  1. I edited the data in the database to be able to start a game in 2005 with just the women. The game runs superfluidly and you can easily complete a year in under an hour (including booking and watching fights). I'm posting it here just to share in case anyone wants to try it out. My simulations were pretty accurate compared to reality. - All records cleared, contracts removed, employment histories removed, momentum and heat reset. - The few active fighters in january 2005 have been given their records at the time, and given the auto-experience treatment. - Went through the UFC roster and adapted the stats, loosely based on the UFC video game (supposedly made by Cormier but not superaccurate imo). - Over 500 GIF'd pics from the most prominent fighters from the female weights. - Adjusted the logo's from various organisations to allow the GIF's to look distinct in the power rankings, which I took a lot of effort for by making all the GIF's. Also fixed a lot of inconsistencies in the db (wrong debut dates & most extreme stat values). NOTE: I did not regress the stats, so either set potentials to 10/20 (most are set at 50 by default, except Shevchenko & Nunes & some others) or set training speed to "very slow". They might not be superaccurate yet as I barely watched any fights the last years, but they are better than they were as only the top P4P women seemed accurate to me imo. Also: Strikeforce and EliteXC are debuting but are preset to fail in the years they respectively folded, so if you plan on playing those, be sure to delete the narrative or set your own cash back to whatever you want if you're in debt. You can just import new fighters from the next versions of the MW mod, as long as you clear them manually. wmma pics.rar
  2. Remember that rendering also costs 100s of dollars. So apart from the time spend, its a costly affair. But considering what you've done, which is amazing so far, 120 seems quite ok.
  3. Almost half the recent ufc events have 6 main card fights. As it stands, the AI will book 5 without exception. Players have the option of 10, but i consider it cheating as your events will get a significant boost to critical rating and pop gains. Maybe think about an occasional 6th fight for AI cards?
  4. No, I'm afraid that's not an option unless you can isolate them. If you have other female fighters that still need to debut. However, you can always just import your current database into this one. That would solve the issue I guess. But there's no real key changes, just revisions, so definitely don't spend too much time doing it manually.
  5. Dediced to finally give the real world mod a spin (first time in the series) as I'm not that into MMA atm so I don't have a clue about the stats anyway. Are there any picture packs that are transparant? I like to have the logos show on the rankings screen. The picture pack you included is missing and can't be downloaded. As I was playing Invicta I made sure to get almost all female fighters pictured with GIF's. I included the file in this post. If people want to use it, just filter all the women and mass edit the pictures to be "name.gif" and you can enable these. Sure, there's a quality loss, but the game's graphics aren't very big so it doesn't matter much. And it just works better with skins. I also got some pictures of fighters that weren't included yet. Maybe you could consider including these: - Amanda Macioce - Elise Pone (booked for IFC53) - Flore Hani - Katharina Lehner - Monique Adriane (booked for IFC53) - Nicolle Caliari Anyway: good job on keeping this updated all this time. UPDATED to second version with about 500 pictured characters. I will cancel my suggestion to have all men pictured this way as it seems like an insane job. (removed as no longer up2date)
  6. Kata Mallasz Laia Leele Shaunagh Stoltman Johanna Lagerholm Kellie Gumm Sarah Vaughan (ACF) April Watson
  7. Haley Lovebond Martina Collee Tabitha Cameron Tilly Hall Kenzie Tripp (CVE mod) Janet Peoples (CVE mod) Samantha Sachs (alt)
  8. Wow, you are churning them out like crazy. I must say I'm really feeling almost all the characters in those pics. Insane.
  9. It's been a while since I posted some freepics. Apologies if I posted one of these before but I don't recall I did. They were for WMMA originally, so... no makeup.
  10. I (finally) updated the mod. * A lot of the more prominent characters have received stat revisions based on my many sims with the database to create some fun divisions with a lot of diversity. Some traits removed and added. * Includes my latest rerenders. I cannot isolate all women pictures from the men without spending hours so I'm afraid it's not a full picture file. Beware of what you overwrite, as I made rerenders of default fighters too. * Applied a shader to the default belts to make them look cooler. * I reset all records of the default women, so you can start from the very beginning of the women weights. WEFF and Q-cage will spawn in januari 1997. I advice to have the game start in 1995 and sim it for 2 years so there will be some 5-0 fighters to start with. * Corrected an error in the default database that robs certain grapplers like Vaughan of their "slam" stat (sets it to 0). Same procedure to install: just import the fighters into the database of your choosing. Though the database itself is stand-alone, it only contains women fighters, so it's ideal if you play WEFF and want loading times to go superfast. O+.rar
  11. Everybody is welcome to make a character for any of these if you're up for it.
  12. The though of a full picture pack seems nigh impossible. Great idea though and great job on this but as others say it's so substantially different that it's almost unusable (imo) in a game. But I guess if you play TCW and have the know-how, you can easily give new signees the "AI treatment". But for me, I'll have a half-half roster a year into the game which would break immersion.
  13. Watched Mania and though I slept through some segments I was entertained, so I thought the show was solid. Highlight probably was Flair vs Ripley. The rest was a tad too standard. I was expecting a bigger role for Samy, but I guess it'll do. Nearly perfectedly predicted both events if it wasn't for that pesky main event, but I guess I'm not the only one who didn't see that one coming. The UFC 'merger' is interesting. I wonder whether they'll experiment with the 'scripted MMA' format. We might see an "INSPIRE", though I realise the changes of it happening are razor-thin.
  14. Remember that you can tweak the match engine. Normally increasing the clinch grappling stat should increase the likelyhood of them clinching. Same thing for the takedown stat. However, in my experience, I can't confirm the "massive" advantage you seem to perceive. Sure, it's decreased in comparison to WMMA3. But wrestlers can still be effective. It's true that - somehow - constant takedowns is way overpowered. Don't really know why as it shouldn't increase any skills, just the strategy. It's weird that only wrestlers with the attribute would be 'smart' enough to actually use it.
  15. I hadn't made a decent attempt at distinct-looking G8 versions for Pamela O'Neill and Sarah Vaughan, so here's one.
  16. This was actually a rerender attempt for Leona Deschanel & Lisa Labone, but I ended up having them as new workers as I like the originals.
  17. No they can stay at FW and keep defending the title at BW. Honestly catchweight fights are really awkward for the women's weights. Most fighters will drop or go up a class without issue, including Evergood. The other awkward thing is that the game gets very confused in creating the rankings if it's catchweight.
  18. - yes, you just need to paste them in the "body" and "face" submaps. They have to bear the fighters name of course or you'd have to manually refer to a picture pair in-game. - just select "strawweight" on "weight class" (bottom right of the box). It overrides the default settings you see on top of the screen. I might take time this week to repackage the whole thing.
  19. It takes over a year for your company to close when in the red, so don't worry. Do you have "financial difficulty" on normal in the settings? It doesn't matter if your shows are all in London (actually: better if they're not). Remember to enable the PPV broadcaster for every show. Are you sure you're only having the PPV broadcaster on and not both? Do it manually of the AI will suggest having both, which is a really bad idea as the other is internet-based, causing everyone to stop paying you for the PPV. I took the demo out and played through BCF's first 3 months and made profit (about 100K a month) without much effort. Except for one of the events failing as I didn't notice the main eventers was injured until the day before. Don't spend too much on prelims. Your main costs are going to be both Potter and Alois. Use the latter strategically, like in the co-main of one of the 'lesser' title fights. What I booked: 1. Baines vs Olsen, co = Sithalayan vs Mullally 2. Webb vs Griffin, co = Allois vs Phipps 3. Potter vs Catcher, co = McSweegan vs Kirby
  20. Watched most of it but it didnt seem that awful or funny. Couple of laughs though, especially the bumper car segments.
  21. That is correct. Its more that they wont "max out" on 23. But its not like they will always regress before maxing, unless they rolled bad destiny. But you can set the decline age.
  22. MST was too fine. Unfortunately i only watched one episode: Deathstalker (iv?)
  23. Would be a grand idea, even without zero buildup. Isn't Mania in Hollywood? They should have some "Hollyweird" bits.
