Anyone know how to make roster split in wwe ? i mean smackdown and raw, i can-t see what is in the smack and raw, i need to see only smack on i do smackdown show and only raw on i do raw show, not all in one pack raw and smack because i put wwe superstar raw in smack.

Also noticed that Itsuki Hoshino doesn't have a contract with Stardom which should probably be fixed.

 

Chigusa Nagayo's popularity probably needs to be upped by quite a bit in Japan, probably around 60 - 70.

I am unsure how you have measured popularity in the game but there is a lot of inconsistencies - maybe method in the madness? For example we have Jon Moxley at 75 popularity and Hulk Hogan at 75 popularity/Big Show 68 popularity. Moxley features on a TV show that gets less than 1 million viewers a week whereas Hulk Hogan is one of the most recognised celebrities in the world- Big Show apart from Cena/Undertaker is probably the most well-known wrestlers of the past 10 years? Likewise we have a lot of wrestlers who haven't been seen on TV for years such as Rob Terry who has a lot more popularity than wrestlers who feature on regular TV. Wrestlers like Chris Masters, Carlito, Alicia Fox have very low popularity compared to wrestlers who's never been involved in the WWE ect..</p><p> </p><p>

Whilst Hogan is mentioned - I always see his stats get buried on these real world datas - I use Hogans onscreen stats as a measuring stick for the DATA. I see Hogans acting is at 61 - a guy who has been been on several TV shows, the lead star of many movies, the lead star of his own reality show and constantly on panel shows/being interviewed on TV - compare that to Moxley (who always seems to be popular with mod makers) who gets 79 acting and 86 microphone despite being very uncomfortable on the mic.</p><p> </p><p>

TV ratings very high as well but I think this seems to be an issue with all mods when it comes to TEW16 - hopefully the overhaul for TEW20 proves to be a success.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p>

On Hogan, Show and similar old stars, I stick to the logic of Derek_B's mod making guide (though the last update specifically had Flair too high because I overlooked him):

 

The most important thing is to avoid confusing recognisability with popularity. Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting etc may all be recognisable but they don't put asses in seats. Their names can't sell out massive arenas any more, which should be represented by them having lower popularity than at their peak. Hogan would probably be at B/B-, Flair about B-/C+ and Sting at about B-. Popular but not huge stars.

 

Similarly people like Masters, Carlito, Alicia who may have been in WWE in the past but they've long since ceased to be over at the same level and if they weren't dropped, they'd be ready made major players in any US company outside of WWE. I've been going through trying to drop them accordingly. There are more than likely quite a few I've missed though, Rob Terry is a good example. I'd have him at 15 across the US max, even that's generous at this point

 

Gonna hard disagree on Hogan and Moxley, though. Is he really considered a good actor by anyone? His biggest asset was always his charisma, not his acting skills. Apart from a cameo in Rocky, pretty much all of his movies were critical and commercial failures and reality TV isn't really a metric for someone being a good actor. Moxley meanwhile is pretty widely accepted as a great promo.

 

Thank you for the compliment and the offer of help though. I'm always happy to share my logic behind stats and hear other people's thoughts on them because there's bound to be some inconsistencies or things I've missed in some places.

ALSO question - on the May data - will all the recently released WWE talent have the 90 no compete clause so they cannot be seen on TV for 90 days?

 

Next release will hopefully be June as I'll be moving to 2020 when the demo comes out. It sort of depends on how much there is to do to convert it, but I'm gonna be working on it constantly so June seems realistic. Everybody will indeed have their no competes. I'm not sure if 2020 adds those specifically so workers can appear on non-televised events but if it does then they'll have that instead
