what you did."

When I woke up to texts at five in the morning from Alex I knew what it was about. I also knew I would be in a lot of hot water because I really did overstep my bounds, but it is something I felt like needed to be done. Anyone else probably would have been fired, but in this case I find myself in Alex's office early in the morning nursing some coffee.

Dan: "You said I could hire anyone. It was a name that I couldn't pass on."

Alex: "You should pass on. You did this on purpose too and didn't let me look over the paperwork before it is signed. I should tear the contract up right now."

Dan: *sigh* "Why? Because you two had a fight years ago? Do you even know what it is about?"

Alex: "He questioned how I am running things. One person starts it and everyone thinks they can do the same thing."

Dan: "You don't think they talk about it now? Alex, I am going to be blunt with you because I am a friend. You were in the wrong. I am trying to make good on this. I am not telling you to be his best friend. Avoid him if you want, but I think you need to accept you are too damn hotheaded and stubborn."

There was an uncomfortable silence. I could see the rage building up in him. I was ready for this to be another ugly mark in Alex's tenure as CGC's owner. A date people would look back on as a glaring example of what happens when Alex can't keep his emotions in check. Yet the words never came. Instead alex just clenched his fists while turning about. I could hear him trying his best to keep an even tone in his voice.

Alex: "If things go wrong it will be you that takes the blame. It didn't work last time. It won't work this time."

Dan: "That we will have to disagree on. You'll see, old friend."

No more words were exchanged. I slowly got up and left while Alex stood there looking out the window quietly simmering. If I am going to fail I rather be bold at doing so. I stand by the signing I made and I feel it will change CGC for the better.

Title Bout Wrestling

Sunday, Week 4 May 2016

Manitoba Canada, 3,400 in Attendance

DOFX3rI.jpg

QxR62YE.jpg5hMykYG.jpg

Ditterich: "Welcome everyone to Title Bout Wrestling! As always I'm Davis Ditterich and here with me is Adrian Garcia."

Garcia: "We have a night with the DeColts not in the building. This is a wonderful night indeed."

Ditterich: "I am a bit unsure about this. Alex and Jack are off training and I have been told Ricky is helping Jack out so right now the inmates might be running the asylum."

Garcia: "You mean Neo Elite is running the place as they should. They are led by the champ afterall."

Ditterich: "Not for long from the looks of it after hearing about his second title defense at In the Company of Legends. We are ready for action and boy is this a big one."

Garcia: "Emphasis on big!"

DOFX3rI.jpg

zShYyfI.jpgHtt8tAH.jpg7vMjBjp.jpg

Blockbuster vs Rahmel Goode

If you were expecting anything else but a brawl this is not the match for you. The two big boys lay into one another with some big shots and it is Blockbuster who is the first to go down when Goode hits him with a big lariat. It is still a pretty even fight between two of the stronger members of the roster, but Goode ends up overpowering Blockbuster in the end to hit the big guy with a Goode Bye.

Winner: Rahmel Goode

Rating: 45

Ditterich: "It wasn't pretty, but I always love a good brawl."

Garcia: "If only these two would work together rather than against each other. I wonder if a manager could do that."

Ditterich: "We already have enough trouble with Briggs around here. You are staying right here."

DOFX3rI.jpg

yE8QLPX.jpgWle6yqE.jpgDGvzYfX.jpg

Jenny Playmate is with the CGC Canadian champion, Antonio Del Veccio, and Hailey Hunter in the interview area."

Jenny: "Two big wins for you the past week. Now you get a bit of a break before your next defense as we find out who you will face at In the Company of Legends. It will either be Zeus Maxmillion or Professor Funk. Do you have a preference?"

ADV: "Not really. I don't fear Neo Elite and Zeus is as tough as they come so it would be a welcome challenge. Professor Funk? He is an interesting guy. I think it would be a good challenge too. I guess in this case I would say let the best man win."

Hailey: "Which won't happen. Neo Elite will probably cheat."

ADV: "Yeah, but Funk has some good backup too. Either way I am facing off against someone that has help with him. Hailey has my back and that is all I need. It took a long time to get this title and I don't plan on letting it go so easily."

Rating: 62

Things then cut to a video showing Alex training for his match. He still looks to be in great shape with the video showing him doing some cardio as well as weight lifting. It ends with him in the ring bouncing off the ropes and just trying to get used to moving about in the squared circle once more.

Rating: 67

Ditterich: "It has been a little over two years since Alex last wrestled and he still looks in great shape."

Garcia: "Yeah, but looking in great shape and being in great ring shape are different things Ditterich. We'll see how well he wrestles soon enough."

DOFX3rI.jpg

XV24iBK.jpgG3LTZU6.jpgHtt8tAH.jpgcfjkbZz.jpgcvN8LBm.jpg

Montreal Mafia vs Identity Skip

Identity Skip are starting to gel as a team. Going from awkward new pairing from months ago to being able to eliminate mistakes and keep that to a minimum. They are going against a much more experienced team in this case and the Mafia do well to take advantage. They control much of the match by keeping Ian isolated and they come close to winning a few times. Eventually Skip does get tagged in and he cleans house. The biggest man in the match overpowers both Mafia members and he nails Marc Raisin with a Flow Down to pick up a victory for his team.

Winners: Identity Skip

Rating: 48

Ditterich: "Another win for the young team of Ian and Skip."

Garcia: "This is depressing. Are they some of the best the tag division has to offer? I hope the champs get to tear them apart at some point."

DOFX3rI.jpg

yE8QLPX.jpgAHBg2FK.jpgYcP7EfL.jpg

Speaking of the champions, Jenny Playmate is in the interview area with The Predators.

Jenny: "Identity Skip seems to be picking up steam. Can you see facing them soon in a title match?"

Nathan Black: "They are more than welcome to try to stop us. It will be yet another team that will fall to The Predators."

Warren: "It doesn't matter who we face at In the Company of Legends. We still are continuing our path of destruction and will become the longest reigning tag team champions in all of CGC."

Nathan: "We're going to do what no one else could do. Not the Specialists, not Youth Energy, not the McWades or any other team here in CGC has done."

Warren: "We have made it over a year. We are going to easily make it two years....then three years. Jenny, you get the point."

Rating: 53

Ditterich: "Nothing but confidence from the champs."

Garcia: "And why not? They have beaten the best and they are still on top for over a year."

E7DyVCh.jpgARZubTt.jpg

Things shift to find Faith in the back looking for Joey. She finds him in one of the hallways pacing back and forth looking to psyche himself up.

Faith: "You going to be okay?"

Joey: "More than fine. The break let me rethink what I was doing. I feel focused again, determined. Faith, thank you."

She just smiles and her cheeks go a bit red.

Faith: "I just wanted you to be happy. You know I will go anywhere with you."

Joey: "I know. I thank you for that. I won't squander that again, Faith. Stay by my side as I try to get to the top again."

Faith: "Of course."

Rating: 62

Garcia: "Disgusting."

Ditterich: "Now that is love, folks. Joey will be in our main event tonight facing off against the ever dangerous jaded joker known as Whippy the Clown."

Garcia: "I hate clowns, but I think I hate Joey more."

DOFX3rI.jpg

uYUjhXQ.jpgHtt8tAH.jpgjMHWahO.jpg

Professor Funk vs Zeus Maxmillion

A good match that sees the Professor's silky smooth moves throw off Zeus more than a few times. Once Zeus gets used to those movements though he is pretty quick to overpower the other veteran and take control. Funk gets some good offense in here and there, but it isn't enough. Thunder Bolt to Professor Funk and then the Olympian Clutch is locked in. Funk has no choice but to tap.

Winner: Zeus Maxmillion

Rating: 69

Ditterich: "Good match there and it looks like Zeus will be getting a title shot at In the Company of Legends."

Garcia: "Neo Elite about to add more gold to their collection. Maybe they can recruit the tag champs or look at taking those titles as well."

Ditterich: "That is an uneasy feeling there."

Garcia: "I love it."

DOFX3rI.jpg

luBdDEc.jpg2IV5pck.jpgEP5Sjy1.jpgt7EgVcY.jpg

The rest of Neo Elite are in the back looking very pleased. They obviously have seen the results of the previous match.

Briggs: "Told you boys. Things are going to just keep getting better. We got the world title and soon we will have the Canadian title as well."

Thrill Seeker: "After In the Company of Legends we will show us dominating once more and boys, we'll get you both gold soon enough."

Both Crusher Haverford and Phillipe LeGrenier grin big at that.

Briggs: "Come on now. We're done here for the night. Lets get Zeus and go out for a night on the town."

Rating: 68

Garcia: "Got to love that confidence."

Ditterich: "I think the champ should be worrying about both Gargantuan and Christian Price at this point instead of going out. Zeus also hasn't won anything yet."

Garcia: "The man is vessel for a Greek god. I am sure he can easily defeat Antonio."

DOFX3rI.jpg

250HIls.jpgHtt8tAH.jpgudSYRyr.jpg

Hudson Drake vs Mister Lucha III

Mostly a showcase match to show off Lucha's athleticism and some of the crazy moves he can do. Drake gets early offense in mostly because he jumps the masked wrestler, but once Lucha gets going he isn't stopped. Drake is quickly put away with a Third Strike and Mister Lucha III picks up another win.

Winner: Mister Lucha III

Rating: 55

Ditterich: "A solid win there for the masked luchador. International House of Pain both looked good today."

Garcia: "I am still hoping Rahmel opens his eyes and drops this goof sooner than later."

DOFX3rI.jpg

yE8QLPX.jpgwjvt5EV.jpg

Jenny is once again in the backstage interview area and this time she has Whippy the Clown with her.

Jenny: "Big match for you tonight. You have to be looking at trying to change your fortunes this year as so far it has been-"

She is cut off by Whippy who holds his hand out to her face to silence her.

Whippy: "A joke? Is that what you were going to say? So my luck hasn't been the greatest, but tonight I change that. I take down Joey Poison and finally it will be ME who is the one laughing."

He cackles and wanders off as Jenny just gives him an odd look.

Rating: 65

Garcia: "Damn creepy clowns."

Ditterich: "One of the few things I can agree with you on."

DOFX3rI.jpg

vkgrHBz.jpgHtt8tAH.jpgn6Wj7TA.jpg

Gargantuan vs Grease Hogg

Two more big bruisers clash tonight though Gargantuan is pretty much the biggest of the big. Grease Hogg shows no fear though and goes right at the bigger man. It is just more Gargantuan shrugs off most of the blows and begins his own assault. Grease Hogg is overwhelmed and while he tries to fight back a few times he is put away by an Ultimate Backbreaker in the end.

Winner: Gargantuan

Rating: 59

Ditterich: "Gargantuan is looking more than ready for In the Company of Legends. I won't be surprised if we see him reclaim the belt."

Garcia: "I have confidence that Anslem Briggs will have an idea."

Ditterich: "I am sure that idea is to interfere."

Garcia: "Anything to keep the title, Ditterich."

DOFX3rI.jpg

AeQPKi9.jpgDcuAGmV.jpg

Another training montage. This time it is showing Jack's daily workout to get prepped for his big match against Alex. He also has Ricky helping him out and it shows the two sparring for a bit in the ring with Ricky making sure Jack is more than ready for whatever Alex throws at him.

Rating: 90

Garcia: "I think Ricky is playing favorites. Has he been helping Alex?"

Ditterich: "Maybe he just feels Jack needs the extra help? Alex is retired and this is a one time deal. Jack is still around so he wants to make sure Jack is more than ready not just for Alex, but also for anything after it."

Garcia: "Pfft, spin it that way if you want. I still think he is playing favorites."

DOFX3rI.jpg

E7DyVCh.jpgARZubTt.jpgHtt8tAH.jpgwjvt5EV.jpg

Joey Poison with Faith vs Whippy the Clown

A solid match between two veterans. Even at forty Whippy shows great athleticism and some jaw dropping moves. He also has a rather aggressive streak that sees him take control a good portion of the match. When Joey does gain an advantage Whippy isn't above raking the eyes or even going after Faith to throw Joey off his game. It works for awhile, but finally Joey starts to gain momentum. He takes down Whippy with some quick strikes. Whippy tries to pull the referee in the way of a charging Joey, but he manages to stop himself. Whippy goes for a low blow in the confusion and Joey catches the arm and reverses things into an Antidote Web. Joey picks up the win.

Winner: Joey Poison

Rating: 73

Garcia: "I wouldn't normally say this, but I am glad Joey won."

Ditterich: "Whippy looked like he was willing to do anything to win, but it wasn't enough."

Garcia: "Probably the last time I cheer for Joey....unless he faces Whippy again."

Ditterich: "We are out of time folks. Be sure to tune in next week!"

<strong><span style="font-size:12px;">Notes</span></strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

- Joey Poison has been helping Intrepid Ian Identity as of late. The veteran has been a mentor for Ian for a few months now and was seen giving tips to help the youngster with his in ring psychology.</p><p> </p><p>

<strong>Title Bout Wrestling</strong></p></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

We are already almost half way through the year and just weeks away from In the Company of Legends. The show already has some big time matches signed, but what else will we see as we continue down the road to the big show?</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="DcuAGmV.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/DcuAGmV.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="acW5yLt.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/acW5yLt.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="vkgrHBz.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/vkgrHBz.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="BUXtKHv.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/BUXtKHv.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

The main event will see some big names in tag action. Ricky DeColt will team with Christian Price to take on a rather intimidating duo of Gargantuan and Dan DaLay. Thrill Seeker can only be pleased at seeing his two opponents for In the Company of Legends clashing so soon as he will need every advantage he can get to retain.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="AHBg2FK.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/AHBg2FK.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="YcP7EfL.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/YcP7EfL.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Many thought The Predators lucked into the CGC Tag Team titles and would have a short reign. They have proved all the doubters wrong and are just weeks away from being the longest reigning champions of all time. The last roadblock very well may be at In the Company of Legends. Who will they face? It is said we will find out this week.</p><p> </p><p>

</p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="luBdDEc.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/luBdDEc.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="udSYRyr.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/udSYRyr.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p>

Thrill Seeker will also be in action in a non title bout. Even without the title on the line he has to be seeking another victory to keep his momentum going into In the Company of Legends, but standing in his way is the fast rising luchador, Mister Lucha III. Lucha has looked impressive since his debut but can he pull off his biggest win yet?</p><p> </p><p>

All that and more this week on Title Bout wrestling! Be sure to tune in!</p><p> </p><p>

Title Bout Wrestling

Sunday, Week 1 June 2016

Alberta Canada, 4,600 in Attendance

DOFX3rI.jpg

kb30avs.jpgAeQPKi9.jpg

The show starts showing more training adventures involving Alex and Jack DeColt as they prepare to face off against one another. It also features some comments from both men where Alex says this will be for sure his last match, but Jack will soon realize Alex is still the better wrestler. Jack talks about defeating Alex as a way to prove to himself he is still at the top of his game and he will then take the CGC World title back from Thrill Seeker

Ditterich: "Welcome everyone to the show! We got several exciting matches tonight including a big tag team main event. Not only that I am told we will find out the challenges for the tag team titles tonight as well."

Garcia: "Doesn't matter. The Predators have shown they are the dominant tag team here in CGC and I just don't see any other team on the roster that can defeat them."

Ditterich: "It is true the pair have had one of the longest reigns in CGC history and if they manage to keep the titles at In the Company of Legends they will hold the title for longest reigning champs. We are ready for action so lets go to ringside!"

Chucky Dorrance vs Antonio Del Veccio with Hailey Hunter

A non title bout that sees Antonio Del Veccio mostly get a few moments to showcase his skills against Chucky Dorrance who rarely ever is on the winning side of things. The champ looks good as he takes apart Dorrance with an array of moves and ends the match with an Italian DDT.

Winner: Antonio Del Veccio

Rating: 49

There is little time for Antonio to celebrate because Zeus makes his way down to the ring with his manager in tow.

Zeus: "It has been some time since I had that title in my hands and you have had a bit of luck with my fellow Neo Elite, but Antonio, you haven't faced ME. Show me the kind of man that you are and accept my challenge. Face me for the CGC Canadian championship at In the Company of Heroes."

Anslem: "Or you can show your true colors and and say no. It is okay to be afraid of a god, Antonio."

ADV: "I got wins over two of you already. What's a third? Maybe I'll just pick up another win and then go after Thrill Seeker since I got such a good record against you all. Having two belts does sound rather nice afterall."

The two share staredown for a few moments before Zeus decides to leave. ADV soon follows.

Garcia: "Dumb move, Antonio. Kiss that title goodbye."

Ditterich: "Another big match for In the Company of Legends it would seem. This may be Antonio Del Veccio's biggest defense yet."

Garcia: "And I can't wait....hey Ditterich. Did we time travel?"

Ditterich: "What kind of question is that?"

Garcia: "Eyes on the ring! Look!"

The New Soldiers of Fortune vs The McWade Brothers

It has been twenty years since the McWades have been in a CGC ring and they take on the veteran duo of The New Soldiers of Fortune for the right to face The Predators at In the Company of Legends. It is an all out brawl between the two veteran teams clash. Big power moves all around and it is the returning McWades that pick up the win after taking out Destiny long enough to finish off Fate and get the pin.

Winners: The McWade Brothers

Rating: 49

Ditterich: "Holy smokes! The McWade Brothers are back and they quickly made a statement. They will be the new challengers for the CGC tag team titles!"

Garcia: "This is insane. I was just a teenager the last time these guys wrestled in CGC and they don't look like they missed much of a step at all."

Ditterich: "The McWades have held the titles three times in the past. Could they make it four in just a few weeks?"

There are two people certainly not excited to see the McWade's return and that would be The Predators who are in the interview area with Jenny Playmate.

Jenny: "It seems like tonight had a big surprise, but you two now know who you will face at the upcoming PPV."

Nathan: "I often feel Alex wants us to lose the titles. He bet he thinks this is where it all ends. He brings in the McWade Brothers who are known to be a dominant and violent team. Well guess what? We aren't scared."

Warren: "Their time has passed. They were great when they were younger. I remember watching them as a kid, but now they are just old men. They want our titles? They are going to get sent to the retirement home instead."

Nathan: "And we just further prove we are the best tag team in CGC. Who knows. Maybe we'll challenge Jack and Ricky after this win. No one can stop us."

Rating: 60

Ditterich: "I will say they are very confident in themselves."

Garcia: "And why not? They have had the titles for over a year. You don't last long in this business without confidence, Ditterich."

Shane & Stevie vs The Montreal Mafia

Fast paced tag action between these two teams. Shane and Stevie have the tag experience, but are still not too used to being partners where Montreal Mafia certainly know one another well enough and use that to their full advantage. They seem close to beating the veterans a few times, but Shane and Stevie manage to mount a comeback and Stevie wins the match with a Shades of Grayson on Marc Raisin

Winners: Shane & Stevie

Rating: 53

Ditterich: "I am starting to like this new tandem. Another impressive win for them."

Garcia: "Two guys who couldn't cut it in singles competition if you ask me. I mean look at where Thrill Seeker is now that he dropped that dead weight."

House of Funk is hanging around in back talking with one another.

Professor Funk: "Man it feels it has been quiet since you took DaLay down, brotha. We got a big show coming up. We should be doing something. We got to make sure In the Company of Legends is funky."

Funky Fro: "What do you think, prof? All the titles are spoken for at this point. Donte, you thinking of finding a dance partner?"

Donte: "I already figured one out. I need to keep pushing myself and that is why I am going to challenge Prometheus."

There is a few long moments of silence as Funk and Fro just stare at Donte as if he grew a second head.

Professor Funk: "You sure about this, brotha? That is one mean motha you are calling out."

Donte: "And if I can beat him I find the next big challenge. Maybe Gargantuan."

They stare at Donte once again.

Funky Fro: "I don't want you to die, dawg, but if you feel like you need to do this I got your back."

Professor Funk: "Prometheus it is. We got to get you all prepared for that sort of thing if he accepts. Come on, brotha."

Things shift to the interview area where Jenny Playmate has Mister Lucha III with her.

Jenny: "Big match tonight for you, but you seem to thrive under pressure since arriving here. It is a non title match, but you must be thinking what a win here could do for you in CGC."

Lucha: "I never thought I would leave Mexico to be honest. Sure I might travel the world a bit, but in the end I just thought I would make my name where my uncle did. Yet here I am after deciding I wanted a true challenge. To come to a place where Lucha Libre isn't the norm. A chance to spread my style to a new audience. A win tonight would mean the world to me, but I am not going in thinking this is an easy match. I am going to give it my all and hopefully in the end I will be standing with my arm raised."

Rating: 69

Garcia: "I am trying to think who is crazier, but I got to go with Donte just because he wants to face Prometheus."

Ditterich: "I kind of question that, but Donte is brave for doing so. I can't wait to see Thrill Seeker vs Mister Lucha III to be honest. That should be a great one."

Garcia: "Easy win for the champ. Lucha is no DeColt and Thrill Seeker has wins over both Jack and Ricky."

Crusher Haverford with Anslem Briggs vs Grease Hogg

The two seem to match one another strength for strength and it is a well contested bout. Neither man can seem to get the upper hand for long overall and Briggs' attempts to interfere doing go over so well. It does get to the point where Grease Hogg starts to gain control and Briggs seems to panic. He waves to the back and reinforcements soon come in the form of Phillipe LeGrenier two attacks Hogg and causes the DQ.

The beatdown continues for a few moments before Lead Belly shows up and starts to clean house to save his partner. Neo Elite bail as The Dirty White Boys are back together with Lead Belly returning from the beatdown he suffered weeks ago.

Rating: 52

Ditterich: "Lead Belly is back and that couldn't have been better timing."

Garcia: "He should be careful. They took him out of action once already. What is going to keep them from doing it again?"

Ditterich: "The Dirty White Boys are back together and I have to say they will plan to be a thorn in Neo Elite's side."

Ozzie Golden vs Intrepid Ian Identity

A good match between younger talents that sees Ozzie control the better part of the match. Ian has flashes of offense that start to make you believe he can pull off the win, but Ozzie finds a way to quash the offense before Ian gets too much momentum. The Golden One ends up being too much and Ian is put away via Golden Shower.

Rating: 52

After the victory Ozzie asks for a microphone and he gives a coy grin at the camera as he speaks.

Ozzie: "Antonio, dear. Do keep that title for awhile longer. I am not finished with you just yet. I admit Zeus beat me to the punch, but once you two are done having fun I would love to liberate that belt from you. I will be sure to keep it very very intimate when I do so as well. Then The Golden One will be wearing gold as well. Oh how fun that does sound. See you soon, Antonio dear."

Rating: 51

Ditterich: "No one ever said being champ was easy. Antonio has several men gunning for him."

Garcia: "If he survives Zeus he might not survive a second encounter with Ozzie Golden."

Thrill Seeker and Anslem are in back getting ready for Seeker's upcoming match when Thrill Seeker decides to address the camera.

Thrill Seeker: "I got a big challenge ahead of me. I have to defend my title against TWO men and yet Alex thinks it funny I have to have a match tonight against some masked nobody. Well I am going to win here tonight and I will win at In the Company of Legends too. Alex will have to start taking us seriously soon enough."

Anslem: "Soon we will have another belt when Zeus takes care of Del Veccio and maybe it is time for Crusher and Phillipe to get the tag titles. Soon Neo Elite will have all the gold and Alex.....you can't do a damn thing when that happens."

Rating: 56

Garcia: "I love the sound of that. They could be the Golden Elite!"

Ditterich: "Don't get too far ahead of yourself, Adrian. They might walk away with zero belts when all of this is said and done."

Ricky DeColt and Christian Price vs Dan DaLay and Gargantuan

Crazy is a mild way to put it. The referee has a hard time keeping any sort of control in this one given the competitors and it is a rather frantic match taking place all over ringside. Dan and Gargantuan dominate for a good long while before a hot tag to Ricky shows the youngest DeColt brother getting on a roll and even managing to take Gargantuan off his feet. This only enrages the monster and things grow chaotic once more. During all the chaos Price and DaLay become the legal men and Price lands a Price Check on the veteran and scores the victory while Gargantuan and Ricky brawl outside.

Winners: Ricky DeColt and Christian price

Rating: 79

Ditterich: "Big win for Christian Price and Ricky DeColt."

Garcia: "Price taking the easy way out. Things will be different when he has to face the likes of Gargantuan and Thrill Seeker at the same time."

Ditterich: "We are out of time folks! Join us again next week!"
