Apologizing

<p>Hey I just wanted to apologize for being so harsh on the game earlier on. As I play with the new features, and see the depth of them, I am starting to extremely enjoy the simulator, and the effort put in it.</p><p> </p><p>

i LOVE the talk to workers features, and how before you double click they give you information relevant to the question you're bout to ask, and how now its easier to put guys over by asking, and it makes my roleplay as a great talker and leader more viable.</p><p> </p><p>

i love the stable changes, makes everything feel alive, and more defined meanings toward what each stable type means. I also like the importance they can have to the show.</p><p> </p><p>

I complained abouot the C-Verse at first, but as I dive into the rosters and unsigned workers, its a lot for long term play</p><p> </p><p>

I like the change from push to perception, as that makes more sense to me</p><p> </p><p>

and there are plenty more things to love. I just was overly aggressive about my displeasure with the layout but once I got passed that, its some great content and changes.</p>

<p>A lot of kneejerk reactions by a lot of people. There is a fine line between constructive feedback and just plain toxicity, which has decreased tremendously. As someone who did interact with your (now-deleted) previous posts, I saw where you were coming from; a wish for another great game! </p><p> </p><p>

I'm not a mod or anything but I do want to say thank you for realizing what went wrong in previous topics. Now that that's over with, I for one welcome you to the community! Lots of great posters here who all love the games.</p>

And a good reminder for everyone not to jump the gun when judging the game (or anything really). You may have a negative opinion about the game, but make sure it's a well-informed one.

The game has some issues but I expected it because that is the norm. What I’m seeing is this actually does have the potential to be the TEW we have all wished for. After reading a bunch of post I’ve come to the conclusion that in many people’s mind they were so hyped that nothing Adam could do could live without up to their personal expectations.

 

It’s like waiting for a movie for over a year than comes out and everyone loves it but your still disappointed. Another example would waiting years to see your favorite music band but they could never live up to the hype in your head.

 

I’m glad everything on the boards is calming down and Adam is turning out the fixes to game will be playing for years, till the next one.

Far and away my two favorite features, they really bring the game alive.

 

And much respect to you for this post, that thread got a bit out of hand, but I know you were coming from an area of passion for the game. You didn't have to apologize and most people would not have. Tip of the hat to you sir!

I would buy the game right now, I'm actually majorly bummed we're going to have to wait a couple of weeks for issues I don't even consider that significant.
