It's always good to have a manager that is over enough, as it will be easier for him to put the worker over. Put them in angles together, try and feed off of the manager's pop.</p>
  4. Hi,

Im having trouble thinking of ideas for a save on tew16. In the past on tew13 I had a save as TNA and had some good solid results coming in. I also had a wwe save and was several months into it. Since I got tew16 I have struggled for motivation for a new save. I have the latest December 2017 the who save and was wondering if anyone had any ideas or that?

I was going to start with WWE but wouldn't mind ROH or Impact

I'm a doing a Vince gives ownership of WWE to Shane instead of Stephanie in October, 2017, thus revolutionizing the wrestling world as we know it. It's a good starting point if you wanna do WWE. I'm having quite the fun with it.

But probably out of the WWE, when his contract expires next year. I doubt the E will ever clear him, if for anything else, fear of him overshadowing Reigns again. Not to mention the potential for PR disaster if something was to happen to him.</p>

Though I like to pay for as much as I can with salary to keep tabs on how much I'm spending without much work, would it be worth it financially to have included some perks? Or would the merch bonuses cancel that anyway?</p>

DiBiase hired Camp Cornette to take out Diesel before the PPV, but he revealed he was ok on the go-home Raw. Scored a B in the main. Diesel's still figurehead, but he's having no effect on the business right now. Getting ready to drop him.</p><p> </p><p> Bulldog beat HBK for the IC title. HBK was protected, and he's on to bigger things in preparation for Mania. Camp Cornette will clash with Diesel/HBK/Steiners at Mania.</p><p> </p><p> Steiners beat Owen/Yoko for the belts. Don't have much for planned for Yoko, and Owen will probably get a slow-burn face turn. Cornette got paid off from DiBiase to take out Diesel, and he'll use the money on Big Bad Vader.</p><p> </p><p> MDC's tag team Brains and Brawn(Skip and Dean) beat the New Rockers (Bob Holly and Marty) to build some momentum. Skip and Dean will probably face off with the Steiners for the gold down the line. Half the locker room is now tense with Marty - thanks HBK.</p><p> </p><p> Razor didn't want to do the job for the MDC's HHH, so he got beat down 3 on 1 by the Brain and Brawn & HHH. Razor will form a team for Survivior Series against he Corporation.</p><p> </p><p> Bret beat Isaac Yankem by Submission. Piper on Raw said that if Bret could beat Yankem, he'd get five minutes alone with Lawler. Lawler got bailed by King Mabel, who attacked Bret. Taker runs in for the save, and Piper lowers the cage! Taker beats Mabel. Lawler will form a team, and Bret will too for Survivor Series.</p><p> </p><p> Bundy has blamed Ahmed for causing his departure from the MDC, and has teamed up with Bob Backlund to teach the young man some respect. Ahmed took care of Bundy, and is aiming for Bob next.</p><p> </p><p> Goldust got in a mini-feud with Savio, and got the win on the pre-show. On to the Series!</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Drop Diesel and replace him with HBK. Give him at least 17 world title runs. Nothing can go wrong.</p>

  10. My first thought was they were trying to shoehorn as many women as they could so they could run a women and royal rumble.

That said, not sure this is the best approach. Could have easily just used NXT talent in the rumble and I don’t think think anyone would have batted an eye.

Whatever though, I’ve loved Ruby and Logan for years. Two of the sweetest and hardworking talents out there.

I have no idea why everyone is so keen on a female Royal Rumble. Makes no sense to me. Nothing against women's wrestling, but the WWE is a promotion that has a primary focus of male wrestling and the Royal Rumble, even though there have been some bad editions, is supposed to be a once in a year thing. Not a "hey let's do one for women's too because equality and all that." Looks like simple politics to me. Like I said, nothing against women's wrestling, but there are plenty of many other ways to elevate women's wrestling in the company other than throwing a half baked female RR that no one (meaning the average audience) will even care about in the first place. Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

I guess I can turn it off but I would like to play the game with everything on. I can't seem to ever beat PSW or RIPW even after I had upped production. My guys just aren't as good and I like to stay realistic and not just hire a ton of top guys.</p><p> </p><p> Any advice. Should I just play without it on? (I wish National Battles would stay on, regardless)</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> National Battles are mostly won based on the overness of your main eventers. If your top guys are more over than the competition, than you're on the fast track for winning them. That simple.</p>

Trump could then could retaliate by filing an antitrust suit against the WWE. You could even have the president take to twitter to bury Vince, talking about his relationship with Jimmy Snuka, buying off TV Networks/PPV Broadcasters in the 80s or the allegations against Patterson. I'll admit it's a bit of a stretch, but it's similar enough to what happened with James Comey and Jeff Sessions among others that you'd have a solid base for the discussion.</p><p> </p><p><strong> [You can read now]</strong></p><p> </p><p> If you wanted to go a step further, since NXT sometimes doesn't start as a 'development company' for WWE, maybe Stephanie gets NXT too.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> But this would mean NXT would break from WWE. Only The Big Dog will beat Lesnar. It is what it is. Do you guys remember the days where Lesnar actually lost a match here and there, once in a while? Cena, Taker, Triple H. Heck, even Goldberg. 16. Declining ratings, Vince feels the business has passed him by, so the only thing he can do is hand it off to the next generation. Vince's greatest attribute is in knowing the big picture (per Pritchard Podcasts) and he knows they need a change to take them into a new generation.

Or, getting more political, the backlash of Linda being prominent in the current administration has shined a bad light on WWE. In an effort to distance themselves from the political drama that consumes America, Vince sees declining ratings as a referendum to "shake things up" and remove himself from the equation.

Finally, Shane and Stephanie have a falling out. Steph hated him for leaving and things finally come to a boiling point. Steph issues an ultimatum to Vince that it's me or him, but one of us have to go. Vince knows his time is short and eventually falls on the side of his son. Shane not only has the money in his business ventures outside WWE but pulls a page out of Vince's playbook when he buys the territory from his dad, leaving Steph and Hunter on the outs.

Not a bad idea, since it's a trending thing right now, but I don't want to divide the brands and I wanna keep Vince. Being involved in a scandal would mean making more sense to dismiss him from the company.

  18. I did it. Ran with The Undertaker for about three years while he was toxic. Was my World champion for a good while during it. As long as you keep putting on good shows and getting good ratings, it's pretty easy to stay ahead of it. I never once noticed my pop or prestige or anything else dropping because of it.

Good to hear, especially if one of my pet projects ever gets that event. :D
