The ladies of the CCW are red hot and ready to show the men's side of CCW just how to do things. ------------------------- Speaking of the woman's champion. [b]Eva Grunge[/b] announced that she was 100% healed from those 2 broken fingers at the hands of [b]Agent 69[/b], but she was really spending a lot of time on the defensive this month and it almost cost her the title. Is she really 100%? After those chair attacks on the hand by the Agent after the match, I doubt it. In any event, [b]Eva Grunge[/b] moves on to a new challenger in [b]Kurado[/b], a dangerous new star from Japan. [b]Agent 69[/b] will also be in action as she meets fun-loving [b]Candy Floss[/b]. With Agent and Eva on the same show, anything can and will probably happen! ------------------------- I can tell you right now that management were not happy at all at how the rematch between [b]Thomas Morgan[/b] and [b]Cal Sanders[/b] went down. After such a great showing last month, Cal looked out of place and blew some nasty spots. In the end they did not deserve to be the main event of the night. Still, Cal is getting a 3rd chance to win the [b]World Title[/b] away from Morgan when he meets the champion AND [b]Air Attack Weasel[/b] in a [b]Triple Threat Match[/b] next month. Coming off a hot win over [b]Bob Casey[/b] last month, you can bet that the Weasel has his eyes set on taking home the title. ------------------------- And finally, The company is reported to have lost roughly [b]$1,800[/b] this past month. They also lost an estimated [b]$1,600[/b] in January. The company showed no concern over the expected loss and have rumoured to have signed 2 new stars. I decided to try and advertise a late "hardcore stipulation" to see what it would do with the audience we were drawing and, well, they hated it. Combine that with the fact that neither Sanders nor Morgan are really hardcore-oriented type workers and this match was a mess. MOrgan wins this carwreck with a DDT onto a cookiesheet. He hesitates but accepts and soon both are standing face to face. Agent 69 suggests a tag team match for next month that will pit herself and the CCW champion against a [i]"broken down womans champion and a partner of her choice"[/i]. Morgan shrugs and mentions that he has nothing better to do next month so agrees. Agent lightly kisses Morgan on the cheek, then rolls out of the ring as Morgan shakes his head. Not only did the new kid in town score the pinfall overt eh champion, but Sanders got a little bit of revenge for the 3 months of jobbing and the crowd dug the heat between the 4 men. The end of the match came when the Weasel accidently got bumped off the ring apron by Morgan and took offense to it. He dove back into the ring, got into an arguement with Morgan, then shopved him ... right into a waiting Cameron Vessey who nails the champ with his "Sick Cycle" finisher (that he borrowed from his father, Larry) for the clean and upset win! She starts off by telling the crowd how amazing Morgan is in the ring and that next month, it will be Agent 69 who will finally end Grunge's title reign and then the both of them can be happy champions! Morgan takes the mic from the Agent and turns his back on her, addressing the crowd. He says that he has yet to hear who Eva Grunge's tag partner will be tonight and adds that it doesn't matter beccause Morgan is unbeatable! This bringfs out [b]Eva Grunge[/b] from behind the blue curtain we set up as a "backsatge area". She smiles and says that she does have a partner for tonight and that Morgan is beatable, just ask [b]Cameron Vessey[/b]! Cameron pops out from behind the curtain and the 2 faces charge the ring to battle the Agent and Morgan as our only referee, [b]Preston Holt[/b] and myself from the announce table enter as well to break it all up! Eva and the Agent really had a great brawl on the outside of the ring near the end of the match, allowing Morgan to get caught in Cameron's "sick Cyce" finisher clean for the 2nd straight win over the champ. Preston was very pleased wth Morgan's work in the ring, commenting to me after the match that he really looked good! [b]D[/b] [/quote] [b][u]POST MATCH NOTES[/b][/u] - Preston was thrilled with the show and praised me for the way I have been booking the last few months. he announces that our [b]CCW Live[/b] show had a rise in importance and is now considered to be an [b]above average event[/b]. Mr. Newton explains that a young man of his stature usually does not associate with [i]"pathetic local dumps like CCW"[/i] but that he is making an exception because of one person. He says that he is used to getting everything he wants and notes that his family has some powerful friends, and that a certian female has caught his eye and [i]"what mr. Newton wants, Mr. Newton gets"[/i]. He then asks for [b]Eva Grunge[/b] to come to the ring. She stomps at him as Davis Wayne Newton laughes in the ring. The Agent looks up and smiles, then is handed the bundle of flowers. The Agent slams them to the ground and a lead pipe rolls out from the middle of the bundle. The agernt picks it up as Eva is getting to her feet. She turns and violently strikes the womans champion across the left wrist with the pipe. A cracking sound can be heard and Eva drops down, clutching her wrist and screaming in pain. The Agent rolls into the ring as an angery Davis Wayne Newton starts taking off his jacket and tie. Bob bends down to check on a crying Eva as officials come from the back to help her. Casey makes a challenge to the newcomer, which is instantly accepted and a referee soon joins them in the ring. A great 3 way fight that saw Camern really carry his opponents to a fine match. The ending came clean with his "Sick Cycle" finisher for the win. Her wrist was taped and she held it close to her chest as she carefully entered the ring. Agent 69 came out next to decent heat. She entered and gave Eva a chance to get out of the match without further injury by simply handing over the title and walkiong away. What was answered with a stiff right hand that rocked Agent and the match was on. I was really hoping this one would deliver considering the months of build-up I gave it but It still could not crack the "D-" funk. Still, it had it's moments and came off good enough to please. Eva had a small role attacking Agent, then spent the rest of the match trying to protect the wrist. In the end, the pain was too much and she gave in to an arm bar. Tonight he wants to address another matter and that is what occured last month with [b]Eva Grunge[/b] and [b]Davis Wayne Newton[/b]. He asks Mr. Newton If he thinks he is a really big man for what he did last month? He tells Newton that the loss to [Bob casey wasn't enough punishment and that tonight Cameron is going to finish what Casey started and teach a spoiled little rich kid a very painful leason! Bob Casey gets the mic and issues a challenge to Thomas Morgan[/b]. He says that he has been given the chance by Cameron vessey to try and take that title from him and tonight he will do just that. He tells Morgan that his attitude is getting a little too big and tonight it will be Bob Casey's time to shine! Well, the match was decent enough but I wanted more out of both men. Newton came out playing a perfect spoiled rich kid, complete with slapping Vessey to start the match for what he called [i]"an insult"[/i]. Vessey carried Newton but both men have great futures and the crowd got into it a little. In the end [b]Thomas Morgan[/b] made and appearance at ringside and waited for the right time to blast Vessey in the back of the head with the world title. Newton jumped on the open chance to get the pin and the win. April worked with her well and this match finally brought our woman's wrestling out of the [b]D-[/b] funk. The crowd loved it and really gave the Agent heat when she connected with a new spike piledriver off the first turnbuckle finisher she calls [i]"the silencer"[/i]. Really, really nice diary. Even though I should be asleep right now, so I'd be able to get up in the morning I felt inclined to read through the whole thing and am very impressed.
