It REALLY is the ol' Destruction Derby but with great physics which is exactly what it needed. It's pure carnage in some tracks. Just what I needed so worth the money (and it's still quite a lot; I think I paid 30$?).

Yeah there is a guy on YouTube who does videos of Wreckfest and it looks awesome. I have a crappy computer so I am not sure if I could run it, but it sure looks fun.

Is it multi-player only? Or can you do single player and just play against the AI?

  2.
No word of a lie, I slept through the Jay Lethal vs Matt Taven match. I woke up during various points in the match and thought to myself, "Is this the same match? Screw this I am going back to sleep". I saw maybe forty minutes of the match during various stages of being awake. I agree with Jaysin, it was complete crap from what I saw of it. Then again I am also not a fan of Taven so maybe that colored my opinion on the match. I am not sure why that match had to go an hour long.

The rest of the show was just blah to me as well. I am not sure if it is because ROH lacks star power or what, I just could not get into the show as a whole.

Though I will say Rush vs. Bandido was pretty good and for a hardcore match I thought the main even was excellent.

The arena that the event took place in was not very big and did not look good on television. It reminded me of the old Memphis television studio or Center Stage in Georgia.

Watching the show reminded me of the last time I watched TNA (or whatever the hell its name is this week). Both companies used to have so much talent that shined now both companies seemed devoid of talent.

When say that I am not talking about in ring work. I am talking about wrestlers who I think can put eyeballs on the product. As much as I despise the Young Bucks, I cannot argue with the fact that for some reason they really connected with the fans.

Now both TNA and ROH have a few of those wrestlers still on their respective rosters (Jay Lethal and Johnny Impact come to mind) but I do not think either company has enough of those types of wrestlers.

I shall see if that is the case.

  4. Bryce Harper...

$330 million for 13 years? Why would the Phillies offer such a contract?

That is insane to offer a 13 year contract, even if he is still very young. I don't know to me that contract is madness, but then again I am not a Baseball expert and I am not a moneyball person. So maybe statistically speaking he is "worth" that kind of money.

I really like it. After all, eBay, Amazon, Aliexpress are good places to unusual stuff. But when it comes to ordering people often fail with a delivery address. Misspelling of a zip code is a common issue. On this site https://worldpostalcode.com/what-is-my-zip-code, it's easy to check it. I think it's better than get your package delayed.

I know you are a bot, but how does one misspell a zip code?

Anyway, a random thought I had is the following...Has anyone ever willingly paid money for any "music" the Yoko Ono has put out? Now I say "music" because she sounds like a cat in heat when she "sings". I cannot imagine anyone wanting to listen to that.

  6.

DevilShark VS The Knights Temple VS Warp-Jump

    Pumpkin Jack vs Halloween Knight

    COLT vs Damian Dastardly

Harry Simonson & Nathan McKenzie vs Cyanide & Pink Spider

ZEN Master vs WKA King Showcase Match

    Shaolin vs Man O’ War

This match will end in a no decision of some kind...can't have either champion looking weak.

  7. I did not bother watching it. I did not want to see the Patriots win another SB.

They are my local team and all of the local media have been hyping them for the past two weeks. It is not that I am anti-Patriots as much as I am anti-Patriots fans. They are the biggest bandwagon jumpers in sports.

When the team sucked nobody cared about them, hell some were saying they did not care if they left New England. The minute they started to win on a regular basis these "lifelong fans" started coming out of the woodwork. It just so phony to me.

I never got how these same people will support the Red Sox no matter what but will only support the Patriots because they win.

It is one of the top 10 worst games I've ever played. Graphically it is a marvel, from a gameplay stance it is awful. Controls are clunky, aiming is near impossible on manual, the core health/stamina/deadeye system is horrible and they have learned nothing from the faults of previous Rockstar games because all of them are in this.

I'm not saying this to be controversial, I'm saying it because I could have wiped my arse with a £50 note and it would have been a better use for the money. Having to brush and bath my horse to keep its "cores" full? That sums up the level of "fun" for me in this game. Your character moves like he is wearing a concrete suit. Having to stay at the slow, mundane speeds your mission companion is going makes it all the more tedious. I JUST WANT TO GET TO THE MISSION! Talking of the horse riding, it's like trying to drive an arctic lorry and constantly pulling you in directions you're not even directing it to! It's like they took the worst responding car in GTA V and skinned it to look like a horse. Heaven help you when you get on a carriage!

So far of the 9 hours and 2 completed chapters I've played the majority of that time has been, finding food to keep my weight maintained, riding my horse from one generic mission to another (all the missions are pretty much the same so far). Cleaning both myself and the horse to maintain those ridiculous "cores" and getting shot in the middle of nowhere by randomly spawning O'Driscolls who appear from Asgaard.

It appears Rockstar could release a game where your entire goal is to eat a biscuit and people would say "it is truly showing what these new consoles can do". RDR2 is basically an earlier unpatched version of The Witcher 3, minus the decent story and expansive DLC but with the added bonus of bathing! At least Geralt was wearing armour which can explain his movement speed, I think Arthur must be made from wood because there is no other reason someone in a shirt and trousers would move the way he does.

That isn't even all that is wrong with this game but I feel it has taken enough of my time already.

Gav...Gav...have you seen my friend Gavin?

  9.
ROH World: Cody {C} vs. Will Ospreay

ROH TV: Austin Theory {C} vs. Nick Aldis

Aldis might still have that TNA popularity and that alone might be enough for him to pick up the win here.

IWGP Jr. Heavyweight: Zack Sabre Jr {C} vs. Marty Scurll

ROH Tag: The Briscoes {C} vs. Jay Lethal and Kota Ibushi

ROH 6-Man: The Bestest Friends {C} vs. The Kings of the Night

The Top Guys vs. The Young Bucks

Well I cannot stand the Bucks so I have to go with TTG, even if I think they will probably lose here.

    Jeff Cobb vs. Juice Robinson

Really tough call here, I think Jeff is going to be the winner but I can see it going the other way as well.

  10.
Every year I get the Network just for the Rumble and Elimination Chamber PPV (Those are always my two favorite pay-per-views, not WM oddly enough.). I bought this morning and I thought NXT started at 8pm EST but I guess it started at 7pm.

I did not see the first two matches (I will probably go back and watch them tomorrow). However, what I did see was enjoyable.

I agree with guyver3 the Women's match probably should have been shorter and it was good but it just did not stand out to me.

Johnny vs. Ricochet was excellent (from what I saw of it).

Ciampa and Aleister was enjoyable as well but as Jaysin said Ciampa did hit the Fairy Tale Ending too many times. But that is the way the modern day WWE is. Finishing moves and belts really do not matter because they have done so much to devalue them.

  11.
Wez Dobberly vs Nathan McKenzie

Wez got no chance, no chance in hell. He got....

Richie Fox vs The Brisbane Devil

    Gyula Lakatos vs Local Talent

The Affliction vs The Knights Temple

    King of WKA Championship Match

Man O’ War © vs Harry Simonson

  12.
I had an idea (This is not me pitching the idea for myself, I am just putting it out there), what if there was a diary that was run much like a comic book. What I mean by that is say foolinc (Just using his name as an example as he was the one who posted directly above me) started a TCW dairy and for whatever reason he no longer wanted to write it anymore but he wanted to see it continue.

Therefore, he passed it off to HiPlus (once again just using usernames for example purposes) who writes the diary for the next five or six shows before passing it off to someone else. What we would end up having is writers having different "runs" on diaries.

Now I know most people would be opposed to this as their dairy is their "baby". Which is understandable, but I always thought it would be a neat concept to try out. You could see how different writers, write and what workers they decide to push.

I know for me one of the reasons why I stopped writing diaries on here was a combination of real life getting in the way and burnout over writing the same characters over and over again. This could combat that as a writer could hand off the baton to someone else and then could return to the diary at a later date.

You could bring on a guest writer for one show. I don't know I am just spitballing here.

Anyway, I would be interested in hearing what others have to say about this idea.

  13. I mostly dislike how the Area Battles only bring negatives. The top company simply isn't penalized which is unfortunate. Seems like there is no advantage to being in a national battle and winning.

Would love to see something like the industry rating being based on the number of companies in an Area battle.

Honestly, I never saw the point of the whole area battles. Which is why they are the very first thing I turn off when I start a game. For me, and I am probably in the minority here, it makes the game less fun.

  14.
Yeah I did not want to answer that question correctly because I had a bit of an inside track. However, I still stick by Beer City Bruiser being a top guy if there ever was one.

As far as AEW, I am not sure you should include it. Mainly because it would mean you would have to gut your roster. That is assuming you would give Cody, the Bucks, etc written contracts.

  15. The Hired Guns vs Toa Samoa

To sort of piggyback on what John said, I do think the Guns should win because it establishes them as credible backup for Pinn.

Devilfish vs Alexander Banks vs Anguish vs Pink Spider

Natural Talents vs The Knights Temple

    Gyula Lakatos vs Rob Edwards

    Man O’ War vs COLT

COLT got lucky last week. The match was fixed I tell ya...oh wait...never mind.

  16.
Man O’War vs Rob Edwards

If Rob could not beat Dumfrey last show, he sure as hell is not going to be Man O' War

    The Brisbane Devil vs COLT

It seems that when COLT is given a singles match he often loses, I see no reason to doubt that will be the outcome once again.

The Knights Temple vs Ares Legionairres

DevilShark vs Boo Smithson & Tombstone

You seem to be high on Boo and Tombstone

King of WKA Number One Contender Match

Alexander Banks vs ???? vs Spiffy Stan Standish

I have no clue. I was going to go with Banks but ???? is too hard to pass up.

    Bonus Point

Name the Boo Smithson & Tombstone Tag-Team

This is a lame name but...Team Tough and Crazy
