Apologies to those who missed predictions for that show. I just need to speed up the pace at the moment because I'm writing super quickly (still off work due to Covid). I still have 8 shows fully written and formatted, and am half way through the 9th. That includes two long Tag Tournament TV Specials, and the big Mid-Season Finale. <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #fafae6; margin:10px;background: #fffff2; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> Howdy folks, it's Greg Sluchinski from the Pro Wrestling Reporter here, taking you through some of the big stories of the week in professional wrestling. And sadly, we're going to begin with some more deaths from within the business. There were three this week from various parts of the world: Dylan Sidle, Super Joshuya and Arnold Westberry all passed away in another sad week fro wrestling. Sammy Bach had his third SWF outing this week. He lost eight matches in a row on his way out the door with TCW, and he's now 0 and 3 in SWF, after a loss to Atom Smasher. I predicted a while back that he would be a big player in the WAR for domination of the USA and the world wrestling scene. But I was wrong. He's now 0 and 11 in his last 11 matches, and being jobbed down the card by both TCW and SWF. One fact I did not mention, is that before Bach's contract came up for renewal, he had WON his first NINE matches of 2020!! So he's gone from 9 wins on the bounce, to 11 defeats on the bounce in his 20 matches in 2020. That's all we have time for today folks, sorry it's a brief one. A very strong show from the Australian company, despite no Swoop McCarthy once again... </div> <div style="padding: 15px; border: 3px solid #fafae6; margin:10px;background: #fffff2; max-width:100%;box-shadow: 0 3px 12px ";"> Well, throwing everything at the Main Event worked well. That's our third best Main Event of the year! And I can actually admit I was wrong last week. The roster stepped up again this week, and did a great job in Swoop McCarthy's absence. I'd like to pick out Frogue Element, Blake Belushi and Captain Wrestling II in particular... Will Beaumont also sold well, and Luke Steele still looks like a badass. I'm looking forward to next week's Main Event fatal four way! A few backstage notes here... Marvin McKenzie (no relation) fixed up an old Karaoke Machine at the arena, so after the show we all had a sing-song in the back. Marv was superb, sung a couple of tunes I don't recognise. Damn I'm getting' old. But the star of the show was Spin Doctor. Maaaan that guy can sing! My Way by Sinatra had everyone singing along, but his voice in the bits nobody knew was amazing. Big props to him. He's come a long way with me in a few short months. Nicky Gilbert disappeared for a little while, and when he came back he had bought pizza for everyone!! Said something about selling a car and using rentals from now on so having some extra cash. Rick Stantz was once again passing on tips on psychology to Brodie Lachlan in the back. Fair play to him. I never really had huge plans for Stantz when I first got here. But he's impressed me since his return/debut. Not just with things like this, but in the ring. His match with Quiz Master blew. Me. Away. It's in our top 20 matches of the year so far! Amazing work, from both men. I have an idea of what to do with Stantz over the next couple of shows, that's going to help get him over. I don't have him booked for either Tag Tournament TV Specials. This week, a couple of guys showed up to the show in fantastic shape. Spiffy Stan Standish and Isaac Taylor have dramatically improved their looks in terms of muscles, and size. They've both become more marketable, and look great for it. Isaac is getting a small push right now. It'll be interesting to see how he does with a bit of a rocket up his ass! Anyway, I have a couple of tricky shows to book. Gotta get outta here. </div>

I'm sick a you pushing Will around like this... So tonight, I'm gonna teach you a lesson... Zucco's involvement was crucial, because Brodie and Matty had built up some serious momentum. It turned out that Lynx, Heath Murdock, Horton Ravenwood, Autumn Gleason and Maurice Jackson were all drinking at the same bar last weekend... Party Central were celebrating Marcus Kerr and Matt Stoppard's 27th and 26th Birthdays with the 3AM Boys, and Autumn evidently invited Lynx along... They were all together, when Maurice Jackson walked up to the bar... He and Lynx caught each other's eye, and an argument began... Lynx offered Jackson outside a couple of times, but in the end 'The King' shoved his rival backwards and over a bar stall!! Lynx landed hard... The shove and the landing brought everyone else to their feet... The 3AM Boys and Party Central grabbed Jackson, with Heath taking hold of his neck in a headlock, and pulled him away from Lynx!! When Lynx got back to his feet, he'd been cut on the back of his head... Autumn Gleason and someone we didn't know was there; Loxley Robbins, stepped in and told him to cool off and leave Jackson alone... Stoppard, Heath and Horton escorted Jackson to the door, while Kerr spoke to the bar staff and security guard... Jackson was shown laughing the whole way out the door... The rest of the CCTV saw everyone convincing Lynx not to go after Jackson, and to stay and party... They were all on the same page too, and were helped massively by the fans' reactions to their every move. Everyone in the audience was desperate to see Frogue get his comeuppance, but he hid behind Steele and the in-form Belushi, cowering away from physical contact unless one of his opponents were down and in trouble. In the end though, Frogue's team wouldn't have won without him. He slipped around the side of the ring to pull Loxley's ankle off the apron, sending him crashing head first into the ring steps. Frogue then brawled with Captain Wrestling II, all the while, Will Beaumont desperately needed a tag! Steele tagged Belushi in, who was able to kick a wounded Captain off the apron too. He then caught the exhausted Beaumont with an 'Axe Kick' that knocked him onto his back, and he was easily pinned! Yeah ya know, it's really interesting you say that! I feel the same... In their bio it mentions how they used to be the top tag team in RAW, then younger teams came along and they moved down the card over time. Now they're being groomed for a future role as Road Agents, etc... But they're only 35 and 36! They've got years left in them yet! Especially as I only use them in matches twice a month at most. ** Rick Stantz is also 36, so I just checked the database, and he is exactly one month younger than Quiz Master, and over a year older than Quizzical Mark Question. There ya go fact fans!! ** Thank you my friend. Frogue's story is only just beginning really. He started the diary as Champion, but I kind of booked myself into a corner there by putting him with Swoop when he wasn't over enough to beat Swoop. I could have done a DQ shmoz, but I had other ideas for him... I'm currently writing July Week 2 (the next show to post is May Week 2) so I'm 2 months ahead of where you're reading, and Frogue is actually now my most popular Major Star for various reasons! When I began the game, I had only Swoop as a Major Star. Then Frogue came up, and I now have four. But Frogue has more overness in Oceania than even Swoop now Glad you like The Masterminds. I've said before that I want to create catchphrases for all my guys, and theirs is certainly fun to write and have fun with. "SILENCE, for I have a question!" from Quiz Master, followed by "FOR THE RECORD!" from Mark is what they say each and every time they 'interview' someone. More often than not, they offend the person they shove the microphone into the face of, and it leads to a match! Maurice, Maurice, Maurice. When the save began, he was my most over heel, but as stories have progressed and injuries to certain guys have happened, he's been needed away from the Main Event scene. I've managed to maintain his popularity in Oceania, it's just that three other guys have leapfrogged him (Frogue and I won't tell you who else) so now he's the 3rd most over heel, and 5th overall. His feud with Lynx is good, as you say. But I know I can do better with him. He has to win the feud, because he's a cut above Lynx. But he has to do it in a way that keeps Lynx strong. A man of Jackson's talents won't be as low as 5th for long!

Agree with this so much! Will is where Kian wants to be! In my save, Will bodged a move in an early match between them, and they now have simmering tension, which I think is very apt. Another wild week in the world of Professional Wrestling. I'll just let you know some of the highs, and the lows, here. Kicking off again sadly, with two more members of the wrestling family passing away. We lost Fabulous Frank and Warlord Pain this week, and it saddens me every single time I have to write these down. Both taken far too soon. 21CW continue to not extend the contracts of their future stars. Kelly Martin and Wade Orson were the first two names not offered a new deal when theirs expired. And now this week, Yuri Iliakov became the next name not extended. They have taken on six new graduates from the National School of Wrestling this year, so thoughts are they're just making space. Still, some strange names to let go like that. All three are excellent talents with great work ethics! TCW expanded their operations into Canada this week. Their events will be shown on U-Demand Canada – a cable based pay-per-view provider, while weekly TV is heading to Canadian I-Broadcasting, a commercial internet site, only streamable in Canada. This is a shrewd business move from TCW, with other non Canadian companies like USPW, SWF and 21CW having a presence on Canadian Television and pay-per-view. And finally for now, major star 'The Elation Sensation' Sammy Bach made his first two appearances with SWF this week. Seen as a major player in the war to be the number one company in the world, Bach was jobbed out on his way out of TCW. He lost 8 matches in a row on TV and PPV. Then when he arrived in SWF, to much hype, he lost his first two matches there too. Not exactly the best start to his time in the company, but as I said, his skills make him a valuable asset to SWF. I said last week that so many guys stepped up, but in truth we missed our top guy this week. I can book around it, and I have a plan for next week that involves just throwing everything at the Main Event, but I'm concerned about the two big Tag Tournament shows. If we don't hit a good rating at those shows, then 3 out of 4 of our events this year would have bombed, and my job could be on the line! Not only that, but we're being left behind by 'the big three' in the USA... 21CW in the UK, and even CWA in Canada. Speaking of the tag tournament, I've finalised the plans, and I'm going to be bringing up TWO tag teams from developmental to compete as two of the eight teams. One impressed me in the recent Easter Golden Egg Hunt show. The other is a couple of new signings I've made. If they do well in the Tournament, they might find they have a spot on the main roster sooner rather than later. Final thought for now, Rick Stantz is already proving an excellent mentor to Brodie Lachlan. He passed on some tips on psychology when we last all met up, and I told Rick I appreciated it. Time will tell where their relationship goes, but I already know I have big plans for both of them. </div>

Keeping up with all the big boys, and overtaking CWA on TV. Their monthly special was their second highest rated show of the year, which also helped pull their average there up too. As for a winner, the spoils were shared out in April, with 21CW putting on the best TV show in weeks 2 and 3, SWF having the best of week 1, and the best average, and TCW putting on the best show of week 4! As for PPV, USPW, TCW and 21CW all pulled 87s for their events, which equalled the best of the year so far! CWA were the only disappointment as they still attempt to find their feet. </div>
