damaged1 Posted January 8, 2007 Author Share Posted January 8, 2007 I can't do that for 2 reasons.. 1 - I am having much more fun booking my ladies division than the mens right now, better storylines. 2 - I am a HUGE fan of the women of the C-verse..so many great gimmicks, looks and talents to play around with... With the Ladies championship actually having better prestige than the men's title, they will share equal time with the men in the CCW for as long as the CCW is open for business.. but thanks for reading and posting your thoughts... Vessey switches to his feud with [b]Davis Wayne Newton[/b] and says that he successfully managed to defeat Mr. Newton in every title match he was given, without breaking a sweat! He also mentions that he can Mr. Newton out of town as well! Vessey brings up [b]Steven Parker[/b] and says that he intimidated Parker so much that he didn't even want a title shot and left town as quickly as possible. The latest victim to fall at the feet of [i]"the great CCW champion of all time"[/i] was the pathetic [b]Air Attack Weasel[/b] who got a lucky win before suffering the same fate as the others! Vessey gives out a deep sigh and tells each and every fan in the audience that he deserves and expects respect from them all because frankly, there isn't anyone in the CCW anymore who poses even the slightest chance of beating him! This brings out [b]Eddie Cornell[/b] to a decent pop. he comes to the ring and extends his hand to the champion. Vessey just looks at him then turns and walks to the other end of the ring. Vessey starts mocking Cornell by telling him that he probably came out to challenge for the title. Vessey laughs and tells Cornell that he is just a [i]"young punk"[/i] that needs to mature and adds that he has done nothing in this company yet to deserve getting a title shot. Eddie tries to get a mic but Vessey yells for the stagehand to back off, claiming that he is the champion and therefore he calls the shots around here! Vesey jabs a finger into Eddie's chest and tells Cornell to [i]"go play with your legos in the back and let the adults do the work in the ring"[/i]. That comment warrants a shove by Eddie that knocks the champion of his butt and makes the crowd pop. Eddie stands over a fuming Vessey who jumps to his feet a few seconds later and gets in Eddie's face. He tells Eddie that he needs to learn a lesson in respect and accepts the challenge that was never offered, telling Eddie that he going to get the beating of a lifetime tonight! The long segment ends with Vessey slapping Cornell hard across the face, then rolling out of the ring.
