C-Verse Draft-Your-Rsoter 2007

Recommended Posts

Well here it goes for those who saw the post in the TEW 2007 section and were intrested I'm hosting the 2007 Cornelverse Draft-Your-Roster. The rules are almost exactly the same ones that ACCBiggz uses for the regular real world draft with a few modifications. There will be 25 picks, the average minimal roster for c-verse Regional sized feds is 20 in ring workers, 1 commentator, 1 announcer, 1 ref and 1 TV Show makes 24 picks so there are going to be enough rounds to fill out your roster without missing out on all the other good things. 15 Promotions All Equal Fight to be the #1 Promotion 25 Rounds 24 Workers (all workers are available in all areas) 1 Television Show This is a serpentine draft. (#15 will have the #15 and #16 picks) Using the C-Verse 2007 data upon completion of this draft. 1,000,000 Cash for each fed (A little less then the average cash for a C-verse regional fed) Rules: 1. After promotions are filled. Whoever is randomly drawn to be #1 (http://www.random.org/sform.html) will go first. 2. Once a pick is made, the next person has 2 hours to make his selection. 3. Once the two hour time period elapses, and the next in line does not draft a wrestler, then whoever is next in line can jump in and select. 4. If someone is skipped for missing a selection, they can make their selection at anytime. 5. If you have been skipped, and have not made up the selection in 48 hours, you will be replaced by whoever is on the Alernates list. 6. If you submit a list to me, ranking wrestlers, and you are not online to make your pick, I will take the first person from that list who has not been selected for your pick (Granted that I am online to do so). 7. The first 10 rounds of workers selected will be on a written contract. The last 15 will band will be available on PPA contract, to other promotions to draft. 8. Trades are allowed, $$$, Draft Picks, Workers, etc. All up for trade. 9. You must select your staff during the draft enough slots have been left for it. Thus signing the best Announcer or color commentator you can to one of your written slots denies the other feds from having him available even if it denies you a written in ring worker. 10. You can select your TV show at anytime during the draft. You must select a Name, Network, Time Slot, Day, Length, and Level. 11. All Promotions will be 45% over in their area. Which is about the average that all the original c-verse regional feds are set too. Imarevenant the drop down menu for match ratio is done by 10% so it needs to either be 70% or 80% For Women's None - Women can wrestle but are treated no different than the men (not sure if the AI will hire women on its own but if you put some on your roster it will work witht hem) Division - Women Wrestle exclusively against each other in the promotino Promotion - the whole promotion is women no men

By combining wrestling, a North Carolina tradition, with their own iconoclastic brand of comedy, exploitation and political activism, they have created a unique product that you may not like, but probably won't be able to stop watching. I had a fun time doing this back in '04, so I thought I'd bring back one of my promotions from there. It's thirteen so far (including lostrealms as soon as I stop being as lazy as him and cutting and pasting his fed from the Real World DYR)> I'm hoping to get two more to have the fifteen I wanted but we'll definately start picks before I head out to the ROH show tonight regardless of whether we get the last two or not..

To Dorian: No way. I'm going to get, by far, the coolest Japan roster. It will be hard for you to draft with brands dividing your teams/cruiserweights/heavyweights. You're going to have to focus on overall product, while I, on the other hand. Am just aiming to have one Heavyweight title and an annual Super Junior tournament. My rosters going to rock PGHW style. To Apupunchau: Hm, well hopefully two more people sign up ASAP.

As soon as we round out our fifteen it'll start if you can' be on you can make a list of picks in the order you want and send them to me. I f you don't make your pick by the end of your time I'll pick the next available from your list. Edit: Hmm looking back up at some of the posts we are getting a little close to christmas, we'll make some picks today if we can get people but after midnight tonight we'll take christmas off and resume maybe monday evenign or tuesday morning.
