  2. Details of Pablo Rodriguez’s First Meeting With USPW Management! Exclusive Report: Details of Pablo Rodriguez’s First Meeting With USPW Management! ”Director of Pro Wrestling Operations” lays out USPW’s 2020 strategy... Following the first talks between new USPW “Director of Pro-Wrestling Operations” Pablo Rodriguez, and members of the USPW management and creative teams, TotalExtremeWrestling.com can today reveal a number of exclusive details of the promotion’s reworked strategy going into the new decade. While what was said between Pablo Rodriguez and his Reverie employers remains unknown, multiple sources have confirmed the following pieces of information, that give an insight into how USPW will change in 2020: There will be no changes to the creative team (currently headed by Rich Money), with Pablo Rodriguez stating that he has “no interest” in returning to the week-to-week booking of wrestling programming. At this time, Pablo has no intention of appearing on-screen in any capacity, and will focus on his executive position. He stopped short of declaring retirement. Pablo Rodriguez is working with a sizable budget from Reverie, which will allow him to secure deals with the best performers worldwide. The company will not just look to recognisable names in the United States, but also those working in international promotions. Pablo will have final say on all USPW signings going forward. Despite his vast knowledge of the US, Mexican and Japanese wrestling scenes, Rodriguez is working to form a small “recruitment team”, to ensure no potential stars slip through the cracks. Reverie have made it clear to their new employee that they intend to be the biggest promotion in all major Professional Wrestling markets, within the next five years. Creative were told to expect signings from overseas promotions fairly soon. Joanne Rodriguez (no relation) has been touted as a potential member of that “scouting” group, and negotiations have already begun to bring former AAA tag team Lily & Rose to the company. USPW is said to be interested in building a Women’s Tag Team division during 2020. The company has also spoken with a RAW star about a potential move to the United States, but contractual situations make that deal more difficult. The creative team were asked if any currently employed performers would benefit from extra “development”, with suggestions made that the company would be looking to open a child promotion during the course of the year. The promotion would serve two purposes, one to develop young talents, who are not yet ready for the “main roster”, and secondly to acclimatise new signings to the “USPW style”. Reverie are expected to invest heavily in this venture, and see it as a way of casting their net further, to secure more talent that will no longer be available to their competitors. Before the decision was officially confirmed, Pablo Rodriguez discussed the COTT “situation” (while still Champion). He is said to have anticipated the bad press from USPW’s decision, and asked that nobody in the company be publicly drawn on the matter. Pablo ended the meeting by thanking everybody for their understanding during the difficult transitional period, and vowed to be in constant contact as the company’s liaison to Allen Packer and Reverie. Overall, the meeting ended with everybody in high spirits, excited about the future growth of USPW. With concerns already shared about the size and dominance of USPW over the last few years, this news can only add to the dissension regarding their current business model. It seems clear that Reverie’s intention is a global monopoly on the Pro Wrestling industry, with the new year seeing an increased budget for everything from production values and merchandising, to talent acquisition and training facilities. As always, TotalExtremeWrestling.com will be the first with any updates on this situation.

This definitely helped the mood backstage, and seems to be the one thing everybody down here can agree upon.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="TV0a2KI.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/TV0a2KI.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="hHdz3ix.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hHdz3ix.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="bIOjwoP.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bIOjwoP.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XK0dqUw.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XK0dqUw.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="eo7qyc2.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/eo7qyc2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="g6I7wQ9.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/g6I7wQ9.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Segment #1:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Forrest Ratzloff cut a promo to open the show, putting over his victory over the “unstoppable” Hellion at Rivalry. He admitted that Hellion had been his own worst enemy on Friday, but all that mattered to him was leaving with the title. Forrest was cut off by Infamous, who ran down the Champion for being absent for the last month. Willie LaRoux put over that he was the true Champion of RIPW, having won the USA title at Rivalry. This whole interaction led to a match being made, Forrest Ratzloff and three hand-picked partners, against all four members of Infamous. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#008000;">40</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Segment #2:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> After that match was made, a video package aired showing footage from Forrest Ratzloff’s victory over Hellion at Rivalry. Hellion drove himself head first into the ring post, a mistake which ultimately cost him the match. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">18</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Booker’s Note:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> The promo from Forrest got the show off to a good start, and it was good to see the Champion excel in an SWF style “modern opening” segment. This is exactly the type of Main Event set up you could expect to see on an episode of “Supreme TV”, so it’s important the guys have experience in this environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> We made sure to protect Hellion when discussing Ratzloff’s win, and his own mistakes and weaknesses allow us the chance to develop his character further, hopefully without hurting his perception as a huge threat to anybody he comes across.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="TBC5hLk.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/TBC5hLk.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="n1XP8Pv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/n1XP8Pv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="uRqN83Y.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uRqN83Y.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Match #1:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>Hellion bt. He then left the ring, but circled all the way around the ringside area, before leaving up the ramp. The commentators were unsure what Hellion was up to, but were worried about the mindstate of such a dangerous figure. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">15</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Booker’s Note:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Whole Lotta Marvin lasting almost 8 minutes is a credit to how we see him, and the idea was that he did a good job in evading the offence of Hellion, but was soundly beaten. His inconsistency was once again clear in this match, and his charisma is covering up serious deficiencies in his work. This has become a serious concern, and for the early steps he took forward, it feels like Marvin is back to square one.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Hellion’s booking is a bit of a rehabilitation job after the defeat to Forrest Ratzloff, but hopefully we can find some more depth to his character this way. Whether he actually has information, or is just stirring the pot wasn’t made clear, but with this storyline proving popular, we have decided to get as much out of it as possible. This was a rare miss from both men, as they didn’t play off each other well at all.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="uBokuV0.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uBokuV0.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="d1kRub2.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/d1kRub2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="WJQY7BO.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/WJQY7BO.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="cAEhUiV.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/cAEhUiV.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Segment #6:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Footage from “earlier this week”, showed a confrontation between All Night Party and The Wrecking Balls. Again, the guys didn’t do well without a script to follow, and after giving lots of the guys the chance to have a bit of freedom when talking, it’s clear we’re asking too much, too soon. In future, we will need to script promos more tightly, until the boys are confident and experienced enough to throw their own stuff in there.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="hHdz3ix.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/hHdz3ix.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="wi5mljF.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/wi5mljF.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="If3ZlQs.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/If3ZlQs.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="aqjwXVk.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/aqjwXVk.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="n1XP8Pv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/n1XP8Pv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="bIOjwoP.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bIOjwoP.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XK0dqUw.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XK0dqUw.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="eo7qyc2.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/eo7qyc2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="g6I7wQ9.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/g6I7wQ9.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>The Main Event:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>Bryan Jewett, Deever Arnold, Forrest Ratzloff & Zap Powerson bt. While the decision ultimately led to them winning the match, Lisa was still unhappy with the choice he made. She led Zap Powerson away, putting a dampener on things, as Bryan Jewett, Deever Arnold and Forrest Ratzloff stood tall in the ring. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">18</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Booker’s Note:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> The show would have ended with a happy conclusion, but Lisa causing friction continues to be useful, as we look for the one thing that will make Zap Powerson click. I feel he has everything needed to succeed in the business, but that spark is missing so far. Part of what we’re doing with Zap is very week to week, trying things and hopefully making some headway with his character development. Deever gets a good win after defeat at Rivalry, and perhaps put himself in line for a RIPW USA title shot against Willie LaRoux.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> The match itself disappointed, and we expected better from a fairly star-studded main event. The opening promo aside, none of the angles landed as we intended them to, and it’s something we need to think about. Strictly scripting promos seems to be the best way forward, and while we want the boys to be ready for anything, it is probably what they can expect, when they get up to the SWF anyway. Despite my feelings that a few of our guys are ready to take the next step, if Jerry and Eric watched tonight’s show, they’d be in no rush to internally promote any of these guys. Some of those changes were seen by fans as TNA going away from their own indentity, and attempting to create a "WWE lite" type product. The switch back to a four sided ring, from the iconic "6 Sides" was a symbolic gesture of what was to come. Over the next few years, Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff's creative vision for TNA played out, with a number of "TNA Originals" becoming causalities of the new regime. It is generally accepted that when Hulk Hogan left the promotion, it was in a worse condition than when he found it. This alternative timeline, made possible by Steesh07's January 2010 mod (http://greydogsoftware.com/forum/showthread.php?t=545504 - currently in beta), poses the question of "What if Paul Heyman took over the promotion at this time?" During late 2009 and throughout 2010, there were rumours that Dixie Carter, and in particular TNA Impact's network Spike TV, were interested in bringing Paul Heyman to the promotion, Talks between the two parties ultimately broke down, but Paul Heyman would later lay out his vision for the promotion in interviews during 2010 . His long-term vision would see TNA fire all but one of their over 40 competitors, and focus on a young, hungry and aggressive marketing campaign, built around the wrestlers commonly referred to as the "TNA Originals". AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Amazing Red, The Motor City Machine and Beer Money were all names directly quoted by Paul Heyman, and it is using this blueprint that I will look to book Total Nonstop Action Wrestling in 2010.

We’ve got a Women’s Number One Contenders match to talk about. We’ve got an interview with Rich Money to talk about. We’ve got the announcement of a new Commissioner to talk about… and you wanna promote the guy who lost, and his partner who hasn’t shown his face for over two months. (growing frustrated) Why are they even putting Nicky Champion’s face on my screen? (blunt) The guy is done… Steve Frehley ended his career at Thanksgiving Thunder. We were all there. We all saw what happened! Brock Cornish (defiant): Maybe Emily, it’s because next week is the USPW “DECADE” awards show, and Nicky is currently the top choice for WRESTLER OF THE DECADE! Belle Bryden (piggybacking): Yeah, Emily! And Nicky is gonna be here next week… I can feel it. Emily McQueen (shaking her head): Just like you said he’d be there last Saturday, right? [belle Bryden grumbled under her breath, and soon after the music of Alicia Strong hit.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Alcia Strong’s usually elaborate entrance saw her stop at the top of the ramp, with Glorious Gloria and Juliette King standing by her side. The Muscle Monsters would be in the night’s opening match, but first Alicia Strong had something to say.] Alicia Strong (confident): … and the winner is! (laughs) I know, I know… Wrestler of the Decade isn’t until next week. And my match tonight isn’t until the Main Event… but come on, it’s me… of course I’m walking out of tonight’s Main Event as the Number One Contender to (pauses; looks confused) [Alicia turned to Gloria, and then to Juliette King. Both scratch their heads, before Alicia snaps her fingers.] Alicia Strong: I’ve got it… (turning to the fans) you can all stop racking your brains… Jaime Quine… that’s who currently holds my title. [Alicia then nods to the two women beside her, and they head down to the ring.] Alicia Strong: But before I take my title back at Stars, Stripes & Slams… I have to think about my speech next week. Now I wouldn’t normally ask the advice of the people behind the rails, but since you’re the ones voting for me… I have a question. “Who do I thank?” [Alicia pauses to take in the various shouts from the audience, before signalling for the fans to be quiet.] Alicia Strong: Okay, okay… I heard some of you say my Daddy (she smiles innocently, evoking the old Alicia)... and did I hear a shout or two of Sensational Ogiwara? (sarcastically) Oh aren’t you guys so smart? [Alicia rolls her eyes, before changing to a more serious demeanor. Instead of engaging the fans, she looks down the camera.] Alicia Strong (sincerely): But I became Strong on my own… I became Sensational on my own! I dealt with the pressure and the expectations of my mentor, of my father… of my colleagues, ON. MY. OWN. So there’s nobody to thank… but me. “The Sensational”, “The Award Winning”... “The Next Champion”. [Alicia Strong then turned and headed to the back, with the coast now clear for The Muscle Monsters’ opponents to make their entrance.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue> <hr color=red><hr color=blue>Returning from the break, Lionel Greenwood is seen in the interview area. He introduces his guest at this time… Tiffany Jade. Lionel Greedwood: Tiffany, tonight - in the Main Event - you, and three competitors we’ve just seen, will face off in a Four Way match to establish a new Number One Contender to Jaime Quine’s USPW Womens Championship. What is it that you feel gives you the edge in this high-pressure, high-stakes match? Tiffany Jade (straight to the point): THAT. Exactly that. (Lionel looks confused) High-stakes… pressure. Expectation. Unlike the three girls I’ll share the ring with tonight, I am a woman who can control her emotions. Alicia, the most insecure little girl in the world. But at least she wears it. Melody and Sara? They put on the facade, but behind it all they’re just as power hungry, just as greedy, just as selfish as Little Miss Strong. I don’t play those games. I don’t need to. Tonight… one of those girls is getting their arm broken, and I’m leaving as the Number One Contender!<hr color=red><hr color=blue> <hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Heading to the back, Lionel Greenwood is seen outside the Locker Room of “The Business”. He wants to speak with Rich Money, who last week voiced his concerns over a new Commissioner being installed in USPW without his consultation.] [After getting no answer the first time, Lionel knocks again. He is pleased when the door opens, but isn’t greeted by the man he expected. Instead, Rich Money’s “protege” Sterling Whitlock steps out.] [Lionel looks to ask Sterling a question, but the microphone is grabbed. Sterling Whitlock moves the microphone away from Greenwood’s mouth, and looks into the eyes of the interviewer.] Sterling Whitlock (intense): “The Business” will not be speaking to anybody, until Rich Money gets a one on one meeting with the new Commissioner. [Lionel Greenwood wants to ask a question, but the look on Sterling’s face dissuades him.] Sterling Whitlock: So I suggest you run along, go get The Commissioner their coffee… and then tell them that the Champion wants to see ‘em… right away. [sterling returns to the locker room, slamming the door in Lionel Greenwood’s face.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue>[A video package is introduced prior to the next match, recapping the competitive rivalry between Bulldozer Brandon Smith and Trent Shaffer. Recently it was pointed out that the two men had some of the best win-loss records in the company throughout 2019, and they agreed to a match at Made In America! After Raven Robinson’s involvement proved to be a deciding factor in the result, a rematch was made, a decision that is said to be the first that the new Commissioner greenlit.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue> <hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Heading to the back to end the first hour, the job of speaking to the new Commissioner had been given the USPW Founder, Danny Jillefski.] Danny Jillefski: Happy New Year, USPW fans! It’s great for you to join us on this momentous night, as I, “USPW Founder” Danny Jillefski, speak to the new Commissioner live here on Reverie! [Danny Jillefski turns to the door, but as it opens, he’s surprised to see that it isn’t the new Commissioner, but instead Running Wolf. Clearly, Wolf got the jump on meeting the Commissioner.] Danny Jillefski (inquizitive): Wolf? You’ve just been in there with the Commissioner… (Wolf nods) and... are they ready? [Running Wolf nods his head, and has a huge smile on his face. The door opens behind him, and Wolf responds as the new Commissioner steps out.] Running Wolfe: You’re going to love him… [Danny Jillefski is shocked to see a shirtless James Justice, who hasn’t appeared in USPW since Independence Day Slam 2019. Justice takes a deep breath, exuding excitement to be back on live TV.] Danny Jillefski: So James… and I didn’t expect to be asking the new Commissioner this but… why no shirt? [James Justice takes a moment, as if he is searching for the right way to answer.] James Justice: It just didn’t feel right… you know what I mean? (Danny doesn’t) It didn’t feeeel right, you know? (he doesn’t) They gave me a shirt and tie, they gave me some shoes, but… it just didn’t feel right! [James Justice takes the microphone from Jillefski, and addresses the viewer directly.] James Justice (uncharacteristically statesmanly): Good evening American Wrestling fans all around the world! My name is Commissioner Justice… and that’s all you need to know about me. My job… (he chuckles) WOW! My job is to somehow control 50 of the most enigmatic, energetic, aggressive, irritable and down right difficult to deal with Professional Wrestlers on the planet! You all know what I’m talking about… I can’t walk into that job with a shirt and tie, a pen and pad, a list of rules and regulations. I’d stand no chance. I know that locker room… I know the men and women in it. No, I had to face this challenge like I faced every challenge of my career. [James Justice slaps his chest, firing himself up as he contemplates the job he’s signed up for.] James Justice: Controlling this roster is a fight… is a battle! And I’m going to face this fight… face this battle like every battle I’ve fought before in my life. Every. Single. Commissioner… this company has ever seen, has been corrupted by power, or by the almighty dollar. That stops now. (Removing his sunglasses, so the fans can see the sincerity in his eyes) My name is… not important. What I stand for is important. Heck, as a Commissioner, it’s the only thing that’s important! My morals are unwavering… my integrity can not be bought. There is a man in this company with a lot of power, and a lot of money… and that can be a very dangerous combination. You know who you are, and I’m talking to you right now. Champ, there’s Liberty on the line here tonight… and believe me, Money might make the world go round… “But in the end, Justice will prevail!” [James Justice then returns to his office, and is Danny Jillefsky shocked to see a side of the USPW legend that nobody had seen before. Known for his flamboyant style, it’s clear that James Justice is taking this role very seriously.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue> USPW American Wrestling - Reverie Exclusive - “From The United States… To The World!” <hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Kicking off the second hour of the show, the commentators discuss the match between Steve Frehley and Rick Law at Made In America! Standing up to Frehley, who had taken Nicky Champion out at Thanksgiving Thunder, Rick Law talked himself into a brutal beating at Saturday night’s “Special Event”. Stills were shown from the match, as Brock Cornish explained that since defeating Nicky Champion at Thanksgiving Thunder, Steve Frehley has taken the violence and intensity to another level. Tonight, he will face a USPW legend The Force, and Emily McQueen suggested that it wouldn’t be pretty for the former 4 time USPW World Champion!]<hr color=red><hr color=blue> <hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Returning to the back, Rich Money is seen in the office of “Commissioner” James Justice, having apparently secured his meeting with the man in charge. We join the conversation mid way through,] James Justice (irate): I’VE TOLD YOU RICH, I WON’T BE BOUGHT! Rich Money: Come on, it’s not like that Jim. It’s business. We can both help each other, to help ourselves. James Justice: Rich, you’ve got two seconds to get out of this office, or I’ll move to get you stripped of that title. I’m not taking bribes and I’m not playing favourites. You have bought and sold every Commissioner that this company has ever had, but that stops with me. Rich Money: I’m just asking you to be reasonable here, listen to my proposal. I promise… [As Rich Money looks to win James Justice round, the door opens and Rick Law walks in.] Rick Law: I’m not interrupting anything am I? (Justice says he isn’t) Me and Frehley, Commissioner? We’re good for next week, right? James Justice: Last Man Standing? If you want the match, and since it sounded like the people wanted it to, you’ve got it! [ignoring Rich Money in the room, the two men continue catching up now that the business is out of the way. Money is furious that James Justice is proving difficult to manipulate, and storms out of the office. Rick Law and James Justice laugh, as we head back to ringside.]<hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Returning to ringside, the commentators discuss the recent absence of Enygma, who has apparently been dealing with a number of issues over the last few months. They lead into a short vignette on Enygma, which is introduced with the title card “The Enygma Unravels”.] [in a dark room, Enygma is shown from the back, the lack of light obscures the vision of him. Enygma is seen from behind, and on a desk in front of him, the most famous mask in all of Professional Wrestling. Throughout the entire package, Enygma is completely motionless, until his hand reaches out to touch the mask. The dim lights then switch off, plunging the screen into complete darkness. The segment ends with the following message on the screen:] ”Who Am I?” <hr color=red><hr color=blue> <hr color=red><hr color=blue>[Returning from another break, Rich Money came to the top of the ramp and held a microphone. The World Champion looked to be in a foul mood, as he addressed the fans.] Rich Money: As you are all aware, there is a new Commissioner in USPW. Some of you even seem happy about it (Rich pauses for reaction). But I’m not. James Justice has a clear agenda against my associates and I, and an even clearer affinity to the likes of Running Wolf, Rick Law and anybody else who will massage his fragile ego. I will not do that. I am here to make money, not friends. The more money I make, the more everybody in that locker room makes. But James Justice doesn’t like that. Maybe it’s because back in his day they earned 50 Dollars a show, or maybe it’s because he’s already benefited from a “Rich Money Economy”. All I know is that he won’t be here by Valentine’s Day… and I officially denounce James Justice, and condemn the decision of USPW management to name him as the new Commissioner. [Rich Money turns to leave, having made his statement, but is confronted by Running Wolf. This clearly makes Rich uncomfortable.] [Wolf gets in the USPW World Champion’s face, as the commentators remind us that Running Wolf was screwed out of that title at Saturday’s Made In America. Running Wolf clearly wants a piece of Rich Money, but is jumped from behind by Charlie Thatcher.] [Thatcher makes quick work of Running Wolf, throwing him head first into the LED set. Running Wolf falls to the ground, clearing the way for Rich Money and his bodyguard to leave to the back.] Brock Cornish: What a surprise… Rich Money isn’t happy that we finally have a Commissioner who can’t be bought! Belle Bryden: And as usual… he relies on “The Business” to deal with anybody who gets in his way! Emily McQueen: Will you two ever learn? They all start like this… I guarantee James Justice will put “The Business” first, when the chips are down…<hr color=red><hr color=blue>[As Running Wolf dusts himself off, the USPW Womens Champion makes her way out for the Main Event. Jaime Quine will learn the identity of the Number One Contender to her title tonight, as four competitors face off.] [When Quine sits down, Brock Cornish says that due to the incident between Melody and Alicia Strong earlier, everybody but those four women are barred from ringside. The Champion herself is the only exception!] Belle Bryden: Another great call by the new Commissioner! Jaime Quine: We’ll see how confident Alicia is without those Muscle Monsters at ringside…<hr color=red><hr color=blue>
  8. Friday, February Week 2, 2020 - Rivalry Friday, February Week 2, 2020 - Rivalry! Concerning noises coming out of the SWF this week, as several departments were asked to downsize as a result of a downturn in business. This shouldn’t affect us down here too much, but it’s unlikely that Jerry and Eric will be splashing the cash any time soon. While the company is in a transitional period, and set backs are to be expected, USPW’s continued dominance makes our role down here even more important. These kids are the future of the SWF, and The Eisen brothers can’t afford for this next generation not to be a good one. Rivalry will be a big test of how far we have come, and I have high hopes for a couple of the bigger matches on the card. <hr color=black> <hr color=black> Match #1: All Night Party bt. The Rhode Island Scholars in a rematch which ended in the same way. Marty Simmons pinned Curt Meritt following a Crazy Driver in 7:53. Rating: 22 Segment #1: All Night Part celebrated with the fans, looking to increase their excitement for the rest of the show. Rating: 14 Booker’s Note: This match got the show off to a strong start, and furthered the comeuppance of The Rhode Island Scholars. We wanted to get the crowd as hot as we could to set the tone for the show, and this match did the job in that respect.<hr color=black> Segment #2: As Texan Justice joined Hank Whitman at ringside before the match, the referee sent them to the back. He had received orders from management that due to actions in the build up to the match, Hoss Hadley & Samson Sharpe would be barred from ringside. The two men didn’t react well to this news. Southern Comfort have routinely outnumbered their opponents recently, but Hank and Marvin would now be a straight one on one match. Rating: 22 Booker’s Note: There are going to be ups and downs for the fans during this show, and this segment was another designed to get them in high spirits. The segment also gave the chance for Hoss & Samson to give their reaction to being kicked out, but they didn’t do too well.<hr color=black> Match #2: Hank Whitman bt. Whole Lotta Marvin in 9:49, after kicking Marvin in the nuts while the referee was distracted and rolling him up. Rating: 23 Booker’s Note: Marvin was much improved on his recent performances, and both men held their own in what turned out to be a decent match. The tainted victory leaves things open, and given what they produced, I see no reason we won’t do a rematch between the two in the future.<hr color=black> Segment #3: Forrest Ratzloff cut a promo on his return, talking about how great it was to be able to defend his title tonight. That said, he was fully aware of how dangerous his opponent is. After all, he beat Hellion to become the Champion back in October. Ratzloff said he doesn’t know if Hellion was the one who attacked him, but tonight he has to fight like he was! Rating: 36 Booker’s Note: Forrest cut a good promo to promote the Main Event, and improved well throughout. We kept open the possibility that Hellion wasn’t behind the attack on Ratzloff, as that story will continue to develop over the next weeks. <hr color=black> Match #3: The Wrecking Balls bt. Zap Powerson & Zeke Cromstock in 9:59 when Zeke was pinned by Clubber. During the match, Son of Vengeance took Zap Powerson down behind the referee’s back, and Zap wasn’t the same after the involvement. Rating: 16 Segment #4: Zap Powerson was left in the ring after the match, and didn’t leave as he reflected on a disappointing defeat. As she did last month, Lisa Bowen offered a shoulder to lean on. Rating: 21 Booker’s Note: Despite not being their biggest fans, The Wrecking Balls needed a win to remain a threat, and this thrown together team seemed ideal for that. We kept Zap strong with S.O.V’s involvement, but this wasn’t a great match for anybody involved. Zap and Zeke looked terrible as a team, and probably won’t be put together again any time soon. The post-match focussed on Zap Powerson, as of the four men involved, he’s the one we’re most invested in.<hr color=black> Match #4: Wilie LaRoux bt. Bryan Jewett © in 9:51 with a Reverse DDT. Jewett looked in control of the match, until The Magic Boys came out. Kingsley Christopher distracted the referee, allowing Newquay Brown to take Jewett down. With three on one odds, and no help from the back, Bryan Jewett stood no chance. Willie LaRoux in the new RIPW USA Champion! Rating: 23 Segment #5: Infamous celebrated on the ramp together, with Willie LaRoux and The Magic Party all holding Championship Gold. Kingley & Newquay couldn’t celebrate too much however, as they had a match with The Sunshine Connection coming up. Rating: 12 Booker’s Note: We took the title off Bryan Jewett as plans have changed with him going forward. He will move into a different storyline following his defeat to LaRoux, who gets a big win in what turned out to be an okay match. Bryan was of course kept strong despite losing the title, and has big things in his future.<hr color=black> Match #5: Warwick Good bt. Deever Arnold in 13:46 with a Face First Suplex. Rating: 32 Booker’s Note: Deever Arnold put in the best performance of the night so far, but is almost a victim of his reliability. Warwick was given the win tonight to hopefully give him a boost in the eyes of the fans, and further establish him as a top heel in the company. Coming off a loss to the RIPW Champion last month, we felt Good needed the win. Arnold will of course come back from this, and left nothing in the ring with an impressive showing.<hr color=black> Match #6: Zharnel Zephaniah bt. Roderick Flack in 2:25, after taking him out with a Guillotine Choke. Rating: 9 Booker’s Note: This match was just a case of getting the only two unbooked guys on the card, and gave a short break between two of the bigger matches on the night. Roderick Flack’s time will come, but he was used as a sacrificial lamb to Zharnel in this. A poor match, that the crowd didn’t care for in the slightest. The less said about this, the better.<hr color=black> Segment #6: Both frustrated by their defeats, there was an incident in the back between Bryan Jewett and Zap Powerson. While nothing came of it physically, it was clear the two men’s relationship has become strained. Angered by something Zap said, Bryan remarked that a bit of help earlier wouldn’t have gone a miss. Rating: 34 Booker’s Note: Bryan Jewett struggled a little bit in this segment, with Zap Powerson surprisingly outperforming him as the two went back and forth. Lisa Bowen has been a great influence on Zap, and he is looking better by the week when it comes to talking on-camera.<hr color=black> Match #7: The Sunshine Connection bt. The Magic Boys © in 12:09, when Rocky Weatherfield pinned Kingsley Christopher following an Implant DDT. The Sunshine Connection are the new RIPW Tag Team Champions! During the match, the commentators confirmed that actions earlier had resulted in Son of Vengeance and Willie LaRoux being barred from ringside. Rating: 23 Segment #7: The new Tag Team Champions celebrated in the ring. Despite a difficult couple of weeks, the two men have got their reward for working hard and picking up wins in the tag team division, and stood tall with the titles in the air. Rating: 14 Booker’s Note: After a few big heel wins tonight, we wanted to give fans some green shoots of hope before the Main Event, and The Sunshine Connection have impressed enough to deserve a run with the titles. Rocky once again stood out as a good performer, while Lucinda Lush did a good job at ringside. The match definitely brought the crowd back up after the previous one, and did its job ahead of the RIPW Championship match. A big title change is always good to pop a crowd, and these two are increasingly popular figures with the fans<hr color=black>Segment #8: A recap package told the story of the “Who Attacked Forrest Ratzloff?” angle, and showed footage from Monday’s show where Hellion took down the returning RIPW Champion. Rating: 23<hr color=black> The Main Event: Forrest Ratzloff © bt. Hellion in 9:41, hitting a huge Lariat, after Hellion had driven himself head first into the steel ringpost. Forrest Ratzloff retains the RIPW Championship. Rating: 33 Segment #8: Forrest Ratzloff celebrated a successful return to the ring, while the commentators put over a huge victory for the RIPW Champion. He’d taken down the “seemingly unstoppable” American Hellspawn! Rating: 18 Booker’s Note: While we were convinced this was the right match to go with for the RIPW Championship, the decision on who would win was more difficult than anticipated. In my mind, this build had led to Hellion taking the title, allowing us to build a new top babyface to eventually overthrow him. However, with the recency of Hellion’s previous run, and Forrest only being a couple of months into his reign, Mean Jean was right in pushing for Forrest to retain. The booking slightly protects Hellion, as he was the architect of his own downfall, but is a huge victory for Ratzloff. He beats Hellion again, and establishes himself in his return match as the face of the company. This was a little shorter than I’d like our main event matches to be, but given the personnel involved, we had to keep it short and sweet. Nonetheless, the two men worked really well together, and we got a strong main event to a very solid show.<hr color=black> Overall Rating: 32Attendance: 170 (+2) The show increased our popularity in Rhode Island <hr color=black>Final Thoughts: Another decent show that featured two or three impressive performances. Some good signs and some worrying, but two big title changes set things in motion for the coming weeks. This will give us a shot in the arm, and with Forrest Ratzloff back and fully fit, we’ll continue to build on a good couple of months for RIPW. Surprisingly, there still hasn’t been any word from Jerry or Eric regarding any call ups, with SWF seemingly playing it safe at the beginning of 2020.
  9. Yeah, I'm hoping that at least a couple of them become the Spencer Spades and Lenny Browns of TEW 2020, and then I can look back and remember booking them before I realised the potential they had. I'm not sure there's anybody on that level, but seeing some of them in SWF in the coming years will be rewarding. I've never paid attention to RIPW, but it feels like a completely fresh group which I like. Other than Hellion, I'm not familiar with any of them really. Thank you I think used sparingly, it can be a really impactful type of angle and can help make it clear that "this is important". I was unsure if the match would feel rushed, but building Hellion up throughout the month before Forrest's return helped I think. NXT is basically my reference point for developmental companies (probably most people's too), and I hope that like NXT we can get some good signing in to raise the bar in the company. Everybody is a blank slate though, which I like. Hopefully I can build some interesting characters as a result of that. I'm enjoying Curt Merrit at the minute, as he's performing much better than I expected. Funnily enough he's one of few people on the roster not actually under an SWF deal. Yeah, Hellion was always going to be the one involved in that segment, but I was undecided whether he'd be behind the attack. I've now decided, and we'll find out in the coming weeks Thank you, really keen to see how this roster develops. I think RIPW are a great option for a long term game, and I hope to look back on this thread and see all the future stars who have passed through the ranks!
  10. <p>Kurt Angle's Heroes of Wrestling Tour (Show #8)</p><p> </p><p> </p><div style="text-align:center;"><p><strong>Episode #8:</strong> </p><div class="ipsEmbeddedVideo"><div><iframe width="200" height="113" src="https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/l3-RcvDSTUw?feature=oembed" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen="" title="Season Finale Event - Three Title Matches | Kurt Angle's Heroes of Wrestling (8/8) | TEW 2020"></iframe></div></div><p> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="<a href="https://www.youtube.com/embed/l3-RcvDSTUw" rel="external nofollow">https://www.youtube.com/embed/l3-RcvDSTUw"</a> frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe></p></div><p></p><p></p>
  11. Another fun and entertaining show. I was surprised that I felt zero sympathy for Croft, but he started it, so he got what he deserves. Main Event Mafia have a really good dynamic, I like how everything is pretty tongue-in-cheek, it suits RAW well I think. Also interested to see where the TV title storyline goes, liked the dynamic between the two.
  12. Just went through the two months advancing through unemployed, and the major TNA signings were Anderson, RVD and Jeff Hardy, which was good to see. I liked the WWE callups too, quite a few from that original NXT season. Some people like Tyler Black, Claudio Castagnoli and Chris Hero I think had contracts with ROH at this time. I've read they all expired around September. So maybe giving them 9 month, ironclad written but non-exclusive contracts might be better so they can't be stolen right away? (not that they were in the two months, but in terms of the player being able to take them.) Similarly, the likes of Team 3D in TNA, might be better suited to ironclad, non-exclusive written contracts. Trevor Murdoch was released from TNA in November 2009, but is still on the roster. Looks good, and I'll get to booking some shows now and seeing what I find. Edit: In TNA at least, I've noticed the last reign is also in title histories, meaning that current champions will have the same title reign twice. For instance, it calls AJ a two-time TNA World Champion, despite him being on his first reign. Eric Young should be set as leader of World Elite. TNA Impact is set to air on Monday, at the time it was only the Jan 4th show they did this, but then they did go to Monday a couple of months later, so might fit better as Monday anyway. Taz has 0 for his colour commentary rating. Just ran my first show with TNA, really impressed!
  13. Kurt Angle's Heroes of Wrestling Tour (Show #7) Episode #7: <iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/FIx5pJWu3io" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>
  14. Really good show, enjoyed that segment with Swoop's potential partners in particular. Intertwined some stuff together and put over characters too. Everybody feels unique on this roster, which is great. Frogue wanting no part of fighting M.E.M was good, and Swoop's response furthers him being a sort of character "above" the show if you get what I mean. Loved that whole segment. You continue to make me feel sorry for heels, haha... "Used up all his savings to pay for the one way 1st class ticket to Milan. Is planning on getting his wardrobe flown over once he’s set up in his Milan pad." Poor guy so much hope, was never going to end well. Uncle Ray is an awful man, but another great segment. Enjoyed everything, and the ending was intruiging. Can't wait to see where the main story goes.
  15. Really looking forward to giving this ago. Will definitely have a playthrough.
  16. Monday, February Week 2, 2020 - Episode #6 of “Tomorrow’s Stars… Tonight!” Monday, February Week 2, 2020 - Episode #6 of “Tomorrow’s Stars… Tonight!” Tonight is a big night in terms of storyline development, and Jean and I made sure that everybody was 100% aware of their role. We have a big segment planned featuring a large portion of the roster, and this made managing them more difficult throughout the day. With just 4 days between this show and RIPW Rivalry, it was another busy week down here in Rhode Island.<hr color=black> <hr color=black> Segment #1: As the commentators introduce the show, Curt Meritt cuts off his colleagues to reveal that he has made a breakthrough on the case. He takes a microphone and announces that every single member of the RIPW roster is expected in the ring at the end of the night. The investigation concludes tonight… and Forrest Ratzloff’s attacker will be named! Rating: 39 Booker’s Note: A good opening segment that hopefully provides a hook for the rest of the show. This will of course be discussed throughout the night, but we will still prioritise promoting this weekend’s event, RIPW Rivalry. It almost doesn’t bear repeating, but Curt did a good job improvising once again, and is a real star turn in this storyline.<hr color=black> Match #1: Deever Arnold bt. Barron Royal in 9:43, when Arnold hit the Cannonball Senton. Rating: 25 Segment #2: Deever Arnold cut a promo after the match, talking about his match at Rivalry with Warwick Good. He said that last week Good took advantage of the numbers game being against him, but Friday is just one on one. Just like it will be later tonight, when Warwick Good faces Whole Lotta Marvin. Deever says that Marvin is gonna kick Good’s ass, and he’ll beat what is left of him on Friday. Rating: 31 Booker’s Note: Deever Arnold continues to prove that he can drag almost everybody up a level or two, as we followed up a segment from a previous week with this match. Arnold is always capable of getting a crowd hotter, and the opening match was ideal for this. While Barron Royal didn’t look at his best, this was a nice opener, and Royal showed good charisma during his brief spell of control. I see Deever as somewhat of a “made man” down here, and for that reason we used his post-match promo to put over Whole Lotta Marvin. A youngster with a lot of potential, having someone like Arnold backing him will definitely improve the fan’s perception of him. Another good showing from Deever, who continues to show a strong all round game. It shouldn’t be long before The Eisens are taking a look at him.<hr color=black> Segment #3: In the back, Bryan Jewett spoke with Zap Powerson, saying that despite the murmurs in the back, he wanted him to know that he believed him. Bryan was sure Zap had nothing to do with the Forrest Ratzloff attack. Zap was happy with this, and thanked Bryan, but Lisa Bowen wasn’t quite so magnanimus. She asked Bryan what compelled him to say such a thing. Why would he even need to clarify that? Bryan said that he didn’t mean it like that, he just wanted to support his friend. Zap told Lisa it was fine, but she didn’t look at all happy, as Bryan left the locker room. Upon parting, Bryan told Zap he’d see him in the ring. Rating: 38 Booker’s Note: Bryan and Lisa both improvised well in this segment, and did a good job of furthering the current storyline. Zap Powerson emerged as a suspect in the Forrest Ratzloff angle, and as we continue to build to that final segment, Lisa Bowen’s reaction leans further into that suggestion.<hr color=black> Match #2: Bryan Jewett & Zap Powerson bt. The Wrecking Balls in 8:08, when Bryan pinned Crusher following a Fisherman’s Suplex. Rating: 17 Segment #4: The winning team were joined by Lisa Bowen after the match. Despite the pre-match tensions, the three seemed to be on the same page as they celebrated in the ring. Rating: 8 Booker’s Note: While Lisa did her best at ringside, this match lacked somebody in there with the psychology to keep it on track. Bryan was marginally more impressive than those he shared the ring with, but was by no means great. Four guys with a lot to work on, but we’re happy to see Bryan Jewett and Zap Powerson pick up their first win as a tag team. They worked okay together, but we hope to see some kind of chemistry develop, if they are to continue teaming in the long-term.<hr color=black> Segment #5: Watching in the back, Infamous were far from impressed with what they’d seen from Bryan & Zap, with Willie LaRoux set to face Jewett at “Rivalry”. Turning to the camera, Willie cut a promo on his future opponent, saying that he is coming for the title this Friday… to add even more gold, to the Hall of Infamy. Rating: 41 Booker’s Note: Willie LaRoux cut an excellent promo here, and really helped the build to this match. He is another member of the roster who is not quite there in-ring, but looks completely comfortable when talking to an audience. That is a huge part of making a star in the SWF, and we’ll continue to work on everything else. What is clear, is that we have a potential star on our hands in LaRoux, and he is helping his entire stable with a series of strong promos.<hr color=black> Match #3: Warwick Good bt. Whole Lotta Marvin in 10:30 with a Face First Suplex. Rating: 19 Segment #6: Warwick Good stood tall in the ring, as the commentators put over a hard-hitting performance, from the man who will face Deever Arnold at Rivalry! Rating: 17 Booker’s Note: This was a good win for Warwick Good, but a step back for Whole Lotta Marvin. He looked better with Deever Arnold beside him last week, and perhaps Marvin is in need of a partner full time. He’s a fan favourite, and clearly has great charisma, but his in-ring work verges on appalling at times. These two really didn’t click, and it might be an idea not to have them face off in singles competition again.<hr color=black> Segment #7: All Night Party cut a promo from the back, reminding viewers of their win over Meritt & Royal last week, and pointing out that since they’ve been in Meritt’s office, they know this investigation is a sham. They will be out with the rest of the roster for that final segment however, because they can’t wait to see Curt Meritt fall flat on his face. Rating: 30 Booker’s Note: Further promotion of the final segment, as well as the follow up to All Night Party’s victory last week. As I said, these two are in a little bit of a “holding pen” at the moment, so while they are getting segments here and there, and did pretty well with this promo, there is a limit of what we are likely to do with them.<hr color=black> The Main Event: Hellion bt. Rocky Weatherfield in 6:24, after hitting his signature Devolution Bomb! Hellion has now defeated both members of The Sunshine Connection in back to back weeks. Rating: 28 Booker’s Note: There is a clear formula to the booking of Hellion, but the truth is that it works. Hellion looked just as dominant as he had on the previous week’s show, and Drew Danson’s fear of the monster at ringside also sold this well. We have very big plans for Hellion going forward, and his booking in the last few weeks has gone exactly as intended.<hr color=black> Segment #8: Curt Meritt headed out immediately following the Main Event, and while he wisely didn’t attempt to stop Hellion as he stormed past him, the rest of the roster dutifully filed out towards the ring. Curt Merrit addressed the whole roster confidently, but soon began to flounder and stall for time. All Night Party were the first to call his bluff, and felt vindicated that Curt knew nothing. Meritt tugged on his collar, and began to stutter as he grew more flustered. It soon became clear that his “investigation” had amounted to nothing. However, as the roster began to cotton on to this, and turned on the man who had held them all under suspicion, he was saved by the bell… Forrest Ratzloff made his return to RIPW, and sarcastically praised the work of Meritt, but said that he has one thing that he knows will draw the attacker out to admit what they did. Ratzloff then lifted the title off his shoulder, and raised it in the air. He said that he was cleared to compete, and all the attacker had to do to get a title shot… was to admit what happened. A couple of glances were shared between opportunistic members of the roster, but nobody in the ring stepped forward. Instead, Forrest Ratzloff was jumped from behind by “American Hellspawn”! Hellion grabbed the RIPW Champion, and hit him with a Chokeslam to the ground. The roster were in shock, but nobody dared move towards the monster. The show ended with Hellion picking the RIPW title off the ground, and making it clear that he wanted it! The commentators signed off the show, saying that it appeared that we had a RIPW Championship match, set for this Friday’s “Rivalry”! Rating: 39 Booker’s Note: The “big reveal” segment went well, the first major episodic storyline that we have done since I came to the company. The ending was deliberately a little bit vague, with no explicit confirmation that Hellion was behind the attack. With Forrest Ratzloff off TV for the entire month, this was a rushed way to set up the title match at Rivalry, but did the job and gave us an impactful ending to the “Go-Home” show. While not necessarily the ideal build, it got us where we needed to be, and the match will be the Main Event of a very solid card this Friday. Curt Meritt was able to show his acting chops once again, while Forrest handled his part of the promo well. All round, a successful ending to the show, which also keeps this storyline open for further development.<hr color=black> Overall Rating: 31Attendance: 168 (+13) The show increased our popularity in Rhode Island <hr color=black>Final Thoughts: As I said above, the final segment went well, on a show which just about went as expected. The promo from Willie LaRoux was a slightly surprising highlight, and we did a good job of building to this Friday’s card. Deever Arnold and Warwick Good are sure to put on an excellent match, while all three titles will be defended on the show. Mean Jean and I will spend the rest of the week finalising the booking of “Rivalry”, while laying out plans for the couple of weeks of shows afterwards. There are big talks ongoing following the relative success of our weekly show, and we hope to have a big announcement regarding the future of “Tomorrow’s Stars… Tonight!” in the very near future.

Mean Jean of course has a great mind for this business, and Curt will be very well served taking in whatever he can from the man in charge. We also heard this week news of a serious injury to Chill, a former RIPW alumni and a man I briefly worked with in SWF. He underwent surgery during the week, and is hoping to recover as soon as possible.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="TV0a2KI.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/TV0a2KI.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="bIOjwoP.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/bIOjwoP.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="XK0dqUw.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/XK0dqUw.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="n1XP8Pv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/n1XP8Pv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="wi5mljF.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/wi5mljF.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="aqjwXVk.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/aqjwXVk.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Match #1:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>The Magic Boys bt. Taking a microphone, Willie LaRoux asked questions of who Bryan Jewett is associating himself with. “How well do you know Zap, Bryan… or more importantly, how well do you know Miss Bowen?” </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">16</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Booker’s Note:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> It’s always nice to give the experienced team the victory, and in this case the Tag Team Champions couldn’t afford to lose. With Bryan Jewett’s issues with Infamous spilling into the Forrest Ratzloff injury storyline, I was happy with the booking of the match. The performance of Zap Powerson was concerning however, despite the good job Lisa Bowen did at ringside. The babyface team members have great star quality and charisma, but Zap looked off his game in this one.</span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Nonetheless we continue their storylines, and it was an okay beginning to the show. This led into footage from the “Investigation Room” from earlier today, where All Night Party were drafted in. Simmons & Stanley weren’t in the mood for Curt’s pointed questions, and trashed his office after he and his fellow investigator Barron Royal hurled insults at them. </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Rating: </strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong><span style="color:#FF0000;">33</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Booker’s Note:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Given that Meritt continues to impress us every time we see him, we allowed this segment to go unscripted to see how the others kept up with him. Stevie struggled a little, but Barron and Marty played off each other really well, in an impressive segment. This was done to close the investigation for the night (we didn’t want to overdo it), and set up the match that followed.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="uBokuV0.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/uBokuV0.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="d1kRub2.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/d1kRub2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="n1XP8Pv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/n1XP8Pv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="P76K4K5.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/P76K4K5.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="YbChInb.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/YbChInb.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Match #2:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>All Night Party bt. Unable to face the Tag Team Champions, due to the billing of their previous match, ANP are in a tricky spot at the minute. While in the “holding pen”, we gave them a win over Barron & Curt, the latter being pinned as he doesn’t lose too much in defeat, given he is only an occasional wrestler. It was also good to give Meritt a little bit of comeuppance, given the power he has had while “stirring the pot” in recent weeks.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="TBC5hLk.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/TBC5hLk.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="n1XP8Pv.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/n1XP8Pv.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="YbChInb.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/YbChInb.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Match #3:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><em>Hellion bt. He is going to be a key player, and we felt Drew Danson could be sacrificed in singles competition, as a competent opponent to really put over the dominance of Hellion. The post-match segment served the same purpose, and set up another future match for the big man.<hr color=black></span></p><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="P76K4K5.png" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/P76K4K5.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> </span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"><strong>Segment #5:</strong></span><span style="font-family:Tahoma;"> Curt Meritt cut a promo in the back, banged up and hurt from the match earlier in the night. Probably the best thing I’ve seen from anybody on this roster since I got down here, and why this guy isn’t under lock and key with a full-time contract, I don’t know. He put over ANP brilliantly by selling his bumps and bruises throughout, while furthering the storyline as we needed him to. 19. Good show, Architect was built up well throughout the night and was a nice choice of winner.

  21. Confederation Of The Territories World Heavyweight Championship Vacated! [OFFICIAL] Confederation Of The Territories World Heavyweight Championship Vacated! Sam Keith makes statement on “difficult, yet unavoidable decision”; criticises USPW’s business practises Two days after our exclusive report confirming that Pablo Rodriguez had signed a contract to become USPW’s “Director of Pro-Wrestling Operations”, the Confederation Of The Territories have released a damning statement regarding USPW’s conduct during talks between themselves and the Reverie-owned promotion. It was also confirmed that Pablo Rodriguez is no longer the World Heavyweight Champion of the alliance, with the title declared vacant for the first time in its history. According to sources close to both parties, talks were held earlier in the week, but USPW and Reverie management quickly dismissed the idea of Pablo being allowed to work another show for CZCW (or any other promotion), despite his desire to do so in order to “do the honors” and put over a new Champion. Those within the COTT believed Pablo Rodriguez had “given his word” that he would drop the title, and are said to be extremely disappointed that the decision was taken out of the Champion’s hands. Rodriguez is said to have called Sam Keith to personally apologise after the decision was made, but was understandably met with a less than warm reception. The COTT will now look to crown a new Champion as soon as possible, as confirmed in a statement from earlier today. Speaking on behalf of the members of the Confederation Of The Territories, Sam Keith said: The Reverie representatives are said to have cited Pablo’s “intense schedule”, as an executive of the ever-growing USPW, as the reason that they would be unable to approve the request, but denied to comment when TotalExtremeWrestling.com reached out to them. United States Pro Wrestling will tonight present the first “American Wrestling” episode the decade, and TotalExtremeWrestling.com will release an exclusive full report from meetings that took place yesterday between Pablo Rodriguez and representative of both Reverie and USPW, directly following the broadcast of that show.

  23. Monday, January Week 4, 2020 - Episode #4 of “Tomorrow’s Stars… Tonight!” Monday, January Week 4, 2020 - Episode #4 of “Tomorrow’s Stars… Tonight!” While Forest Ratzloff isn’t scheduled to be booked until fully fit, the RIPW Champion still came to the building for this show, and observed closely as we put this ”episode” together. He was particularly interested in the storyline surrounding his attack, which will continue to be a large part of this week’s show.<hr color=black> <hr color=black> Segment #1: Curt Meritt was seen in his “Investigation Interrogation Room”, with scrunched up pieces of paper, as he continued to work on the “leads” he had received over the last week. Clearly a number of these had been false, as his investigation board had many scribbles and crosses scattered across it. Willie LaRoux entered with Infamous “muscle” Son of Vengeance, but was told by Curt that it wasn’t his turn yet. Willie said that he had information, and took a seat. LaRoux claimed that this wasn’t the work of one man, but two… and of a woman as well. He claimed that the attack was carried out by Bryan Jewett, who enlisted the help of Zap Powerson through the newcomer Lisa Bowen. He wanted to be the only singles Champion in RIPW. Willie told him to put two and two together, this happened right after Lisa Bowen showed up. Curt Meritt wasn’t 100% convinced, but did write down everything he had heard in one of several notebooks he had on his desk. Rating: 38 Booker’s Note: Curt continues to carry this storyline, and it surprises me that he isn’t yet under an SWF contract. While he’s been down here, he has impressed everybody who has come into contact with him, and should surely be on the radar for a development deal with the company. Willie LaRoux did a good job too, as we refreshed the memory on our current top storyline.<hr color=black> Match #1: Bryan Jewett bt. Moriarty Schnell in 12:03 with a Fisherman’s Suplex. During the match, the commentators discussed Willie LaRoux’s claim that Jewett was responsible for the attack on Forrest Ratzloff. Rating: 16 Booker’s Note: Moriarty hurt his calf pretty early on in this match, so it was nowhere near as good as it could have been. Bryan looked like a star throughout the match, and his charisma carried him through. Schnell’s injury appears to be remarkably similar to the one Ratzloff suffered three weeks ago, so I expect him to miss some time in the ring. Safety in the ring should be our number one priority when teaching these kids, so I will be having a word with Bryan, just like we did with Barron Royal last time.<hr color=black> Segment #2: Curt Meritt came out after the match, following up on Willie LaRoux’s claim that Bryan Jewett had taken out Forrest Ratzloff. Bryan of course denied any involvement, saying he would never attack his friend and a fellow Champion. As Bryan went to leave, Lisa Bowen came out with Zap Powerson, and was less laid back about the situation. She was furious about the accusation, and told Curt to tell Willie to bring any of his “Infamous imbeciles” next week, because Bryan and Zap were going to put them down! Rating: 30 Booker’s Note: Everyone played their role well in this segment, which sets up a match for next week. Bryan and Zap are somewhat similar performers, albeit with Jewett a little further along his development. I think an association between the two will benefit Zap greatly, who I see a lot of potential in, hence him being put in the capable hands of my daughter, Lisa Bowen.<hr color=black> Segment #3: Warwick Good cut a promo in the back, responding to heavy speculation that he attacked Forrest Ratzloff in an act of rage following a defeat to him at Championship Battle. Good said that he’s a “Bad Guy”, and he doesn’t need to hide that. His attack on Deever Arnold doesn’t prove that he’s capable of that kind of thing, it proves that he doesn’t need to run and hide after he kicks someone’s ass! Rating: 39 Booker’s Note: Warwick was always really a red herring in this process, but his denial will do little to dissuade those who believe he was behind the attack. Good was considered early on, but a rematch with Ratzloff wouldn’t do much for either guy. Instead, Warwick cut a great promo distancing himself from the attack, and his focus will be a rivalry with Deever Arnold, pitting two of our more rounded talents against each other. Good is a great example to anyone down here about being fully immersed in the gimmick. From the second the red light is on, he is “The Bad Guy”.<hr color=black> Match #2: Hellion bt. Zeke Cromstock in 3:43 with a Short Arm Lariat. This match was completely one sided, with Cromstock getting in close to zero offence Rating: 19 Segment #4: Following the match, Hellion intimidated the referee as he tried to raise the monster’s hand. Fearing what might happen, the referee left the ring, leaving Hellion to stand tall on his own. Rating: 45 Booker’s Note: Zeke has a long way to go before he’s ready for the SWF, while Hellion - look, gimmick and overall package - has to be one of the first names on their wishlist. He put in a good performance here, and was booked perfectly to his strengths. Complete domination over such a large opponent continues to build up “American Hellspawn”, and the segment that followed reiterated the “fear factor” that is key to his character. <hr color=black> Match #3: The Sunshine Connection bt. The Wrecking Balls in 9:52 when Rocky Weatherfield hit Clubber Ball with an Implant DDT. Rating: 20 Booker’s Note: They say that first impressions stick with you, and in the case of The Wrecking Balls, my first thoughts were that they aren’t as good as they think they are. Now, I’m not so sure they’re as good as I thought they were. Mean Jean isn’t as down on them as I am, but The Sunshine Connection clearly has more upside. Rocky & Drew aren’t quite as defined a team as Clubber & Crusher, but as individuals, Rocky in particular stood out above the others. Lucinda Lush as always was a good influence at ringside, for what was probably the end of the storyline between these two teams.<hr color=black> Segment #5: While talking with his associate Barron Royal, Curt Meritt runs into Deever Arnold in the back. Deever is on his way to the ring for the Main Event, but Meritt wants to know what he knows about Forrest Ratzloff. Royal adds “where were you when he got laid out?” Arnold doesn’t have time for Curt & Barron, and says that he was exactly where he is now, preparing to go out and entertain the fans. Something neither of them know anything about. Rating: 32 Booker’s Note: This segment will lead to a singles match between Barron and Deever within the next couple of weeks, and also kept the storyline moving forward by showing that the “Investigation” continued throughout the night.<hr color=black> The Main Event: Deever Arnold bt. Hank Whitman in 12:25 following a Cannonball Senton. During the match, Southern Comfort tried to get involved, but Whole Lotta Marvin came out and ensured their influence was neutralised. Marvin also got a couple of shots in on Hank, when the referee wasn’t looking… Rating: 29 Segment #6: Deever Arnold and Whole Lotta Marvin stood tall to end the show, having sent Southern Justice packing! Rating: 16 Booker’s Note: This was a solid main event that the crowd clearly enjoyed, and once again Deever Arnold showed why he is one of the top names down here in Rhode Island. He carried the match, and went all out to deliver a good performance. Week on week he continues to impress, and associating Whole Lotta Marvin with him will do wonders for the less experienced big man. His involvement thwarting the Texan Justice interference will only raise his stock as a babyface, and continues to build to his singles match with Hank Whitman, likely at the next “big” event. Standing tall with the top active babyface in the company was a good look for Marvin, who we see as being our next breakout name after the SWF purge the roster over the coming months. Deever Arnold must be close to moving on up, but as long as we have him down here, we will make the most of his abilities and popularity!<hr color=black> Overall Rating: 31Attendance: 158 (+22) The show increased our popularity in Rhode Island <hr color=black>Final Thoughts: This show continues to build on the last couple of weeks, and I can feel myself getting to grips with this roster. There’s a clear top tier of talent who we can rely on, with the opposite side of that coin being that they’re the most likely to be leaving us in the near future. Deever Arnold and Hellion continue to stand out of the pack, with their in-ring styles and overall presentation feeling almost ready for SWF TV. These are the examples the other kids must follow, and who Jean, Wilson and I should hold as the standard required from every single member of the roster.

Pablo Rodriguez is the current COTT World Heavyweight Champion, and has worked with the alliance since shortly after his departure from the now renamed EILL in early 2019. Returning to the United States almost 15 years after heading home to work out the rest of his career in Mexico, the shocking circumstances of his departure from EILL have been the subject of many rumours throughout the wrestling world. What hasn’t been up for debate is Pablo’s reputation as one of the greatest ever minds in the business, with experience in Mexico, the United States and Japan making him one of the most well travelled competitors on the planet.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Following the death of the man who brought him to SOTBPW, Jorge Ibanez, Pablo was one of a number of big names who left the company, with Champagne Lover and El Fuerza (two stars he helped build) leaving the business entirely. It was originally reported that Rodriguez would be retiring from in-ring competition, which made his August appearance in CZCW, and his victory to become the COTT World Heavyweight Champion all the more shocking. As of the writing of this article, Rodriguez is still recognized as the holder of the title, with talks apparently planned to discuss how the Championship will change hands once Pablo is under USPW contract.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> USPW have made no secret of their desire to further expand their global presence in 2020, and with Reverie now available throughout the entire world, a decision was made in early 2019 to hire someone in a “Director of Pro-Wrestling Operations” role. This person would serve as a conduit between Reverie and United States Pro Wrestling, and work alongside the current USPW creative team (and not replace it, as some other wrestling “news” sites have suggested). Pablo Rodriguez will oversee all wrestling related activity for Reverie, and report directly to Allen Packer, the founder of the aforementioned streaming platform and owner of USPW. He will work above USPW World Champion and “Head of Creative” Rich Money, but he is not expected to have any influence over the booking of USPW programming going forward.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="sxvbqOe.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/sxvbqOe.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /><img alt="zHPwwv2.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/zHPwwv2.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Peter Michaels and Phil Vibert had previously been touted as potential suitors for the role, but sources within the company have shot this down, and said that talks have been ongoing with Pablo since he left his previous employer. Initially Rodriguez resisted returning to such a high-pressure role, but his success elsewhere made him Allen Packer’s “only choice” for the position, according to company insiders. His experience of running two highly rated TV shows, and SOTBPW becoming perhaps the largest promotion in the world at points during his time at the helm, resulted in Allen becoming “obsessed” with securing his signature. The contract is said to be one of the most lucrative in the history of Professional Wrestling.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><div style="text-align:center;"><img alt="GC1Qo08.jpg" data-src="https://i.imgur.com/GC1Qo08.jpg" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></div><p></p><p></p><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> Pablo appeared more open to discussions towards the end of the year, with plans laid out regarding the company’s reworked strategy for the new decade. This is seen as a shrewd business move by Reverie and Allen Packer, with the drop in quality of recent EILL shows seen as evidence of Pablo’s “wrestling genius”. While he won’t be taking a “like for like” role within USPW, the Mexican legend will have unprecedented control over the “wrestling operations” of the company, and is said to be extremely excited about his new venture.</span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> </span></div></div></div></div></div><p></p><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><div style="margin-left:25px;"><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> TotalExtremeWrestling.com will be the first with any and all updates on this developing story, including the future of the Confederation Of The Territories’ World Heavyweight Championship, and the first moves that Pablo Rodriguez makes in his role as Revierie’s “Director of Pro-Wrestling Operations”.</span></div></div></div></div></div>
