  1. The UK must have had a really great economy and wrestling industry, but this is great! I can't wait to explore what happened in the morning! ROF as the #2 in the world?! Without looking, I bet they got on a broadcaster that also shows in Australia or India. DAVE usually survives and thrives, so I'm guessing the US had a bad run with wrestling industry and/or the economy.
  2. So in normal C-Verse canon, it was Nate Johnson that broke up Jack DeColt and Hotstuff Marie. In one of my CV 2005 test watcher saves, it was Steve DeColt that she cheated with, causing disgrace for Steve and a move from CGC to GCG, the only place that wanted him. Hahahahah That's better than a jump to NOTBPW. I still can't stop the 100 rating matches in NOTBPW, though, even after nerfing everyone.
  3. I think it might be helpful if the AI would create their events dynamically based on size and owner tendencies. An insignificant or tiny company may be best off running once a month, but an owner who has flashy finance and low patience, may choose to run twice a month. An owner with prudent or mean finance and high patience may choose to run every two or three months. As the company grows, they should be able to add more events as the promotion can handle it. Once a company gets on TV, the AI might be instructed to cut back on extraneous events and just focus on higher importance events (that would be the PPVs or super shows). I might be reading too far into schedule choices and I may be barking up a tree that doesn't have a squirrel, but this was just a thought I had.
  4. Sorry if you tried to download and it didn't work, I messed the share settings up somehow. It should work now.
  5. <p>Version 1.12 <a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gUmsK4U8cbhUwTXkkpm7eNLz5o7kxfeS/view?usp=sharing" rel="external nofollow">https://drive.google.com/file/d/1gUmsK4U8cbhUwTXkkpm7eNLz5o7kxfeS/view?usp=sharing</a></p><p> </p><p> Completed new injuries fields.</p><p> Completed title bios, removed title lineages that don't make sense.</p><p> A few alter egos, changes to owner stats, little miscellaneous stuff I should have kept better track of.</p><p> </p><p> --</p><p> </p><p> What's next?</p><p> </p><p> The straight port of 2005 is done. 6. I just finished up 220 new broadcasters for the C-Verse. I have to test them. They'll be in the revamped more balanced offshoot of this mod. I need to add in title descriptions and then I'll start my work on that. I also made a locations file with 1098 locations (not venues) around the world. I am currently adding flavor text, but that's going to take me forever, so I'm going to replace C-Verse locations (and then add in venues) in the offshoot of 2005 data and just work on it when I find the time. So there will be two versions, the straight conversion from 2005 and then a more balanced version. I figure the more balanced version will take me a couple weeks to get to where I want it. Then I'll move both versions ahead to the WreSpi release.
  7. Worker popularity was super inflated in 2005, you're absolutely right. I'm going to do an offshoot where the data is more balanced as opposed to straight 2005 data. I'm working on an overhaul of the broadcasters right now, I'm hoping it fixes the issues inherent there. When I'm done with this, I'm going to forward the data to the WreSpi release, which will have RIPW debuted. I thought about it and came to the conclusion that anything can happen at this point, maybe SWF doesn't make RIPW in this timeline. Alternate C-Verse reality and all. I mean, I can't get INSPIRE to reliably work, so getting the future to do what we want is... difficult.

I'll double check him (and Grandmaster Phunk).</p>
  9. I can't wait until Victor St. Hubbins graduates from the Coastal Resort.
  10. Ahhh crap, I just spent the past 2 days doing a locations file. I'm working on flavor text, right now. Oh well. Hahahaha
  11. That's a great idea, Zeel. I honestly don't think I noticed that there were Title Bios. Hahaha
  12. I say it's unbalanced because the stats are as they were in TEW 2005, which was before Adam changed some coding. You will see a large number of 95-100 rated matches. To be fair, all the greatest wrestlers of the C-Verse are in their prime, so it's expected, but it's a warning. When all is said and done, I MAY make a more balanced version of the mod, but I'm currently working on a more robust locations (not venues) file and then I'm going to expand broadcasters. When I'm done with ALL of that, I'm going to do my other project of C-Verse 2006 (the WreSpi start). Then hopefully I can play the game for a bit. Hahahahaha All that said, give it a spin, let me know any discrepancies you may find. I'm not an expert on every area by any means, so I welcome all the help I get.
  13. Thank you for all of this, MO. I've got a plan to revamp the entire broadcaster set up. I made some of the same observations as you and I have some ideas kicking around. I just need to put them to paper, which I plan to do next, after I finish my new location file. The research is just about done on that, then I get to enter around 1000 locations. Hahahaha For 1.11, I changed the broadcasters to the default database, which is more lenient than the port from 2016.
  14. <p>Would anyone be able to tell me what is used as division for the subregions in England?</p><p> </p><p> Found that they are regions, which I am going to use as an equivalent to a state. (I realize they aren't the same thing)</p>
  15. I must have messed something up. I'll look into it tonight.
  16. I know, me too. The minimum requirements needed to be altered for basically all of them. Coverage for some of the multi game area broadcasters have been retconned. Broadcaster type for internet didn't always port over correctly. I knew that broadcasters weren't totally right, but I didn't look into it too hard because they "looked alright, I guess". Then actually playing the data further showed me how wrong I was. I'm not going to lie, I want to do a huge broadcaster overhaul, but that would take a lot of planning. Same thing with the locations file. It's a good start, but I would put a little more variety in it. Will I probably do it? Yes. When will I probably do it? That I don't know.
  17. Broadcasters need some fixing from what I'm noticing. I ported them over, but there have been changes in how they function, so it's extra impossible for the AI to get TV. I'm going to update them and then update the release.

  19. Sunday, Week 2, December 2005. MWF Likes it Fresh! Brisbane, Queensland, Oceania. Sulphur was getting heat from everyone for being selfish. Slap on Wrist. Scott Hickey was doing the same thing. Slap on Wrist. Lanny Williams took Virgil Mann (referee) to wrestler’s court. The show begins with Mitch Y. Bryson interviewing the Melbourne Blondes, who insist that they will be taking the Tag Team Titles away from the Apocalypse as soon as they can wrangle a match. (32) The Apocalypse def. A Pair of Lees (18) Sulphur w/ Sean Quartermainne def. Armando Guerrero (11) By the Grace of God def. Captain Wrestling ordered Milk to attack the Kipper, but he was upset at being disqualified and only reluctantly joined in. (25) Overall Rating: 22 Attendance: 62 WeView Hits: 5,866
  20. I just realized that BSC won't work correctly, because Honey Golightly won't open a company until she is 40. You will have to fix that manually in the editor until the next update. I also fixed tournament titles, which weren't set to be defended at their respective events.
  21. Hmmm… AdePro is going after people I want to hire and trying to hire people on my roster away. I wouldn’t see any problem with it were ARW or SHW doing this, they run Saturdays. But AdePro runs on Sundays, just like we do… New Signings for Week 2, December 2005: I’ve also decided to put our events up on WeView. Maybe we’ll do something good and get some hits.
