Worker popularity gain is far too drastic on stacking tiny broadcasters

Recommended Posts

Something I've noticed in every single test I've done of my mod is that whenever you have a worker in multiple promotions that are all on Tiny broadcasters, the popularity gains stack ridiculously. Here are some examples, with numbers:

Mance Warner who works for:

- MLW (8-14k subscribers on Tiny Internet Subscription, 1-2k viewers on Internet Free-to-Air)

- AAW (6-7k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

- AIW (7k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

- GCW (13k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

Eddie Kingston who works for:

- NWA (9-15k viewers on Tiny Internet Free-to-Air)

- EVOLVE (6-8k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

- AAW (6-7k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

Nick Gage who works for:

- GCW (13k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

- AIW (7k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

Fred Yehi who works for:

- ROH (30k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

- AAW (6-7k viewers on Tiny Internet Subscription)

I think this should be altered so that popularity gain is scaled back based on the number of people watching. These guys have become ready to slot straight into WWE's midcard when they have almost no eyeballs on them, it makes no sense. Currently the only way I can see to fix this is to remove broadcasters like Pivotshare, IWTV etc from the data entirely.

It's always been backwards. TV shows in major promotions get tiny popularity increases. Events in small promotions get huge increases.

This.
