DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at Centrepiece Bridge in Mid Atlantic) Thurs Week 4 Oct 2006 Attendance 5000 Rhino Umaga hypes himself, telling the crowd that he is the best wrestler in DAVE and the only double champion. Rating B+. Brass Knuckles Match (hardcore): Rhino makes another straightforward defence of his singles title, beating Henry Lee in a totally one sided contest. Rating B-. Cat and Big Cat Brandon come out and sarcastically applaud Rhino, telling him that he should be really proud to beat up a man who hasn’t won a match for about 8 months. They tell him that he is really such a good role model in picking on the weak. “How about picking on someone your own size for once?” Rating B-. Hardcore Handicap match: Nemesis again looks focussed and angry as he faces the pairing of Zeus and Tank Bradley. Like our first match, this is pretty much a squash as Nemesis dominates from start to finish. Rating C+. Nemesis again grabs a microphone and challenges the remaining two men who he felt were laughing at him, Vin Tanner and Henry Lee, to face him at the Annual WrestleRave PPV on Saturday. Rating C+. Showing no fear of the superstar, Vin and Henry immediately come out and accept the challenge. “They must be mad, but I suppose it’s not every day that those two make a PPV appearance nowadays,” comments Phil harshly. Rating B-. Wanda leads out her client, Guide, who challenges Burning Dragon to a rematch at the PPV. “You beat me last week, but on Saturday, we will have a hardcore match!” Rating C+. Emma comes straight out with Burning Dragon and accepts. “You seem to be forgetting that Dragon is a hardcore expert as well. Let’s face it – he is just better than you all round, Guide.” Rating B. In the car park, a limo pulls up and Joey Minnesota, JD Morgan and Chris Caulfield climb out. Rating B. Phil and Mitch talk about the upcoming match between Samoan Machine and Big Cat Brandon. “A win here will give Big Cat a guaranteed title shot at Rhino,” states Phil. Rating B. Nowhere near as good a match as these two had last week, but the crowd enjoyed it nonetheless, even when Rhino came running down to attack Big Cat. But Brandon fought off both of the Samoans, and turned the tide on Samoan Machine. Rhino attacked him again to try and regain the initiative, and this time the referee decided enough was enough and called for the bell. Big Cat wins by DQ, and goes to the PPV to face Rhino Umaga for the Brass Knuckles Title. Rating B. Big Cat celebrates the win, and the title shot, in the ring…. Rating B. But then both Samoans team up on him and dish out a vicious beating. Rating B. Eric Tyler, Scout and Guide talk about the stable war that they have going. “Guide losing the first match was just a fluke. Tonight we will level things up when Eric destroys Joey Minnesota. It’s all one way traffic from here,” states Scout. Rating B. Pablo Rodriguez defends his Adrenaline Title against Acid, which, according to Phil, was taking a leaf out of Rhino Umaga’s book of one-sided title defences. And so it proved as Pablo simply had too much for the masked man, bullying him round the ring before finishing the match with the Sinner’s Salvation. Rating B-, since they don’t click. Cat and Zeus have been on another date, this time to a fun fair. No one cares any more, including me. Rating C+. Joey Minnesota has a few words for Eric Tyler, before their match. “You go ahead and be arrogant, Eric, but don’t you forget what happened the last few times we’ve met. Do you remember who won those matches? Well let me remind you – it was me – 1-2-3 fair and square, right in the centre of the ring. And it will be exactly the same tonight.” Rating B. Eric Tyler is warming up, and Scout is there with him, psyching him up for the match. Rating B. Eric Tyler came to the ring looking very confident, but the smile soon disappeared off his face when Joey Minnesota came out with all guns blazing, and hit him with several impressive moves. But Eric used his experience to avoid a couple more manouvers, slid out of the ring and slowed the match down, causing Joey to get a little frustrated, and Eric took control. Joey was taking quite a beating, and Eric started relaxing a little, and when the crowd started mocking him, he responded, and was shocked when Joey hit him with a low blow, and rolled him up with a handful of tights, much to the delight of the crowd. Rating B+. Joey is joined by Chris Caulfield and JD Morgan to celebrate the win, while a furious Eric Tyler slowly walks backstage. Rating B. Phil reminds the crowd to buy the Annual WrestleRave PPV, and tells them that the next match in the series will pit the two remaining team members against each other, with Chris Caulfield facing Scout in what should be yet another classic between these two men. Rating B+. The main event that night, Phil announces as well, will be Bryan Holmes defending his Unified Title against Pablo Rodriguez, and they will sign the contract for that match after our final match of tonight. Rating A. That match that he mentioned, is the second of the tag singles! It features Carlos Castro of Art of Perfection against Johnny Martin of Good Times. As usual between these two, the match takes place at a frenetic pace, with both men working really well together, and tonight is no exception. Similarly to last week, the two tag partners get involved early on, and after a few minutes of 2v2 action, the referee gets fed up with the situation and ends the match as a draw. Rating A. When the officials finally split the two teams up, Art Reed manages to fight his way over to the announce desk and demands that Phil sanction the tag match that they had asked for, Art of Perfection against Good Times, on Saturday. Phil says that he can’t see them not fighting anyway, so he might as well make it official. Rating B-. Phil gets into the ring, and a table is laid out. Bryan Holmes enters, showing off the title belt, closely followed, to great cheers, by Pablo Rodriguez. “May the best man win,” says Pablo as he signs the contract. Before Bryan can sign, a masked figure jumps over the ring barriers, up onto the top rope and leaps onto Pablo, landing several big right hands onto the challenger. “It’s Burning Dragon!” says Mitch. “He obviously still wants to get his hands on Pablo for the Adrenaline Title,” replies Phil. “But did Bryan know this was going to happen, given that Emma manages both he and Dragon?” asks Mitch. After Dragon is pulled away from Pablo, Bryan quickly signs the contract, while laughing at his opponent’s misfortune, and then tells Pablo that he agrees, may the best man win indeed! Rating A. OVERALL RATING = B+. 337787 viewers.

Matches announced for DAVE Annual WrestleRave, Saturday Week 4 October 2006 Unified Title Match: Bryan Holmes (c) v Pablo Rodriguez - a very low key build up for a Unified Title match, although Pablo has had problems with Bryan's stablemate, Burning Dragon. Will that influence this match? Scout v Chris Caulfield - these two men have battled each other for several months now, and their rivalry has spread to become a team affair. Chris, Joey Minnesota and JD Morgan lead the series 2-0 at the moment. Can Scout get his team back into contention? Brass Knuckles Match: Rhino Umaga (c) v Big Cat Brandon - Rhino has been avoiding facing Big Cat since the Animal won a battle royal to become the No 1 Contender. Does he have good reason to be worried, or will he retain the title? Good Times v Art of Perfection - after Good Times lost the tag titles to the Samoans last month, Art of Perfection challenged them to a match to prove their superiority. A win and a draw in the two warm up singles matches for Art of Perfection gives them the momentum going into this match, but will Good Times' greater experience see them through? Burning Dragon v Guide - Burning Dragon is working his way through the Adrenaline Division. He beat Guide in a regular match recently, but Guide challenged him to this hardcore rematch. Nemesis v Henry Lee and Vin Tanner - after losing the title last month, Nemesis felt that several of the other wrestlers were laughing at him, and has been working his way through them in pairs. Tonight sees the third and final pair facing him - can these two produce a major upset ? [Predictions, comments, suggestions all welcome as usual]

DAVE The Annual WrestleRave PPV (at Manhattan National Center in the Tri State) Sat Week 4 Oct 2006 Attendance 16388 Emma introduces Hells Bouncer to the crowd. She says that they might have forgotten who he is, since he hasn’t fought much recently, but that is going to change, and he will become the dominant force in DAVE. Rating A. Samoan Machine is backstage and says that he is feeling a bit left out this evening, and that a fighter of his calibre really shouldn’t be left off big events like this. Rating B+. Phil tells him that if he wants a match so badly, then he can have one right now, against another man who is just here tonight in a supporting role for a friend, and that is Joey Minnesota. Rating A. Joey says that he wasn’t expecting to actually step in the ring tonight, but that he is quite happy to wipe the smile off Samoan Machine’s face. Rating B+. A good opening match between Samoan Machine and Joey Minnesota, which saw Eric Tyler try and get some revenge on Joey for his defeat on Thursday, by attacking him, but JD Morgan responded and chased Eric away before he could influence the result. That result came when Joey hit the Minnesota Salute on Machine and pinned him cleanly. Rating B+. Cat interviews Sensational Dragon backstage. He tells the crowd that he also has been left off the card tonight, but that he realises that he isn’t a big enough star yet to deserve a PPV match. “However that will soon change, especially the longer that I remain unbeaten here in DAVE.” Rating B+. Nemesis comes to the ring for his match but has something to say first. “I may no longer be the Unified Champion, but I am still the biggest star in this place, and I keep proving that week after week, beating two wrestlers at a time. And tonight it is the turn of two of the originals here in DAVE, Vin Tanner and Henry Lee. That should scare me right? Well, hell no. Can any of you actually remember one of these guys appearing on TV recently? And if you’ve got that good a memory, can you remember a win for them? No is the answer you are looking for, and that’s not about to change. Now get your sorry a**es down to the ring right now!” Rating B+. Nemesis faces off with Henry Lee and Vin Tanner in a hardcore handicap match, and this proves more of a even match than most of the matches Nemesis has had this month, with the hardcore rules allowing Henry and Vin to double team him. However, they do say winning is a habit, and it’s certainly not one that his opponents have got, and so it proves, that Nemesis finds that little bit extra that all good champions have got, and he lays out Henry with a chair shot, before hitting the Nemesis Arrow on Vin, and pinning him with a handful of tights. Rating B. Nemesis celebrates the victory in the ring, while the fans boo him. Rating B+. Sammy Bach comes out to the entrance ramp and applauds Nemesis, as he walks up the ramp towards him. “Is that the best you can do, old man? Beat up guys who are past it? Maybe you should find yourself an opponent who CAN win a match? And if you’re up for it, I’ll take you on, anytime, anyplace.” Nemesis looks at him and starts laughing, before brushing past him and walking backstage. Rating A. Backstage, we spot an argument between Eric Tyler and Joey Minnesota. It starts to get physical and has soon developed into a fight, which brings out the rest of their teams, Scout, Guide, JD Morgan and Chris Caulfield, who also start pushing and shoving. Security steps in eventually, but not before all six men have landed some punches. Rating A. Emma Chase comes out with Burning Dragon and she tells the crowd that Guide is being stupid, and that it doesn’t matter what kind of match they have, Dragon will still beat him, and continue on his inevitable path to glory. Rating B+. Wanda has joined a still dishevelled Guide backstage, and they respond angrily to Emma and Dragon, telling them that pride goes before a fall, and tonight they will trip Dragon up. Rating B. The hardcore match is a good one, with Guide and especially Burning Dragon making good use of the various weapons that just happen to be lying under the ring. Both men get busted open through weapon shots, and when Dragon hits the Dragon Driver onto Guide on the concrete outside the ring, the former tag champion’s head becomes a bloody mess. This doesn’t stop Dragon from working him over some more, but eventually Emma orders him to finish things, and a further Dragon Driver inside the ring onto a steel chair completes the job for the Japanese fighter. Rating B+. Emma grabs a microphone and on behalf of Burning Dragon, she challenges Pablo Rodriguez to stop being a coward, and defend the Adrenaline Title against her man. Rating B+. Rhino Umaga is backstage preparing for his Brass Knuckles Title defence against Big Cat Brandon. “You may be big and strong, and you may have beaten my partner, Samoan Machine twice this month, but I would like to remind you that you challenged me once before, and guess who won? You’re right, it was exactly the same result as whenever we meet in tag action. The only double champion here in DAVE destroyed you, the same way he has destroyed all the weak Americans who have challenged him for his title.” Rating B+. Art of Perfection are the next to talk to the camera. “Well here we are, facing Good Times tonight, and it’s for the right to face the Samoans for their title. Tonight is all about perfection in the ring, and after the match, we’ll be the ones having a good time!” Rating B+. Good Times are waiting in the ring for their opponents, and the match starts as a four man brawl, but Shawn and Johnny take the early initiative, putting Art of Perfection in their place with some impressive double team moves on Carlos. A quick rake of Shawn’s eyes sees Art tagged in, and the tide turns, as he and Carlos use several quick tags to work over the DAVE original. Johnny eventually gets back in, and tries to take on both Art and Carlos, but they overpower him and start beating down on him too. Shawn tries to help his partner, and the four men battle at the same time, forcing the referee to finish the match as a draw. Rating B+. The sound of the bell doesn’t change anything as the four men continue their fight up the ramp and into the locker room area. Rating B+. Phil tells the crowd that clearly this war is not over yet, and says that it will re-start officially again on Thursday on Impact, where another match between Art of Perfection and Good Times will take place, hopefully with a more conclusive result. Rating A. Cat is backstage with her client, Big Cat Brandon, and informs Rhino that things don’t always remain the same, and that beating Samoan Machine the last two weeks has given Big Cat such a confidence boost that he will be a totally different fighter than when he last met Rhino. Rating A. They are interrupted by Samoan Machine, who attacks Big Cat, but the tables are quickly turned and Machine retreats when he realises that he is not going to hurt Brandon. Rating B+. Brass Knuckles Title Match: The two men face off in a hardcore match, and like the previous match tonight, the weapons make their appearance, and given the size of these two monsters, some of the shots that they take are frightening. Big Cat is on fire tonight, clearly spurred on by the pre match attack from Samoan Machine, and he is looking good for the upset win, when Machine makes another appearance through the crowd, and the 2 on 1 advantage proves decisive, with Rhino Umaga picking up the pinfall victory thanks to his partner’s help. Rating B+. Not content with the victory, the Samoans continue the assault on Big Cat, but his partner, Wolverine, makes an appearance to chase them off. Rating B+. Joey Minnesota is with Chris Caulfield before Chris’ match tonight, and Joey tells the world that there is no one that he would rather have on his team than the Hardcore American. Rating B+. Scout is warming up, and Eric Tyler is with him, giving him some advice and encouragement for the match tonight. Rating A. As usual for these two, this match blows the roof off the arena, as Scout and Chris Caulfield face each other once again. The commentators mention that a victory for Chris would give his team a 3-0 lead. The two wrestlers know each other so well by now, and they work well together, giving the crowd a match that they will remember for a long time. Scout is more varied in his moves, with Chris sticking to his tried and trusted brawling. Scout eventually picks up the win, with the Danger Ahead, and the commentators note that given the team aspect of the match, there has still been no interference in any of the matches. Rating A*. Scout celebrates getting his team back into the series, and is joined by Eric Tyler and a still bloody Guide. Rating B. Mel comes out and shoots some WrestleRave T shirts to the crowd. Rating B+. Phil and Mitch talk about the main event of the night, for the Unified Title, between the champion, Bryan Holmes and the challenger, Pablo Rodriguez. They note that it has been a low key build up to this match, unlike the in your face matchups involving Nemesis and Bryan. Rating B. Unified Title Match: Despite the low key build up that was mentioned, the match itself is frenetic, with both men prepared to put their body on the line to win. Pablo went airborne very early, and Bryan seemed willing to join him in a high risk offence, although clearly he would dominate if he could down Pablo. Both men attempted several pin falls early on, with no success, before Holmes did turn to his mat offence, and after nearly 20 minutes of enthralling action, he had finally weakened Pablo enough to pin him after the Canadian Kiss. Rating A*. Once he had been presented with his belt, Holmes walks over to the fallen Pablo Rodriguez, helps him up and shakes his hand, telling the crowd to give Pablo their applause. Rating A. But then Pablo is sent flying by another of Emma’s clients, Burning Dragon, who whales away on the Mexican, until, surprisingly, Bryan Holmes pulls him off, and throws him out of the ring. Emma is standing at ringside, not knowing which of her clients to go to. Rating A. OVERALL RATING = A. 217809 PPV buys.

Chris tells Scout that although they have had their differences in the past, he does respect him as a wrestler, even if he doesn’t particularly like him! They shake hands and go their separate ways. Rating B-. Hells Bouncer makes his return to TV with a hardcore match against Henry Lee, and he totally destroys Lee, finishing the match with the Damnation Drop. Rating C. Emma Chase joins Bouncer in the ring after the match and tells the crowd that that dominant performance was the type of thing that will win her man more titles in the near future. Rating B+. Next is Sensational Dragon attempting to continue his run of wins, against Zeus, and the Japanese star has no problems in disposing of the Canadian. Rating C+. Hell Monkey is backstage and tells Sensational Dragon that he will have a much tougher match next week, as Monkey will be his opponent. Rating C+. Big Cat Brandon comes out to talk to Phil, and he demands another shot at Rhino Umaga, telling the owner that he was robbed by Samoan Machine’s interference on Saturday. “You all saw my win over Caulfield on Saturday, which got the House of Tradition right back into this series. As usual, it’s me who has to do all the hard work round here, but I don’t mind, I’m used to it. Now Joey Minnesota and JD Morgan are in my sights, so watch out!” Rating B+. Joey Minnesota taunts Eric Tyler about their match last week, as he comes down to the ring to face Guide next. “How many is that now Eric? Three consecutive wins for me, I believe! It’s just too easy, although I’ll give you your due, you almost had me worried for a few seconds during that match, and that’s why I used your own cheating tactics on you, just to make doubly sure. So how does it feel when someone cheats YOU out of a match?” Rating B+. Eric Tyler is shown watching the monitor of this interview, with a scowl on his face. He continues to watch as Guide comes out for the match. Rating B. Joey continues his fine form, while Guide falls to another defeat, as they fight out a very impressive match, which Joey wins cleanly tonight, with the Empire Spiral. Rating B+. Bryan Holmes approaches Pablo Rodriguez backstage, and tells him that he had nothing to do with Burning Dragon attacking him at the PPV, and that he will keep his new stable mate away from Pablo, if and when the two of them meet for the Unified Title in future. Rating A*. Sammy Bach is…errrm ‘back’ in action next, in what should be a routine match against Matt Sparrow. But Matt surprises everyone with his performance, and nearly upsets the former Adrenaline champion with a sparkling display. Out comes Nemesis, who returns the favour to Sammy from Saturday, when his choice of opponents was criticised by Sammy. He tells Bach that he isn’t nearly good enough to face him if he can only just sneak past a nobody like Sparrow. Rating A. Sammy’s response is to challenge Nemesis once again to fight him one on one, but Nemesis just walks backstage without replying. Rating B+. Backstage, we see Bryan Holmes arguing with Burning Dragon, while Emma tries to pacify both of them. “Don’t you ever get involved in my matches again without my knowledge, Dragon. If I need your help, then I will ask for it. But until then, stay out of my way.” Rating A. Good Times come out to the ring to face Art of Perfection again, after their match at the PPV ended in a draw. Another fine match between these two well matched teams, and it is anyone’s match when out charges one half of the tag champions, Samoan Machine, who attacks Johnny Martin right under the referee’s nose, giving Good Times the DQ win. Rating B+. Pablo Rodriguez walks out to the ring for his Adrenaline Title defence tonight. Rating A. As he reaches the ring, Emma and Burning Dragon appear on the big screen and they challenge Pablo to defend his title against Dragon next week. Rating B+. Phil Vibert enters the ring and tells Burning Dragon that before he has any chance of a title shot against Pablo, he must first beat Pablo’s opponent tonight, Teddy Powell, next week. DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at Louisiana Auditorium in South East) Thurs Week 2 Nov 2006 Attendance 6156 Phil and Mitch open the show by talking about Chris Caulfield and JD Morgan, and they tell the crowd that the pair has requested a warm up tag match together this week. Rating B. And it is an easy match for Chris and JD, as they face off with Alex Braun and Tatsukichi, and they pick up the win when JD Morgan hits Tatsukichi with the Slingshot Suplex. Rating C+. Backstage, Eric Tyler, Scout and Guide are watching the match and they start arguing amongst themselves about their 3-1 deficit. They conclude that they are going to have to up their game, and do something different to turn things around. Rating B. Next up is the match made last week, and it pits Burning Dragon against Teddy Powell. Unfortunately these two don’t seem to be on the same page tonight, and it drags the match right down, and the crowd really don’t seem to care that much when Dragon finishes Teddy off with the Dragon Driver. Rating C+, since they don't click. After the match, Burning Dragon approaches Phil at the desk and demands, once again, that he now makes a match for the Adrenaline Title for him, against Pablo Rodriguez. Rating A. Sensational Dragon tells the crowd that he is also unbeaten in singles action, and that he will continue his streak next. Rating C+. Sensational Dragon lives up to his word, by beating Hell Monkey, but the American gives him a heck of a fright, taking things to him for much of the match. But it is the young Japanese star who wins via the Dragon Slice. Rating B. Good Times are backstage, talking about the tag champions, the Samoans, thanking Samoan Machine for his involvement last week in their match against Art of Perfection, which gave them the win, and made them the next team who will face the Samoans for the titles. Rating B. Pablo Rodriguez is backstage, and he tells Burning Dragon that he doesn’t fear him, and that if Phil decides that Dragon will be the next opponent for him, then so be it. Rating B+. Nemesis faces off with Acid next, which leads the commentators to wonder why he is only fighting lower card wrestlers recently. Nemesis continues his comfortable winning run though, beating Acid with the Nemesis Arrow. Rating B. Sammy Bach again comes out to the entrance ramp and points out that exact same thing to Nemesis, asking the veteran if he has lost his bottle as well as the Unified Title last month! Rating B+. Sammy's taunting finally gets a reaction, as Nemesis grabs a microphone and says that if Sammy really wants to get destroyed in the ring by him, then he must first prove himself, next week, by beating another former champion, Eric Tyler. Rating B+. Phil Vibert announces that tonight’s main event will be for the Unified Title, and the champion, Bryan Holmes, will defend against a man who has been on a roll recently, Joey Minnesota. Rating A*. Phil then re-joins Mitch at the announce table and they talk about the Brass Knuckles Title re-match tonight between Rhino Umaga and Big Cat Brandon, reminding the crowd that Rhino only beat Big Cat last time, thanks to his partner’s interference. Rating B. Brass Knuckles Title Match: Big Cat and Rhino showed off all their power moves tonight, battering each other from the word go. Predictably, it didn’t take long for Samoan Machine to make an appearance, but things were evened up somewhat when Wolverine lumbered out to fight him on the outside. Rhino still looked in control though, but this changed again, when, from out of the crowd, Johnny Martin and Shawn Gonzalez charged out, and while Johnny engaged the referee in trying to remove him, Wolverine and Machine from the arena, Shawn attacked Rhino alongside Big Cat, and when Brandon hit the Big Cat Pounce on the Samoan, Shawn tapped the referee on the shoulder, in time for him to make the 3 count on the champion, and we have a NEW Brass Knuckles Champ, Big Cat Brandon. “Looks like Good Times are targeting the Samoans early,” comments Mel. Rating B+. Big Cat joins his partner, Wolverine and also Johnny Martin and Shawn Gonzalez backstage to celebrate the victory. Rating B+. Art of Perfection storm out to the ring to speak to Phil, demanding that he do something about Good Times. They say that all this outside interference in matches has got to stop, and that they demand a re-match with Good Times, saying that it wasn’t their fault that Samoan Machine attacked Johnny Martin last week, and so it was unfair that they were robbed of the chance to win the tag titles. While Mitch comments that it makes a change for teams like the Samoans and Art of Perfection to be robbed of titles in that way, Phil turns to Art and Carlos and agrees to give them a re-match next week. Rating B. Joey Minnesota is interviewed by Cat, and he tells everyone that his runs of wins over the supposed stars here in DAVE will continue tonight when he wins the Unified Title, by beating Bryan Holmes. Rating B. Emma Chase leads Bryan Holmes out to the ring, and she tells Joey Minnesota that he is living in a dream world if he thinks that the title will be anywhere else other than Holmes’ waist come the end of the night. Rating A. Unified Title Match: Well, the road agents told me after this match that the two wrestlers hadn’t clicked, but you would never have known, as Bryan Holmes and Joey Minnesota put on a wrestling clinic out there, with both men getting to show why they are at the top of DAVE. Joey started slowly, but was beginning to build up a head of steam against Holmes, when Eric Tyler decided he had seen enough, and ran out to attack the challenger. Joey managed to fight him off, but it was enough for Holmes to pick up a second wind, and he eventually finished Joey off with the Canadian Kiss, to retain the title again. Rating A*. As Bryan is celebrating, Joey picks himself up and goes over to the champion and shakes his hand. Rating A. Hmmmm, not good news for me after the show, as JD Morgan picks up a minor concussion during his throwaway match, and will be out for a month. Well that screws the stable war storyline right up! In other news from around the world, Steve Frehley defeats Remo to win the SWF Heavyweight Title. OK, so that's not really a shock, but the next title change certainly is, as Dean McWade (former DAVE jobber :p ) defeats Dark Angel to win the NOTBPW Canadian Title!!! ********************* DAVE The Danger Zone on Los Deporte Hoy TV Network (at Lowe Ballroom in North West) Sun Week 2 Nov 2006 Attendance 5000 OVERALL RATING = A*. 54496 viewers.

DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at V Thompson Arena in South West) Thurs Week 3 Nov 2006 Attendance 6697 Henry Lee is walking backstage and bumps into Wanda Fish. He asks her what she thinks she is proving by trying to be more than a manager here in DAVE, and that she should go back to playing with the girls. Wanda tells him that she could beat a has-been like him anytime, so he challenges her to prove it, next week. Rating C+. Hells Bouncer is up next, facing Zeus in a hardcore match, and he once again makes short work of his smaller opponent, winning with the Damnation Drop again. Rating C+. After throwing Zeus out of the ring, Emma joins Bouncer in the ring, and invites Burning Dragon to join them. She then proceeds to describe both of her clients as the next big things in wrestling, and predicts that soon her stable will hold all three singles titles in DAVE. Rating B+. Eric Tyler, Scout and Guide are backstage, and spend their camera time taunting Joey Minnesota and Chris Caulfield, about the ‘unfortunate’ loss of their third man to injury last week, telling them that with his two forfeited matches, that will level the score to 3-3 in the series. Rating B+. But we cut straight to Joey and Chris who inform the House of Tradition, that Phil has allowed them to replace JD Morgan with a substitute. Rating B+. Sensational Dragon comes to the ring and says that he is feeling in fine form tonight, and so wants to continue his unbeaten run against anyone who cares to face him. Rating B+. Out comes Matt Sparrow, who tells Dragon that he ran Sammy Bach close a couple of weeks ago, and he would welcome the chance to fight him tonight. Rating B. Phil, Mitch and Mel talk about this match, saying that while Matt did prove that he can stay with a star like Sammy, he didn’t actually win, and winning is something that Dragon has been doing a lot of recently. Rating B. A fine high flying match from these two youngsters, and once again, Matt Sparrowholds his own with a supposedly superior wrestler, at least for most of the match. Eventually though it is Sensational Dragon who picks up the victory with the Dragon Slice. Rating B. Joey Minnesota comes back out and announces that his new team mate will be Vin Tanner, and that therefore tonight’s match will be Vin against Scout. Rating B. As Vin is seen walking towards the ring, he is jumped by Scout, along with Eric Tyler and Guide, and they give him a good beating before Scout struts out to the ring. Rating B. Predictably, when Vin Tanner limps out to the ring, he is no match for Scout, and the former tag champion picks up a simple victory. Rating B. After the match, just to add insult to injury, Scout continues with the beating on Vin, and is joined again by Eric Tyler and Guide. But this time, Joey Minnesota and Chris Caulfield make an appearance to even up the numbers and eventually Eric leads his troops away from the fight. Rating B. Next we see a video of the recent history between Art of Perfection and Good Times, mentioning that Good Times have picked up a win and a draw in their two recent meetings with Art and Carlos. Rating B. They meet again in the ring, and the match isn’t as good as they can produce, probably due to the fact that Johnny and Shawn had to watch their backs for the whole match, as Rhino Umaga and Samoan Machine kept trying to attack them, as revenge for them costing Rhino the Brass Knuckles Title last week. The 4v2 advantage pays off for Art of Perfection eventually, as Art forces Shawn to submit to the Dread Lock. Rating B. After the match, the Samoans and Art of Perfection continue to assault Good Times, but soon, the Animalz charge the ring as well, and the 8 men continue the fight all the way to the back. Rating B+. Pablo Rodriguez comes out for his match, but before his opponent can enter, he grabs a microphone and asks Phil Vibert for another title match against Bryan Holmes at Lords of the Ring, telling him that every other challenger has always had at least two or three title shots, and so he deserves the same. Phil says that he agrees, and Pablo will get his title shot. Rating A*. Pablo next faces off in a champion v champion match against the Brass Knuckles champion, Big Cat Brandon, although neither title is on the line. They prove to work really well together in the ring, and the crowd were loving every minute of the match, until Rhino Umaga and Burning Dragon charge the ring, and force the referee to stop the contest as a draw, as they attacked, respectively, Big Cat and Pablo. Rating A*, thanks to their good chemistry. Rhino and Burning Dragon are joined after the bell by Samoan Machine, and they work Pablo and Big Cat over, until Bryan Holmes appears from the back, wielding a baseball bat, and chases them off. Rating A. Phil Vibert gets into the ring and says that although he has already authorised the Holmes v Rodriguez Unified Title Match, it has become very clear that the match will be spoilt by Burning Dragon, who wants a shot at Pablo’s Adrenaline Title. This leaves three men wanting two titles, so he is going to make a triple threat, double chance, double title match for Lords of the Ring, where it will be Bryan Holmes v Pablo Rodriguez v Burning Dragon, for both the Unified Title and the Adrenaline Title. The first fall will result in the winner picking up the Unified Title, and then the remaining two wrestlers will continue on and fight for the Adrenaline Title after that. Rating A*. Our main event of the evening is the challenge match made by Nemesis last week, where Sammy Bach must beat Eric Tyler to earn a match against Nemesis. Again a contrast in styles between the wrestlers, with the steady, mat based technique of Eric Tyler facing the high risk aerial style of Sammy. A very even match seemed to be turning in Eric’s favour, when Sammy was momentarily distracted by the appearance of Nemesis at the top of the ramp, but Sammy fought back when he realised that Nemesis was not coming any closer, and he finished Tyler off with the Adrenaline Shot. Rating A. Nemesis applauds Sammy and says that he will stick to his word and will face him at Lords of the Ring, but that Sammy shouldn’t expect any favours from him, he will show the youngster exactly what it means to be a champion here in DAVE. Do I look like I care?? :p Also there was a title change in TCW, where BJ Shearer defeated Joel Bryant for the International Title.

DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at Wisconsin Gardens in Great Lakes) Thurs Week 4 Nov 2006 Attendance 6152 Sensational Dragon meets Teddy Powell backstage, and challenges him to a match next week, saying that he is yet another step on his progress up the ladder to a title match :p . Teddy accepts the challenge. Rating C+. In a short hardcore match, Hells Bouncer proves far too powerful for Alex Braun. Rating C. Emma grabs a microphone and boasts that her client, Hells Bouncer, is a star in the making, and no one can match him anymore. Rating B+. Joey Minnesota and Vin Tanner are standing backstage, talking, when they are blindsided by Scout and Guide, who beat them down, before tying their hands together and dragging them out to a van. Joey and Vin are shoved inside the van, and it speeds off. Rating B. Wanda Fish is in the ring, and she tells the crowd that she proved before that she can live with the men in DAVE, and that she will prove that again tonight, by beating Henry Lee. Rating C. Before the match though, Phoebe comes out and shoots some T shirts to the crowd. Rating A. Wanda lives up to her word and beats Henry Lee, being just too quick and agile for the veteran. Rating C. Scout and Guide are seen driving the van back to the arena. They get out, laughing, and enter the building. Rating B-. Nemesis is in the ring and says that he wants to have a match tonight, but that Phil seems to have left him off the card. Therefore, he will be willing to face anyone else who has nothing better to do. There is no response, so he storms off backstage. Rating A. Chris Caulfield is seen backstage. He knocks on Joey Minnesota’s dressing room door, but there is, unsurprisingly, no response. The same happens when he knocks on Vin Tanner’s door. Rating C+. Cat Jemson is interviewing Emma and Bryan Holmes. Holmes cuts Emma off as she tries to talk for him, and he tells her and the crowd that Burning Dragon had better watch out on Saturday in the Triple Threat match, and that he had better not try and and do anything that he, and Emma, will regret. He tells Pablo that he has no chance either. Rating B+. Next to talk are the two tag teams of Art of Perfection and the Samoans, who will be teaming up tonight to face Good Times and the Animalz. There seems to be some tension between the two teams, as it has not yet been made clear who the Samoans will face for their Tag Titles in two days time. But all four men make it clear that they are gunning for their opponents tonight and that nothing will stop them winning. Rating B. A video plays, showing the history between the four pairs, with Good Times and Art of Perfection both wanting to face the Samoans for the tag titles, and also the matches between the members of the Animalz and the Samoans for the Brass Knuckles title recently. Rating B. The eight man tag match soon descends into chaos, with the two teams carrying on a running battle. Art of Perfection and Good Times seem to only be interested in fighting each other, while Big Cat Brandon and Rhino Umaga continue their singles battle. This leaves Samoan Machine and Wolverine to fight each other. Fortunately for the crowd, the referee decides to just let them fight, and after several near falls for both sides, it eventually finishes when the Brass Knuckles champion, Big Cat Brandon, continues his recent dominance over Rhino Umaga, pinning him following the Big Cat Pounce. Rating B. Next up is Burning Dragon, who talks about his great opportunity to win one of the two titles on offer on Saturday against Bryan Holmes and Pablo Rodriguez. He says that his main aim is the Adrenaline Title, but that if the opportunity comes to win Holmes’ Unified Title, then he is not going to back off and let Holmes win, no matter whether the current champion thinks that he should do so, just because they have the same manager. Rating A. Eric Tyler comes to the ring for his match against Chris Caulfield. He tells the crowd that his team are just too good and too smart for Chris and Co. and that Joey and Vin aren’t going to able to help Chris today. Rating B-. It is a hardcore match between Tyler and Caulfield, and both men seem to enjoy that environment. That of course leads to problems for Chris, as with no DQ available, Guide comes down and helps his team mate to attack Chris. Inevitably the two on one advantage gives Chris just too much to do, and he falls victim to the Tradition Lift. Rating A. Eric and Guide are joined in the ring by Scout, and they celebrate for a bit, before turning their attention back to the fallen Chris Caulfield, and the three men attack Caulfield again, leaving him bloody and battered. Rating B. A video appears on the screen and it announces that the Tag Titles will be defended on Saturday at the PPV by the Samoans, and their opponents will be Good Times. The crowd cheer, but then fall silent when a third team is announced – Art of Perfection. And then a fourth team is shown – the Animalz. The commentators say that this seems like the obvious solution, seeing as there has been no way of separating Good Times and Art of Perfection, and that Big Cat, of the Animalz, seems to have Rhino and Samoan Machine’s number recently, so they deserve a shot at the titles too. Rating B. A camera shows the parking lot, where a clearly furious Joey Minnesota and Vin Tanner have escaped from wherever Guide and Scout left them and they jump out of a taxi, and run into the arena, to be greeted by the news that they are too late for the Tyler v Caulfield match, and that their man lost. Rating B. Phil announces to the crowd that for the final three matches on Saturday in that series, the competitors will all be kept guarded in two separate dressing rooms, and that no contact will be allowed between the teams except for the two wrestlers in the ring, in order to prevent incidents like this happening again. Rating B. Our next interview is with Pablo Rodriguez, who says that he hopes that the Triple Threat Double Title match will be a fair fight, and that it won’t turn into a handicap match. He tells Bryan Holmes that he is looking to pick up his title, and to Burning Dragon, he comments that he is looking forward to getting revenge for all the attacks from behind that he has been victim of. Rating A. Cat interviews Sammy Bach about his upcoming match against Nemesis. Sammy reminds Nemesis that they have fought once before, and that he very nearly took the Unified Title off him then, and that in the months since, he has only got better and more confident, whereas Nemesis is clearly getting old and scared. Rating B. Nemesis comes across Guide backstage, and after congratulating him on Eric Tyler’s victory for his team tonight, he says that he was not very impressed by Tyler’s performance on his behalf against Sammy last week, and therefore he is going to take his frustration out on Eric’s team mate, Guide, right now. At this, he kicks Guide in the stomach, hits the Nemesis Arrow on him and drags him to the ring. Rating B. In the ring, he demands a referee come out and make this an official match, after his open challenge earlier. Guide puts up a good show, given that he has already received an Arrow from Nemesis, but in the end Nemesis is just too strong, and Guide is on the receiving end of another Arrow, to finish things off. Rating A. Before Nemesis can do anything else to Guide, Sammy Bach comes out, slides into the ring and stares Nemesis down, telling him that he will beat him in a fair fight on Saturday. Rating B+. OVERALL RATING = B+. 353903 viewers.

DAVE The Lords of the Ring PPV (at Manhattan National Center in the Tri State) Sat Week 4 Nov 2006 Attendance 18970 We open with a video montage of the amazing action that can be seen in the Adrenaline Division, featuring Pablo Rodriguez, Burning Dragon, Teddy Powell, Sammy Bach, Sensational Dragon, Hell Monkey, Guide and Matt Sparrow. Rating B-. Henry Lee comes out and tells Wanda Fish that her victory over him was a fluke last week, and he challenges Wanda to a re-match tonight. She immediately comes out and accepts the match. Rating C+. But before the match, we are taken to Good Times who talk about the four way tag title match tonight, and how they will regain the titles by defeating the other three teams. Rating B. Wanda Fish repeats her win over Henry Lee tonight, but it doesn’t interest the crowd in the least. Rating C. After the match, Wanda starts taunting Henry about how low he has fallen here in DAVE, when his only chance of PPV action is in losing to a girl. Rating B-. Next up is another of the tag teams in the title match, Art of Perfection. Art Reed starts by reminding the world that he has been constantly screwed out of the titles, both with Carlos and especially his former partner, Kurt Laramee, and that tonight will be different, as they and the Samoans will work as a team to take out the other four men, before they can just battle amongst themselves. Rating B+. The tag champions, the Samoans, talk as well, agreeing with Art of Perfection that they will joins forces initially, but then telling them that the titles will not change hands anyway, as they already belong to the best team in the world. Rating B. A short video shows the action over the past few weeks between the four teams, both in tag and singles action. Rating B+. Tag Title Four Way Elimination Match: The eight men soon settled down into two four man teams as predicted, and the Animalz were the first to be eliminated, when Rhino got a measure of revenge by pinning Big Cat. This left Good Times with a tricky four on two situation, but they fought back well, and were aided by Art of Perfection turning on the Samoans, leading to Carlos pinning Samoan Machine next. But the earlier beating that Good Times had suffered during that four on two period took its toll eventually and Art Reed picked up the victory with the Dread Lock on Shawn Gonzalez, to make Art of Perfection the new TAG TEAM CHAMPIONS! Rating B+. Art Reed and Carlos Castro celebrate in the ring, while the Samoans stare them down angrily from the top of the ramp. Rating A. Emma Chase is interviewing Scout. “Joey Minnesota, I respect you as a wrestler, after all you have beaten Eric Tyler several times now, and not many people can do that to Eric. But tonight you are facing someone even better, younger and more athletic than Eric, someone who is also, like you, undefeated in this series, and I am going to give my team the lead in our match, and there’s nothing that you or anyone can do about it.” Rating B+. The subject of the interview, Joey Minnesota, is shown warming up backstage for the match. Rating A. But before the two men come to the ring, a video reminds everyone of the lead up to this series, and the 6 matches so far in the series, which are tied at 3-3. Rating B+. Scout and Joey Minnesota go for each other from the word go, knowing that it will be an uninterrupted match tonight, and they thrill the crowd with their skills, with both men getting near falls, but Scout having the better of most of the match. However it is Joey who finishes things off by hitting Scout with the Empire Spiral for the pin. Rating A. Joey goes to celebrate on the ropes, but is pulled down by Scout, who then offers his hand to Joey in congratulations, which surprises the commentators somewhat. The two men shake hands and Scout raises Joey’s arm in victory. Rating A*. When Joey gets back to his team’s dressing room, he joins Vin Tanner and Chris Caulfield in reminding Eric Tyler, Guide and Scout that the score is now 4-3 and that they have to win both of the last two matches to win the series now. Rating A. Eric Tyler comes to the ring for match 8, and he tells the crowd that he is a former Unified Champion, and that he will show exactly why, right now. Rating B. Eric faces the substitute, Vin Tanner, in a hardcore match, and he is as good as his word, dominating things from the off, and never letting Vin into the match. Once the Tradition Lift is applied, Vin taps out, and Eric signals to the opposing team that it is now 4-4. Rating B. As Eric goes backstage, he gets into an argument with Scout, telling him that shaking Joey’s hand was disloyal, and that he should remember which team he is on. Scout does not answer, but looks less than happy at Eric’s remarks. Rating A. Phil and Mitch talk up the importance for all six men of the result of the deciding match, which will be Guide against Chris Caulfield, also in a hardcore match. Mitch says that it will favour Chris, due to his many hardcore matches in the past, but Phil reminds him that Guide is just as sadistic when he wants, and that he also has a more varied game plan, which, he thinks, will give Guide the edge tonight. Rating A. Eric Tyler is psyching Guide up for the match, but Scout is nowhere to be seen. Rating A. Chris Caulfield is announced to the ring, and walks down to cheers from the crowd. Rating A. Guide charges the ring, without waiting for his entrance music and the battle is on, with both men using chairs, tables, canes, and anything else they can find to injure each other. As it goes on it becomes apparent that Phil was right, and that Guide is getting on top, but he just cannot keep Chris down for the three count, at least while pinning him legally! A handful of tights, combined with his feet on the ropes does eventually do the trick however, and Guide picks up the win, and the series victory for his team. Rating A. Guide is joined in celebrating by Eric Tyler, and also by Scout, who is still looking less than happy. Rating A. Cat Jemson is backstage interviewing Sammy Bach about his match with Nemesis. She asks him if he has bitten off more than he can chew in picking this fight. “Not at all, Cat. The only time that I’ve met Nemesis before, yes, he beat me, but how close did I get to winning that match? Very, very, very close is the answer, and I’m a better wrestler now than I was a few months ago. As for Nemesis, well he is getting old, and its time for a new breed of wrestlers to take over here in DAVE.” Rating A. Nemesis responds in his own interview. “Sammy, get real. You wanted this match, and I tried to make you see sense, but oh no, you just wouldn’t let it lie. So tonight, I’m going to make an example of you in the ring, and then you won’t ever want to face me again.” Rating A. Sammy Bach starts the match against Nemesis in fine form, using his speed to dominate things. But when Nemesis finally got his hands on Sammy, it was a different story, as the pumped up former champion vented his anger on Sammy. For long periods, the commentators were amazed at how much punishment that he could take, and then, to their even greater astonishment, Sammy mounted a comeback, nailing Nemesis with just about every top rope move that they had ever seen, before hitting him with the Adrenaline Shot. Nemesis kicked out at 2 ½, but when Sammy repeated his finisher, Nemesis was unable to raise his shoulders a second time, and the exhausted Sammy Bach picked up the shock victory. Rating A. Nemesis heads backstage, and his anger at the loss causes him to attack several backstage staff, throwing them against the walls, and through tables. Rating A. The Unified Champion, Bryan Holmes, conducts his own interview tonight, without Emma. He tells Pablo Rodriguez and Burning Dragon that he has no intention of having to settle for the Adrenaline Title tonight, and that he will be the man who picks up the first fall in their match. Rating A. Burning Dragon is also alone for his interview, leaving the commentators to wonder where Emma is tonight. He tells Bryan that he is coming for his belt as well as Pablo’s, and that it is every man for himself out there, and that he will not help Holmes just because they share Emma as a manager. Rating A. The third man in the match is Pablo Rodriguez, who says that he is glad that it will be a fair fight, but that he is going home a champion, one way or another, and that it will preferably be as the Unified Champion. Rating A. Unified Title / Adrenaline Title, Double Chance, Triple Threat Match: Burning Dragon attacks Pablo from the off, with Holmes happy to just watch things, and occasionally break up a pin attempt as required. But when he pulls Dragon off Pablo at one point, the masked Japanese star launches into him as well, and it becomes a proper triple threat match. Back and forth it goes, with the referee allowing a lot of leeway as far as cheating goes, and Burning Dragon is beginning to look impressive in his first title match, dominating both the other two more experienced fighters. But Holmes isn’t champion for nothing, and while Dragon is beating on Pablo, he slips on a pair of brass knuckles from his tights, and low blows Dragon with them, to pick up the first fall, and retain his Unified Title, over the furious Burning Dragon. Rating A*. From the announce table, Phil states that the remaining two participants, Burning Dragon and Pablo Rodriguez, will now fight for the Adrenaline Title. Rating A. Pablo and Dragon are both struggling after the first half of the fight, and this half of the match therefore starts slowly, but it soon picks up, with both men using the top ropes to their advantage, and hitting risky moves on each other. Pablo retains the title when Dragon tries to hit his Dragon Driver on the champion, but Pablo slips out of the move, drags him into the corner, where he launches the Sinners Salvation on Dragon for the 1-2-3. Rating A. Bryan Holmes rolls back into the ring, and joins Pablo in celebrating retaining their titles, much to the disgust of Burning Dragon. DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at Irvine Hall in Mid South) Thurs Week 1 Dec 2006 Attendance 5000 Phoebe Plumridge leads out her client, Tank Bradley, and they challenge Wanda Fish to fight Tank next week, telling her that she got lucky beating Henry Lee the last couple of weeks, but that Tank will be a tougher opponent. Rating C. Wanda comes out and agrees to the match, but promises that the result will still be the same as with Henry. Rating B. Sensational Dragon comes out and reminds the crowd that he is now the only unbeaten wrestler here in DAVE, after Burning Dragon lost, effectively twice, at Lords of the Ring, and that tonight he will dismantle Teddy Powell as promised last week, in a ladder match. Rating B+. An excellent match between Sensational Dragon and Teddy Powell, and both men seemed to have the match won on a couple of occasions, but desperate moves to throw their opponent off the ladder saved each. Eventually though, Dragon’s streak continues, as he collects the win once again. Rating A. (which surprised me, since they had sucked together in a dark match a while ago) Emma Chase comes out with Hells Bouncer and says that although he has lost before, Bouncer is also on a roll and nothing can stand in his way. Rating A. And so it proves, as once again Hells Bouncer just overpowers tonight’s opponent, Wolverine, in a hardcore match, to keep his momentum going. Rating B. Out come the new Tag Champions, Art of Perfection, who laugh at the Samoans, telling them that they must be even more stupid than they look if they thought that two clever wrestlers like them, wouldn’t take an opportunity to pin the former champions if the opportunity arose, despite their pre match agreement to work together. Rating B. Art Reed and Carlos Castro also announce they are choosing their own opponents for their first title defence, tonight, and that they are two very deserving wrestlers, Matt Sparrow and Hell Monkey. Mitch is outraged and says that it is a total cop out that they have not picked a recognised team, and Phil adds that Matt and Monkey haven’t exactly been setting the world on fire with their results either. Rating B. Cat Jemsoncomes out with Big Cat Brandon and issues an open challenge to face him for the Brass Knuckles Title tonight. Rating B. Out comes Doug Peak to take up that challenge, prompting Mitch to say that this will be another one sided match, in his opinion. Rating C. Brass Knuckles Title Match: Big Cat proves that he is easily better than Doug Peak as he batters his challenger from the first bell to the three count, in a hardcore match. Rating B-. A car pulls up in the car park, and out step the Samoans. “They aren’t scheduled to be here tonight,” exclaims Phil in surprise. Rating B-. Backstage, we see Joey Minnesota joined by Chris Caulfield and Vin Tanner. They commiserate with each other over their team loss to the House of Tradition, and Joey thanks Vin for stepping in and trying to help them. Rating B-. Tag Title Match: Wow, where did this match come from? Obviously spurred on by the thought that this was probably their only shot at the gold, Hell Monkey and Matt Sparrow were on fire in this match against the champions, Art of Perfection, showing that on any given day here in DAVE, anyone can possibly beat anyone else. They combined aerial moves with Monkey’s strong style attacks, and left the champs reeling in the early going. Even once Art and Carlos had isolated Matt for a while, when Monkey got back in again, the challengers started to control things again, but in the end, Carlos snapped off the Mexican Destroyer on Hell Monkey to pick up the win and retain their titles, in a very hard fought match. Rating B+. Art of Perfection, who seem very relieved, are celebrating their victory when the Samoans charge the ring and proceed to get their revenge for losing the titles last week, by punching and kicking the champions until security pulls them away. Rating B. Nemesis is shown earlier today yelling at Phil Vibert, and demanding that he gets another match with Sammy Bach, saying that he will show the little punk how much of a fluke his win at Lords of the Ring was. Phil agrees to the match for tonight. Rating A. Phil, Mitch and Mel talk about our next match, between Eric Tyler and Johnny Martin, reminding the audience that less than a year ago, these two men fought each other for the Unified Title, and that both of their fortunes had taken a down turn since. Rating B+. Eric Tyler and Guide are first seen attacking Johnny Martin’s tag partner, Shawn Gonzalez backstage, leaving him semi conscious on the concrete. Rating B-. An excellent match as always between Eric and Johnny, which was proving very even, until Guide ran in and attacked Johnny behind the referee’s back. And then Scout charged out to the ring as well, but much to the surprise of the commentators, he attacked both Guide and Eric Tyler, but he and Guide were then both ejected by the referee, leaving Eric to hit the Tradition Lift on the beaten Johnny Martin, Guide’s attack having done far more damage. Rating A. Eric Tyler storms off backstage, and he and Guide start yelling at Scout, asking why he had turned on them. Scout replies that he is fed up of always attacking people from behind, and that from now on he is going to be his own man, and fight fairly one on one. Rating B+. A video plays, showing highlights of the double title match at the PPV, where both Bryan Holmes and Pablo Rodriguez retained their titles in the match with Burning Dragon. Rating A. Mitch Naess is interviewing the Unified Champion, Bryan Holmes. Halfway through the interview, Holmes is jumped by Burning Dragon, who yells that he blames Holmes for both his pinfalls in their match and that he will get his revenge on him, stable mate or not. Mitch calls for security, who eventually pull Dragon off of the beaten Holmes. Rating B+ (attack), A (taunting) Our main event features Nemesis looking for revenge against Sammy Bach. Another good match between these two men, which follows the same pattern of the match at Lords of the Ring, where Sammy leads Nemesis a merry dance for a lot of the time, but on the occasions that Nemesis catches him, Sammy takes a bad beating. Despite this, once again it is Sammy who has the last laugh, hitting the Adrenaline Shot on the bigger man for a victory which, according to Phil, is now not really a major upset! Rating A. Nemesis is once again furious at the loss, and this time, he takes his anger out on Sammy Bach, destroying him with the Nemesis Arrow from behind. Rating A. OVERALL RATING = A. 382924 viewers, the best yet. Thanks woooodaddy - you can thank mystic for that - he PMed me yesterday asking if it was going to continue. I stopped playing this diary game in the middle of December, what with 07 coming out, and I got back into playing FM as well. I was well ahead of the diary in the game, so I've got a few months of shows already written up in word, so I'll keep posting them until that point. After that - who knows?

DAVE Impact TV Show on the POP Network (at Connecticut Symphony Hall in New England) Thurs Week 2 Dec 2006 Attendance 6852 The Samoans are seen earlier today in Phil Vibert’s office, demanding that they get their rematch for the tag titles. Phil says that they can have a non title match with Art of Perfection tonight, and if they win….. Rating B+. Next is the inter-sex match, between Wanda Fish and Tank Bradley, who is accompanied by Phoebe. Once again, it is Wanda who comes out on top, finishing Tank off with the Dish of the Day. Rating B-. Wanda grabs a microphone and tells Phoebe that she really is an awful maanger, and she should give up if the best that she can manage are Henry and Tank. “Don’t you have any decent men that I can fight?” she crows. Rating B-. Phil announces that the Brass Knuckles Title will be on the line tonight, as Big Cat Brandon takes on the returning JD Morgan, back after his injury for the first time tonight. Rating B+. But first is the non-title tag match, and the Samoans run through Art of Perfection tonight, winning easily, although Rhino Umaga did use one of the tag belts to knock Carlos Castro out with, which allowed Samoan Machine to make a casual cover. Rating B. Phil announces that the Samoans will now face Art of Perfection for their titles next week as a result of this win. Rating B+. Nemesis is shown earlier with Phil, demanding that he too gets another re-match with Sammy Bach, to which Phil reluctantly agrees, but he does tell Nemesis that it will be his last chance for some success against Sammy. Rating A. Brass Knuckles Title Match: The commentators reckon that this is a tough way to come back from an injury for JD Morgan, saying that Big Cat Brandon has been very impressive the last few weeks in singles action, and so it proves, with Big Cat controlling things most of the way through, with his size and power being the difference. Even when JD managed to lock in some kind of hold, Big Cat seemed to be able to just power out, and continue his offence. The victory came after the Big Cat Pounce, and Brandon retains the Brass Knuckles Title. Rating B+. As Big Cat is celebrating, out come Guide and his manager, Wanda Fish, and they challenge the champion to face Guide for his title next week. Big Cat just nods, and beckons Guide into the ring right now, although this offer is refused. Rating B. Cat Jemson is backstage with Sammy Bach. She has hardly started to ask him about having to face Nemesis yet again tonight, when Nemesis storms in and lays out Sammy, before hitting the Nemesis Arrow on him, much to Cat’s horror. Rating B+. When order is restored, Cat has another interview to do, with Eric Tyler, who says that as the winning captain in the team series recently, he feels that he is deserving of a Unified Title shot against Bryan Holmes, and so he challenges him to defend the title tonight. Rating B+. Pablo Rodriguez announces that he is defending his title as well tonight, and that his opponent will be the other undefeated Japanese star, Sensational Dragon. Rating B. A groggy Sammy Bach walks to the ring to face Nemesis, who starts the match by attacking Sammy before the bell, and hard as Sammy tries, the earlier beating has clearly left him in trouble, and Nemesis picks up an undeserving win tonight, after hitting the Nemesis Arrow again on Sammy. Rating A. Still not satisfied, Nemesis lifts Sammy up again, and a third Nemesis Arrow of the evening leaves the smaller man out for the count. Rating A. Adrenaline Title Ladder Match: Pablo Rodriguez and Sensational Dragon put on an exhibition of high flying wrestling for the fans, and it is anyone’s match, when out charges Burning Dragon with a chair, and he assaults both wrestlers, knocking both out cold, leaving the referee no choice but to stop the contest. Rating A. Burning Dragon grabs the microphone and taunts both Pablo and Sensational Dragon, telling them both that he is the toughest Adrenaline Division wrestler, and he will continue to destroy everyone in his path until he wins the title. Rating A. Emma joins her other client, Bryan Holmes, as he comes out to the ring to accept Eric Tyler’s challenge for his Unified Title. Rating A. Unified Title Match: Well this was everything that a world title match is supposed to be. Non stop action, near falls for both men, breath taking high risk moves, and unfortunately also more interference, this time from Guide, who attacked Bryan Holmes, before, to the cheers of the crowd, Scout charges out and levels his former partner, leaving Eric Tyler and Holmes to get on with it. Bryan takes advantage of this, and finishes the challenger with the Canadian Kiss. Rating A*. After the match, Guide returns to the ring and joins Eric Tyler in attacking Bryan Holmes once again.
