But can you book Brandi as an undercard women's wrestler, losing more than she wins for a few years until people actually root for her to do better?</p>

Or its aftermath for that matter. Aside from the obvious thing with Brandi that most people comment on, it feels like another issue with her presentation is that they swept the aftermath of that story line under the rug way too quickly and abruptly. One moment she's this emotionally broken character who got gaslighted into that whole Collective mess. And then the 10 lashes segment pops up and she's miraculously healthy enough to be the perfect supportive wife. For someone they arguably put on screen too much, Creative sure doesn't like to present Brandi in a consistent fashion.

And they keep doing it. Over the summer, we saw Brandi and Allie overcome their issues and become a tag team, and then Allie betrays the Nightmare Family and Brandi... Doesn't mention it.

Kingston cut a promo about it. The Nightmare family fought the Butcher and the Blade, with QT getting his revenge. He was the one that was really betrayed, not Brandi. Meanwhile Brandi has her hands full with Anna Jay (and possibly Jade Cargill) and is focusing on her new tag partner Red Velvet.

So I wouldn't say it was swept under the rug exactly.

- Top Flight vs Young Bucks was great. Top Flight are insanely talented. TH2 finally getting a push.

- Inner Circle Slays Vegas was hilarious.

- Cassidy vs Sabian was solid.

- I bet it was Archer who took out Mox.

- Blade vs PAC was good. 206 pounds lol. Kingston adds so much to commentary. Triangulo de la Muerte is back together.

- Rosa vs Deeb © was MOTN. Rosa/Britt should be a fun feud.

- Silver and Jay getting pushed on Dynamite... we are truly blessed.

- Team Taz vs Cody & Darby was great. Hobbs finally turned!

I agree. Not only was the match itself fantastic (I actually found my breath catching a few times at some of the near falls), but hey! Story! And one not involving the championship or the Chief Brand Officer! They need to book the women's division like this every week.

Also? Hangman Page needs to join forces with Allin and Cody against Team Taz. Imagine them putting the FTW belt on the line against him, and then he wins?

"FTW? Yeah, that sounds about right. *Downs bottle of Johnny Walker*"

Like usual, I enjoyed Dynamite last night. In particular, Top Flight was impressive and the Deeb/Rosa match was awesome. Also, Hagar and Wardlow staring each other down throughout the Inner Circle Vegas hijinx was terrific; the tension between those two is so thick you could cut it with a knife!

A couple of moments that made me cringe though:

* looked like Sabian got knocked loopy after that top rope/leaping DDT from Cassidy. He looked off afterwards and not solid on his feet. Looked like he had a nice welt on his forehead too... just under his hairline.

* looked like Blade was trying to drape Pac over the top rope, but dropped him short. Looked really awkward.

Seems like there have been quite a few more injuries and blown spots the last few weeks. I wonder what it is? Roster a but too green? Trying to go too hard/overdo it? Humidity or moisture (It's a covered, yet open-air venue as far as I understand)?

Pretty good ratings. Omega vs Moxley should do 1 million+.

Q2: 882k / 474k (Inner Circle Vegas 1/Director X vid/Mox promo)

Q3: 812k / 432k (OC vs Kip)

Q4: 892k / 507k (Contract signing/Inner Circle Vegas 2)

Q5: 899k / 523k (PAC vs Blade + post match)

Q6: 794k / 463k (Deeb vs Rosa)

Q7: 823k / 465k (end of Deeb/Rosa + Post Match)

Q8: 722k / 428k (Cody/Darby vs Cage/Starks + Post Match)

Took me a few days to finally watch Dynamite and I was not disappointed! Konnan popping up made me pop big time. The Vegas segments in general were entertaining.

Deeb and Rosa stole the show.

Blade vs Pac was overly long and Pac looked rusty at times. Death Triangle vs the Family should be a fun feud though.

I love that AEW has so many managers and factions.

<p>AEW is great.</p><p> </p><p>

What I don't get: Brandon Cutler, Kingston.....</p><p>

AEW is becoming WCW as in bookers=champs: Old/Crap Bucks are champs and Omega is going to become champ. I really don't get Omega...can't talk, just does random spots....must be missing something.</p>

Brandon Cutler has his job because he's friends with the Young Bucks. I don't think that's a terrible thing in this case, because he's competent enough to mostly do jobs on Dark. He does frustrate me though, because he's incredibly influenced by the Bucks' look-at-me style of gymnastic wrestling, and he just isn't built for it. He does the acrobatics he can sorta do, and innovative spots that mostly make sense, but it's clumsy and weird on him. He's 6'2 but tries to wrestle like he's 5'8. I don't blame him, because that's the style his friends used to get over, but someone needs to sit him down and teach emotion and aggression and playing to yours strengths. Someone clearly did that for Jungle Boy, who now has one of the most aggressive no-nonsense fiery comebacks in AEW.

That explains something.

I never saw the Old Bucks or Nomega's work in Japan. I just find it over-worked....can't get into it. Cutler fits into that one as well. AEW should be concentrating (and won't be doing this, AEW seems to be going WCW in the downtime withing 1 year) on building their own cases. They did well in the first year, Cody, Jericho, Mox being known and popular wrestlers (and putting up performances). AEW going WCW is being bookers going champs (Bucks, (n)Omaga)...and some strange guys like Kingston (who?), Cutler, etc...getting a push.

They got some great non-wrestling guys like Jake and Tully. Retire Kenny and the Old Bucks.....have them run the company. Build it like it should.

In 3 months time, AEW will be WCW all over again: the guys who are running the show, will be the champs for a long time to come.

They couldn't hold off putting titles on their biggest stars forever. And there's a huge difference between Bucks/Omega and egotistical overpaid guys like Hogan lol.

Cutler seems like a really nice person who can do many types of jobs. He mostly wrestles on Dark where his journey to winning his 1st match was one of the best stories in AEW so far, IMO. He also films BTE and can cut a passionate, genuine sounding promo. Don't see the issue with him.

- Page vs Silver was great. The Dark Order angle should be good for all involved. Enjoyed the Omega promo.

- Solid squash for Hobbs. Taz/Cody was entertaining.

- Top Flight vs TH2 was good. FTR return hype.

- SCU vs Inner Circle was solid. The finish was the best part.

- I enjoyed Mox interrupting Kenny's entrance. I still think it was Archer who attacked Mox.

- Jay vs Shida © was good. Shame about the commercial break. I also enjoyed the promo video. Abadon! Ricky promo!

- Butcher & Blade vs PAC & Fenix was good.

Forgot to say a couple things in my last post.

Firstly, John Silver might be the most underrated guy on the entire roster. He's mega entertaining on the mic and in the ring.

Secondly, I'm not sold on the Powerhouse Hobbs name. Its so generic. Maybe it'll grow on me eventually.

Also, it'd be dope if Taz passed the Tazmission onto one his client's, maybe Hobbs.

Yeah Hulk Hogan was a household name in the 1980's (maybe still to this day) and the face of the WWF for almost a decade and one of the highest drawing stars in the history of the industry. Omega and the Bucks not so much.

You're completely missing the point. Hogan was a shell of himself near the end of WCW and the crowds stopped caring yet they still put the belt on him and he constantly buried younger talent.

Omega and Bucks are in the primes of their careers and some of the biggest stars on the roster. That's the difference. They have also put younger talent over the last year. Plus, They sell a butt load of merch. Just because you don't like them it doesn't mean other people don't.
