After a heated confrontation during the early moments of tonight's WWE No Mercy Kickoff Show, this impromptu match was created pitting both Robert Roode and Apollo Crews against each other for the third time in four weeks, with both men at one win a piece. After Crews arguably upset the former Intercontinental Champion two weeks ago on WWE Raw, The Glorious One was out for retribution, and he achieved just that in typical fashion. Roode took early control of the match, only for Apollo to bounce back with some innovative offence. As the impressive superstar inched in on a victory, he attempted a Frog Splash from the top rope, only to be met with the knees of his adversary. Roode took advantage and rolled Crews into a small package, but even then he was able to kick out and escape the pinfall. However, The Glorious One decided enough was enough and hoisted his opponent up before driving him back into the mat with a Glorious DDT to secure the victory. Crews put up one hell of a fight, but tonight Robert Roode walked out as the better man. And that is truly "glorious".</div>

Tyler Bate to retain the Intercontinental Championship</b></div>

The title dreams of Tyler Bate were dashed prematurely thanks to Triple H's intervention, and left Bate deflated after holding the Intercontinental Championship just two weeks. Tonight was his chance to make up for that and defeat The Miz in their official rematch for the gold. The British superstar came to the ring with the full support of the WWE Universe, quite the opposite of The A-Lister who emerged to overwhelming boos alongside his wife, Maryse. The power couple strutted to the ring and Miz eventually came face-to-face with his challenger in the opening contest of tonight's pay-per-view. Right out of the gate, The Miz disrespected his adversary, slapping him around as if he were a child, maintaining control of the bout with a very smug attitude. But The Miz may have taken his antics a step too far as he found himself on the receiving end of an enraged attack from the former Champion, battling back and taking the control that he desperately needed. Showing off his athleticism, Bate flew through the air with a corkscrew plancha to take down The A-Lister and continued his offence until he was able to deliver a shock Tyler Driver out of nowhere! The Miz somehow kicked out at two though, leaving Bate in disbelief. As the number one contender looked to measure Miz for another big move, Maryse stepped in, screeching at Tyler Bate and drawing his attention away from her husband. Bate sought advice from the official who had a strong word with the former Diva's Champion, but the distraction had worked to a tee, allowing The Miz to not only deliver a low blow to his challenger, but follow it up with a Skull-Crushing Finale and securing the victory, stealing it from Bate's clutches once again. The A-List couple celebrated together in the ring to the dismay of the WWE Universe as the official tended to Bate who slowly recovered with a look of heartbreak on his face. The Miz and Maryse left ringside with The French Phenom blowing a condescending kiss to her husband's fallen foe, rubbing salt in the wound. Tyler Bate's dreams had been shattered, and all because behind a "great man" is always a "great woman".</div>

A battle of the titans WWE-style. After Braun Strowman continued to demand better competition from the WWE Raw locker room, he was eventually greeted by a returning Big Red Monster, Kane. The Devil's Favourite Demon emerged to confront The Monster Among Men just two weeks ago on Raw, and mad it clear that he was the "competition" that Strowman had requested. While neither had come to blows before tonight, they did have some healthy competition in the form of one-upsmanship last week as the pair destroyed Jason Jordan and Shelton Benjamin. Tonight, the monsters clashed and it was a wonder that the ring didn't implode with the sheer mass that it held. Early on, Strowman unleashed his usual offence, overpowering even the former World Champion, crushing him with avalanche splashes in the corner and showing off his brute force. However, you can never count a good Demon down as Kane battled back and took the fight to the outside where he used the surroundings to inflict more punishment on his adversary. The Monster Among Men soon responded in kind, regaining control by throwing Kane head-first into the steel steps. With the match now in his hands, he attempted to deliver his signature running powerslam to his monstrous opponent, only to have Kane slip out of the move and instead deliver a titanic Chokeslam. Somehow, Strowman was able to kick out and the match continued, but when Kane decided to attempt the infamous Tombstone Piledriver, Braun Strowman tipped the scales and instead hoisted Kane onto his shoulder to deliver a thunderous powerslam which sealed the deal. The Monster Among Men stood over his fallen foe with a bellowing shout, showing off his dominance. If Kane could not stop this man-mountain, who can?</div>

Six teams. Only one can win. And the luck of the draw was certainly not in the favour of the reigning Champions, The Revival who drew the unfortunate #1. Scott Dawson and Dash Wilder entered the bout first with the mountainous task of defeating five other teams ahead of them if they wanted to retain their WWE Tag Team Championships. To start with, the pair put on a brilliant effort, putting away their first challenge of Breezango, defeating the pair with a Shatter Machine on Fandango. Next up would be The Street Profits who exploded out of the starting gate with a flurry of offence, causing the Champions to retreat. However, once they had a moment to reassess the situation and concoct a plan, a slight bending of the rules allowed Dash and Dawson to isolate Montez Ford and with the referee oblivious, Wilder utilised the ring ropes to steal a victroy from the young, up and coming duo. Pleased with their progress, The Revival taunted the WWE Universe, until they were quickly reminded that they had yet another challenge awaiting them. Heavy Machinery hit the ring and gave the WWE Tag Team Champions a fight to remember, and somehow they were able to put them away with a Trash Compactor, picking up their biggest victory yet by eliminating The Revival and guaranteeing brand new WWE Tag Team Champions! Otis and Tucker had little time to celebrate though as The Usos made their way to the ring and stood face-to-face with their adversaries. Engaging in battle, the two teams gave it their all to advance to the next match, but it was the veteran Usos that were able to score the win, hitting Tucker with a huge tandem superkick and following it up with an Uso Splash. And the final match was upon us as The New Day were the last team to enter, treating us to the always-epic encounter between The New Day and The Usos. The two teams shared a tense staredown to the delight of the WWE Universe before shaking hands and kicking things off. Back and forth the two teams went, as they are seemingly destined to do forever, and there was no clear advantage for either. That was until Jimmy Uso took his eye off the ball briefly to take down Xavier Woods on the outside who had stirred up some conflict with Jey Uso. The New Day were able to isolate Jey and deliver a Midnight Hour, securing the victory and capturing the WWE Tag Team Championships. Woods regrouped and grabbed the titles from ringside, handing them over to his allies with pride. The trio celebrated with the WWE Universe roaring behind them as The Usos retreated up the aisle with smirks, showing their respect for their opponents. It's a New Day, yes it is!</div>

Since returning to in-ring action, Baron Corbin has made it his clear goal to destroy and eliminate John Cena, believing his time to be over, and wanting to usher in the era of The Lone Wolf. Of course, the 16-time World Champion is never one to back down from a challenge, and has always welcomed the efforts of anyone who wants to take him off his perch as the measuring post of the WWE. This was no different as he was more than happy to give Corbin the opportunity to do what he set out to do, but he wasn't about to sit back and let it happen. He was going to have to fight for the right to stand over the iconic John Cena. The match quickly became physical as the hard-hitters traded blows, The Lone Wolf taking control early and surprisingly overpowering The Cenation Leader, keeping him grounded with his powerful offence, even planting Cena with a huge Deep Six and following it up with the cover, only for Cena to kick out at two. In his frustration, Corbin may have lost focus which allowed the former World Champion to initiate a comeback and gain a second wind to the delight of the WWE Universe. Shot after shot, Cena battled back, taking Corbin down with his signature shoulder tackles, followed by a Five-Knuckle Shuffle. But as Cena measured his adversary for the Attitude Adjustment, The Lone Wolf used his wit to grab the official and pull him into harms way, forcing Cena to halt his offence. With a short moment to regain his composure, Corbin went back on the offensive, only to be hoisted onto Cena's shoulders anyway. However, having had a moment to catch his breath, he was able to slip out of the move and instead deliver a thunderous End of Days to the 16-time World Champion! And with a three count, The Lone Wolf was declared the victor, having defeated perhaps is most challenging foe yet, scoring a huge win over the sure-fire future Hall of Famer. With a look of disappointment on his face, Cena looked around the WWE Universe as Corbin left the ringside area in celebration. The WWE Universe were in disbelief, but perhaps not as much as John Cena himself. Seemingly deflated by the result, Cena left the ring, leaving everyone wondering what's next for The Cenation Leader?</div>

Talk about chaos. Mr. McMahon himself made the journey to WWE No Mercy and carried with him the revived Hardcore Championship. The Chairman stood before the WWE Universe, asking if they were enjoying the night so far, before officially kicking off the battle to find the first Hardcore Champion of the New Era. A parade of superstars flooded from the backstage area and immediately began brawl for the right to call themselves the inaugural holder of the chaotic title. From Heath Slater to Shelton Benjamin, Curt Hawkins to Gentleman Jack Gallgher, there were superstars galore. Even Apollo Crews and Robert Roode who had already took part in the Kickoff show were vying for the unique opportunity as the clock began to count down for 15 minutes. Scrambling for the first pinfall, all the superstars were throwing everything they had at each other, using whatever they could get their hands on as a weapon. In a shock moment, Gentleman Jack became the very first person to score the pinfall, being crowned the first interim Champion of the match, but there was a long way to go yet. The British competitor was quickly stripped of his glory by The Glorious One himself who pulled Gallagher to the outside and dropped him with a Glorious DDT to secure a win of his own. But his reign was also cut short by his recent rival, Apollo Crews who flew through the air from the top rope, taking Roode down with a huge clothesline and picking up a three count for his troubles. The ring began to clear somewhat as the superstars became exhausted and Crews looked to be closing in on a victory. However, in a shocking turn of events, a returning Nia Jax stepped through the ropes and stood face-to-face with the current interim title holder. Confused, Apollo tried to reason with Jax to leave the ring, only to be hoisted into the air and planted with a Samoan Drop! Jax unbelievably hooked the leg and secured herself the win, becoming the first female interim Champion. She dispatched the next two superstars who challenged her, crushing Curt Hawkins with a big boot, and throwing Gentleman Jack clear of the ropes into a sea of superstars on the outside. Suddenly, Maria Kanellis emerged at ringside and began talking trash to The Irresistible Force, but Jax was having none of it and went to reach through the ropes to get a hold of the former Women's Champion. However, as she did so, Mike Kanellis came out of nowhere and delivered a horrifying steel chair shot to the back of Nia Jax's skull, flooring the interim Champion at his feet. As the clock began to creep closer to zero, Kanellis hooked the leg and scored a three count, capturing the Hardcore Championship and with only five seconds remaining, raised his hands into the air as the final bell rang. Mike Kanellis had survived the match and walked out of WWE No Mercy as the WWE Hardcore Champion. His disgusting display of violence towards Nia Jax left him on the bad side of the WWE Universe, but Maria could not praise her husband enough. The loved-up couple left ringside with Kanellis clutching the Hardcore Championship, having secured its possession, however dastardly his actions may have been.</div>

Ronda Rousey to retain the Women's World Championship</b></div>

The story of Becky Lynch's title reign has been filled with success after success, fending off the toughest of challenges since capturing the gold in the Women's Royal Rumble Match earlier this year. Across all three brands, The Man had overcome all the odds, but this was to be her toughest task yet. Ronda Rousey led Lynch into a false sense of security, showing an dishonest amount of support for the Women's World Champion during her battle with ECW's Shayna Baszler, and when the opportunity arose, showed her true colours, becoming the number one contender and viciously assaulting her former "friend". The pair came face-to-face tonight at WWE No Mercy to settle the score, and despite the flood of support from the WWE Universe, Becky Lynch was struggling to match the intensity and aggression of The Rowdy One. Rousey initiated the attack to kick things off, unleashing a merciless flurry of shots, giving Lynch no room to breathe. The Women's World Champion fought back, giving Rousey a run for her money and refusing to stay down, trying her hardest to drag the number one contender down for the Dis-Arm-Her on several occasions. As the fight continued, the pair ended up brawling on the top rope, only for The Man to send her challenger crashing to the canvas and deliver a high-impact diving leg drop which allowed Becky to hook the leg, but only receive a two count. Hoping to put an end to the bout and retain her title, Becky once again attempted to apply the Dis-Arm-Her, but instead found herself pulled to the canvas and locked into a crippling armbar, Rousey wrenching away at The Man. The Women's World Champion held on as long as she could, refusing to submit and after what seemed like a lifetime, somehow The Man was able to roll out of the hold and gain some separation. As Rousey once again went on the offensive, Becky used her surroundings to her advantage, sending Rousey into the ring post and following it up with a brand new move - a pumphandle uranage that has been dubbed The Mandhandle Slam. Hooking the leg, she scored a huge pinfall victory, finally putting The Rowdy One away. Once again, The Man had overcome the odds and walked out with her title still intact. Ronda Rousey looked on in a fit of rage as Becky celebrated with the WWE Universe on the outside. Becky Lynch has undoubtedly surpassed all expectations, and is leading the charge for the next stage of the women's evolution.</div>

Stone Cold Steve Austin to take control of WWE Raw</b></div>

It's almost as if these two men are destined to be at war forever. Almost two decades since their last encounter, Triple H and Stone Cold Steve Austin square off again, this time for control of WWE Raw. Mr. McMahon has become fed up with the ongoing squabble between these two legendary competitors over who had true control of the red brand, and set out to find the true captain of the ship. For the first time since WrestleMania XIX, The Texas Rattlesnake stepped through the ropes and donned the leather vest and the knee braces for one final battle with The Game. As soon as the opening bell sounded, Austin made sure he let Triple H know exactly how he felt with a signature flip of the bird. An enraged Triple H went on the attack, only to fall victim to an infamous beatdown from the Hall of Famer. As good ol' JR would say, he was stomping a mudhole in him and walking it dry! Stone Cold unleashed a Texas-sized ass-whooping on his adversary, taking the WWE Universe back in time to when he handed them out left, right and center. As Austin unloaded on The Game, he was able to deliver his signature elbow drop to the delight of the crowd, but Triple H soon found an opening to battle back, bending the rules slightly to his advantage with a rake of the eyes. He took the fight to the outside and sent Austin crashing into the barricade before returning to the ring and taking his opportunity to deliver a thunderous Pedigree! Somehow, the Hall of Famer was able to kick out, showing that he had just as much fight in him as he always has before. This infuriated HHH who decided to go for a second Pedigree, but found himself on the receiving end of a Lou Thesz Press, and moments later suffered the effects of a Stone Cold Stunner! Austin hooked the leg, hoping to seal the deal, but it was The Cerebral Assassin's turn to shock the world and kick out at two. The Texas Rattlesnake measured his opponent for yet another Stunner, but it was then that his world was turned upside down... The Animal, Batista emerged out of nowhere to the shock of the WWE Universe, hopping onto the apron and throwing verbal barbs towards Stone Cold. The official was quick to rush to the scene and get Batista away from ringside, but this appeared to be all part of the master plan. With the official distracted, Stone Cold was taken by surprise and dropped to the canvas with an RKO outta nowhere! The Viper had struck and dropped the Hall of Famer with his patented three-letter finisher. Quickly rolling under the ropes, Orton hid in the timekeeper's corner as Triple H crawled into the cover, hooking the leg, and it was then that the official counted the three, handing The Game the victory. The WWE Universe were horrified as Triple H, Randy Orton and Batista stood side-by-side, initiating what can only be assumed as an Evolution reunion. The three former World Champions stood united with sinister grins on their faces, knowing that The King of Kings now holds all the cards and is in full control of WWE Raw. What does this mean for the brand?</div>

The Olympic Hero had been itching to get his hands on Bobby Lashley for weeks, ever since The All Mighty seemed to take issue with the Hall of Famer, claiming to be the "best pure athlete" on the roster. After weeks of avoiding his grasp, Lashley finally agreed to take on the former World Champion one-on-one tonight at WWE No Mercy. Accompanied by his adviser, Lio Rush, the powerhouse made his way to the ring and awaited the arrival of his legendary opponent. Kurt Angle emerged, joined by his protoge of late, Chad Gable and had the WWE Universe on their feet. As the pair squared off, it was clear that Angle had been working hard to prepare for this intense bout. The All Mighty took control of the match early on, using his power advantage to throw Angle around the ring and maintain dominance over his adversary. Driving his shoulder into the gut of Angle in the corner, followed by an impressive standing belly-to-belly. The attack continued as Lashley took Angle to the top rope and drove him into the canvas with a bone-shaking superplex. Things were looking bleak for The Olympic Hero as Lashley hoisted him up for a Dominator, looking to end it there and then. But the wily Angle slipped out of the move and instead delivered his signature Angle Slam! The WWE Universe erupted as Angle fought back with one of the biggest weapons in his artillery. Lio Rush sensed there was trouble ahead and climbed onto the apron, trying to get involved in the match to save his ally's skin, but Chad Gable saw to it that The Man of the Hour was kept at bay, pulling him from the apron and delivering a huge straight jacket German suplex onto the arena floor. Taking advantage of the situation, Angle applied the Ankle Lock to The ALl Mighty and locked it in good, applying the grapevine as well for added pressure. Lashley had no alternative but to submit, handing the Hall of Famer a victory in front of an ecstatic crowd. Kurt Angle and Chad Gable stood in celebration, Gable applauding Angle from a distance, allowing him to bask in his glory. The Wrestling Machine has still got a lot left in the tank, and Bobby Lashley just found that out first hand. Oh it's true.</div>

Roman Reigns & Brock Lesnar to retain the WWE World Championship</b></div>

The time for the main event had arrived. Daniel Bryan had his toughest challenge yet as he had not one, but two contenders to defend his WWE World Championship against. One being Roman Reigns, the other being Brock Lesnar. No easy task to say the least. All three men made their way to the ring and prepared for the opening bell, and as soon as it sounded, The Beast Incarnate struck. Laying waste to his two opponents, Lesnar started throwing bodies around like it was going out of fashion, alternating between the two with German suplex after German suplex, even starting a "Suplex City!" chant from the jam-packed crowd. As he maintained complete control, he delivered a final suplex to The Planet's Champion, before being met with a determined and focused Reigns. The Big Dog returned to the ring and delivered a thunderous Spear to The Beast, grounding him momentarily. But Lesnar rolled out of the ring and still remained on his feet. Refusing to stop until he had taken his rival out, Reigns launched himself over the top rope with an unbelievable plancha, taking down his fellow contender to chants of "Holy shit!" from the WWE Universe. And it didn't end there. The former World Champion waited for Lesnar to get to his feet one last time and delivered what he believed was the killing blow, driving The Beast through the barricade with yet another Spear, leaving him in a heap amidst the crowd in attendance. Having seemingly dispatched of the monstrous competitor, he turned his attention back to the ring and Daniel Bryan. The WWE World Champion was ready, however, having being allowed a breather and nailed Reigns with a trio of dropkicks in the corner before applying his signature LeBelle Lock, hoping to make The Big Dog submit. It almost seemed as though Reigns was about to tap, but garnering a second wind from somewhere allowed him to escape the hold and strike with a Superman Punch, laying out the Champion. Moments later, he crouched in the corner and measured for a Spear, but his efforts were thwarted as shockingly Brock Lesnar had returned to the action and hoisted The Big Dog into the air before driving him back down with an F-5! We were moments away from The Beast becoming the new WWE World Champion, that was until Daniel Bryan emerged from out of nowhere and hit his signature running knee, sending Brock Lesnar through the ropes and down to the arena floor. Quickly scampering into a cover, Bryan capitalised on the F-5 delivered to Roman Reigns and hooked the leg, securing the three count and the victory. The Planet's Champion had done the unthinkable and outlasted both his contenders, stealing the win right from underneath Lesnar's nose. The reign of terror continues.</div></div>

The battle for control is over. Thanks to the help of his former allies, Batista and Randy Orton, The Game successfully defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin and secured himself complete control over the WWE Raw brand, much to the dismay of the WWE Universe. The newly reunited Evolution kicked off tonight's episode as The King of Kings officially declared this the start of a new era within the New Era, claiming that Stone Cold had no idea what was "best for business". He admitted that he knows the WWE Universe were hoping for a different result... but he doesn't give a damn. Triple H made it very clear that WWE Raw belongs to him, and under his watch, things are going to change. But before The Game could continue, he was interrupted by Mr. McMahon! The Chairman confronted the three former World Champions and expressed his anger that Triple H had heated to gain control of WWE Raw, claiming that this was supposed to be a fair fight. Randy Orton stepped in to confront the Chairman, telling him that this is Evolution's show now, and he's standing in the wrong ring. Infuriated at Orton's disrespect, McMahon went on a tirade and was moments away from uttering the two words that had become synonymous with him, when suddenly he was brutally attacked from behind by Batista! As the owner of the WWE struggled to his feet, he was grabbed by Triple H who delivered a thunderous Pedigree to a horror of the WWE Universe. Security and officials quickly rushed to the aid of the Chairman. What have they done? If this is their first night in control, what does the future hold for WWE Raw?</div>

After successfully retaining her Women's World Championship against the dangerous Ronda Rousey this past Sunday at WWE No Mercy, The Man found herself without a chance to recover as she was thrust into the opening bout of tonight's episode of Raw, joining forces with two of her three former Four Horsewomen, competing in a Six-Woman Tag Team match against Alexa Bliss, Mandy Rose and Sonya Deville. She still had some fight in her, being able to win the match for her team with a Mandhandle Slam on Mandy Rose, but moments after the closing bell, Becky found herself staring off with someone she probably hadn't expected - Sasha Banks. The Boss showed a very keen interest in her friend's Championship, and even made a motion towards her, suggesting that she intended to take it. Bayley stepped between the two to defuse the situation, but has Sasha just laid out her intentions? Friend or not, the Women's World Championship means everything to these women.</div>

The disgusting display by Evolution at the start of the show didn't sit well with many members of the WWE locker room, as you an imagine. Many gave the trio dirty looks as they returned backstage, but one superstar refused to stand by idly and let it happen. The Big Dog emerged to the delight of the WWE Universe and made it known that he didn't appreciate Evolution's actions, calling it a "power trip". The Game laughed and informed Reigns that he wasn't interested in anybody's opinion, because WWE Raw belongs to them. And for speaking up, Reigns found himself placed into tonight's main event against Evolution's own, Randy Orton.</div>

As the Intercontinental Champion came to the ring with his wife, Maryse to tell the entire WWE Universe that he is undisputedly the greatest Intercontinental Champion of all time, he may have made the mistake of issuing an open challenge to prove his worth. However, what he probably didn't expect was to have that challenge answered by none other than Cesaro. Formerly a member of the WCW Nitro roster, The Swiss Superman had seemingly made the jump to the red brand and answered The Miz's bold challenge to make a name for himself. And sure enough he did just that, possibly taking advantage of the shock factor, but still impressive nonetheless, defeating The A-Lister with a Neutraliser, scoring a huge pinfall victory over the Intercontinental Champion. Cesaro certainly put his name in the hat for a future shot, and made The Miz regret his most recent decision.</div>

Finally, Kurt Angle was able to get his hands on Bobby Lashley at WWE No Mercy, and defeat him to payback all the disrespect these last few weeks. And Lashley's run of tough luck didn't end last night, but continued through to Raw as he was faced with a mountainous task - defeating Braun Strowman. Even The All Mighty could not overpower The Monster Among Men and fell victim to the same running powerslam that had put away Kane just 24 hours earlier. With the big man still on his path of destruction and becoming somewhat of a favourite of the WWE Universe, Bobby Lashley was left with yet another loss. The former United States Champion appeared to take his frustrations out on his adviser, Lio Rush, shrugging off The Man of the Hour and storming up the aisle without him.</div>

The Revival after The New Day's title celebration is interrupted</b></div>

It's a new day, yes it is! The New Day made their way to the ring to celebrate their victory in the Tag Team Turmoil Match at WWE No Mercy, capturing the WWE Tag Team Championship as a result. The positive trio shared their glory with the WWE Universe, but were quick to state that they are eager for their next challenge, promising to be fighting Champions. No sooner had the words left Xavier Woods' mouth had the theme of The Hardy Boyz began to play. The iconic duo made their entrance to a roaring ovation and came face-to-face with an equally excited New Day. Team Xtreme extended their congratulations to the new Champions and expressed their desire to be the first team to challenge them. However, their challenge was soon interrupted by the arrival of the former Champions, The Revival. Claiming that they were wrongly made to defend their title by Mr. McMahon - citing his beating earlier in the night "well deserved" - they explained that they are owed a rematch. But The Hardyz were not just going to step aside, and instead challenged Dash and Dawson to put their money where their mouth is in a match right now. The Top Guys accepted and this led to an impromptu bout that saw Matt and Jeff secure a huge victory and send The Revival packing with their tail between their legs. The New Day watched on and applauded the legendary brothers, perhaps suggesting that we will indeed see The Hardy Boyz and The New Day collide in the near future.</div>

The Olympic Hero returned to his former glory at WWE No Mercy with his win over Bobby Lashley, and he was happy to talk about it alongside his protege, Chad Gable in a backstage interview. But as the Hall of Famer was just getting into the swing of things, he was interrupted by Baron Corbin to thunderous boos from the WWE Universe. The Lone Wolf laughed as he claimed Kurt Angle was just another "washed up hasbeen", much like John Cena whom he had defeated last night. He declared that he could put Angle down, just like he did with John Cena. But before Angle could step up and retaliate, Chad Gable stepped in front and got in the face of the former United States Champion. Defending his mentor's honour, Gable told Corbin that he would have to go through him first. Corbin chuckled and shrugged off the challenge initially. That was until Chad Gable slapped him across the face, declaring "I'll see you in the ring in two minutes"! Kurt Angle smiled as he and Gable left the scene, Corbin turning red with rage. Did Chad Gable just make a huge mistake?</div>

<img src="https://i.imgur.com/jTIz4vS.png"><div style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Baron Corbin def. Chad Gable</b></div>

Standing up for your mentor's honour is one thing. Slapping Baron Corbin across the face is another. As admirable as Chad Gable's actions were, they only enhanced the beating he received at the hands of The Lone Wolf. As the pair made it out to the ring, Kurt Angle had no option but to watch from ringside as his protege was manhandled by the vicious competitor. Corbin dismantled the young superstar, showing an unhealthy amount of aggression as he laid into his adversary. Finally, Corbin finished the match off with a vicious End of Days to seal the deal. But even after the bell had rung, Corbin continued to pound away at Gable's skull, forcing Angle to intervene. The Olympic Hero entered the ring and wrestled The Lone Wolf away, throwing him through the ropes and out of the ring. Tending to his fallen friend, Angle looked on in anger as Baron Corbin retreated up the aisle, beginning to smirk as he did. If Chad Gable learned anything tonight, it's not to cross Baron Corbin, no matter what.</div>

Tyler Bate; Bryan's next challenger will be decided next week</b></div>

At WWE No Mercy, Daniel Bryan pulled off a victory over two of the top competitors in WWE history, Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns. Albeit, he did arguably steal the victory from The Beast himself, capitalising on an F-5 delivered to The Big Dog at the opportune moment. But The Planet's Champion didn't care, and certainly didn't care what the WWE Universe thought about it. Tonight, the WWE World Champion made his way to the ring for a very special contest, taking on the former number one contender for the Intercontinental Championship, Tyler Bate. The upcoming superstar looked to impress in non-title action against the veteran Bryan, and put on an incredible display in front of the jam-packed crowd, taking even Bryan by surprise. Holding his own against the technical superstar, Bate impressed many of his peers, but ultimately it was Daniel Bryan who walked away victorious, much to the dismay of the WWE Universe. As Bate looked to be closing in on an upset victory, Bryan decided to bend the rules and distract the official by removing one of the turnbuckle pads, only to deliver a low blow between the legs of his adversary. A highly competitive match, ruined by Bryan's disrespectful behaviour. The WWE World Champion pulled his opponent to the ground and applied the LeBelle Lock, forcing Tyler Bate to submit. The Planet's Champion stood tall with a smug grin on his face as the official tended to Bate on the canvas. Michael Cole informed us that next week, Daniel Bryan's next challenger for the WWE World Championship will be decided. Who will be next in line for a shot at the prestigious gold?</div>

Apollo Crews & Robert Roode to retain the Hardcore Championship; Nia Jax is out for revenge</b></div>

She's not like most girls, that's for sure. Mike Kanellis may have crossed the wrong woman at WWE No Mercy when he decided to club Nia Jax over the back of the skull with a steel chair to capture the Hardcore Championship in the 15-Minute Open Challenge. Tonight, The Prodigy defended his newly minted title against two superstar who also took part last night, Apollo Crews and Robert Roode who are having some issues of their own with each other. The pair did most of the battling, wanting to get one-up on the other. Kanellis capitalised on this when Crews drove The Glorious One through a table with his Frog Splash, allowing the Hardcore Champion to sneak in, dispose of Crews and steal the cover. But Kanellis' night wasn't over just yet, as his actions came back to haunt him. The Irresistible Force emerged and stomped towards the ring to get her hands on the man who took the Hardcore Championship. Fleeing with his wife, Maria Kanellis by his side, The Prodigy quickly scarpered up the aisle as Nia Jax stood in the ring, beckoning the Hardcore Champion to stand face-to-face with her. Refusing to do so, The Kanellises retreated, and Jax was left without her revenge. Will she get her hands on Mike Kanellis eventually?</div>

Randy Orton via disqualification; Stone Cold returns to wreak havoc on Evolution</b></div>

Evolution are in control, and nobody can stop them. Can they? Roman Reigns stood up to Triple H backstage and was forced into a main event collision with Randy Orton as a result. Everybody knew it wasn't going to be a regular one-on-one contest, it's Triple H after all, right? The Big Dog held his own against his old rival, refusing to back down to Evolution's authority. The Viper was able to hit an RKO on his adversary, but Reigns was able to kick out and fight back before delivering a signature move of his own, the Spear. But as he edged closer to victory, Triple H's plan unfolded and Batista struck. The Animal rushed to ringside and clubbed Reigns from behind, forcing the official to cause for a disqualification. With Batista tearing into The Big Dog, it began to look bleak and the WWE Universe made their voices heard with thunderous boos. And then... the glass shattered. The arena erupted as Stone Cold Steve Austin made his way onto the stage and down the aisle to the horror of Batista. The Texas Rattlesnake wasted no time getting down to business, ducking a clothesline from The Animal and hitting his own, sending the former World Champion over the ropes. Austin then turned his attention to The Viper who was beginning to stir, delivering a jaw-jacking Stone Cold Stunner! The Hall of Famer had snapped and the WWE Universe were going wild, The Bionic Redneck helping Roman Reigns to his feet as Triple H emerged onto the stage with a look of distress. The Game looked on, seeing Austin and Reigns united and looking extremely worried. Maybe Evolution's grip on WWE Raw isn't quite as secure as they thought. If anyone knows a thing or two about overturning corrupt authority, it's Stone Cold Steve Austin. Hell yeah!</div></div>

Seth Rollins' mood went from bad to worse as he opened WCW Nitro in hopes of securing his rematch for the WCW World Championship, only to be shot down by none other than the "Commissioner", Shane McMahon. The Kingslayer stood before the WCW Universe to state his claim to another opportunity after his last was crashed by Dolph Ziggler. With the fans behind him, he put forward a solid case, but when Shane McMahon emerged, he immediately shot down the request, claiming that Rollins had already had his opportunity, and it was time for other talent to take the spotlight. He explained that he had given Ric Flair the night off from his General Manager duties, and also he revealed that tonight, it would be Dolph Ziggler's chance to challenge for the WCW World Championship in the main event, news which didn't sit well with the WCW Universe, nor Seth Rollins. The Prodigal Son made it clear to The Kingslayer that he was not to get involved, giving him a stern warning. The decision was final, like it or not.</div>

United States Championship Adam Cole & Roderick Strong</b></div>

A dream alliance for some, Ricochet and Rey Mysterio stood side-by-side in tag team action against the United States Champion, Adam Cole and Roderick Strong of The Undisputed ERA. After Cole and Strong tried to assault The Master of the 619 last week in a 2-on-1 attack, Ricochet came to the aid of his childhood idol leading to this encounter. The two teams went back and forth, but the combined athleticism of The One and Only and the former World Champion was too much to handle even for The Undisputed ERA. Adam Cole watched on reluctantly as Roderick Strong was subject to a 619, followed shortly by a 630 Senton, putting him away and landing Ricochet and Mysterio the win. The two high-flyers stood tall and shook hands in respect as the United States Champion retreated, realising that his title may be in jeopardy.</div>

Following his upset victory over Samoa Joe last week when Shinsuke Nakamura rolled him up into a small package, The King of Strong Style thought that had finished with The Samoan Submission Machine. He thought wrong. After Nakamura was able to defeat EC3 with a huge Kinshasa, Joe chose the opportune moment to strike, applying his Coquina Clutch and dragging the Japanese superstar to the canvas, refusing to release the hold. His eyes glazed over, as if he were possessed, wrenching away at the throat of his rival. Eventually, official were able to pry him away from Nakamura, but the damage had been done. This is far from over, and Joe just made sure that Shinsuke Nakamura was made aware.</div>

Lacey Evans & Naomi to advance to WCW Women's Championship Match at Spring Stampede</b></div>

The rumours are true - WCW Nitro will be granted its own Women's Championship, and the first will be crowned at WCW Spring Stampede. Announced earlier today via WCW.com, two triple threat bouts are scheduled for tonight's show, with the winners of each colliding at the pay-per-view event to decide the inaugural WCW Women's Champion! First to qualify for the historic contest was The Empress of Tomorrow, able to walk out of her triple threat encounter with the victory. Lacey Evans disposed of Naomi during the match with a thunderous Women's Right, but almost immediately after landing the shot, Asuka came from behind and applied the deadly Asuka Lock, forcing WCW's Lady to submit and allow Asuka to advance to the WCW Women's Championship opportunity in just under two weeks. Who will join Asuka and compete for the brand new gold at WCW Spring Stampede?</div>

Cedric Alexander to retain the Cruiserweight Championship</b></div>

Cedric Alexander outlasted seven other men in a battle royal contest to earn the right to challenge for the Cruiserweight Championship, and here we are. He stood across from the reigning Champion, Ali and shook hands in a show of respect before engaging in an incredible athletic, high-flying, competitive battle. The two superstar flew all around the ring in hopes of securing the victory, and one moment almost looked as though Alexander could score the big win and capture the gold when he hit his signature Lumbar Check. But Ali was somehow able to kick out, showing off his unique determination. Ali responded and delivered an incredible Spanish Fly from the top rope, planting Alexander and picking up the victory to retain his Cruiserweight Championship. An unbelievable match between two fantastic competitors, and they showed their sportsmanship after the ring bell by shaking hands again and sharing an embrace. Ali continues his impressive reign, but who will be next to step up to the challenge?</div>

Be careful what you wish for, Andrade. The self-proclaimed "Pride of Mexico" came to the ring with Zelina Vega to once again address the Hall of Famer, Sting. Last week, the pair issued a direct challenge to The Icon, suggesting that they square off at WCW Spring Stampede in order for Andrade to "put him away for good". Vega reiterated their points from last week and explained that they had no response at all from Sting, calling him a coward. But no sooner had the pair turned to leave ringside, the lights went out and the crow called, and moments later when the light returned, Sting was standing in the ring behind his challenger. Andrade realised the situation he was in and ran to attack The Icon, only to receive a baseball bat to the sternum, followed by the signature Scorpion Death Drop. As he got to his feet, the Hall of Famer reached for a microphone and simply uttered "I accept" before taking his leave. It's on, and Andrade may regret ever challenging the former World Champion when they collide in under two weeks.</div>

The Phenomenal One's pursuit of The Velveteen Dream almost came to a head last week, but The Dream refused Styles' challenge, turning him down for a match and instead leaving him hanging. Angered by this, AJ Styles looked to unleash some of his frustration in the ring, and the unlucky recipient was Elias. The Sinister Songsmith suffered a beating at the hands of the former World Champion, and the WCW Universe loved every minute of it. It came down to a Styles Clash that would put Elias down for what would have undoubtedly been a three count, but it wasn't that simple. The Velveteen Dream emerged from out of nowhere and acted as a distraction for his rival, mocking The Phenomenal One at ringside. All the while, Elias was coming to and began to crawl towards his guitar in the corner. Luckily the official caught him in the act and quickly rushed over to prevent The Living Truth from utilising his weapon. However, it all seemed to be part of the plan as The Dream slid into the ring while Styles observed the commotion and delivered a sickening low blow! He quickly retreated as Styles hunched over in the center of the ring, and Elias immediately capitalised, rolling the former World Champion up and securing an upset victory. Elias quickly left up the aisle as The Velveteen Dream looked on from the ramp with a smug grin across his face. The Phenomenal One got to his feet and glared out towards his bitter rival. The Dream is in the head of AJ Styles, but it's all building up.</div>

Asuka secured her place earlier in the night, but who will join her in the history-making bout for the WCW Women's Championship at Spring Stampede? Three more superstars collided for the opportunity and after Kairi Sane crashed and burned to the outside courtesy of Charlotte Flair who threw her from the top as she attempted her signature elbow drop, The Queen was able to capitalise on the situation. She took down Carmella and applied the Figure-Eight Leglock for a submission victory, landing herself the place opposite Asuka on pay-per-view. But as she celebrated her win, The Empress of Tomorrow would emerge and stand face-to-face with her Spring Stampede opponent. Which of these superstars will make history and walk out as the inaugural WCW Women's Champion?</div>

If you look up "dominance" in the dictionary, you are sure to see an image of The War Raiders. The viking duo went into battle once again this week and displayed power like no other against the team of Bo Dallas and Curtis Axel. Hoping to send a message to the WCW Tag Team Champions, Hanson and Rowe decimated the self-proclaimed "B-Team" and finished them off with their brand new signature move, The Viking Experience. The pair celebrated their victory with the WCW Universe who continuously chanted "War! War! War!" along with them. But The Undisputed ERA were eager to make their presence felt as Kyle O'Reilly and Bobby Fish slowly strolled out onto the stage with their WCW Tag Team Championships. These two teams will collide at WCW Spring Stampede as revealed earlier in the night via WCW.com, and the Undisputed duo should be worried, because they are in for an all out war.</div>

The WCW Universe were unsure who to root for, considering both men are far from fan favourites. But the competitors did not care for a reaction, instead simply wanting to get their hands on each other. The WCW World Champion, Drew McIntyre unleashed his rage on his former ally, getting revenge for the attack Ziggler struck him with two weeks ago during a title bout with Seth Rollins. But The Show-off was just as eager to get his hands on The Scottish Psychopath, wanting to claim the WCW World Championship for himself. The match initially went off without a hitch, both men hitting the other with everything they've got, but it quickly descended into chaos when all of a sudden, Seth Rollins struck with a steel chair! The Kingslayer delivered a thunderous chair shot to the skull of Drew McIntyre, followed by a sharp strike to the sternum of Dolph Ziggler. The WCW Universe erupted as Rollins swung the chair around furiously, but the mood changed when Shane McMahon emerged on the stage. The "Commissioner" immediately ordered security to apprehend Seth Rollins, reminding him of his warning earlier in the night, but it seems that Shane McMahon wasn't made aware of a small detail - Ric Flair was in the building! The Nature Boy walked out to a thunderous ovation and stood face-to-face with The Prodigal Son. Flair stamped his authority, exclaiming that WCW Nitro is his show and it was him who allowed Seth Rollins to get involved tonight because he deserves his shot at the WCW World Championship. The Hall of Famer warned Shane McMahon that he was taking control back and if it costs him his job in the long run then so be it, but he reveals that at WCW Spring Stampede, order will be restored as Seth Rollins and Dolph Ziggler will compete in a match, and the winner of that match will go onto the main event to challenge Drew McIntyre for the WCW World Championship! Ric Flair is back, and he's not taking crap from anybody. Seth Rollins looked on, nodding his head in approval as Shane McMahon scowled at the WCW General Manager.</div></div>

Without so much as an opening video package, ECW began with an unnerving and strange view from an unknown location. Suddenly, the camera snapped to a halt and a mysterious figure walked into the scene, only his boots visible. The individual began walking forward slowly before the scene immediately cut to static. Last week, No Way Jose displayed an incredible amount of pride and ability as he stood up to the dastardly Kevin Owens in support of his friend, Sami Zayn. The Dominican Dancing Machine switched on something inside of him and gave KO a run for his money, despite coming up short. The impressive display had the ECW faithful buzzing, and this week he had the opportunity to ride that momentum into a bout with former ECW World Champion, Rhyno. The Man Beast didn't care for Jose's antics and immediately went to work on his adversary with no remorse. However, as the powerhouse attempted to deliver a match-ending Gore, he was taken by surprise with a small package from nowhere which secured Jose the upset victory. Quickly escaping ringside, Jose celebrated with the ECW crowd as The Man Beast looked on in a fit of rage. The Dudley Boyz & Kassius Ohno</b></div></p><p>

The ECW Tag Team Champions may have returned last week to get their measure of revenge on The Authors of Pain for attacking them at One Night Stand, but they were unable to secure their retribution in an official capacity as they went up against their rivals in six-man action. The Hall of Famers united with Kassius Ohno to take on AOP along with Rusev, but with the presence of not only Drake Maverick, but also Aiden English and Lana on the outside, the trio of Bubba Ray, D-Von and Kassius just couldn't combat the numbers game. The match came to a close when Akam and Rezar were able to isolate D-Von and deliver The Last Chapter for the victory. The Authors of Pain stood tall in victory as Drake Maverick raised the hands of his allies. The Dudley Boyz days as Champions may well be numbered.</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/8FDLkSv.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/8FDLkSv.png"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Bianca Belair def. Liv Morgan</b></div></p><p>

With the exception of the Women's World Champion, Becky Lynch, Shayna Baszler has knocked down every challenge that has come before her, leaving herself without a new challenge from the ECW locker room. That is until Bianca Belair emerged to stand face-to-face with The Queen of Spades showing no intimidation whatsoever. The EST of ECW made her retur to the ring this week, defeating Liv Morgan of The Riott Squad with the KOD. Moments after the match, she grabbed a microphone to officially challenge Shayna Baszler to a match next week, vowing to be the one to put Baszler away and prove herself as The EST of ECW.</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/UE5qPgB.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/UE5qPgB.png"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Television Champion Pete Dunne vs. Kevin Owens ends in a no contest when Sami Zayn returns</b></div></p><p>

Some people are destined to fight forever until one of them ceases to exist. Two of those men are Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn. The Prizefighter went into tonight's episode with the intention of defeating Pete Dunne to become the new ECW Television Champion, but his plans were foiled by a very familiar foe. The fighting Champion put on an incredible effort against KO, but was driven into the canvas with a Pop-up Powerbomb which looked to be the move to seal the deal. That was until Sami Zayn made a shocking return from his injuries sustained at Owens' hand at ECW One Night Stand. He returned with one thing in mind - tear into his former friend. The Underdog of the Underground unleashed a hellacious beating on the man who left him with second degree burns after their disturbing encounter at One Night Stand. Getting his measure of revenge, he dragged his bitter enemy all around the ringside area and refused to stop until official were forced to rush to the scene to separate the two. If such a sadistic battle like their One Night Stand bout didn't settle the score between these two, what will? Will they ever settle their differences or will one of them legitimately have to be rendered unable to stand?</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/hzuWzpc.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/hzuWzpc.png"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>The mysterious footage continues as The Family's Eric Young is laid out</b></div></p><p>

We may not have the answers we want, but we know that this is not the act of a member of The Family. The mysterious footage once again appeared on the titantron and showed Eric Young being thrown to the floor amongst a pile of trash cans, having been clearly beaten from pillar to post beforehand. Young struggled to get to his feet, shouting "You'll never find him!" to the unknown figure, before being kicked in the skull and knocked out cold. Whoever this individual is, they are on a mission and are taking no prisoners.</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/YSozAct.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/YSozAct.png"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Lars Sullivan def. Oney Lorcan</b></div></p><p>

The monstrous path of destruction that Lars Sullivan has been on continued tonight as he crushed yet another adversary in Oney Lorcan. Ever since losing to Pete Dunne at ECW One Night Stand, The Freak has been unhinged, and his adviser, Drew Gulak has done nothing to help the matter. Formerly allying himself with Sullivan to "cleanse" ECW, he now simply advocates Sullivan's actions and even encourages his sadistic attacks. Sullivan put Lorcan away with the Freak Accident and after the match, Gulak explained that this would continue week after week until Sullivan is given the opportunity he deserves. Once again, he states that this will not end, and the entire locker room should definitely be concerned.</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/C9Zrjub.png" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/C9Zrjub.png"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Dean Ambrose refuses to sign a new ECW contract and vows to leave with the ECW World Championship next week</b></div></p><p>

The very future of the ECW World Championship is in jeopardy. With Dean Ambrose no longer under an official contract, but holding another contract that entitles him to an ECW World Championship opportunity regardless of his employment status, the historic title looks to be in deep water. Paul Heyman organised an official contract signing for the upcoming title bout between Ambrose and the reigning Champion, Finn Bálor, with an added clause in the contract that The Lunatic Fringe agrees to re-sign with the brand once more. However, it wasn't all that simple, as the number one contender refused to sign the deal and instead explained that his only intention is to beat Finn Bálor next week and walk away with the ECW World Championship over his shoulder. The Extraordinary Man responded by vowing to defeat Ambrose and refuse to let him tarnish the history of the title by leaving with it in his possession. Before things became physical, Ambrose surprisingly left the ring and gave the finger to Paul Heyman, Finn Bálor and even the ECW faithful. The Lunatic Fringe has no respect for anyone, and full intends to leave The Land of Extreme without a World Championship. Next week, that may become a reality. Can Finn Bálor thwart Ambrose's plans and secure the future of the ECW World Championship?</div></p><p> </p><p>

<img src="<a href="https://i.imgur.com/qKeuKSy.gif" rel="external nofollow">https://i.imgur.com/qKeuKSy.gif"><div</a> style="margin:auto; width:650px; background-color:#212121; padding:25px; color:#ffffff; text-align:justify;margin-top:-15px;"><div style="text-align:justify; font:22px Roboto;"><b>Aleister Black makes shocking return and takes out Bray Wyatt in the confines of his own Compound</b></div></p><p>

ECW is no stranger to absurdity, mystery or downright crazy, but this may be a first for The Land of Extreme. The mysterious footage that had been playing throughout the night finally culminated just as the show was about to go off the air. The unknown individual approached the house at the center of the Wyatt Compound and came face-to-face with Bray Wyatt himself. The Eater of World gave a sadistic smirk before dropping to his knees and shouting "Welcome, brother! You have finally come to embrace your evil!". Suddenly, the camera switched to reveal the figure as none other than Aleister Black! The crowd erupted as The Dutch Destroyer glared into the eyes of his bitter rival. Wyatt slowly raised to his feet and extended his hand, only to receive a jaw-jacking Black Mass. Black laid out Bray Wyatt in front of his own residence, but he wasn't finished yet. The Striking Man from Amsterdam looked up to the house before him and spread his arms wide before shouting "This evil must die!". And with that, Black grabbed the arm of Bray Wyatt and dragged him into the house through the front door before slamming it shut. The camera slowly backed away from the building and into the woods before cutting to static. A horrifying ending to this episode of ECW, leaving more questions than answers.</div></div></p><p> </p><p>

The trip down memory lane to the time of the Attitude Era had the Universe abuzz, seeing the return of WCW Nitro and ECW was something nobody ever thought we would see. And while it had created several classic moments over these last few months, it was time to move with the times and focus on the future. A few hours before this week's episode of WWE Raw, Stephanie McMahon took to the ring before an empty arena, making an official statement to the entire WWE Universe in a WWE.com exclusive. The Queen of Queens kicked things off by thanking everyone on behalf of her family and the roster for supporting their most recent endeavour into the "New Era of Attitude". But with that said, Stephanie explained that to take hold of the future, they must move on from the past, and that is exactly what we will do.

The Billionaire Baroness declared that in four weeks time, the landscape of this industry would once again change as WCW Nitro and ECW will be returned to the vault and replaced with the WWE productions of SmackDown, NXT and 205 Live. The original WWE programming will return to TV screens in four weeks, immediately following a blockbuster pay-per-view event - WWE SummerSlam! Promising that the show will make history, Stephanie revealed that the entire roster are eligible to compete, and the night will feature several epic contests to lead into the new era in style. Big things are in store for the future of WWE, but what will transpire over the next four weeks as WWE Raw, WCW Nitro and ECW superstars battle it out to earn their place in the all-new era?</div></div>

Well that blows...

I realise it’s a big change from the original concept, but when there’s not much of a response, it’s difficult to gauge what people like and dislike about the product. Also, I always stand by the fact that I need to make any adjustments to my writing as necessary if it means I personally enjoy it more, which I feel I will, and hopefully in turn others will too.

It’s a change, but in terms of production and future plans, one that will be for the better.

I respect the decision, I definitely agree that you got to go with whatever would help you enjoy the writing process the most. I think you differentiated the products really well so I will be sad to see them go. That said I got faith that NXT/205 live will also feel like their own products.

Not going to lie I'm surprised myself at the amount of response this is getting. I mean it is getting plenty but WWE diaries normally get the most and this is definitely one of the best in a long time any way you measure it. You might just have loads of lurkers but I understand without direct feedback it's hard to know what's going down well or not.

I suppose my only feedback with your future plans is I'd make sure to keep NXT/205 and maybe even the main shows short. Just because 16 shows in between PPVs can feel like a lot to read and I'm sure feels like a lot to write!

Something I've noticed is that (understandably) you'll generally get more replies if you have show previews/predictions posts. People are more likely to add feedback or a comment if they have a "reason" to post. For a while I didn't like posting anything other than shows and important updates, as I felt like predictions were just giving myself an unnecessary bump to the top. But it does seem to encourage moment general comments too. It usually nudges me in that direction for something I'm following.

With that said, I personally really like the format of this as it is and am looking forward to the new direction. Having only just caught up with this, I'm glad to be in up to date at a pivotal moment on the dynasty.

Really appreciate the feedback. In terms of the predictions, that’s exactly how I have felt, but I have tried to include some, and I will definitely include more going forward as I intend to put some previews together without revealing the entire card. Again, I really appreciate the responses and am pleased you guys are enjoying it so far, and fully intend to continue the creativity and production value! Thanks, guys!

<p><div style="width: 700px; text-align:justify;margin:auto;">Okay, so here's the deal - I want to try and gauge a response from the people on here in terms of what you would like to see. While I do want to change things up to keep my interest and creativity flowing, I believe that with a few tweaks in terms of the rosters heading into WWE 2K20, I can continue the same shows that I still do enjoy very much. I thought the best way to address this would be for a public opinion on the matter, and hopefully this will draw out any "lurkers" who might want to have their say, but haven't done so already.</p><p> </p><p>

I hope that this can give me a clear indication of how people are perceiving the product, and in turn help me make a decision that is proving to be difficult for me, haha. I'll leave this going for a day or two to get a good look at the response.</p><p> </p><p>

Thanks to everyone who's shown interest thus far, I write for the enjoyment of others just as much as for myself.</div></p><p> </p><p>

<p>For me, this poll is let the writer do what he wants, or limit him because of a diary gimmick. I don't need the gimmick, I think your writing style is what makes this great and I'd love to see you revert to today's schedule because... well, its a great schedule, just not usually executed properly irl. You could change that, and I'd love to see your 205 Live especially. Go with what you feel, man, and people who loved this for what it was will continue to do so. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

I also think predictions increase your likelihood of getting feedback by 100%. Spade=spade</p><p> </p><p>

Keep up the great work, I'll follow regardless</p>

As a silent admirer of this dynasty I'll also chip in on the "You should write what you want" boat, but while I say this I'll also champion my vote for RAW/SD/205/NXT just because I'd also like to see your take on the brands. Maybe some happy medium doing an extra smaller PPV-esque show like Evolution with One Night Stand and Starrcade?

The small "Network Exclusive" shows are definitely something I'm considering as well. And it would be good to have some throwback shows such as One Night Stand and Starrcade. Will look at implementing these as well as a bit of a compromise.</p>

<p>I love how you've made a poll to see which option is preferred and they are currently tied! I suppose it's still useful though to know that either way plenty of people will be happy. Of course I'd say go with what you'd like, although one thing I'd say is I got the impression you maybe wanted to change things up because you weren't sure if people were enjoying the WWE/WCW/ECW thing. Hopefully the poll shows this not to be the case. </p><p> </p><p>

I agree with Kijar that 205 could be cool. But again I'd just be worried that 4 shows could be too much.</p>

Yet another long time background lurker, here. :p I'm not going to just add to the previous posts by repeating what they've said because I ultimately agree with them, but you said you'd like to hear what we'd like to see. Personally, I'd love to see you bring some new faces in from outside the 'E. I'm presuming you have access to the CAW community via WWE2K19? I think it'll solve some of your own lack of direction and I think it'll just freshen things up whether you stick with the "old" brands or change them.
