Give Me Rules For A Game: Rebooted

Firstly, I know this is meant to be covered in the official booking committee thread so if need be then the mods can go ahead and delete it but hear me out:

This seemed like one of the most interesting threads on the TEW2013 forum, even if I specifically didn't ask for any rules for my save it was fun to see the creativity of others and how much all of us would try to challenge each other in our saves.

But, when looking through the official booking committee thread it seems not many people are asking for rules for their save; perhaps because lack of interest/people not looking for rules or that part is getting lost within the other thing that thread has, because I have noticed some people asking for rules but they often go by unnoticed.

I'm going to try start off, I'm currently running a WCW Lives 2001 save, playing as WCW and I am now in November 2001, and my world champion is Randy Savage as he is getting a real run with the big gold that he deserved. This is my roster and it's champions... Who gets pushed/who gets punished? What handicaps does Mr. Eric Bischoff have to deal with and many more... So get creative people!

Learning from the Past: In the next 12 months you must get the following to Main Event Status. AJ Styles, Alex Wright, Marcus Cor Von, and Bobby Roode.

Push/Fire/Downgrade: Sting, Finlay, and Lance Storm. One must be fired, one must get a massive push, and the other needs to be shuffled down the card.

New Beginnings: In the next six months the Cruiserweight title needs to be phased out, and be replaced with a new title of your choice between an X-Division like title or the old ROH Pure title.

Television Title: This title needs to be used as the name implies, the champion has to defend on every TV show, if they manage 15 title defenses they can vacate the title for a US Title shot at the next PPV or chose to keep defending and if they hit 20 defenses they can cash in for a World Title shot at the next PPV.

CM Punk: Part of Punk Rock is not caring about the trappings of everyone else, that being said, Punk cannot challenge for any title until he auto pushes to the Main Event, at which point he can only challenge for The World Title, if he is in a feud with the champion. Because then it isn't about winning the belt but humiliating his opponent.

Misc. Dustin Rhodes must win the World Title at least once in the next 12 months, if he wins it as a heel, his gimmick needs to be as the American Nightmare, basically everything his Dad wasn't, think Dustin Rhodes as JBL. If as a face it will be all about following the family tradition and proving himself worthy of the name Rhodes.

Kanyon needs to be the first openly gay non stereotypical wrestler, because he we should all want to be more open and excepting.

John Cena can not use any of his WWE type gimmicks, so no rapping, no HLR, how you want to shape him from there is up to you. But If Cena gets to the top in WCW it will not be as a WWE gimmick.

Booker T is going to be your main guy until you can get other guys up the card, so even while Dustin and Savage are champs, Booker T needs to be involved in at least a major storyline if not a World Title feud in some way.

I love this, if anyone else has a roster or is starting a new game and wants some rules post up, because I enjoy coming up with stuff like this. Some extra ones for you to possibly include.

Home Grown Talent - No signing anyone who has worked for a major promotion in the last two years.

If you are Loyal so am I - Anyone that has been with the company for more than 3 years, can't lose to talent that has been in the company for 6 months. (Excludes Enhancement Talent)

Can't Carry The Weak - Anyone who gets injured for more than 3 months. Must have their contract terminated (Unless on written contract.) If under written contract, they can't be resigned while injured. If anyone suffers more than 3 injuries in a year they can't be re-signed.

No more leaders - No signing anyone known as a Locker Room Leader.

I Dont Like Getting Confused - You may only sign one wrestler under a mask.

This Place Is Your Only Priority - No talent may work outside your company or be released.

Christian Cage Style Departure - If a talent is leaving they must be well and truly destroyed on their departure.

Party Drugs! - Soft drug use is alright, alright, alllrriiiggghhttt..

Three Strikes You're Out - Get involved in three negative incidences and you are out of here. (Soft Drug Use Exempt)

Over The Hill - No signing, renewing or extending contracts with anyone older than 43 years old.

The Best We Have - Any wrestlers involved in the Match of the Year within your company. Will get a run with the Main Title the next year.

Since you already debuted Cena as a rapper, a slight tweak then. Until you can change his gimmick he can't be pushed above mid card.

Hold on, no Braun for a year. Dangggg, I would restart just off that lol, I have some rules.

Shake My Snake Scandal - Randy Orton must be shuffled down the card following recent scandals.

New Mexican Star - Andrade Cien Alma's must auto-push to the ME.

War Games - In the next twelve months War Games must make its Main Roster debut as a new one time PPV.

You got big! - Dean Ambrose, and Drew McIntyre must push to the ME. One must capture WWE/Universal Championship. (I didn't notice Dean Ambrose on the list, so if you don't have him forget this challenge )

We Are Already Stacked! - No bringing up any NXT Talent until after WrestleMania (One or Two may showcase during the Royal Rumble)

The Big Dog! - Roman Reigns must be involved in the ME either for or defending a ME title for at least 8 PPVs out of the next 12.

NXT! NXT! NXT! One of Tyler Breeze, Chad Gable, or Tye Dillinger must get a midcard title run.

The new Evolution - Triple H must align himself with four superstars that he proclaims are the new Evolution.

Thank You For Your Service - Kofi Kingston, The Miz, R-Truth must capture the WWE Championship, United States Champion and Tag-Team Championship. (You can choose who captures what, but Kofi is not eligible for the Tag-Team one).

The Hart Foundation Showcase - A Main Roster two-day network exclusive Tag-Team PPV. The first night of the PPV must have the Smack down Tag-Team and RAW Tag-Team champions face off, as other teams face off to become Number One Contenders.

Tag Me! - Establish a Women's Tag-Team division, and they must be represented at the Hart Foundation Showcase.

Third Brand - After WrestleMania NXT must invade the Main Roster and proclaim themselves as the Third official brand for the WWE. (This allows talent to move from SD or RAW to NXT).

Australian Icons - An Australian Faction must be born out of TM-61, Buddy Murphy, The IIconics and any other Australian talent you may sign. (This must happen after WM.)

You could hire Peter Michaels but you cannot fire Jason Azaria and Kyle Rhodes, if he is not the owner. 14) Pick Your Poison! You could hire Marat Khoklov but he must win the TCW World Championship on his in ring debut and hold it for one full year.

Primus Allen, Ekuma, Spencer Spade: Call up all three. Give one a dancing gimmick and involve them with Robbie Retro in some way, give the other a losing streak gimmick, give the other a run with any title in the first year.

If you sign Ross Henry or Marat Khoklov, they must immediately enter feuds with Remo or Angry Gilmore respectively. One of them must win said feud.

He has to win the United States or Intercontinental Title. His reign has to be longer than his NXT Title Run (He was NXT Champion for 280 Days) Rule #2 - It's a conspiracy! Only Face Wrestlers are allowed to win the Royal Rumble and only Heels can win the Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Rule #3 - End it on a positive note. The Big Show has announed that he wants to end his WWE Career at Summerslam. He has to win the Tag Team Titles before Wrestlemania and end his Career as one half of the reigning Champions. You can choose his partner, but whoever you team him up with, can't be older than 29. Rule #4 - 15 Minutes of Fame Every PPV has to feature a match of the Cruiserweight-Division. It has to be featured on the Main Card, so no more Pre-Shows/Dark Matches. Rule #5 - Don't Hinder Jinder He does not have to win the WWE Champion but the least you have to do is to push him to the Main Event. Rule #6 - Another New Day Add a fourth Member to the New Day. Rule #8 - The Luck of the Irish is not for everone Both, Becky Lynch and Finn Balor, have to win a Title at Wrestlemania, but while Finn has to loose has Title the next night on RAW, Beckys Championship Reign has to continue at least until the next Wrestlemania.
