There are ofc much more options than in EWR to simulate these finishes though, like the cheap win and others, for specific finishes.</p>

I share the same thoughts. I like Enzo, we all know his value...but that whole kinda Guido gimmick...so not my cup of tea. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  4. I've always been a PES-lover and last year's edition was pretty sweet. Haven't played the demo yet but I probably will soon.

The story mode in FIFA will basically be a BeAPro-mode with cutscenes. It will be better because of it but it'll still be unwanted given you want to play with the whole team. Unless the AI suddenly became good.

    I beg to disagree.

Well deserved.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Just before Trips came I was thinking they should really turn Seth and how the only valid way of doing so would be exactly by being screwed by Trips, since he was on his side for 2 years. And it actually happened. GG WWE and Raw. Congratz to Owens, lets hope this leads to good stuff and to the actual and aforementioned Seth turn.</p>
  6. Nikki got a face reaction at SummerSlam (and because she has a ton of fans despite being predominantly heel) and Carmella got no reaction so they did a quick double turn. Came off a little rushed but I don't mind. Look how stubborn Vince is with turning guys like Reigns and Rollins. It's clear which show Vince is running and which show is being given creative licence to flourish.

You mean between Raw and SD? Because I see no creative flourish in any of them right now. Let's see how it evolves.

  7. Can a wrongful termination lawsuit fail?I've literlally just had to pay nearly $100000 to a guy I fired after he literally argued with fans two times then beat someone up backstage.I don't believe any real life court would award him the case.

I also don't understand how this works. I mean at least we could have some new firing reasons (easier to use but riskier to succeed without a lawsuit) to justify those lawsuits. Then again, i can see a lawyer destroying one's claim to rightful termination based on a reason of arguing with fans. Does any reason cause it, or just a few? In all honesty i never kept track. I assume it's random.

  8. Ambrose is someone we want to enjoy the journey with. We want to take every step with him to reach the top of the mountain and will him to do it. But once we get there with him there's nothing less. I think with Dean the thrill was in the chase. As a champ I just can't get behind him.

That could be true, but i still think he can do wonders with good material. He has good ring and mic skills, I believe his booking is not helping at all. I suppose one day we will know for sure. To me the whole "I don't care" routine gets old fast. I mean, it's wrestling. It's always personal and even when they don't care, they should really always care, if that makes sense. I dont think they ever took him seriously. I mean, even when feuding Lesnar he had to cheap shot to get a punch in the man's face. I mean...come on... :D

  9. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Dr_Avalanche" data-cite="Dr_Avalanche" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="25169" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Additionally, I think Dean's pretty dull on the microphone. The gimmick carried him a bit, but man it has been boring to listen to him drone from the guest commentary seat.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> He is not dull, he is great, but his recent stuff has been so incredibly dull. He needs new material, its like WWE doesnt care. The whole Ambrose does not care routine only works until...well...everyone really realizes he never cares. Does not care who he faces, does not care what he does, does not care what is going on, does not care about anything. And the stuff they write for him....so dull. I really wanted Dean as champ, and i hope he has one more ppv as champ and then drops to AJ, who really needs a run...but all things considered, they should go with AJ right now. TNA must be crying hard. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  10. I could not avoid laughing hard after weeks of seeing Daniel and Shane mocking the Universal title's name and then we see the most lazy thought title names and design in history. Really, the Universal championship looks like a badass legit name when compared to something as ridiculously generic as Smacdown's insert title name Championship. I mean...really? This whole brand split looks like one of those games we all have at one point in TEW where we think "Ah, whatever...Imma go with this even if it's lazy, since no one else is really seeing this game anyway."

Smackdown LIVE (it is kind of silly by now, yes) still feels like a B Show regardless of how many Cenas and Ortons they stack up in there. The quality of the storylines may be why, but something else that actually makes it look like a real A show is missing. I expected some bumpy rides when i heard about the brand split, but some things were clearly thought at the last minute here. I can even imagine the meetings where this was discussed.

1st ever meeting discussing the brand split:

Vince: Alright guys, our ratings are getting lower by they day... I have no idea why, since we have Stephie emasculating grown men every week, but damn it...it's time to shake things up again. But how?

Frustrated Writer 1: Perhaps if we could actually change the way in which we...erm...present the storylines? Maybe something not authority related?

Vince: You wut now? You're fired! Who even is this guy? Oh, i know, we should bring Shane back and do a brand split and explore the most used storyline in the book: McMahon vs McMahon! Heck, if we're lucky we will find a way of explaining how i destroyed WCW again!

Frustrated Writer 2: Actually, a brand split is a very good idea, fans have been asking for one for ages now.

Vince: Of course it's a good idea, i just had it now, totally original! I like this guy! Congratz, you're the new head writer! Let's hear your ideas!

Frustrated Writer 2: Huh, thanks. Well, i think we should start by carefully defining both brands with specific name titles and very planed and diferent ideas to make both brands original.

Stephanie: Oh daddy, daddy, we need to find a way to make me the center of attention in all of this!

Vince: But of course, honey! Let's get to work.

Vince whispers to Stephanie: Title names....ha! We're gonna need a new head writer.

Some time later, in a more recent meeting...

Vince: We have a brand split going on, why hasn't anyone thought of new title names and designs? This makes us look like amateurs!

Random messenger guy walks in the room: A package came for you, Mr McMahon, it's related to Smackdown.

Vince: That is brilliant, son! Smackdown name themed championships! Take a seat, you are our new writer, tell me more of your ideas.

Random messenger guy who is now a writer: Well your daughter Stephanie is really very nice.

Vince: Brilliant, you're the new head writer. Such talent! Now lets discuss how to pretend that Brock Lesnar does not have special treatment.

Stephanie whispering: I really like this new head writer, i think we have a winner. (Goes back to normal voice) Oh we can have him doing an F5 on Shane and all is good.

Vince: Brilliant! Stephanie, you are awesome!

And we can imagine the rest from here.

As for Finn, yes, now that we know he was injured it does make much more sense that the match went how it did. But I don't think having 2 world title matches and Brock vs Orton all coming after each other would have done the crowd any favors as well.

  11. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Rampaaage" data-cite="Rampaaage" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="25169" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Sucked to see them so out for the Rollins/Balor match, as it was arguebly my favourite of the night. I mean, don't get me wrong, the belt is incredibly lazy, but still I feel those two deserve better than that kind of reaction.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Disagree. Very underwhelming match, got the reaction it deserved, maybe more than it did. And im a huge Rollins fan and I like Balor, but that was so...meh....Fin was hotshoted to a world title for no good reason in a no good way. Maybe it could have end up working, but that match did not. It did no favors to anyone. I got the impression they had to rush it for time constraint reasons, but maybe that's just me.</p>
  12. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Alan James" data-cite="Alan James" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="25169" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>All would have been ok if Brock gave the other McMahon a f5 to close show. I'm sure that would have been the most satisfying end to a show. Oh well. <p> </p><p> Yes, you certainly know what you're getting with Brock. </p><p> </p><p> Cena vs AJ was one of those matches that remind me why I still like Wrestling. Yes, all their moves were kicked out of, so what? Some reviews painting this as a negative, and we all have our opinion, but I thought this was great. Glad AJ won. Really enjoying him as a heel here.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> AJ and Cena kicking out so much was not a problem at all, it fit the story so well. Problem was them trying to reproduce the same effect in every other match. Cena vs AJ is defs one of the reasons why I still watch WWE these days. Good hype, perfect execution, great story telling and one heck of an ending. That was awesome.</p><p> </p><p> My one problem with this feud was them billing it as a match everyone wanted to see for years. I'm sure when AJ was not on WWE, Cena was not even in the top 5 of dream opponents that most people wanted to see for him when he went to the WWE. But then again, the match was so damn good that even that ended up being good story telling. Lesnar vs. Orton was just garbage with an ending that should not be happening in your 2nd biggest show of the year, considering the quality of the match...but Shane no selling the F5, while dumb, was still beautiful to watch and made me laugh. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>
  13. Why do i need to see the part-timer destroying every single guy? PPV was worth it for that AJ - Cena 5 stars match. That was awesome. Balor vs Rollins was just meh. And Balor won. Eh, i like Balor, and i'm glad someone finally won a world title in their debut ppv, but one episode of WWE explaining why one guy in paint is in paint is not enough to make me care for him being in paint. He will need more to convince me of the whole demon thing on Raw. I also think the almost one month where they promoted the match was not good enough for me to care about Balor winning. But maybe it's just me.
