How have you guys been planning to waste time between Hawkins getting his title shot at Total Mayhem? Especially since the game starts with the Wolf vs AA storyline from day one.

JAN: Doc Hammond w/Wolf Hawkins vs. Aaron Andrews. Match got an 86 as the Main Event of Malice In Wonderland, which was great.

FEB: Aaron Andrews vs. Freddy Huggins vs. Troy Tornado. Tornado and Huggins had both been feeling under-represented (I deliberately left them off the Jan PPV) and banded together to attack Andrews and challenge him.

MARCH: Andrews vs. Sammy Bach. Jay Chord defeated Bach via nefarious means in January. Bach got his win back in Feb and then gets this title shot. Chord interferes to cost Bach the match, setting up Chord vs. Bach for the final time at Total Mayhem.

APRIL: I ran a tag team tournament for the Tag Title shot at Total Mayhem and just ran a Team Andrews vs. The Syndicate 10-man match to stall for time.

<p>A couple things people don't seem to take into account (it's your game of course, just mentioning the lore):</p><p>

- The TV title is only supposed to be defended on TV</p><p>

- TCW Battleground is all 4v4 matches</p><p> </p><p>

Also, there is the Total Mayhem match, which is also a 4v4 match but is only to be used if TCW is at least "big".</p><p> </p><p>

Just throwing it out there :-)</p>

How have you guys been planning to waste time between Hawkins getting his title shot at Total Mayhem? Especially since the game starts with the Wolf vs AA storyline from day one.

Malice In Wonderland: Hawkins and Chandler vs. Andrews and Stone

War to Settle the Score: Hawkins vs. Stone and Andrews vs. Chandler

Battleground: Andrews, Stone, Benson, Fox vs. The Syndicate

Where Angels Fear to Tread: Wolf vs. Stone w/ Ace in his corner Falls Count Anywhere

Total Mayhem: Ace vs Wolf - Steel Cell, w police encircling

That's the plan.

posted this in the booking committee thread but also fits here;

Apologies in advance for the following wall of text.

I'm booking TCW and have recently turned Flyin Jimmy Foxx heel, adopting the more serious name of James Foxx, he is now feuding with former partner Benny Benson, over the course of the feud he's gonna get an (as yet unnamed) group, consisting of Brandon James (stolen from SWF) mainly in a manager/advisor role (with occasional matches) and Killer Shark as a bodyguard.

My question is, Shark is still in the Sinner Society and currently has a no dq match with Mighty Meat, at Battleground III to end that feud, Foxx's stable isn't set up yet and as both groups would be heel, there is no way to feud them and have Shark switch sides, so my conundrum is, how do I get Shark out of SS convincingly without causing a face turn?

Once he leaves he'll then float as a singles for a month or two whilst the moving parts for Foxx's group comes together.

Thanks in advance.

So far, I've run AA/Hawkins on top in both January and February PPV. I think the first match was Last Man Standing, ended in a double knockout. In February, I did a 30 minute Iron Man that ended in a draw, 1 fall apiece. Not sure what my main is going to be in March and April...possibly some sort of tag or triple threat...Basically neither guy is getting a clean win until Total Mayhem, then I'll put AA over in something epic...maybe Hell in a Cell, or a one hour iron man.

Thats a solid start. Gives me a main eventer and either a midcard or half a tag guy. Omce i can actually sign him ill figure out the rest. Thanks!

See I did that in January with AA vs Doc. For some reason I thought Total Mayhem was Feb not April which really messed up my plans. So basically its confirmed Hawkins gets a title shot in April at TM. He is obsessed with being the one to dethrone AA for the title. Freddy Huggins who popped up out of nowhere for me has thrown his name in to face AA at this months PPV(Feb). I need faces and Freddy is a damn fine worker who is pulling good matches and angles for me that I can use to push as a quality face until I can get some quality young faces called up in the coming months. I also intend on retooling the Syndicate just not sure if I wanna put Ring Gens or Philly Blondes(Campbell and Callum) in that tag spot to replace The Elite. If you're going to retool The Syndicate you should consider adding Greg Gauge and/or Matthew Keith(when he becomes available) since their father Sam Keith was in the original Syndicate. While you're at it you could also bring Sam Keith back to be part of it as a manager/veteran. Big Bruiser Findlay is another guy I would consider adding to the stable.

Jan: Doc. The competition committee rewards Doc's recent string of performances/wins by declaring him as the number one contender for the World title. Wolf is fine by this. Everything is all business and if it's Doc that's champion come Total Mayhem, at least the World title stays within the Syndicate.

Feb: Freddy Huggins. Same as Doc though the committee waned to give a shot to someone who's never received a title shot before. Freddy fits the bill. Standard token defense but I used it as a test to see if I could push Freddy as a top line guy.

March: Battleground took away the title shot.

April: Killer Shark. Behemoths were in the middle of another dominant Tag Team title run. Goldworthy and Peak did some off screen campaigning to convince the committee to give Shark a title shot. They agreed because of his dominance. Also, both Andrews and Shark come from the TCW School of Pro Wrestling so the idea of the two main eventing for the World Title helped Shark's case as well. Match only did a 67 but I always push Shark as a challenge for me to effectively push someone like him in a wore-rate promotion.

And then of course, Total Mayhem was the match with Wolf. But that's how I did it.

The next week's main event was a tag match with Andrews and Stone on one side and Hawkins and Taylor on the other, in which Edd got a pin on Hawkins. From there, the next two months were spent with Taylor chasing Andrews and Hawkins getting his win back in two separate, competitive matches which put over Edd as a potential main eventer. Meanwhile, the Devine Fortune and Elite feud crossed over with these two. This led into Devine, Fortune, Stone, and Andrews forming a group called The Aces of Destiny, a stable of TCW loyalists dedicated to preserving the company's integrity.</p><p> </p><p> Off of two consecutive singles losses, Taylor is going to partner with Gauge and a trio of Japanese imports to form the group Big In Japan. I actually already added Sam Keith. I have him managing Greg atm. I felt like Greg is already on the verge of being a Main Eventer so I didn't wanna bring him into the syndicate strictly because I want the Syndicate to elevate guys who might not be over yet instead of putting in already established guys. If Keith becomes available id like to add Matt with his brother and dad. I'm getting to the point of having too many stables right now. I plan on giving Aldous Black(i hated the name Blackfriar and i hear Greg Hamilton saying Black in my head) a stable like he has in IPW(i think) and just signed The Night Terrors to be his minions and Hells Bouncer as his muscle. I would like to kill off Sinner Society though just because they dont really fit into my plans at all and id rather not make them all jobbers because I love Shark, and Eddie Peak can still perform.

I had Wolf taunt Andrews into giving him the title match at Malice, which he won, with a view to Andrews then getting the belt back at Total Mayhem so:-

JAN PPV - Wolf wins the title

FEB PPV - Andrews beats Doc Hammond

MAR PPV - Multi Man no 1 contendor match - Chord to cheat to beat Andrews

APR PPV - Andrews over Chord for the Total Mayhem match

Then Andrews can win the belt back clean and move on to a feud with Chord. Thinking then when Chord wins the belt I might turn Hawkins and do Hawkins vs Chord, seems like money.

So....three weeks before Battleground in March Wolf has suffered a broken neck and is gone for 14 months.....

Any of you keep getting offers for people to put over T-Bone? First I had Josh Taylor willing to do 2 matches. Now Doc the night of my PPV which is the first match between Tbone and Taylor offers to put him over for 3 matches now.

Yes, I've had exactly the same pairing offering to put him over, I also had Josh and bizarrely Tana offering in my demo game, all for T Bone. I'm going to put him in a feud with Doc as I'm about to turn Josh Taylor face to shore up my upper midcard on that side of the roster (along with Mo when I split MM up) as the heel side definitely has a higher amount of dependable midcard/upper midcard guys.

I'm also noticing a pattern of people complimenting Elliott Thomas and telling me to push him, which is great but no one is willing to do the J-O-B for him yet.

For those who are using a women's division, what are you guys trying to do to get them over! How are you booking them? I'm just curious.

I haven't actually started yet but the plan is to swipe some USPW people to help with the actual show itself. Planning on including a couple less popular women in ongoing stables so they can show up in segments too. Hellcat Hernandez to the Sinner Society and Fuyoko Higa to The Syndicate are the two i have planned right now

Oddly enough, AA offered to put him over. My babyface Major Star World Champ wants to put over another babyface that's only Recognisable . Thanks, but no thanks there, Aaron. Let's not pin you for awhile, and when we do pin you, let's have it be somebody that is both a heel and at least a Star in their own right, mmmkay?

Had Wolf Hawkins offer to put over Killer Shark while champ. Appreciate not Hoganing him or anything but you're not losing to a random midcard heel while champ.
