Tomato Can
Once I set up a tournament how do I get it in a game? Is it like a "Pre Booking" where it can be transferred to a show or is it just to help us organize and we physically have to input it into a show? Thanks! D-Lyrium
It's just an organisation tool. When you book the relevant matches it'll automatically advance the tournament (unless you use the road agent note to tell it not to) but you can't automatically add the match to the show because the game only knows who's involved, not what type of match it is. Where you could pick the match type when you select the participants? At that point, it could be plugged into the booking screen easier/quicker.</p>
D-Lyrium
That would be cool, yes. Might be worth suggesting. Hard disagree on how it was introduced though: An all-new feature for TEW2020 is tournament tracking. The user can create either elimination tournaments (up to 32 sides, with a side being either a wrestler, tag team, or trio) or round robin tournaments (up to 10 sides, again with singles, tag, or trios) and the game will automatically track and manage what happens when a match in that tournament takes place. There is no limit on how many tournaments can be held at any one time. It says "automatically track and manage what happens when the match takes place", which is precisely what it does currently. Edit: Ooh nice stealth edit when you checked the dev journal. Well played sir.

Rebby
You can still make the pre-booking yourself, but yea, the game won’t do it for ya.

It also doesn't know what show each match is for and pre-booking has mechanics where that matters now.
