BATTLEFIELD– March 13th, 2022
Ryogoku Home Hall (Tokyo, Kanto, JPN) [Shogun TV]

A packed house right next to the Emperor's palace wanted to see Chō Sentō Puroresu Burning Hammer end their very first tour right in the heart of Japan's capital. Of course Tetsuzan Kaneko took the opportunity to speak to the mass and announced the signing of WLW Superstar Shogun Watoga and another BHOTWG man in Kiminobu Kuroki.

A heated main event between the team of Nissho Yuasa and Yasunobu Masuno and the former PGHW team of Tsurayuki Kamachi and Tetsunori Yasuda were as expected. None of those four combattants wanted to give the opposition room to exploit each other, no room to take a deep breath after receiving brutal bombs like forearms, lariats and chops. While the interactions between Masuno and Yasuda let the fans at Ryogoku roar, it was surprisingly more exciting when Kamachi and Masuno faced each other with Kamachi giving a single damn when Masuno busted him open after brutal elbow shots to the head. Masuno locked in his Masuno Deep Sleep and Kamachi went limb after seconds. A huge win for Masuno and his ally!

Speaking of allies: Hirokumi Saito and Goemon Komiya faced each other just a match prior to the main event. Saito, ten years older than his opponent, was clearly struggling further down the match, but he was able to hit Komiya with his Standing Knee Strike out of literally nowhere and let his Cross Arm Suplex follow to start the night with a 1-0 lead for "Masuno and friends".

Shuga Amano and Kuniyoshi Kawamura felt short to the hands of Eiichi Umehara and Toyokuni Hardcore, losing their first televised match as a tag team. It was a pretty brutal, hard-hitting fight. Toyokuni Hardcore even bit Amano, which caused a turmoil between the teams. Even Umehara, Hardcore's partner today, wasn't amused about the incident. When Toyukini Hardcore hit his Toyokuni Drill on Amano, the match was over.

Mitsunari Fugunaga had quite an underwhelming tour so far. He and his teams over the tour scored no win, they lost every match and did the same on this very night. Fugunaga was so furious when young boy Ritsu Ibata was choked out by Danjuro Kikuchi of all people, who was choked by Fugunaga himself a month ago at the inaugural show. Afterwards Fugunaga slapped Ibata across the face, humiliated him and let Demolition Drebin do the rest. Shingen Miyazaki had enough. He came back to the ring to confront the heel duo and started to attack Drebin. The "German Giant" threw Miyazaki over the top rope through a table, to the delight of Mitsunari Fugunaga.

The first singles match on the card was labelled as Past versus Future when Fukusaburu Inao met arrogant Goro Hatamoto. The latter gave everything he could under the watchful eyes of Morimasa Kato, who kinda took Hatamoto under his wing. Hatamoto showed maximum disrespect for Inao, kicked him in the face, washed his boots on him and so on. Inao changed up his gear, shocked his opponent with a massive boot to the face and let him pay for his antics. After a penalty kick, Inao grabbed Hatamoto and put him in a Manji Gatame where he forced Hatamoto to tap out.

PRESS CONFERENCE: NEW STARS & NEW UPCOMING SHOWS

Just a day after completing the first tour, Chō Sentō Puroresu Burning Hammer held a press conference where founder and CEO Tetsuzan Kaneko sat alongside his newest signings Kiminobu Kuroki and Shogun Watoga.

"Super K" Kiminobu Kuroki, a 42-year-old 24 years veteran from Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, wrestled for almost every big company in Japan. He came through the ranks of the Golden Canvas Dojo and stayed with the "Golden Lions" until their collapse in 2017. He then made the move to Burning Hammer Of The Wrestling Gods and was a part of the GCG faction. Kuroki stated that he's very excited to join the newest promotion in Japan, a fresh and the most exciting place to finish up his career.

The second signing is Shogun Watoga. The 27-year-old from Higashiosaka, Osaka Prefecture didn't extend his contract with WLW and left the organization after eight long years. Watoga started his journey in pro-wrestling by becoming a trainee at Ling School before joining the Hinote Dojo in 2013. Just a year later Watoga left the BHOTWG feeder promotion and joined WLW. Shogun was pretty pumped about the opportunity to step into a
Chō Sentō ring. He said that there are so many interesting opponents who he wants to face.

The next tour will kick-off on April 1st at Saitama Sports Field and will be named Path Of Exile. Just as the last tour, it will be a five shows tour with the very last show will be shown on ShogunTV with a little delay. More details to follow.

Chō Sentō Puroresu Burning Hammer is on the verge on yet another historic tour when the newly created promotion will head for shows in cities they never been so far. The cavalry will hit Niigata as well as Iwaki in the Tohoku Prefecture.

The final tour show will be held in Ryogoku yet again when PATH OF EXILE will conclude at the Ryogoku Home Hall. In the main event of the show it will be a meeting between Yasunobu Masuno and Tetsunori Yasuda again, however Yasuda has to rely on a new partner instead of Goemon Komiya, who'll miss the tour completely due to an injury. Now former PGHW wrestler Hirokazu Yamanoue will be fight side by side with Yasuda and Tsurayuki Kamachi against the former Burning Hammer Of The Wrestling Gods trio.

The newly acquired wrestlers Shogun Watoga and Kiminobu Kuroki will also be in action. While Kuroki will be in a tag team match alongside former fellow Golden Canvas Grappling mainstay Yasuhide Tayama, Shogun Watoga demanded a singles match with one of the most dangerous foes out there: Morimasa Kato. Watoga stated that he wants one of the biggest challenge Chō Sentō has to offer.

Shingen Miyazaki was begging for a singles match with the "German Giant" Demolition Drebin and Tetsuzan Kaneko set it in stone. Miyazaki versus Drebin will be the semi main event at Ryogoku Home Hall and it will be the first ever singles match for Drebin on japanese turf.
