  1. Do managers in AI companies have clients or am I free to sign any random pairing from a company and make that the reality?
  2. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Hashasheen" data-cite="Hashasheen" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41193" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>I've been obsessed with fantasy booking the Tiger legacy in recent months, so all I can say is that Black Tiger should always be either a catch-based junior or someone from the dojo like Rocky Romero or TJ Perkins. Never a Japanese wrestler, but German, British, Irish, Canadian or American is fine. <p> </p><p> The gimmick should always be the make of a new wrestler, not something you give to someone coming in with a pedigree. Star Quality should be a factor, but I'd make it a secondary filter factor following the regional background.</p></div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I agree with all of this. My issue is that, after you've filtered out the workers that don't fit, how do you choose exactly which one to go with? Do you lean towards higher overness potential but while solid not quite world class in the ring? Do you favor the worker with higher star quality? Or do you go with the excellent worker even though they may never exceed C+ popularity?</p>
  3. I'm trying to pick a new Black Tiger in my NJPW game, but I'm really having a hard time deciding between several options. How do you decide who to give these legacies to? Is it based on potential overness gains or talent level? Is it based on star quality, or being as close to the original as possible with regards to ability?
  4. Can I get these two pics cut, and possibly put on the NJPW background from the Factions Pack? Or even just the .png's would be great. Thanks! Yui Imaizuimi Sayako Ito

Nothing wrong with turning a Tag-Team into a trio and if Archer retires at some point, you still have the name.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I hadn't considered that, but I like that more! I could even have them win the NEVER Openweight Six Man titles in Hager's debut. Thanks!</p>
  6. Lance Archer is on time decline and his contract will be expiring before the World Tag League, so I need a replacement for the Killer Elite Squad, which is a shame, because I love that name so much. I'm considering just letting him leave quietly (after being announced for the tournament) and get replaced before the tournament. Enter Jake Hager, the newest member of Suzuki-gun, and an excellent fit as a badass heel teaming with Davey Boy. I'm considering the name Shooter Elite Squad, playing up Hager's mat skills, but I'm not sure how I feel about it, so I'm looking to get some feedback.
  7. Cappyboy, I'm right there with you. This is the second time I've seen you bring this up in recent weeks, and I myself have suggested this a couple times, as well. Three months is a wonderful improvement. Now we just hope for the PM Phase-style booking screen!
  8. Yeah, this is beautiful! I'm really excited for this!
  9. I'd like to set up an Alliance between myself and my developmental companies. What settings should I use to avoid other companies from joining?
  10. It's funny, I'm currently playing the same type of game. Rebranded JCP as NWA, but my plan is to get Kerry Von Erich clean and build around him. There has to be someone younger available that you can build up a little over the next year?
  11. Wow, that's exciting news! I want several self-sustainable companies making me money each month, so higher ratings means higher profits! ----------------- I'm doing a very slow build of a stable, including the introduction of several new characters. I've run the exact same 1 minute "Vignette: A dark and cryptic video plays utilizing demonic symbols and imagery" angle on every show for the last six weeks of television. How long do you guys usually go? How many weeks is too many weeks?
  12. The more I think about it, the more I realize what are, in essence, freestyle gimmicks is something that would open everything up for me because, as Adam mentioned, it would encompass literally everything. Anything that limits data while somehow allowing for infinite possibilities sounds like an obvious win-win.

  14. You made me think about Bo's old gimmick, and now I want to team him with Mojo Rawley as Bolieve The Hype.
  15. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="cappyboy" data-cite="cappyboy" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="41263" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>Given that "Bo Dallas" is one of the most ordinary, generic names the E has ever labored anybody with, how about you call them Plainly Awesome?</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I agree with the idea, but it hits my ear wrong lol. How does Simply Awesome sound?</p>
  16. I'm also intrigued. Certainly not something I expected to see today. The skin looks great!
  17. He's going to teach him how to do Duggan's famous Hos! This will make him the Best in the World at least 15 years earlier than expected.
  18. I usually do, too, retiring those titles right off the bat. But this time, I want to do some things I haven't really considered before. My original idea was, in a lot of ways, too simple for me. Essentially, after the Midnight Express win the titles, Cornette does his "we're the best / fighting champions" shtick. TBS commissions new titles, awards them to Cornette's legendary tag team, and pays him $50,000 to build the prestige of the NWA World Television Tag Team Championship. Yes, the intention is weekly title defenses, generally against jobbers because it's 1987. It's a way to break in the young tag teams on their way up, such as The Steiner Brothers, who are likely the first team to unseat the inagural champions. What does Jim Cornette do with the $50,000? Leaning towards a mercenary, like Bam Bam Bigelow, but he does have an enforcer in Big Bubba Rogers, so perhaps I haven't finished brainstorming.
  19. I've suggested this before, and asked Adam directly in this thread, but didn't get an answer. Still hoping it's announced soon, as I think it's the last thing on my wish list.
  20. Any ideas on storylines to rename a title? Essentially, JCP 1987, I want to rename the short-lived NWA United States Tag Team Championship to the NWA World Television Tag Team Championship so that I can use the former name for the alliance instead. How should I go about this? I'm leaning towards a "network decision" with an edict by TBS but that feels so cheap. Has anyone had any success renaming established, or even in this case, short-lived titles?

I've always hoped we could have actual date. 28 days per month isn't an issue with me, I just wish it allowed for January 4th, March 6th, etc.</p>
  22. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="Adam Ryland" data-cite="Adam Ryland" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="46105" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>That may be so, but it doesn't mean it's a good thing to put in the game. Having to pre-book every single tour show? That's going to get really tedious, really quickly, for even the most hardcore player.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> Right.</p><p> </p><p> But if we choose to, when we pre-book, is it the standard booking screen we get in PM mode? And would that screen be loaded automatically when we reach the show? And how far in advance could we do so?</p>
  23. <blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-username="joshspicer" data-cite="joshspicer" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="46726" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div>What makes this whole thing weird is that, in real life, Jericho would probably easily job to Page.</div></blockquote><p> </p><p> I think he's going to.</p><p> </p><p> I love the idea of the bribe being part of the match. "Chris Jericho is furious over the booking of the match, and has requested $100,000 to accept the match as presently contructed."</p>
  24. <p>Started a game with a 2014 mod. Retired Wrestler Mick Foley, when pushed as an active wrestler, is not on the Time Decline list. He "should not be pushed as an in-ring competitor" but his stats are really good. What are the potential cons to using him as a top star, which itself would work to a massive benefit for me?</p><p> </p><p> I had this come up with Dusty Rhodes once, too. I wanted to use him, but for whatever reason felt morally opposed to it.</p><p> </p><p> Can I use him? Would you?</p>
