This was so great, I even heard the cheesy English dub in my head during the Abbot's speech.

ROTFL I like that.

Loved the B Grade Martial Arts bad guy dialogue and action - it's just so … wrestling.

That was fantastic

Thanks everyone, I had a lot of fun writing that up. Two of my favorite things on earth are Wu-Tang and Shaw Brothers Kung Fu movies, so it's like the best of both worlds for me.

Almost forgot to re-post the contest:

Anyone who correctly guesses who The American Nightmare is gets to pick the very first Openweight champion!

I'm planning on the debut take place at Blazing Triumph

If you want to take a guess send me a PM. I have to limit it to one guess per person. (Sorry, but if it were unlimited guesses you could just list every American Gaijin worker in the DB)

Reasons why you should take a guess:

1. I hate willr0ck and want to make his life miserable so I'll win the contest just to make him book an enhancement talent as champion

2. I enjoy willr0ck's work and would love to challenge him therefore I will win the contest and pick someone no one would expect

3. I neither hate nor enjoy anything about willr0ck, but I like to win things, so I'll take a guess anyway

Reason why you should not take a guess

1. You hate fun

2. You're not a winner

3. You're allergic to joy

So why not take a guess, I'll leave the contest open until Wednesdays Wk 4 show

Backstage The Pinnacle cut a promo about how they are the supreme stable in BOSTI. The Gaijin faction declares that they have come to Japan to prove that American wrestlers are far superior and that these five men are not sports entertainers, they are fighters! They promise that at Blazing Triumph they will shock the world!

Blazing Junior Tag Team Championship Semi-final 2

Hinari & Miyamoto defeated The Master Killers w/The Abbott

-Hinari & Miyamoto have tons of charisma teaming together, they are clearly fan favorites

-The Abbott was visibly upset at his stable mates after the match, scolding them for the loss

-Blue Beetle joined the commentary team to scout their opponents but did not interfere in the match or confront their opponents after. They simply applauded them for their victory

After the match the crowd is shown footage of a backstage brawl that happened earlier today between NEO and Eisaku Hoshino, Munemitsu Senmatsu and Washi Heat.

Bruce The Giant addresses the crowd with an order that none of these men are allowed to make any physical contact with each other until after the Heavyweight Tournament is over. If they any of them break this rule then they will be fined and suspended for 30 days,

I did not see Ino losing! That was a big shock and I loved it!

Same here. Given his loyalty to WEXXV, I expected him to make it to the semis, much like BCG loyalist Taku did.

Just, please, whoever this American Nightmare is, I hope he doesn't come with a custom portrait that has that godawful neck tattoo slapped on.

I love Senmatsu, I always bring him into BCG or SAISHO or my custom feds because he always just turns into a stud for me. He's a ridiculously good worker. I"m not gonna lie, I've never seen WEXXV last longer than a couple of years heh, poor guys.

Loyalty is a double edged sword (see what I did there?). It allows you to run small promotions like BCG and WEXXV without ever having to fear about having some big stars like Funakoshi or Senmatsu stolen away, but when you're the one playing as the big promotion you can never really invest in people loyal to other promotions.

I love the guy as well but WEXXV & BCG are my favorite CV companies so I try my hardest not to hurt them if I'm playing another Japanese fed.

One good thing about being a larger company and the one reason I don't mind bringing those guys in is that you get priority over there booking so they won't be unavailable for your show b/c BCG or whoever has a show that night. If it wasn't for that I would probably have to turn loyalty off.

Blazing World HW Championship Finals

Munemitsu Senmatsu vs Eisaku Hoshino

Can't see the WEXXV loyalist being your champion really

Blazing National Openweight Championship Gauntlet Match

Washi Heat vs Morimasa Kato vs Shiba Mizoguchi vs The Abbott vs Omezo Shikitei vs Torch Nakazawa

I'd go for Kato who seems to be popular with players, but here's me hoping neslo24 is a fan of the 36 Chambers stable

Blazing Heavyweight Tag Team Championship Elimination Match

Black Magic vs Daniels & Gauge vs Kita & Narahashi vs Edison & Svennson

Faction Warfare

Gold Lion vs Black Lion

BCG>GCG. Probably seeing who Strongest Lion is after this is over

Blazing World Junior HW Championship

Razan Okamoto vs Golden Arms Sugimura vs Tsuneyo Yanagimoto vs Arthur Dexter Bradley

Razan is money. And a BCG guy, but not loyal to them. He has my vote

Singles Match

Stunner Sayuki vs Spyder Yakuta

I do believe Yakuta has a c-c-c-cocaiiiine issue, so he's the unsafe bet

Tag Team Match

The Red Devils vs The Dogs of War

Want to go with the Red Devils, but they're probably too new to go over here

Blazing Junior HW Tag Team Championship Finals

Blue Beetle vs Hanari & Miyamoto

Masked juniors!

Blazing Triumph

Main Event

Blazing World HW Championship Finals

With interference from NEO or something else. I think the first big money feud is Ino and Hoshino and you might not want to tie up the World Title in that at first.

Main Event

Blazing World HW Championship Finals

Munemitsu Senmatsu vs Eisaku Hoshino

Both are good picks, but Hoshino is a stud and still isn't too old to build a company around. As far as bringing the company prestige with their first champion, he's your best bet imo.

Semi-Main Event

Blazing National Openweight Championship Gauntlet Match

Washi Heat vs Morimasa Kato vs Shiba Mizoguchi vs The Abbott vs Omezo Shikitei vs Torch Nakazawa

Tough choice between Abbott Tsuchie and Shikitei because they're both fantastic, but Shikitei doesn't work for anyone else, so I'm assuming you've got him on a written deal, where as Tsuchie is EX2010 loyalist.

Blazing Heavyweight Tag Team Championship Elimination Match

Black Magic vs Daniels & Gauge vs Kita & Narahashi vs Edison & Svennson

What a ridiculously good pairing. I hope they have chemistry to just take it to the next level.

Faction Warfare

Gold Lion vs Black Lion

Not entirely sure who you've got in here, but I know it's not Hoshino, and without him they really don't stack up to Toshusai or Taku.

Blazing World Junior HW Championship

Razan Okamoto vs Golden Arms Sugimura vs Tsuneyo Yanagimoto vs Arthur Dexter Bradley

Why would you make me choose between my two favourite young stars? Okamoto or Yanagimoto, but I personally think this early in a game, Yanagimoto tends to be more of a star, where as Okamoto is someone you develop over a couple of years.

Singles Match

Stunner Sayuki vs Syder Yakuta

I believe Yakuta tends to be a better worker over all, but interesting choice none the less

Tag Team Match

The Red Devils vs The Dogs of War

Blazing Junior HW Tag Team Championship Finals

Blue Beetle vs Hanari & Miyamoto

I'm loving that Kimura render...but I feel this one is pretty cut and dry. The young team from EX2010 is damned good. Only reason I'd see the other two winning is they are likely on written deals while the other two are young and loyal to EX2010.
