Just caught up on this diary, and boy, did I love Wrestlemania!!!

(OOC) I need to take a moment here to talk as me, Scott. I have received some terrible, heartbreaking news today. My sister was diagnosed with breast cancer a few weeks back. The prognosis is not good but I believe we have a miracle somewhere up our sleeve. Y'all are like a second family to me here so I need to ask for your thoughts and prayers for her. It's not something she's going completely public with but none of my relatives read here or anything so I don't have to worry about that. Thank you all for your prayers ahead of time. Love you all.

Sorry to hear that, hope it all works out okay for her! My friend at work is going through something similar, so I can only imagine how many times my concern for her is multiplied when it's your sister. :(

Back to the diary, loving the Hogan heel turn! You had the balls to do what Vince McMahon never did, and really should've. Certainly intrigued as to his motivations!

Predictions:

Roberts

Landel

Hart Foundation

Orient Express

Savage (with an assist from Hogan to lead to Hogan vs Warrior at KOTR)

If you ever need to talk, my PM is open.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> I'm glad you enjoyed the Hogan heel turn. I am really hoping to get people's reactions to that because it's something that's definitely different when it comes to what happened in real life. I believe his popularity was waning slightly during this time, even after beating Sgt. Slaughter in real life. I feel like this is a good time to change up his character. A little aside and backstage note, I was bouncing back and forth between turning Hogan and turning The Ultimate Warrior. I decided the Hogan turn made more sense with joining the Macho King.</span></p>

Alright, you people need to SHUT YOUR MOUTHS if you want to hear what I have to say." <em>[bOO!]</em> "If you ingrates want to know why I did what I did then just listen to yourselves. Listen to the way that you boo the two men who made professional wrestling. Let's go back to 1985. Let's go back to WrestleMania I, brother. The future of this company hinged on the success of this show. That means that the future of this company hinged on Hulk Hogan, dude. You could say that this company is only around today because of Hulk Hogan. That makes me bigger than this company, brother. Then we move forward to WrestleMania III. That's the show where I body slammed Andre the Giant and this man beside me put on the match that many consider to be the best WrestleMania match ever. That means that the Mega Powers have ruled WrestleMania past and now present. Eight days ago, brother, Hulk Hogan pinned Sgt. Slaughter and sent him out of the WWF. Did I really do that for America? No. I did it to get rid of my competition. Then in the main event this man, this King became the WWF Heavyweight Champion by defeating the man who many saw as the heir apparent to Hulkamania: The Ultimate Warrior. What everyone didn't realize is that Hulk Hogan isn't going anywhere, brother. Hulk Hogan is staying right on top where I belong. Tell em Macho."</p><p> </p><p> <strong>[Randy Savage:]</strong> "Freak out! Freak out! Freak out! That's exactly what the fans here in the WWF did last week when the Mega Powers were reunited once again. Nobody expected it. Just like what always happens with the Macho King. None of you watching are smart enough to keep up with the Macho King, the WWF Heavyweight Champion. That includes The Ultimate Warrior, who we all know isn't a very smart man to begin with. Warrior, I beat you eight days ago at WrestleMania and the same is going to happen tonight inside that steel cage. I know that I can do it myself so Hulk, Sherri you two stay in the back. We're inside a steel cage anyway. But I will prove that I deserve the WWF Heavyweight title, dig it! Tonight, The Mega Powers will celebrate another victory over some fan favorite. The match is held inside a steel cage where the only way to win is to escape the cage. This can be done by going over the cage or exiting through the door, which is monitored by referee Earl Hebner. The challenger, The Ultimate Warrior, makes the first entrance. He walks toward the ring, instead of his usual running toward the ring. He pauses before the cage, running his fingers along the bars before he moves to the door. He steps inside the ring and begins shaking the ropes, drawing cheers from this crowd here in the New England area. 'Pomp And Circumstances' begins to play and the crowd boos as Randy Savage comes out from the back alone. He raises the WWF Heavyweight title belt at the top of the ramp before walking toward the ring. He walks all the way around the ring, taking his time before he begins climbing the structure! The crowd is in a little bit of shock as the Macho King is climbing the steel cage from outside the cage. He reaches the top and sits on top of the cage before unstrapping the WWF Heavyweight title belt and raising it up to boos from this crowd. He brings his leg back over and The Ultimate Warrior begins to climb the cage from the inside! Warrior meets Savage halfway up the cage and bangs his head against the steel! Savage's head clangs on the cage before he is knocked backward and falls on the mat inside the ring with the belt landing on his chest. Warrior climbs back down the steel cage and the bell is sounded to begin this match.]</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em> [The Ultimate Warrior pulls Randy Savage to his feet and runs him into a turnbuckle, slamming his head on the top turnbuckle multiple times. He moves it down to the second turnbuckle and then the bottom turnbuckle! Warrior shoves Savage's face into the mat and then stands, beating his chest. Warrior goes to the cage and begins to climb up but he doesn't get far before he is struck in the back with the WWF Heavyweight title belt by the Macho King! This knocks Warrior back to his feet in the ring and Savage lifts him, bringing him down with a belly-to-back suplex. The Macho King holds his chest for a moment as he moves to stand up. He is in some obvious pain and there is some bruising occuring in the pectoral region. Savage grabs the WWF Heavyweight title belt and waits in the corner, watching as Warrior begins to pull himself to his feet. Savage stands there with the belt, waiting and watching. Warrior gets to his feet and turns around and Savage blasts him in the head with the WWF Heavyweight title belt! The Macho King raises the belt to boos from the crowd here in the New England region. Savage moves to all four sides of the ring, raising the belt before he looks to the door. He begins walking toward the door and it looks like we might have a rather quick victory in this match for the Macho King. He motions and referee Earl Hebner begins opening the door but Warrior manages to grab Savage by the ankle, stopping him from getting to the open door! Warrior pulls Savage back and Savage lays in a stomp on his opponent as the door is closed once again.]</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em> [The next several minutes sees The Macho King Randy Savage in control of The Ultimate Warrior, working his opponent down. Warrior, though, seems to refuse to give up. Savage tries several times to escape the cage but Warrior manages to stop him each and every time. Around ten minutes in, Savage catches Warrior with a flying double axehandle from the top turnbuckle. The Macho King beats his chest, mocking The Ultimate Warrior. He walks back to the turnbuckle, climbing to the top slowly. Both men are showing a little bit of slowing down in this match, especially with the bruising to the Macho King. Savage stands on the top turnbuckle and raises his arms high above his head. He leaps with the Flying Elbow Drop but Warrior rolls out of the way and Savage catches the mat! The crowd cheers, getting behind the former WWF Heavyweight Champion as he lies there on the mat alongside the current WWF Heavyweight Champion. Warrior turns on his stomach and crawls over to the ropes, beginning to shake the bottom rope. He moves to the second rope, shaking the second rope hard. Then he moves up to the top rope, reaching his feet and shaking the ropes as the crowd gets solidly behind The Ultimate Warrior! Warrior bounces off the ropes and catches Randy Savage with a clothesline as soon as Savage gets to his feet. Savage pushes himself back up only to get hit with another clothesline. Four clotheslines in a row and Warrior makes a motion to make the Gorilla Press Slam! He picks up Savage but Savage rakes his eyes. Warrior stumbles a moment as Savage quickly goes to the top turnbuckle again. Savage leaps but Warrior catches him with a punch to the gut sending Savage flipping to the mat. Warrior picks up Savage and runs him right into the steel cage! He sends him to all four sides of the cage before Savage falls to the mat, busted open. Warrior calls for the Gorilla Press Slam again and picks up Savage, lifting him above his head but Warrior makes too many presses as Savage manages to wiggle free and fall behind Warrior -- Double Knee Backbreaker! Both men are down on the mat and the camera pulls out to reveal someone marching toward the ring.]</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em> </em><img alt="8CPSQkb.jpg" data-src="https://imgur.com/8CPSQkb.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p><em> </em></p><p><em> [The crowd boos as Sid Vicious makes his way down to the ring with both Randy Savage and The Ultimate Warrior down on the mat. The door swings open and then back, hitting Vicious in the shoulder before Vicious pushes it open again and enters the ring. There is no disqualification in this match! Vicious looks down at both men lying on the mat. He picks up The Ultimate Warrior and tucks him between his legs. Vicious raises The Ultimate Warrior and slams him down on the mat with a Release Powerbomb! Vicious picks Warrior up again and drives him down with a second Release Powerbomb and Warrior is not even moving at this point. Vicious steps over to Randy Savage and picks him up. He places the WWF Heavyweight Champion between his legs and then lifts him up in the air -- before smiling and setting Savage up on the top turnbuckle. Vicious points toward Warrior as the crowd boos loudly. Savage is shaky on the top turnbuckle so Vicious holds his legs as Savage raises his arms up in the air. Vicious releases just as Savage jumps and The Macho King drives the Flying Elbow Drop into the heart of The Ultimate Warrior. Vicious reaches down and grabs a nearly knocked out and bleeding Savage, lifting him up on his shoulder. The crowd here in New England is as angry as ever. Hogan and Sherri reach Vicious and Savage and Hogan actually hugs Sid Vicious! The three men and a woman enter the cage where The Ultimate Warrior still seems to be knocked out from the two consecutive Powerbombs by Vicious. Hogan motions to Vicious and Vicious grabs Warrior, dragging him to the center of the ring. Hogan bounces off the ropes -- Leg Drop! Hogan covers Warrior and Vicious makes the three count as the announcers go insane. Vince McMahon makes sure that everyone at home knows that it is not an official three count. The crowd begins throwing garbage at the steel cage as Hogan cups his ear, taking in the loud boos and obscenities from the crowd. He motions to everyone and they all stand shoulder to shoulder cupping their ears to the crowd. The group of four continue to celebrate in the ring as all three announcers put down their headsets and walk off. The show ends with a chorus of boos from the crowd and The Macho King raising the WWF Heavyweight title belt in the ring surrounded by Hulk Hogan, Sensational Queen Sherri and now the newest member of The Mega Powers: Sid Vicious.]</em></p></div></blockquote></div><p></p>

I'm sure that most skim over the longer ones but I do enjoy writing them sometimes. Glad to see that you enjoyed them.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Also glad to know that you think I made the right choice in turning Hogan. As I move forward, I definitely agree with that. Hollywood Hogan was an interesting time in his career in real life. I only hope that I can mimmick that to some degree in my writing. As you can see now, I have a real super group here with Hogan, Savage, Sherri and now Sid Vicious. Now Vicious can say that he's been in the Four Horsemen and The Mega Powers.</span></p>

It has been a year of signings and releases. Sometimes both within a few months of each other. There are always some surprises for the Royal Rumble that come in simply for that show. But the WWF has released the following superstars just this year alone:</span><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Sheik Adnan Al-Kaissie</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Dusty Rhodes</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Dustin Rhodes</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Giant Haystacks(who got injured and never wrestled a match in the WWF)</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Big John Studd</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> The Bushwhackers(Butch Miller and Luke Williams)</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> Koko B. Is there anyone you would like to see get released from the WWF? Or maybe there's someone you'd like to see in the WWF in the future? We will be in the Father David Bauer Arena in Calgary Alberta Canada. On this night, </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The Hart Foundation</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> will get their rematch with </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The Russians</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> for the WWF World Tag Team titles. This is a rematch from WrestleMania VII where The Russians defeated The Hart Foundation to gain the titles for the first time. But The Hart Foundation will surely have the crowd support in this building. Can The Russians overcome both The Hart Foundation and their legion of fans or will Bret Hart and Jim Neidhart regain the WWF World Tag Team titles?</span><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> -We learned last week that </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>Roddy Piper</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> will be in the building this week. We can all be sure that Piper is not going to be a happy man. We have learned that he plans on calling out </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The Mega Powers</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> to the ring even if he has to face all three men on his own. We do know that Piper will be receiving a WWF Heavyweight title match at King of the Ring in June. The Mega Powers could try to see if they can make it so that Piper doesn't make it to June.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> -Our first hour main event will feature a Body Bag Challenge Match as </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The Undertaker</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> takes on his rival </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The British Bulldog</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;">. These two men last faced off at WrestleMania VII where The Undertaker defeated The Bulldog. The feud has continued and Bulldog challenged The Undertaker to meet him on what The Bulldog called 'neutral ground' to fight in a Body Bag Challenge Match. The rules are simple, the only way to win is to place your opponent inside a body bag and zip it up. One man will walk away from the match and the other will be placed inside a body bag. Make sure you tune in to find out which man walks away.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"> -The King of the Ring Tournament begins this week as the newest member of </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>The Mega Powers</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;">: </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>Sid Vicious</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;">, takes on </span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;"><strong>Tito Santana</strong></span><span style="font-family:GEORGIA;">! Comments: A toss-up here, but I think the Russians cheat to win

Thoughts On Diary: Even though I don't get a chance to post or predict much (I should probably practice what I preach if I want more feedback and predictions on my dynasty lol) I'm still a huge fan of this dynasty. In fact, pretty much anything 90's related WWF or WCW, I'm going to mark out for. Keep it up! And great job with the Mega Powers, definitely did not see that coming.

Hey horseman4lyfe! Thanks for the predictions and comments and welcome back! I understand about life getting in the way. And real life always comes first over something like this. I'm glad you enjoyed the Hogan turn. I just felt like this was the right time for him to show his 'true colors.'

This is my way to be in touch with wrestling from before I was alive.

Hey Kijar! Thanks for the comments and predictions! You do a pretty good job considering you were not alive to see this stuff. This was around my hayday in watching wrestling. Though, honestly, I was more of a WCW fan than a WWF fan. But that comes from being born and raised in the southeast.

Hey sportsfanmas! Thanks for the predictions and comments! I'm glad to hear that you're a huge fan of this dynasty. I am doing all I can to make it enjoyable but also readable. It's one of the reasons I shortened up my Prime Time posts. I'm glad you enjoyed the turn of Hogan and didn't see it coming. Like with the real life turn and his joining the nWo, I wanted it to be special and shock-value.

WWF PRIME TIME WRESTLING!

Monday Week 3 April 1991

Location: Father David Bauer Arena (Alberta)

Attendance: 2,000

Overall Rating: A

TV Rating: 5.23

1mcDCzq.jpg

IgVTyNW.jpgpUXLrvK.jpg

[WWF Prime Time Wrestling comes to you live this week from Calgary Alberta Canada for the first time in 1991. This rampant Canadian crowd cheers wildly as the show begins. The cheers only grow louder when the bagpipes begin to play. Out from the back comes a man on a mission. That man is none other than the Rowdy Scot, the Hot Rod Roddy Piper! Piper stomps his way down to the ring and steps inside. He is handed a microphone and he smiles for a moment as we are shown a video of what happened two weeks ago. Hulk Hogan struck Piper with a chair in the head, joining forces with Randy Savage. When the video ends, Piper is pacing inside the ring.]

[Roddy Piper:] "Is the video done yet? Yeah? Good because I think that, just like everyone here in Calgary, I am sick and tired of seeing that. I see that hit in my sleep now. Heh. But I should have known better than to trust a good, upstanding citizen like Hulk Hogan. He's the kind of guy that will rob your house and then show up the next day and say 'Hey. I heard you got robbed.' Well, Hogan, everyone knows that I like to talk but right now I'm sick and tired of talking. So you and your new best friends need to come out here to the ring and I'll take on all three of you geeks on my own."

[After a moment of Piper pacing, the Titantron lights up to show a room with Hulk Hogan and Randy Savage sitting side-by-side on a couch. Savage has the WWF Heavyweight title belt over his waist.]

[Hulk Hogan:] "Hold your horses there, Piper. First of all, the champ and myself aren't even in the same country that you're in. Why would the champ come to such a dirty, disgusting country like Canada, brother? Why would the man who made the WWF come to such a country? Of course we wouldn't. So we're relaxing here in the Macho King's mansion."

[Roddy Piper:] "So which one of you is the husband and which one is the wife?"

[Hulk Hogan:] "Funny comment from a man in a skirt."

[Roddy Piper:] "You know why I wear this kilt, Hulk? Because I'm tough enough to wear it, that's why. Since neither one of you are here, I know that your new boytoy is in the building so I'll go find him."

[Piper drops his microphone and Hogan and Savage scramble for a phone on the Titantron. Piper exits the ring and heads toward the back where it's obvious he's going to be looking for Sid Vicious.]

-At the announce booth, Gorilla Monsoon, Vince McMahon and Bobby Heenan welcome everyone to WWF Prime Time Wrestling. They discuss what just happened and then talk about the return of the Women's Division. Speaking of which, Monsoon sends us to our opening bout, which is part of the Women's Division. Before we leave, Heenan is approached by someone in a suit. This person drops a piece of paper before The Brain before walking off. Heenan looks at the paper and is upset by what is written there before we cut to the ring without being told what was there...B

-In an abysmal match, Alundra Blayze(D) defeated Linda Dallas(F+) in 5:31 by pinfall with a Bridging German Suplex...D-

-In a video segment, Gene Okerlund hosts Update. He talks about all of the changes being made to the WWF, including the King of the Ring tournament and the return of the Women's Division. Speaking of the Women's Division, he sends us to a promo with the last reigning Women's Champion. Rockin' Robin gives a promo stating that she is happy to see the return of the Women's Division here in the WWF. She says that she worked long and hard when she was the WWF Women's Champion and that's not going to change now. She promises to get the WWF Women's title belt back around her waist...D+

-In a terrible match, Sid Vicious(D-) defeated Tito Santana(D+) in 6:04 by pinfall with a Powerbomb....D+

-Sid Vicious is celebrating his victory in the ring. He has moved to the second round of the King of the Ring tournament. But he's not done here tonight. Roddy Piper rushes toward the ring and attacks him with a steel chair! Sid tries to fight off the attack but eventually is forced out of the ring with multiple chair shots. Piper swings the chair around wildly inside the ring looking like Leatherface from Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Without thinking too much, Piper tries to continue the attack by leaping off the apron but Sid catches him. The chair falls to the floor as Sid turns. Vicious throws Piper into the guardrail like he weighs nothing more than a child. The powerful and psycho Sid Vicious pulls Piper back up and runs him head-first into the ring post sending Piper back down to the floor. While standing over the fallen Piper, Sid celebrates before walking to the back...A*

-A music video is shown promoting the future debut of The Mountie. The Mountie is shown seated on a horse and he talks to the camera, stating that he is coming to the World Wrestling Federation because there are so many people breaking rules and laws in this promotion. As The Mountie talks, we are shown a person crossing at the middle of the street obviously jaywalking. The Mountie rides up on him and tells him that he was jaywalking. The random person apologizes but The Mountie tells him here's your ticket and shocks him with a stungun. The Mountie says that he's The Mountie and The Mountie always gets his man. He shrugs and rides off as we cut back to the ring...C

-In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, The British Bulldog(A) defeated The Undertaker(C-) in a Body Bag match in 12:25 when The Undertaker was trapped...B

-Post-match, The British Bulldog celebrates briefly before getting out of the ring and walking to the back. When The Bulldog is gone, the lights in the arena flicker and then go dark as Gregorian chanting begins to play. A group of about ten Druids come out from the back lining up both sides of the aisle. Paul Bearer stands by and watches as the Druids enter the ring and grab the body bag that The Undertaker is in. They slide the bag to the edge of the ring and then exit. They raise the bag over their heads and carry it toward the back with Paul Bearer walking among them. As soon as the last Druid enters the backstage area, the lights return to the arena...C-

-In a video segment, Gene Okerlund hosts the King of the Ring Event Center. He talks about the King of the Ring tournament being underway and says that they will have another match in the tournament next week featuring Animal of the Road Warriors taking on Earthquake. He sends us to a promo with Animal. Animal says that we are just one week away from his singles career in the WWF being really kickstarted with the King of the Ring tournament. Animal says that Earthquake is a strong competitor but he's no match for The Road Warrior. Animal promises that next week will only be the beginning and ohhh what a rush...C

-In a bout that had sub-par wrestling and little heat, The Powers Of Pain(Barbarian-C, Warlord-D+) defeated The Fabulous Ones(Lane-D, Keirn-D-) in 6:23 when The Barbarian defeated Steve Keirn by pinfall with a Kick of Fear...C-

-Backstage, Gene Okerlund interviews The Hart Foundation. Bret Hart says that he is so proud to be back here in Canada, the greatest country in the world. Bret Hart says that it will be such an amazing experience tonight to win the WWF World Tag Team titles in his home province against The Russians. Jim Neidhart speaks up, saying that it didn't matter where they cashed in their rematch because, beginning tonight, they have The Russians' number. The interview is interrupted by The Million Dollar Man, who walks into the locker room. DiBiase offers them more money to give up their title shot tonight but he gets turned down again. DiBiase looks angry and immediately challenges Bret Hart to face him at the next pay-per-view event called WWF World Tour. Bret Hart agrees but says that DiBiase will be facing a real champion that night. DiBiase smiles and walks off, stating that he has a few calls to make...B-

-At a staging area, Brutus Beefcake hosts another edition of The Barber Shop. His special guests are Heenan Family members: Bobby Heenan, The Powers Of Pain and the injured Paul Orndorff. Beefcake begins by asking Heenan about the state of the Heenan Family. Heenan says that soon The Heenan Family are going to rule the World Wrestling Federation in the way that they always should have. He says that Mr. Perfect is not in the building but will be back next week. He says that Perfect suffered a fractured nose in his match with Ricky Steamboat at WrestleMania VII and that is why he hasn't been around. Also, Haku will be returning from injury soon. Heenan continues by saying that being the best means cutting the fat from time to time. After all sometimes there are wrestlers that just can't handle the greatness of The Heenan Family. Tonight, that means that he has to fire Paul Orndorff for being lazy and out of shape. The injured Orndorff steps toward Heenan but is immediately attacked by the other members of The Heenan Family. Orndorff is put through the Barber Shop window by The Barbarian and left laying there as Bobby Heenan announces a new video before they walk away...B-

-A video begins to play that shows highlights of former WWF Intercontinental Champion Mr. Perfect. Perfect is shown hitting the PerfectPlex on multiple wrestlers, including Tito Santana, Koko B. Ware, Hercules and others. The move is shown from multiple angles. He is also shown hitting the snap mare and the rolling neck snap combination. At the end of the video, it is announced that Mr. Perfect will be making his return to WWF next week on Prime Time Wrestling...C

-In a bout that had good wrestling and a decent reaction from the crowd, The Hart Foundation(Hart-A, Neidhart-B-) defeated The Russians(Nikita-C, Ivan-C-) in 19:46 when Ivan Koloff intentionally got disqualified while fighting Bret Hart.

In terms of in-ring work, Bret Hart was head and shoulders above everyone else...A

[The match is over and The Hart Foundation have won via disqualification. This, of course, means that The Russians retain the WWF World Tag Team titles. But The Russians are not done with The Hart Foundation just yet. Ivan Koloff still has that chain that he struck Bret Hart with in order to cause the disqualification. Ivan wraps the chain around his fist and drops to his knees beginning to punch Hart on the mat, seemingly trying to bust open the proud Canadian. Jim Neidhart tries to interfere but he is taken out with a Russian Sickle by Nikita Koloff. Nikita grabs his own chain and begins to choke out Neidhart in the corner, forcing Neidhart to watch as Uncle Ivan busts Hart open on the forehead. The crowd here in Canada is loudly booing and looking for some help for the hometown favorites. This help does come in the form of two men running toward the ring. The two men are identified by the announcers as Owen Hart and Keith Hart, Bret's brothers. Owen leaps to the top turnbuckle and Ivan stands up. Ivan turns toward Owen and is caught with a missile dropkick! Ivan is knocked to the mat and rolls out of the ring. Keith rushes Nikita and throws punches, knocking Nikita in the corner. Keith helps his brother-in-law Jim Neidhart to his feet. The two of them knock Nikita over the top rope with a double clothesline. Nikita lands near Uncle Ivan and the two of them grab their title belts, stomping off to the back. Owen helps Bret to his feet and the members of the Hart family grab a Canadian flag. The four men in the ring wave the Canadian flag here in Calgary as the show comes to a close. We'll see you this Saturday for WWF Superstars.]
