I wouldn't bother releasing anything significant right now. There is so much up in the air and it is just an absolute mess. CHIKARA for one is dying a slow death judging from the number of workers who have quit in the last 24 hours. So far it appears Frightmare, Hallowicked, Hermit Crab, Green Ant, Dasher Hatfield, Whisper, Razerhawk, Lucas Calhoun, Frey Nassar, Joshua Wells, Xavier Farraday and Ophidian have all walked out.

Yeah I killed him off in FP2020 after hearing this... might have to kill off a whole host more people from that timeline next update - or just pretend they never existed in the first place and delete them. Questlove, I do not blame you for taking a break. The arse has well and truly fallen out of wrestling at the moment with everything that is going on.

These are really good, and although I don't play as CWA, I'm still going to use therm in my game (love that Apocalypse one). Thank you.

The 1992 mod is coming along. Below is a quick update of what has been done (and what is WIP). ======================= Changes from real life: ======================= * In 1992 the Tour in May for New Japan was called "NJPW Crush The Super Heavy III". This has been renamed "Best of The Super Juniors" for the mod. * AAA didn't officially announce their existence until May 1992, however talks between Televisa and Antonio Pena began in 1991 about the new promotion. I decided to keep justxyanks original idea and have the promotion start as open already. The player can themselves edit this if they do not like the idea of them holding shows 5 months early. ======================= Changes from Eye of the Storm: ======================= * Conversion of the data to fit the new way TEW 2020 plays. * 1000+ new yet to debut workers. * Redone Broadcasters. * Yet to debut workers WILL be using the organic bio option because they are technically blank slates. The player is free to update their bio's as they go if they like, but none of these workers have done anything in the wrestling business yet so bio's cannot be pre-written for them. * Various stat tweaks to nearly all workers - nothing drastic as I think justxyank was pretty much spot on for the majority of people. * Updating ages and debuts for some workers (might miss some so if I do, feel free to let me know). * I have removed some promotions from the data that I couldn't find any info on to reduce bloat. * I changed the New England based Can-Am All Star Wrestling promotion run by Killer Kowalski to International Wrestling Federation. * I have updated rosters if someone was missing. I removed a couple of people from promotions they didn't work with until later in 1992. * Americo Rocca renamed Ponzona in CMLL. A gimmick he was using from September 1990 in the promotion until about 1994. * Bengala renamed Principe Odin Jr. as he did not take the Bengala gimmick until 2009. * General Adnan added to WWE on a 1 month deal as he was still with the company until just after the Royal Rumble. ==================== Work In Progress (may not be finished upon first release) ==================== * Worker bio's. My goal was to have all bios have information only up to 1992 because it bugged me seeing "so and so worked for XYZ in 2000..." when we are 8 years away from that actually happening (if it even does in game). * Started adding employment histories * Updating Graduates

Thanks for that JamHead. I converted a copy of the 1992 data I was playing on 2016 that I had just been updating and adding to for my own personal games but because it was built off of Eye of The Storm, I didn't want to just use it as I hadn't got permission. Now I have a base to use, I can probably get it out a lot sooner.

The Super Secret Mod is going to be the first in the "Chronicles" series, which will be historical mods set in different periods. The first will be 1992 (the year I started watching wrestling). I originally wanted to use justxyanks 1992 mod as a base but I never received a response when I enquired about using it so I won't be using it and instead I will be attempting to build my own. This will not be released any time soon as there is a lot of work to be done but it is my next project.

It has been reported by several people now that Lucha star Ares el Guerrero has passed away.

I would say that if WWE came in with a good enough offer when Jericho's AEW deal is over, Jericho would go back there. The way the game plays, I don't think anyone should have loyalty in the US really, but again, it's up to gazwefc83 how he wants the mod to play out so it's only my opinion based on the sheer lack of loyalty in general in wrestling.

The first post has been updated with Flashpoint 2002 BETA Release. This is mostly just the converted version from 2016 with a few tweaks. Enjoy.

In other news, for those asking what the Super Secret Mod is, I can't say because although I am about 50% done, I've still yet to be given permission as I've used another database as a start point (initially I was only updating and building onto this for my own use). If/when I get permission, I will announce it, if not, I will start work on a 1998 or 1999 mod instead.

<p><p>With regards to how the AI act, I don't think there is much you can do to counter it. You either have to go the (unrealistic) route of every match being 6 man tag matches on tours, which still isn't going to stop them getting good show results, or you leave it the way it is and have the AI fly off into the stratosphere.</p><p> </p><p></p><p> One of the things with creating these Real World mods is, you need to make compromises because the game is not designed to 100% simulate the real world so something is always going t be slightly off, especially how the AI books.</p></p>

To be honest part of me was toying with him still being around, but I figured that not everyone who died in real life should still be alive in this and due to the controversy surrounding Benoits murder/suicide, I justified it to myself to leave his "fate" the same and keep Eddie Guerrero alive instead in 2020.

People requested that it be that way back in 2017. Re-generates without a picture on TEW 2016 meant a new worker would be created using that worker as a template (IIRC). I'd assume it is the same for TEW 2020. Nice work Questlove, I've had a quick game but think I may have to wait until the weekend to get a proper game going as I'm one of those lucky people who can still work during this lockdown.

I have finished the logo's for Diablo X for the few who are interested. I've been working on Flashpoint 2002 (converting it mainly). I will probably release the beta that was on 2016 for TEW 2020 next week at some point. I've run a few test plays and it still needs some fine tuning. This will mean that the 3 mods I said I would convert will all be converted to TEW 2020 and then it is just a case of going in and fine tuning or adding things to each as I go. I've also finished around 70 new logo's for the Diablo X mod and have maybe 10 left to do. I'm not re-doing the Stable logo's as I really cannot be arsed.

Are you looking at the right mod because both Monroe and Watts are on the roster. He does need "Eric" removing from his contract name (he was Eric Watts originally in CWFH). I've only stopped doing RWC because it was becoming too much work. I'm still modding (I have 2 "rough" mods released on TEW2020).
