  1. 21CW Presents: What the FUTURE of Kingdom looked like… With the new TEW IX coming out when it did, it lead to a natural end for this 16 month (real time) and 10 month (game time) diary… I decided to put together a little “what would have happened” summary… Trying to cover as many people as possible... 21CW World Heavyweight Champion Wade Orson dodged a bullet when Tommy Cornell opted to head to United… His reign was set to continue with a career defining victory over Rogue, meaning he could boast about beating the two greatest British wrestlers of all time… A win over Clifford Wilson on TV would allow him to say he’d beaten the THREE greatest British wrestlers of all time, leading to an eventual feud with Adam Matravers (to go for the fourth)… Adam would beat him by DQ, and pin him clean on TV, but eventually lose, leading to Orson’s reign going almost a year… I was torn between Loxley and Roly Muckletruck eventually taking the Title… Roly had a lot of momentum and is a lot of fun to write for, so I’d say he was probably the next Champion!! As mentioned, a feud in early 2021 against Wade Orson, would lead to a DQ win over the Champ on Pay-Per-View and pinning him on TV… but eventually, Orson would pin him to retain… Adam versus Blake Belushi could have been lots of fun to write as well… and a strong showing against Landon Mallory would have also helped get him to the World Title shot… Then I think I planned to retire him in a year or so from now, with a feud against Beast Bantom… Loxley did such an amazing job at the top of the card, it would have felt odd to not give him a World Title run eventually… His feud with Blake Belushi will never be over, and his feud with Daniel Black Francis would take a twist in the coming months too… While they worked together for a while, there was always a sense that Loxley got opportunities that DBF could have gotten, if Lox wasn’t in his way… This would eventually lead to DBF turning heel, and forming a super stable with Landon Mallory, Fabian Schwarz, Hans Piccard, and newcomers Fink Finkleton and Kalu Owusu!! Belushi versus Rogue was next on my list… One final match between these former friends, would see Beast take some time off before an eventual return… I’d considered teaming him up with Mass Hulk and Yuri Iliakov, but I found every time I came to it in my mind, I thought they’d be ‘too strong’, or ‘too dominant’ a group… Beast’s feud was going to be with The Lee FamiLee, so more on those guys later… As for Roly, his fun character would lead to a long-term build to Roly vs War Machine, with the big charismatic Scot eventually being beaten in their first encounter… I’d then write another long build to Roly/War Machine II… this time, Roly would win, and move on up the card… Adonis’ arrival on Kingdom would take some time, using vignettes with Rolling Johnny Stones and Luke Cool to establish the group as a bunch of friends who like to gamble… They’d stay linked with Beast Bantom, as the big man had been helpful to Adonis and co, when they were part of the House Of Business stable over on United… Adonis has so much potential, while Stones seemed on the decline at times… So I could see a world where Cool went off and did his own thing while Stones retired… however, I could also see a Tag Title run in their future too… The Wilson Brothers’ tag team run would end up in a Title reign together, but first they had to get past The Hammers… Mass Hulk and Yuri Iliakov STOLE Antithesis’ fire extinguisher, and it brought them luck, so they refused to give it back… We’d eventually get a ladder match with the thing hanging up there… I had Antithesis setting it off in Yuri’s face from the top of the ladder, leading to him falling off and through some tables, and allowing Antithesis and Clifford Wilson to win… My favourite thing about this diary... The Lee FamiLee... The long tease of the break-up of the Lee FamiLee…!! Kathleen Lee headed to United, so the four boys would remain, but doubts began to be put into the FamiLee’s minds, about who they could and couldn’t trust within the group… This was orchestrated by Beast Bantom, who would spend weeks and months trying to convince them that one of them doesn’t ‘fit’… which would lead to a LOT of speculation… Was it, Gorilla Lee? The biggest of the group… Could it have been Cousin Konrad? "His surname isn’t even Lee… It’s Konrad…!!” ...and yet, nobody would turn on the others… Eventually, Konrad would grow tired of being constantly doubted, and put in for a transfer to United… thus leaving his ‘FamiLee’ behind, and becoming a BIG babyface on the Red Brand…!! After his exit, Gorilla Lee began to doubt his two Cousins… and be mad that Konrad was no longer around… He’d eventually turn heel, and become one of Cliff King’s ‘Giant Clients’… Andrew and JK sneakily had ‘Great Chemistry’ as tag team partners, so after a feud with Gorilla, and then a big pay-per-view spot against Gorilla AND War Machine, they’d enter the tag ranks and feud with the likes of Storm and Sifu… The Bern Boys… The Booth… and The Hammers!! Overall, probably the most talented guy on the roster… His story would really kick into gear when Fink Finkleton formed his ‘Commonwealth’ stable… Bringing in muscle in the form of Kalu Owusu, and taking on the tag team of the Bern Boys, the group would eventually convince Daniel Black Francis that Loxley Robbins is no good for him, and he would turn heel to join them… I saw a 1 year build to Landon being kicked out of the group, in a kind of ‘Rock outgrows The Nation of Domination’ type of way, making Landon a big time babyface… Not a huge amount to say about Merle… I really like him, but he has next to no entertainment skills, and so his backstage stuff always fell a little flat… I considered a veteran tag team run with Leo Price, and also a heel turn where he just taught the likes of Cain Carlisle and Juan Mendoza harsh lessons… but he was a little up in the air… I could have also let him go to be fair, due to being the wrong side of 40, but he’s so good in the ring and his ratings were solid every time he performed… The Tag Team Division: When Storm and Sifu won the Titles, they had no real challengers to worry too much about, and if the rosters had stayed the same, they could have held them for a year!! The Booth, The Northern Lights and The Welsh Wizards weren’t ready… The Underdogs and Nightmare/Ruin weren’t good enough… The Lee FamiLee and The Brat Pack are good teams, but they were both a step below where Storm and Sifu are at, and had other stories going on... and the former Champs (Burton and Mallory) were place holders and never truly a tag team… However, post-draft, the dominant Hammers came over… as did Stones and Cool… and the Wilson Brothers… so Crouching Storm, Hidden Sifu suddenly had a whole different set of challenges… The Bern Boys are super talented too, and with a bit of work, would have been ready to fight for the Gold… I really like Jon Michael Sharp and Martin Heath too, and they had kind of a ‘magician’ gimmick lined up… Street performers, who tricked and hoodwinked their opponents in a classy way… (think Eddie Guerrero but with magic)... A feud with Stones and Cool (the gamblers) would have been fun, involving Sharp and Heath winning some money by ‘gimmicking’ a deck of cards… Plenty of fun characters in this tag division for sure… The Booth would eventually break up, with Grandmaster Phunk annoying me and being released… I might have left Buck and Dangermouth together, as both are excellent on the mic, and at 11 years younger, Dangermouth (21) was just starting to ‘get it’ in the ring… DJ Reason is a strong manager, but I may have transitioned him into an announcer role… or maybe a GM instead of Colin Chalke, who was never going to be strong enough to contend with Dan Stone Jr. over on United… Fun to write for, Rogue would have blurred the lines between face and heel for his entire run… He’d call his rivals ‘darling’ and ‘sweetheart’, which is something William Regal and Fit FInlay used to do backstage IRL apparently… He’d lose his feud with Wade Orson, but would always be trying to get back there… He’d beat War Machine, and help out Martin Heath and Jon Michael Sharp in their feud with the gambling group of Mark Adonis, Rolling Johnny Stones and Luke Cool… I think I saw a two year run for him, so I’d have probably had Beast Bantom retire him, just like he did Adam Matravers… in some kind of, ‘Legend Killer’ style gimmick… The conundrum that is War Machine… I really liked his Best Of Seven Series with BEDLAM… but I couldn’t go back to that format again with anyone else as it would have cheapened it… Instead, I’d have him lose to Cousin Konrad in their feud, and then build to mega ‘dream matches’ as his career continued… Gorilla Lee… Roly Muckletruck… and then eventually, a babyface turn that saw him be beaten up BY Gorilla Lee, and kicked to the curb by Cliff King… War Machine would then take on his old friends Mark Adonis and Mass Hulk… and the likes of Beast Bantom and the Commonwealth Stable (DBF, Landon Mallory etc.)… I had a lot planned for him, but nothing too ‘meaty’… just dream matches against the big guys… The Rest: Leo Price: He may have been Beast Bantom’s first victim on his ‘Legend Killer’ kind of streak… I really like Price! Cain Carlisle: Fun babyface, who was always good as a jobber… I’d probably give him a short winning streak to establish him on Kingdom… He was improving well in all areas… Phil Harmonic and Edison Silva: With Kelvin Badberry gone, these two would eventually feud with Edison having enough of being slapped by Harmonic… Edison would turn face and win the feud, but they’d always be linked… I’d planned a Cruiserweight Division and stolen / edited some Belt designs for it (and a Hardcore division on United, more on that later)… so Harmonic would have been the first Cruiserweight Champion… The rest of the Cruiserweight Division would have been: JK Lee, Cain Carlisle, Lone Turtle, Sharp & Heath, Vinny Vigilante, Edison Silva, and maybe Storm, Sifu, Konrad and possibly Adam Matravers…!! Lone Turtle / Lone Wolf: The ‘will they, won’t they’ story of 21CW… Turtle wanted a tag team, Wolf did not… Turtle would eventually stick The Underdogs under masks as ‘Lone Panda’ and ‘Lone Tiger’, to try and get Wolf on side, but it would just anger the youngster more and more, before eventually he changed his name!! Wolf is VERY talented, and at 18 was only going to improve lots… A new name was needed for sure… As for Turtle, he was played by Augustus Bumblescoop / Arthur T. Turtle, in case you didn’t know Juan Mendoza: Originally, I saw a tag team with his ‘Cousin’ Buff Martinez… they had an excellent chemistry note, they’re both Spanish… Kathleen Lee ‘liked’ him (yeah, in that way!) so I saw her falling for him, and turning on Buff in maybe a year… HOWEVER… When the draft shook out, they ended up on separate shows, so I probably would have built Mendoza up a bit, and then had him as one of the victims of The Commonwealth, and jobbing for a year! Don’t sleep on Juan Mendoza… On the new game, he’ll be high on my list of potential signings for whatever company I end up running with! Vinny Vigilante: Jobber, and will always be one. I considered a ‘super hero’ gimmick for him, but that would have probably turned him babyface, and I needed a heel who always lost, so he’d have remained there… Nightmare & Ruin: Strong, dominant, tag team… Makes it hard to write them as jobbers… I may have put them with Phil Harmonic as an ‘upgrade’ to Edison Silva and Kelvin Badberry… Gulliver: Eh. Since leaving United to go to Kingdom, and not being Chuck Frisby’s muscle anymore, he’d have probably been used very little and eventually released… Only 18, but not much up side… Hardly even any menace… Potential signings / promotions from Developmental: Dylan Drama Bret Heartbreak Magnus Cage and Steffan Strucker as a young German tag team Jamie Atherton The Online Onslaught Results: Wade Orson over Rogue to retain the 21CW World Heavyweight Title Roly Muckletruck, Andrew Lee and Cousin Konrad over Beast Bantom, War Machine and Mark Adonis Landon Mallory over Daniel Black Francis to win the 21CW National Title Blake Belushi over Loxley Robbins Storm and Sifu over Gorilla Lee and JK Lee to retain the 21CW Kingdom Tag Team Titles The Hammers (Mass Hulk & Yuri Iliakov) over The Wilson Brothers (Clifford Wilson & Antithesis) We’d also have Cousin Konrad cost The Lee FamiLee their Tag Title match (accidentally), and an interaction between the former three members of The Men Of Steel (Mark Adonis, War Machine and Mass Hulk)…
  2. TCW Presents: Tuesday, January 25th, 2022 Calling the action: Shawn Doakes, Kyle Rhodes and Jasmine Saunders Overall Rating: 75 We opened the show with ‘The Elation Sensation’ Sammy Bach heading to the ring, to a huge ovation… but he wasn’t out there to smile, hype up the crowd like normal, or enjoy his night… He had an update on Aaron ‘Ace’ Andrews… Sammy Bach: “I’ve been asked to provide this update, and speak on behalf of ‘Ace’… He’s uhh… Recovering well from the attack… and he wanted me to tell you all this… What The Behemoths did last week… was TOO FAR… and they’re going to pay…!! At Malice In Wonderland… Ace and I… are gonna face Killer Shark and Titan…!! IN A TAG TEAM MATCH...!!” Bach hyped up the crowd now, his demeanour changing, and told them the two big men are going to be taken down a foot or two… Sammy Bach: “And if Ace isn’t cleared in time… Which he should be… Then I’ll go it alone…!!” ‘Dynamic’ Duke Freeman [vs] Joshua Taylor Joshua Taylor continued his impressive start to 2022 with a good win here, over the youngster ‘Dynamic’ Duke Freeman. On 9 minutes, he locked in his brilliant ‘Butterfly Lock’ (Double Underhook Lifting Lock), and made the rookie tap out! Winner: Joshua Taylor Rating: 61 A couple of announcements next, as the commentators ran through some additions to this weekend’s Malice In Wonderland card…!! With Freddy Huggins out injured, Roderick Remus will step into his place, and team with Matt Hocking to defend the TCW World Tag Team Titles against the Number One Contenders: Devine Fortune… This change will see a new reign begin, whatever the outcome… T-Bone Bright and Wolf Hawkins have been at each others’ throats for months, and it’s time to see them do battle on pay-per-view… Bright and Hawkins 1 on 1 is the latest addition to a stellar Malice In Wonderland card… When the TCW Television Title was first created, it was defended only on TV… However, this feud between new Champion Mighty Mo, and Flint Slater of The Syndicate, looks to be taking things to a whole new level… so at Malice In Wonderland, Mo and Flint go 1 on 1, with the Television Title very much on the line!! One Man Army & Human Arsenal [vs] The Elite (Eddie Chandler & Nate Johnson) One Man Army and Human Arsenal, affectionately known as the ‘Two Man Arsenal’ by the commentators in this one, were out to prove a point tonight. It felt like everything they did was ‘for’ Doc Hammond, who they are trying to convince to leave The Syndicate. Doc didn’t show up in this one, and One Man Army was able to score the win with his ‘Guided Missile’ (Northern Lights Bomb) on Eddie Chandler. Winners: One Man Army & Human Arsenal Rating: 60 Nick Booth was backstage next, ready for a promo… Nick Booth: “This is a message for Killer Shark, and especially Titan… I… HATE being called ‘Little Titan’… and you can threaten me with a Body Bag, I don’t care… DON’T call me that again… I may be smaller than you… but I’m 255lbs… I am NOT little anything…!!” Bradley Blaze walked up, and looked Booth up and down… The 277lb Cowboy smirked as he looked down, and muttered ‘Little Titan’ under his breath… This set Booth off, and ‘Nasty’ Nick slammed into him… before throwing him over a table and to the floor…!! Booth jumped on him and began raining down punches, before backstage workers broke it up…!! The announce team said that people should just NOT call Nick Booth ‘Little Titan’… Next week, it’s Part III of the ‘Troy Story’, where Troy Tornado will discuss his huge injury in 2011, and how the last decade has gone as a result… 'Troy Story III' - Coming Next week... "The Last Decade... and Beyond..." Bart Biggins [vs] Quentin ‘The Drama’ Queen Solid match again here, between the veteran Bart Biggins, and the upstart Quentin Queen. ‘The Drama’ over acted a couple of times, and it began to annoy Biggins. He acted like his leg was broken at one point, after a knee lock that Biggins was able to hold for a few seconds before Queen got to the ropes. For the finish, Queen was again complaining he was hurt – holding his eye as if Biggins had poked it. With the referee distracted, Queen stuck a thumb in Biggins’ eye, and hit his ‘Q-Ball’ Pancake Facebuster! Winner: Quentin Queen Rating: 58 Backstage, Jeremie Courtney and Vita were shown watching Quentin Queen in action, before turning to the camera… Jeremie Courtney: “With Vita as my new manager… I am going to take OVER TCW… Everyone here, wants to punch me in the face… and THAT… is why… I’ll be joining The Main Event, in Freddy Huggins’ absence… They need a third guy, and I will be that guy…!!” Vita nodded along, but she looked like she didn’t want to be there… Her career has dipped since being Edd Stone’s manager, and then dropping down to manage Courtney… He treats her pretty poorly at times too… The announce team asked if The Main Event are aware that Jeremie Courtney will be joining their group or not… w/ ‘The Hands of Stone’ Bradford Peverell [vs] ‘Speedball’ Marc Speed w/ Seth Whitehead A close fought match here, between two excellent and experienced talents. Peverell and Speed hurt each other in this one, with Peverell using his ‘punches in bunches’ to keep Speed at arms-length, while Speed used throws and takedowns to try to make him ‘tap, nap or snap’. The match resembled an MMA fight at times, with Peverell trying to avoid takedowns. In the end, he hit his ‘Dream Left Hook’ as Speed charged at him, and the veteran was knocked out! Winner: ‘The Hands of Stone’ Bradford Peverell Rating: 61 After the match, Seth Whitehead slid into the ring and tried to attack Peverell… but he quickly slid out of it to avoid Whitehead’s attack… Next up, we learned that Tana The Mighty will return in ONE WEEK…!! Tana was taken out by The Syndicate, and hasn’t been seen since… but in seven days, on Total Wrestling, he’ll be back in action, and will look to call out The Syndicate for a fight…!! w/ Elliot Thomas [vs] ‘The Rottweiler’ Flint Slater w/ The Syndicate Elliot Thomas almost beat Flint Slater inside the first ten seconds here, as the cocky Syndicate member walked onto a brutal forearm, and was lucky he landed within reach of the bottom rope! The crowd came unglued at the shot, and at how close Thomas was to winning, but from then on Slater took complete control – with help from Jaylon Martins and Doc Hammond at ringside. Thomas had a late fightback, but he was put away with an ‘Ankle Lock’ in the end! Winner: ‘The Rottweiler’ Flint Slater w/ The Syndicate Rating: 62 All four members of The Syndicate stepped into the ring together, following the conclusion of the match… At Malice In Wonderland, ALL FOUR members of the group will be in action… Wolf Hawkins goes 1 on 1 with T-Bone Bright… Doc Hammond and Jaylon Martins will look to shut One Man Army and Human Arsenal up, and also prove their worth to Hawkins… While Flint Slater, who we just saw defeat Elliot Thomas, will battle Mighty Mo for the TCW Television Title… The group looked extremely dominant in the ring together… and their opponents will be fearful of them… Dazzling Dave Diamond [vs] Jay Chord Great Main Event here, with Triple D showing he can hang with the best young talents in TCW. Jay Chord won’t have wanted a challenge this big, this close to Malice In Wonderland, but arguably it’ll sharpen his skills and his mind at a crucial time, right before a big match and Title defence against Greg Gauge. Chord avoided what would have been a match-winning lariat late on, and hit a springboard flying kick that almost took Diamond’s head off! Chord ended up winning it after slapping Triple D around the face, and then following up the disrespect by hitting a ‘Cradle Piledriver’! Winner: Jay Chord Rating: 79 Jay Chord was victorious, and was very proud of the slap to Triple D… He was also proud of the ‘Slap Heard Around The World’, after he slapped Greg Gauge in the ring last week… and told him he wasn’t ‘ready’ for a match against the TCW World Heavyweight Champion… However… As Chord had his hand raised tonight, Gauge slid into the ring behind him… Gauge span Chord around, and delivered a loud, hard, SLAP… that span Chord back around… and sent him falling to the floor… before rolling out under the bottom rope…!! Gauge grabbed a microphone… and had something to say to Chord… Greg Gauge: “YOU SAY I’M NOT READY…?! I wasn’t ready for you to disrespect me last week… but I should have expected it… YOU… Are not ready… for ME… See you on Sunday…!!” Chord held his cheek, and looked tired, and angry at Gauge…!! The show ended with a shot of Gauge in the corner, stood on the second rope and shouting at his rival… while Chord crawled backwards towards the stage…!!
  3. Absolutely. Especially as you said a lighter background probably doesn't do your images justice. Love what you've been doing!
  4. Guys... this is the final show of my second, more successful, 21CW run. There's a few more posts to come, but the final episode, which I didn't quite finish, is here. Thanks for reading/commenting/predicting. 21CW Presents: Episode 36 Wednesday, Week 3, October 2020 Calling the action: Des Greeves, Martin Bloydell and Kathleen Lee Overall Rating: 78 The announce team kicked us off, and confirmed that Kathleen Lee would be stepping in for the absent Jeff Nova… who was at home, nursing injuries from being put through the announce table by Grave Digger last week… Kathleen Lee: “Gentlemen… Thank you for having me…” Des Greeves: “Kathleen, thanks for being here… Now, Jeff Nova confirmed last week, that he’d be providing colour commentary across both brands going forward… but… stepping down as General Manager of United, due to spreading himself too thinly…” Martin Bloydell: “And we’re told, the NEW GM on the Red Brand… is heading out here… to start the show…” Kathleen Lee: “Whoooo could it be…?!” The announce team waited patiently, along with the fans… Then a familiar entrance music hit… Particularly if you’re a fan of Canadian Wrestling… Then this man arrived… DAN STONE JR stepped through the curtain and onto the stage, to a huge ovation…!! The reaction was mostly shock and awe… The fans couldn’t believe a veteran of his standing, was on United… soaking in the cheers… Four Tag Team Title reigns… Four Ed Henson Memorial Tag Team Tournament Wins… and SEVEN NOTBPW Canadian Title reigns… The man is a living, breathing, legend… Dan Stone Jr: “Hey everyone… I’m Dan…” The crowd erupted again… and Stone smiled… He enjoyed being there, and let the crowd chant his name… Dan Stone Jr: “Now… Onto business… Jeff Nova asked me to step in… and I’d like to confirm, that The HOUSE OF HELL STABLE… will NOT… intimidate me…!! I will be firm… but fair… with everyone I encounter… Tonight, Jeff has booked the show… and I will sit back and watch… Next week… I take over properly…!!” Next week is the ‘go home’ edition of United, ahead of the Halloween Horror Show pay-per-view… w/ ‘The Most Dangerous Man in Britain’ BEDLAM [vs] ‘His Satanic Majesty’ Aldous Blackfriar w/ Jonathan Faust Interesting opener here, between two young men, under 30, who are the future of 21CW. BEDLAM just arrived on United, but also just returned from injury, after an epic Best Of 7 Series against War Machine. He was here to prove a point though, and he made Aldous tap to his ‘Mind Strangler’ Seated Choke as Faust watched on. 53 After the match, BEDLAM remained respectful, and left the ring while Jonathan Faust helped his protégé Aldous Blackfriar to his feet… We then cut away to reveal members of the House of Hell Stable, watching on from the crowd… Interestingly, Doomsday was once again stood with Grave Digger and The Black Hats… [PICS: Smithie and Misery w/ Askey VS Lister and O’Hearne] Smithie and Misery w/ Emmett Askey [vs] ‘The Jedi Council’ Christopher Lister & Padraig O’Hearne Christopher Lister looked after his protégé Padraig O’Hearne tonight, by allowing the youngster to do most of the attacking. It worked in their favour, because O’Hearne is a vicious brawler, who can also stretch his opponents. He made Mark Misery tap out in the end, to his ‘Crowning Glory Sleeper’. 53 The announce team reminded us that the ‘Fall Of Kenobi High’ all began when Christopher Lister and Jase Cole faced Smiling John Smithie and Mark Misery… and the fans turned on them…!! Now, the group is fractured, and at Halloween Horror Show, the two sides will go to war – with the 21CW United Tag Team Titles on the line, in a Street Fight… Jase Cole and his Padawan Kian Owens will look to overcome Lister and Padraig O’Hearne, who we just saw dominate Smithie and Misery… But the Street Fight rules certainly seem to favour ‘The Jedi Council’… Backstage, Apollo Prince was on his own, pacing back and forth… with a lot on his mind… And I’m afraid… That’s where I got to… The rest of the show was: Walker Van Cleer over Evan Alpass (53) Chuck Frisby attacks Walker Van Cleer and challenges him to a match at Halloween Horror Show (HHS) Sebastian Koller tells Montgomery Croft he knows he was in cahoots with Phillip Cooper… then says he’ll find a partner and beat them both at HHS… This partner would later be Buff Martinez Leigh Burton over UK Dragon (69) Viktor Beskov would come out, and Burton would run… Beskov would say ‘enough of the games’, and challenges Burton to fight him at HHS for the UK Title… rare that a Champion challenges a contender…!! Cash Reacts: J-B Cash’s guest is BW Eddie… They learn from Dan Stone Jr that two newcomers want a match… and Cash / Eddie are the perfect opponents… Alfonso D’Angelo & Kevin Jones over J-B Cash & BW Eddie (47) Partners In Crime thank Joey Beauchamp for the save last week… They tell Northern Lights to bring a partner for a six man next week… Tommy Cornell over Phillip Cooper (81) – 5th highest rated match of the year!! House Of Hell surround the ring… Dan Stone Jr. sends Koller, Joss, UK Dragon, Jonathan Faust, Aldous Blackfriar to the ring to brawl to end the show… Phillip Cooper helps Sebastian Koller… the German is unsure what to make of it… Thanks for reading guys… I’m going to do a ‘What Was Going To Happen Next’ kind of summary, spread across three posts… I’ve tackled each brand separately… and will then do a World War post, where I explain the plans for the WrestleMania of 21CW… 😊 Before those three posts, I'll just pop the Halloween Horror Show card below, so you can see the graphics for the PPV.
  5. It's a good one isn't it! @GreatreDRagon's work I believe. I don't have it on a regular background I'm afraid, but here are the 150 x 150 versions, and here's how I cut them... (using free websites) Go to remove.bg, and drag your image onto the first page... this will remove all backgrounds, and you're left with a .png of the cut out wrestler. Download it and save it where you want it Go to befunky.com and go to 'create' then 'photo editor' You then click 'open' at the top, new image from your computer, and find the background you want. Then on the left you've got 'image manager', this is where you select layers. Find the saved cut out wrestler, and put it on the background of your choice
  6. That's an interesting take on the roster / midcard, and one I hadn't considered fully. I guess the upper mid carders are Joshua Taylor, Troy Tornado, and Dazzling Dave Diamond - but I can't have them three just lose every week in the Main Events. I suppose I see the tiers like this: Chord, Hawkins, Ace, Gauge then T-Bone, Mo, Bach, Troy Diamond, Taylor, Tana, One Man Army, Doc Hammond, Flint Slater Flynn, Human Arsenal, Queen, Peverell etc etc There's a clear gap from the top four to the rest, so guys like T-Bone and Mo could be in that 'lose in the TV main event' slot for now. I feel like once I make a signing or two, I can build some guys up to a spot like that. Those top four are just superb though! Thank you man I do have a big plan for Freddy's return already as it happens. Could well be as a babyface! Watch this space (in 9-10 months) Thank you, thank you. It's been my favourite one to write so far. As others have said, a New Wave nostalgia run would be GREAT... all the more reason to hate Doc Hammond and The Syndicate if they don't give it to you / us though right? Appreciate that a lot, thank you for your kind words. You've hit the nail no the head there with the Main Event scene. Gauge vs Chord could be a 12 match feud and last all year to be honest! Then others could step up due to their stories, like Sammy, Troy, T-Bone. So keeping the top two guys a) away from the Belt, and b) interesting, is a real challenge. It may be the biggest challenge of this TCW roster - apart from the tag team division - (I've lost two teams due to bad chemistry, and one due to long term injury - now I'm left with two giants and a bunch of 40+ year old duos! Time to break out The American Cobras I guess!!) I like to rotate Main Event guys with injuries / being written off TV for a bit to keep it fresh. So if say, Sammy is next to be attacked by The Behemoths, he could take 2-3 months off, but when he comes back, it'll be big / exciting, and he'd have been missed. When real injuries come up, even if they can be 'worked through' I use it as an excuse to write someone off for a few weeks - that definitely helps.
  7. Chip Martin vs Dustin Deuce (winner gets a place on the NYR card) I seem to remember Deuce being decent... but Chip's got all the tools. I'd be interested to see his Steel Factor Jebediah vs ??? This feels like it could be a big debut? Heyy babay? Maybe Austin Smooth vs Ernest Youngman Youngman is just the best. Bonus Point: Show grade HIGHER or LOWER (last week: 44) HIGHER!! Just to echo others, and touch on a couple of points - the Hardcore Manifesto is GREAT. The Steel Factor is such a great concept. Women's Divisions I find extremely difficult... I normally book 2 hours of TV (around 6 matches, and 10 other segments)... so if I had a women's division, I'd be able to have 1-2 women's matches... and 2-3 other segments... In your case, with a 1 hour tv show, you're looking at 3-4 matches per week... so to give one up to a separate division seems a lot. As others have said, it'd need to be a pretty big division. I would probably advise bringing in a handful of women and integrating them. Candice LeRae used to have great intergender hardcore matches back in the day, and it's always more of an impact when a woman gets hit with a weapon, or bleeds etc. Maybe bring in 2-3 women? Have them form tag teams, or wrestle the guys. After a year or so of that, you might decide to bring more in, and have a division or Championship for them. As you grow, you might grow the TV show to two hours, and have space for a women's hour? or something similar.
  8. Glad to hear it It did feel like a bit of a slow start, as I established how I saw some of these characters, and that continues over the coming weeks. I've just written 90% of The War To Settle The Score (end of Feb), and I really like how one feud in particular paid off. No body bags or anything on that one, but just good, old fashioned, dramatic storytelling. Ah thank you, appreciate that. Yeah, I mean, what's the rush? He's only 32! I might stick him in a tag team. 'Mighty and Brighty'? How about I bring in Rich Money, and create 'Mo Money, Mo Problems'? I think he's got at least one more TV Title reign in him too... I jest of course. I thought I'd share this: ...because who doesn't love a spreadsheet, amiright? IF Mo and Bright were a tag team, you'd say that Mo would be the more likely to come out the 'star' of the team. They're a similar size, and even though Mo wins 15-7 above, there's a lot of close calls there. I really don't see how T-Bone leapfrogged Mo to the Main Event... But both are very, very good. Ahh thanks man Apart from look after my children, and work full time, this is pretty much all I do right now I've now had bad tag team chemistry from Rizzoli and Booth... Daigo and Masatochi... and the injury to Freddy. I didn't plan to lose three heel tag teams before the first month was over, but two of them feel fairly insignificant, and Remus can probably slot in for Freddy adequately, so it's not all bad news. I do have creative solutions for all three of those teams as it happens, hopefully you'll like them all Good to see you're still around.
  9. **Little side note that Greg (Sluchinski) and Phil (Vibert) forgot to mention... In order to qualify for the Prediction Contest, you must predict on THREE shows out of the five in every month... If you predict on three or more, your score for the month will be your AVERAGE score across the five shows... So keep predicting, and I'll show you the results after the pay-per-view
  10. Monday, January 24th, 2022 Pro Wrestling Reporter – An Article by Greg Sluchinski Coming up this week, on TCW Total Wrestling… Some fascinating match-ups this week, including Jay Chord stepping in there against a veteran brawler in Dazzling Dave Diamond – this close to his TCW World Heavyweight Title defence against Greg Gauge… How will Gauge respond to the Slap Heard Around The World…?! Thoughts are, he’ll be watching this match very closely… We’re going to open with a message for The Behemoths, from Sammy Bach… who will also provide an update on ‘Ace’ Aaron Andrews… Last week, he was viciously assaulted by Killer Shark and Titan, and left in a BODY BAG for (at least) the duration of their match with The American Cobras… He was out cold when they opened the bag up… Just a crazy scene… Joshua Taylor is in action… One Man Army and Human Arsenal team up to take on The Elite in a clash of tag team specialists… and a really tough to call Bradford Peverell versus Marc Speed contest, that should be fast paced, and a heck of a brawl… With Freddy Huggins out injured for 10 months, as reported by Phil Vibert on his Vibert’s Voice podcast, what is the future of the TCW World Tag Team Title contest at Malice In Wonderland…?! Will the Champs be stripped of the Gold…?! All this and more, on Total Wrestling, from TCW…!! Predictions for: TCW Total Wrestling - Tuesday, January 25th, 2022 ‘Dynamic’ Duke Freeman [vs] Joshua Taylor One Man Army & Human Arsenal [vs] The Elite (Chandler & Johnson) Bart Biggins [vs] Quentin ‘The Drama’ Queen ‘Hands Of Stone’ Bradford Peverell [vs] Marc Speed w/ Seth Whitehead Elliot Thomas [vs] ‘The Rottweiler’ Flint Slater w/ The Syndicate ‘Dazzling’ Dave Diamond [vs] Jay Chord
  11. Ooooo interesting take on Hawkins and OMA! Both using Doc as a pawn in their big plans, but, what about what Doc wants? Thanks man, I appreciate the kind comments. I do try to keep my shows short / readable without people being overwhelmed by content. My most recent 21CW diary was two brands, and that overwhelmed me at times - as fun as it was. It felt almost like I was writing two separate diaries, with two separate companies. This diary moves along a lot faster - I'm already writing The War To Settle The Score, so my next show after that is March's first episode of Total Wrestling, which is way quicker than where I'd be with two brands. I think the roster was 45 guys? Which is a lot. Where I'm at now, I'm trimming as I go, and want to get it to 40 - that way I'll have space to bring a couple of names in I have my eye on.
  12. Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 **Quotes taken directly from Vibert’s Podcast** Breaking news guys, and a couple of big injuries to tell you about… In EILL, Mr Lucha III is going to most likely miss over a year with a shattered elbow… Meanwhile, over in TCW, Freddy Huggins is on the shelf… He’s had successful surgery on his Torn Achillies, but will still be out of action for ten months… likely to return in November… Thoughts go out to both of those guys… Speaking of TCW, what in the blue h**l was going on with the Aaron Andrews in a Body Bag segment…?! The Behemoths must have beaten him down to within an inch of his life… left him in a BODY BAG… Had a match… Then opened the bag, and he was STILL unconscious… You know, I said to let TCW ‘cook’… this current booking team know what they’re doing… but they went from a segment last week where Ace thanked Sammy Bach for helping him… mutual respect… yadda yadda… lots of criticism for using two huge names in that way… to... to THIS…!? I don’t know if Ace is hurt, or what… but he sold that like a pro… I am VERY interested to see where they take this… The SLAP heard around the world… interesting segment between Jay Chord and Greg Gauge… Chord listed off Gauge’s accomplishments and said he DESERVED a Title shot… but that he wasn’t READY for one… Really interesting take from Jay… Then Gauge claimed, since he was trained by his Father Sam Keith… that he was ready for ANYTHING… Jay slapped him right across the face, proving that Gauge was in fact, NOT ready for anything… before slithering his way out of there… Gauge vs Chord is a fight for the ages…!! Malice In Wonderland can’t come soon enough, I need to see that match!! Elsewhere, Chris Flynn with another win… He’s been impressive since the reshuffle of the Syndicate… and there were wins for T-Bone Bright and Wolf Hawkins… who rumour has it, will be fighting 1 on 1 at Malice In Wonderland… The card so far includes Greg Gauge versus Jay Chord for the TCW World Heavyweight Title… One Man Army and Human Arsenal versus Jaylon Martins and Doc Hammond… PLUS… The TCW World Tag Team Title Match, which right now guys… is frankly up in the air… They HAVE to address this situation on TV next week… They can’t just cut the match and not mention it… We need clarification as Devine Fortune are the rightful Number One Contenders… Lots of rumoured face / heel changes in TCW also… Particularly at the top of the card… It’ll be interesting to see how it all shakes out down the line, as this booking team likes to take their time on these things…
  13. Buck's got talent. Charisma, acting, SQ, Brawling, Hardcore. All round he might be top 3 or 4 workers in the company, 33 too, with an easy gimmick to write for. Sky's the limit. As for the success of a hardcore company, tough question. Be interested to hear you drill down on that a little more. I think for me, there's space for the third biggest company in the US to be completely different to the other two (what ECW was to WWF and WCW)... but for that, one of USPW, SWF and TCW will probably need to go out of business, or you might be looking at a 3-5 year plan, in which time you'll likely lose Ernest Youngman and struggle to replace him (he is gold). So I'd say short term success is to become the 4th biggest in the US... then 3rd in a few years? I don't know though, I could be way off
  14. Mind if I steal these for my diary? They are Hotter Than Hell!!! Also, when it's time to cut the gifs onto jpg backgrounds, let me know - I can take a pack or two on.
  15. The Naysayers: "F you!" Haha, thanks man, good to have you along. Vibert will update us about a few key happenings as the months and years go by He's good like that. Glad you mentioned this actually, because the first time I became familiar with TCW they'd both just debuted on the main roster... In my mind, they were both young, rookies, who were decent but unspectacular. Now that we have weights etc, and now that they're on a roster I'm writing for, I know a bit more about them... Elliot is 5'9, 210lbs, from New York, he's a good worker... I was thinking of doing an Enzo style gimmick with him, but his ent. stats are poor. Courtney is 6'4, 239lbs, nowhere near as good in the ring, but way better on the mic. I think you'll like where his story is going... Thanks man! Body Bag was risky... especially in TCW. The week before, the only segment Ace was in, was a 'nothing' backstage segment with Sammy Bach where they thanked each other... Strange to have used the biggest star in my company in this way, and it's also a strange decision to take him out, and put him on the shelf in this way... But it IS leading to something, and you might be onto something with Sammy... Might...
  16. Excellent show mate. Happy with the Main Event result, and like 619, really liked the Teddy Powell/Austin Smooth match too. In particular, how you made Powell seem like a big deal, despite losing. You did the same well with Pepper too. "Samoan Machine grunts, Rhino Snarls" popped me. And then the highlight was probably Buck's promo. The way you have your shows laid out, allows for Buck to appear on screen, and just speak (like Xavi did too) with no descriptive 'Buck Winchester was backstage next' etc... They just talked, and it didn't feel like too much, or not enough. Perfectly laid out!
  17. TCW Presents: Tuesday, January 18th, 2022 Calling the action: Shawn Doakes, Kyle Rhodes and Jasmine Saunders Overall Rating: 71 A sombre looking Jay Chord headed to the ring to kick the show off… His epic entrance music ringing in the fans’ ears… but mostly being drowned out by their boos… Chord was unusually respectful towards his Malice In Wonderland opponent: Greg Gauge… listing his accolades and accomplishments… including his TCW Television Title reign… his TCW King of Kings victory from November, 2020… THREE Rip Chord Invitational wins, which Jay made sure to send extra congratulations for… and his two MAW Atlantic Title reigns… Jay Chord: “There is no denying… that Greg Gauge DESERVES a shot at my TCW World Heavyweight Title… Everyone can see it… He absolutely deserves it… But there is a big difference between deserving something… and being READY for it…!!” The crowd were hanging on Chord’s every word… and booed louder than they did all night when he said Gauge wasn’t ready… Their boos turned to cheers though, when Gauge headed onto the stage, and walked to the ring… Greg Gauge: “Respectfully… Because I know you showed me respect… But I was trained by my Father… and you, your Father… So… you should know… Just like you... I am ready for anything…!!” Gauge smirked, and Chord wiped the smirk off his face with a HUGE slap…!! Before dropping down and rolling out of the ring and under the ropes to the outside… Jay Chord: “Anything Gauge…?! You weren’t ready for THAT were you…!!” Gauge held his cheek, and cracked his jaw… the slap was hard and purposeful… He leant on the top rope shaking his head as Chord skipped to the back… Next week, Chord will be in singles action against Dazzling Dave Diamond… and Gauge is certain to be watching very closely… w/ T-Bone Bright [vs] Flint Slater w/ The Syndicate T-Bone and Flint didn’t click tonight, but it was still a solid match. The general feeling within TCW is that both men will play a key part in the future of the company, but they may not find themselves across the ring from each other much after this one, as it was clunky in places. Bright won it with his vicious ‘T-Bone Lariat’, where he hits the ropes at a 90 degree angle to where his opponent is running, and T-Bone’s them with a clothesline! Winner: T-Bone Bright Rating: 61 Up next, we were due to see Bradley Blaze team up with the Number One Contenders for the TCW World Tag Team Championships: Chance Fortune and Darryl Devine, against the Champs: Freddy Huggins and Matt Hocking, and their fellow Main Event stablemate: Roderick Remus… But Huggins and Hocking had other ideas… Huggins said that this six-man match wasn’t ‘Main Event’ enough for them… so they were opting out… Freddy Huggins: “But it’s okay… We’ve found the perfect replacements… Two dangerous young kids from Japan… and a big, brawling, masked guy… Youuuuu enjoy it…” Huggins and co. left, and we did indeed get the six-man match, with Daigo Goya, Masatochi Kamimura and The Masked Mauler… Bradley Blaze, Chance Fortune and Darryl Devine [vs] Daigo Goya, Masatochi Kamimura and The Masked Mauler Bradley Blaze was the star here, but Devine Fortune are such fun to watch, that it was hard to take your eyes off of them too. For the finish, Fortune hit his ‘Stroke Of Luck’ Pump Kick, and Devine followed it up with the ‘Devine Dream Drop’ Face Crusher, and Masked Mauler was pinned. Winners: Bradley Blaze, Chance Fortune and Darryl Devine Rating: 56 Backstage, One Man Army caught up with his former best friend Doc Hammond of The Syndicate… Hammond tried to walk away, not wanting to hear what One Man Army had been saying for months: Leave The Syndicate… One Man Army: “Hear me out, man… You owe me that… Listen… You don’t have to take s**t from Wolf (Hawkins) and his young cronies… You’re better than that… You… are… better… than… that…” One Man Army poked his former tag team partner in the chest as he spoke, and Hammond had heard enough… He grabbed One Man Army by the throat, and held him against the wall… Through gritted teeth, he told his friend to leave him alone… before stomping away, and punching some backstage equipment… The two veterans will be on opposite sides of the ring at Malice In Wonderland, as One Man Army teams with Human Arsenal to take on Doc Hammond and Jaylon Martins of The Syndicate… w/ Benny Benson w/ Flying Jummy Foxx [vs] ‘The Stud’ Chris Flynn Chris Flynn continues to impress in TCW in 2022, and continues to win as well. His ‘Flynn Lock’ Half Boston Crab finisher looks like it bends people into positions they’re not supposed to get into, and when he locks it in and screams ‘TAP’, it’s as if his opponent was in too much pain to realise tapping was an option! He shouts it, and they do it! Winner: ‘The Stud’ Chris Flynn Rating: 64 Next up, it was time for Part II of the ‘Troy Story’… In Part I, Troy spoke a little about his childhood, and growing up on the streets… stealing and joy riding cars… Here tonight, the focus in this part was on his early career… and getting signed and ‘pushed’ in TCW, where he has worked now for nineteen years… Troy Tornado: “After a few years in CZCW, I managed to capture their Coastal Zone Championship, three times…!! I ended Fox Mask’s first run as Champ there… Then I came to TCW, and I began in a tag team… Stevie Grayson and I… good guy… we were the ‘All American Boys’… so bland… no success, which was a shame… I really liked workin’ with Stevie… I thought we gelled well in the ring, but he also kept me out of trouble outside of it…” Troy reflected on replacing Jack Bruce as the Lead Singer in the band / stable: ‘Painful Procedure’, and what a huge opportunity that was for him… The act was incredibly over under Jack, who would go on to do amazing things of course… but Troy took the group to the next level… He spent the next few years improving rapidly, and shining in the spotlight that was now on him… But then disaster struck in 2011… …to be continued in Troy Story III… w/ Elliot Thomas [vs] ‘The One Percenter’ Jeremie Courtney w/ Vita Quick match here, and dominance from Jeremie Courtney. However, the lanky ‘One Percenter’ allowed the crowd to get to him tonight, and he was rolled up by Elliot Thomas, who scored a quick win via small package, and got out of there. Courtney and Vita were livid! Winner: Elliot Thomas Rating: 57 The Behemoths made their entrance next, and Killer Shark carried a BODY BAG over his massive shoulder… dropping it down alongside the announce desk, and instructing the broadcast team to not touch it!! They were set for Tornado Tag Team action… against the impressive upstarts: The American Cobras… w/ The American Cobras [vs] The Behemoths w/ Floyd Goldworthy A wild brawl from start to finish. The Tornado Tag ruling helped Marvel Malloy and Storm Spillane in a number of ways. They could use their quickness to stay out of the grasp of Killer Shark and Titan, and managed to sustain 2 on 1 attacks, while isolating one of their opponents. The other would have to expend energy to get to them, and their poor cardio conditioning began to show. However, as quick and precise as The American Cobras were, they could do nothing once Shark and Titan got a hold of them. The giants hit a brutal Powerbomb Collider in the middle of the ring, before Shark hit his ‘Big Bite’ Front Slam, on Malloy, and onto Spillane to score the win. Winners: The Behemoths w/ Floyd Goldworthy Rating: 59 Slowly, The Behemoths lifted the body bag at ringside, and pushed it into the ring under the ropes… the announce team speculating about who or what was inside… For weeks, Floyd Goldworthy and his giant clients have put the TCW roster on notice, and told them they were coming after someone… Nobody knew who that someone was… and we were about to find out… Floyd Goldworthy taunted the fans… He doesn’t care what he says, or who he says it to… he has the ultimate back-up in Killer Shark and Titan… Floyd Goldworthy: “You wanna know what’s in this bag…?! You reeeeeally wanna know…?!” Floyd pointed at Titan… and the big man stooped down, and unzipped it, revealing a MAN inside the bag…!! The cameraman walked towards the bag… and slowly revealed the man’s face and torso… It was Aaron ‘Ace’ Andrews…!! Silence fell over the crowd… was he… dead…?! Floyd Goldworthy broke the silence… Floyd Goldworthy: “We TOLD you… We warned you all… My Behemoths are coming for everyone in TCW…” Sammy Bach’s music hit, and ‘The Elation Sensation’ ran to the ring with a chair…!! Floyd took his group out of there… Bach was in shock, and he called for medical personnel… Andrews was moving a little at this point, but was still badly beaten up and couldn’t lift his head…!! Bach frantically called for help as the segment ended… After the crazy scene in the previous segment, we came back from a commercial break to find Tana The Mighty in a backstage brawl with Flint Slater and Jaylon Martins… The two young lions of The Syndicate managed to get the big Samoan down on the floor, and started stomping on him, as the announce team reminded us that Tana’s best friend Mighty Mo was in action next, against Flint and Jaylon’s leader: Wolf Hawkins… w/ Mighty Mo [vs] Wolf Hawkins w/ Doc Hammond Many believe that Mighty Mo is the future of TCW. The problem is, Wolf Hawkins is the here and now. In his prime, and everything he does is so smooth. He also never travels to the ring alone, and Doc Hammond made a huge difference out there tonight. The veteran was keen to prove himself to Wolf, after letting him down two weeks ago, and he pulled Mo’s foot, hit him with a vicious right hand, and even pulled Wolf’s leg onto the bottom rope to save him from what would have been a huge upset! Eventually, Mighty Mo grew tired of Doc’s meddling, and took matters into his own hands! He hit a tackle on Hammond that sent him up and over the barrier, and into the front row of the crowd! A brutal shot, and one that made Mo pause to check Doc’s fall hadn’t hurt anybody. Satisfied that the fans were okay, Mo slid into the ring, only to be caught in the face with a ‘Full Moon Rising’ (Running Enzuigiri Kick) as he got up! Winner: Wolf Hawkins Rating: 73 Wolf grabbed Hammond, and pulled him back over the guard rail… patting him on the back as they left the arena, both holding injured parts of their bodies… Next week on Total Wrestling… TCW World Heavyweight Champion Jay Chord will battle Dazzling Dave Diamond in the Main Event… PLUS… One Man Army and Human Arsenal will team up!! As they take on the violent and very experienced duo: The Elite… All this and more… next week…!!
  18. 21CW Presents: Episode 36 Wednesday, Week 3, October 2020 Calling the action: Steve Smith and Dane Rowley Overall Rating: 67 We kicked off the show, with War Machine and his manager Cliff King up in the sky box… watching the show…!! War Machine has made some bold claims in recent weeks… stating he’d kill Cousin Konrad if they locked up again, for example… We’re still waiting for the Giant to confirm his next target though… and he was up there scouting the entire show…!! w/ Antithesis & Clifford Wilson [vs] Dangermouth & Grandmaster Phunk w/ The Booth Two great duos at very different stages in their careers. This time last year, Clifford Wilson was happily retired form in-ring competition and Dangermouth had never wrestled a match on television. Phunk was in the States, and Antithesis was being Antithesis! Tonight, the Wilson Brothers got the win, when Clifford hit his ‘Descent Into Hell’ (Angel’s Wings) on Dangermouth. 57 After the match, Antithesis grabbed a microphone, and told his Brother to wait, because he’d want to hear what the masked fan favourite had to say… Antithesis: “All my life… I looked up to you… and I wanted to be just like you… And now… I’m a masked fighter… People don’t see my face… see my vulnerabilities… And when I asked you to be my tag team partner… I didn’t necessarily want… Clifford Wilson…” The crowd began to cheer loudly… They knew what he meant… and so did Wilson, who began to shake his head… Antithesis: “In my fight against Mass Hulk and Yuri Iliakov… I don’t need my Big Brother… The kid I looked up to… I need someone DARKER… Someone who will do ANYTHING to win… Will put his body on the line… will fly… will DESTROY… I need… Dark Angel…!!” Wilson shook his head again, and left the ring… With the crowd left disappointed… Next up, ‘The King of the Cruiserweights’ Phil Harmonic strolled to the ring, with Edison Silva following him… Phil Harmonic: “Time for my Open Challenge… So… Who’s it gonna be…?! Adam Matravers…?! How about Gulliver…?! I could do with a replacement for Kelvin Badberry…” Harmonic’s challenge was for a new Kingdom signing to come out and make their debut on the Blue Brand… Harmonic and Silva waited… and then… This man arrived… ‘Captain Crash’ Cain Carlisle!!! Harmonic laughed… and so did Edison Silva, until Harmonic slapped him for disrespecting the newcomer…!! w/ ‘Captain Crash’ Cain Carlisle [vs] ‘The King of the Cruiserweights’ Phil Harmonic w/ Edison Silva Fast-paced match between these two smaller, faster, stars. Carlisle throws his body around and uses it as a weapon. Harmonic didn’t know what had hit him at times. The main reason he lost though was due to his obsession with making Edison Silva ‘watch and learn’, and he walked onto a super kick! Carlisle then hit the ‘Mark Of Cain’ Coffin Drop from the top rope and scored a big debut win. 48 Backstage, another new Kingdom signing: Roly Muckletruck, bumped into Loxley Robbins… The two fan favourites were respectful towards each other, and shared a strong handshake… before the excitable Scot told Lox his big ideas for his time on Kingdom… Roly Muckletruck: “Ah like an IRN BRU… You like a Victoria Bitter, amahright?... Bu’ listen… Picture this… Roly and Loxleh… Tag Team Champions… Eh…?!” Loxley thanked Roly for the offer, but told him he’s waiting for Blake Belushi to come back – so he could finish the job he started, and rid 21CW of his former best friend… Roly Muckletruck: “Ayy Ah know a thing or two abou’ former best friends bein’ backstabbers… Lemme tell ya… Bu’ listen… Just have a think about it, yeah…!? We could help each other out with our problems… An’ how about this… JILTED AND KILTED…!! Eh…?! Jilted… because, that’s your nickname… an’ Ah wear a kilt…!!” Lox shook his head, and thanked Roly again… before leaving the big man to his IRN BRU… We cut to a pre-taped video next… showing Mark Adonis, Luke Cool and Rolling Johnny Stones living the ‘high life’, and purchasing a rather large vehicle… The three friends, and former House of Hell stablemates had an epic week in the Casinos in Vegas… and won BIG… With their winnings, they were purchasing an RV together… Mark Adonis: “Now… We don’t just dress in style… We get to TRAVEL in style… We can fly to Dubai… We can fly to Madrid… Paris… Rome… But whenever we need to drive around the UK… we have THIS…!!” The group were in love with the new RV… and said they wouldn’t even need to go into the locker room anymore… because they can just hang out together, and play cards in the RV…!! ‘The Lion’ Leo Price [vs] Lone Turtle Lion versus Turtle was only ever going to go one way, right? But Lone Turtle is a skilled brawler and technician who can also fly around the ring at lightning pace. Despite Turtle’s obvious talents, he was up against a legend in Leo Price. For the finish of this one, the ‘Price Drop’ Double-Arm DDT was enough for Price to win it. 53 Before Lone Turtle left the ring, he grabbed a microphone… and told Lone Wolf he was ‘sorry’… Turtle was exhausted… but managed to muddle through the promo… Lone Turtle: “But Wolf… Next week… It’s okay… It’s okay… I’ve organised a tag team match for us… ON THE SAME SIDE… No more being… ‘Lone’… We can work together, yeah…?!” The announce team said that there’s no way Lone Wolf will be happy with that… The Lee FamiLee headed to the ring next, for an interesting encounter… Gorilla Lee and co. didn’t like the way Beast Bantom spoke about the ‘FamiLee’ last week… insinuating that ONE of the group shouldn’t be trusted… because he ‘doesn’t fit’… So tonight, Gorilla will take on Beast, in a match that many would have considered a ‘dream match’… despite Gorilla’s young age… w/ Gorilla Lee w/ The Lee FamiLee [vs] Beast Bantom An early rib injury slowed Gorilla down in this one, while Beast Bantom focused on his mid-section throughout. Beast took great pleasure in hurting the big man, right in front of his FamiLee Members, and rubbing their faces in it. For the finish, Beast’s actions brought JK Lee onto the apron, and his distraction would cost Gorilla! Gorilla turned around and walked onto a ‘Savage Pounce’ and was pinned! 55 Beast grabbed a microphone as Lees flooded the ring to check on their fallen Cousin… Beast Bantom: “JK Lee… costing his ‘Cousin’ the match… Would you look at that… It’s almost as if, I was telling the truth last week… ONE of the Lee FamiLee can’t be trusted…” Beast smiled as he swung his coin sock around slowly, but the fans booed him out of the building… The Lees seethed in the ring… Beast Bantom: “Once I’m done makin’ all of you my BITCH… You can call me ‘Mr. Beast’… BY ORDER… Of Beast Bantom…” An injury update next, on one of Kingdom’s biggest signings in the Draft… and one of their biggest stars that remained a Kingdom fighter… The news on ‘Mile High’ Adam Matravers is decent… One or two more weeks on the shelf, and then he’ll be back firing, after a tough 2020 for the former 4-time World Champion… He’s only had 12 matches since February, and the amazing Match of the Year Candidate at World War, against Jonathan Faust and Edward Cornell… His war with Grave Digger has taken its toll on the veteran… ‘The Best Man’… ‘Beautiful’ Blake Belushi’s update is less promising… No news what-so-ever on the ‘Melbourne Blonde’ following his Street Fight with his former best friend Loxley Robbins… We did learn here though, that 21CW Kingdom Tag Team Champions: Ricky Storm and Sifu will be in action next week… w/ Cousin Konrad w/ The Lee FamiLee [vs] ‘Rock Solid’ Landon Mallory Konrad and Mallory had a very short match here – thoughts are they will both go on to headline Kingdom shows for years to come, and their work across Europe for different companies has always seen their eventual clash be intriguing to fans. This one went just 3 minutes, as Mallory made some awful errors. Konrad made him tap to the ‘Swedish Grapevine’ (Kirifuda Clutch), but Mallory should have never been caught by that move, that early on. 49 After the match, a young, slim, smartly dressed man slid into the ring behind Landon Mallory, and attempted to pick him up off the mat… Mallory had no idea who it was, but the man had a microphone… Fink Finkleton: “Landon… Huge fan of your work, mate… Listen… Listen… MY name… Is Fink… Finkleton… an’ I know what you’re FINKIN’… Who?!... Well let me tell ya… I have worked as a manager all over the world… making sure my clients’ strengths were highlighted… And I’m now HERE… in 21CW… Ready to build my ‘Portfolio’… So… I’d like YOU to be my first client…” Mallory didn’t know what to make of it… but Fink told him to wait a week, and give him an answer in the ring…!! ‘DBF’ Daniel Black Francis [vs] ‘Awesome’ Wade Orson Two Champions doing battle in this one, with Wade Orson determined to get Daniel Black Francis to ‘respect him’. He tried to force ‘DBF’ to shake his hand, in a couple of submission holds, but Francis fought it. For the finish, Orson was complaining to the referee about a thumb to his eye, but managed to get the ref’s attention for long enough to actually hit a thumb to Francis’ left eye! The ‘Bounce Back’ Pounce soon followed, sending the National Champion crashing into the ropes for additional damage. 66 After the match, Wade Orson grabbed a microphone… Wade Orson: “ROGUE… You want me in the ring…?! EARN IT…” As the show ended, we learned that Rogue will be competing in a Number One Contender Match next week on Kingdom…!!
  19. 21CW Presents: Episode 35 Wednesday, Week 2, October 2020 Calling the action: Des Greeves, Martin Bloydell and Jeff Nova Overall Rating: 78 (equal best rated 21CW TV show of 2020) We kicked off the first United since the new rosters, with ‘The Complete Package’ Joss Thompson heading to the ring, to a huge ovation… Joss has had an interesting start since returning to 21CW from America… His run hasn’t been amazing yet… but he did beat Edward Cornell at London Calling, in a Streets of London Street Fight, alongside his best friend Leo Price, who is now on Kingdom… Joss Thompson: “I’m here tonight… To talk to Apollo Prince… APOLLO… When I came back the FIRST thing I did, was help you win that 21CW World Championship… by costing Edward Cornell… But I didn’t want any thanks… Now… YOU lost the Title… and all you’re doing, is blaming me… So Prince… I’m gonna give you a chance, to take your anger out on me… AT HALLOWEEN HORROR SHOW…!!” Joss said that he and Prince will go 1 on 1… time for Prince to man up… or, time for Joss to score a big win, over another former 21CW World Champion… and be next in line for a shot at whoever wins between Tommy and Edward Cornell…!! ‘Jedi’ Jase Cole [vs] ‘The Master’ Christopher Lister Two former best friends, torn apart by a difference of opinion on Jase Cole’s Padawan. They fought this match as if they absolutely hated each other. Cole looked like he was closing in on victory, when Padraig O’Hearne showed up and tried to interfere. Cole clocked him with a right hand, and he fell off the apron to the floor. Christopher Lister tried to jump Cole, but the Australian sensed him coming – and ducked a clothesline attempt, before hitting his ‘Sky High’ (D’Lo Brown’s Sky High) and somewhat reluctantly holding Lister down for three. 43 After the match, Padraig O’Hearne slid into the ring and knocked Cole down with a vicious right hand… He jumped on his former ‘master’, and rained down fists and elbows like a mad-man… Before helping Lister to his feet… The two of them looked like they were going to destroy Cole… as Lister sent O’Hearne out of the ring to grab a steel chair… But out of nowhere, Cole’s protégé Kian Owens popped up, and clocked O’Hearne in the face with a blue Light Tube…!! Owens pulled out a second Light Tube… and slid into the ring… but Christopher Lister saw the young Australian coming, and slid out the other side of it… before backing away up the ramp, as O’Hearne joined him… Lister held his Tag Team Title Belt over his head… while Cole did the same from the ring… United General Manager Jeff Nova then grabbed a microphone… Jeff Nova: “Gentlemen… It is mah job, as GM, to make ‘Tooop Noootch’ matches… and have ‘Tooop Noootch’ Champians… Sooo… At Halloween Horror Show… We’re gonna need ta split those Ti’les… An’ there’s only one way ta do it… A STREET FIGHT… Cole and Owens… agains’ Lister an’ O’Hearne…!! Master and Padawan… versus Master and Padawan…!!” All four men seemed happy enough with that, but Lister was busy picking bits of glass out of O’Hearne’s head… The Civil War of Kenobi High crescendos at Halloween Horror Show…!! Evan Alpass [vs] ‘Million Dollar Monty’ Montgomery Croft Great match here, with Alpass showing off his skills against the dastardly, crafty, Montgomery Croft. Alpass came close to winning it too, with a couple of near falls. However, Croft’s ‘Money To Burn’ Mandible Claw, where he stuffed cash into Alpass’s mouth, is impossible to stop, and he had to tap out. 58 Backstage, Chuck Frisby was walking through the corridor, when he bumped into his rival, Walker Van Cleer… Frisby stood with his hands on his hips… All alone, since Gulliver is now over on Kingdom… Walker Van Cleer: “Not so tough without your ‘Icelandic Body’, are you Chuck…?! What is it you say… about saving the UK, one bum at a time…?! The only bum I see… is YOU…!!” Frisby walked away without saying anything… leaving Van Cleer standing smiling… Ahead of the next match, we were reminded that we’d see ‘Rough Justice’ Tommy Cornell HERE TONIGHT… and then we saw him arrive, in the car park…!! Cornell stepped out of his car… and removed his sunglasses… The suited legend smiled at being here on United, and looked around as if he’d arrived ‘home’… Tonight, he’ll confirm his challenge to Edward Cornell, for the 21CW World Title…!! w/ Partners In Crime w/ KT Devonshire [vs] The Northern Lights Another solid match here, between two strong tag teams. Boulder and Flynn can outwrestle anyone, but the two brawlers: Alton Vicious and Riddick Jordan are tough to handle. For the finish, the seductive KT Devonshire pulled out handcuffs, and flirted with Jordan. He became distracted and walked onto a spinebuster from Flynn – who followed up with his ‘Prodigal Pressure’ Standing Surfboard Stretch and Jordan had to tap out. 58 After the match, KT Devonshire threw the cuffs at Jordan, who was on the floor in pain… She raised the hands of her guys: The Partners In Crime, but Jordan became mad as he got to his feet… Alongside Alton Vicious, Jordan attacked Boulder and Flynn… beating them down 2 on 1… Jordan grabbed the handcuffs, and instructed Vicious to hold Flynn up, and hold his arms back… so that Jordan could HIT him in the face with the cuffs…!! But the group got a saviour… ‘The Breeze’ Joey Beauchamp ran out… and ran The Northern Lights off…!! Backstage, Melanie Florence had 21CW UK Champion: Viktor Beskov with her… Florence asked Beskov about Leigh Burton… The newcomer on United seemed to be watching Beskov’s match last week… will he be coming for the big Russian’s Championship…!? Viktor Beskov: “Let him come… If he wants a shot, at this… He knows where I am…” A defiant Beskov said he’d be watching Burton in the Main Event tonight… before walking away… A match between the two 28-year olds could be something really special… w/ UK Dragon [vs] Grave Digger w/ The House of Hell inc. Doomsday The announce team noted how strange it was that Doomsday joined the Black Hats to accompany Grave Digger tonight, but they didn’t give it too much thought. This was UK Dragon’s third crack at the huge Behemoth, and it went the same way as the first two – with Grave Digger scoring a win with his ‘RIP Piledriver’. However, tonight, UK Dragon looked great and was very close to picking up a huge upset! 63 In the back, United newcomer BEDLAM was shown watching the action in the previous match… BEDLAM is a former member of HellBound, alongside Grave Digger… and he looked impressed by how far his former stablemate had come… ‘The Most Dangerous Man in Britain’ soon had some company, as the former LEADER of HellBound: Jonathan Faust walked up, with his protégé Aldous Blackfriar… Jonathan Faust: “BEDLAM… A man who needs no introduction… Please… Meet ‘His Satanic Majesty’ Aldous Blackfriar…” BEDLAM and Aldous shook hands, as a respectful BEDLAM told the American youngster that Faust is a great teacher… and that he should follow his every word… Jonathan Faust: “Well, I’m actually glad you said that my friend… GOD comes to you in MY form… and MY voice… Aldous and I have been waging a war against The House of Hell… and with Adonis, Cool and Stones heading to Kingdom… they are at their weakest… and I for one would… hate it… if you were to slip back into a group like that… You’re much… much… better, on the side of GOOD…” BEDLAM looked at Aldous, and asked if he was ‘good’… or if he was ‘the devil’… to which Aldous smiled… and told the big powerful fighter that he’d have to find that out himself… BEDLAM addressed Aldous first… BEDLAM: “Tell you what, boy… This is… ‘not a drill’… How about, me and you in the ring next week…?! And as for you Faust… I trust you, more than I trust just about anyone else… But… The absolute LAST thing I want… after dealing with one giant in War Machine over on Kingdom, is another giant problem like Grave Digger… So… this war you’re in… is yours… Not mine…!!” Jeff Nova appeared on our screens next, with a big announcement… In his thick Glaswegian accent, Nova addressed an issue he’s been thinking about a lot lately… Jeff Nova: “Ahh own the company… Ah deliver colour commentary on United… and… Ah’m also the General Manager of the Red Brand… NOW… If Ah want Toooop Noootch entertainment on mah shows… Ah’m gonna need ta make some changes…” Nova said that the first change, will see him JOIN Kingdom… and be the third commentator over there… so that he can keep across both shows… But in order to not spread himself too thin, he needs some help on United… Jeff Nova: “So Ah’ve found a General Manager ta REPLACE me… and… You are gonna LOVE him… So next week, I’ll bring him out here… and you can tell him, just how much you love him…!!” w/ Misery & Smithie w/ Emmett Askey [vs] Absolutely Flawless Misery and Smithie weren’t bothered about being out there at all, and the crowd loved their total lack of enthusiasm. However, they were soundly beaten by the in-form Martin Twins, who used a bit of ‘Twin Magic’ to cheat to win – not that Misery and Smithie cared all that much. 52 Sebastian Koller stomped to the ring next… ‘The Rock ‘N’ Rolla’ was in a foul mood, for a number of reasons… Koller had the chance to head to Dangerous Alliances, in his HOME COUNTRY of Germany, and compete for a World Championship… but Phillip Cooper inadvertently cost him the match, and he never made it to that World Title Match… Instead, he was scheduled to fight Cooper 1 on 1… but ‘Cooper Man’ seemed to gift that match to Montgomery Croft… who debuted, and went on to defeat Koller… Sebastian Koller: “COOPER…!! I saw you last week, give something to Croft… What was it…?!” Cooper headed onto the stage… and told Koller that he was ‘sorry’… He said that he can’t reveal what he gave Croft… but that he hopes he and Koller could be friends…!? Phillip Cooper: “It ain’t like I hate Germans, know what I mean…?! Some of me best friends are Germans… Now… I know you wanna kill me right now… so I’m gonna let you cool off… and let you face another debuting star on United… ” Cooper pointed over his shoulder, and out slithered the snake-like former 3-time Tag Team Champion, and 1-time UK Champion, Leigh Burton… ‘The Rock ‘N’ Rolla’ Sebastian Koller [vs] ‘The British Lion’ Leigh Burton Amazing Main Event here, and a very strong end to a packed show of in-ring action. With Tommy Cornell still to come, these two know they’re on the cusp of the top of the card, and a win tonight would help them take that next step in their journey. Koller was a little hampered in the end, because as he closed in on victory, Phillip Cooper returned – this time, he was sat in the front row! His presence was a big distraction for Koller, who walked onto a running knee, and was then tapped out by a Sleeper from Burton! 78 To end the show, ‘Rough Justice’ Tommy Cornell strolled onto the stage… to just about the biggest ovation in 21CW in 2020…!! Cornell walked to the ring and high-fived the fans, before climbing into the ring, and soaking the ovation in… He then grabbed a microphone… Tommy Cornell: “SONNNNN!!!” The crowd chanted ‘SON, SON, SON’ over and over again… and Cornell waited… Tommy Cornell: “I’m here on United… This is MY SHOW now…!! And to my Cousin Edward Cornell… I say this… You may have assembled a heck of a stable… but when I’m in the ring with you… There’s nuffink STABLE about me… I promise… I’ll fight ya at Halloween Horror Show… for your World Title… and it won’t… hurt… a bit… It’ll hurt… A LOT…!!” The crowd chanted along again, but their cheers soon turned to boos… when Edward Cornell strolled onto the stage… Edward Cornell: “Cute, Tommy… Real cute… But you’re right about one thing… I HAVE assembled a heck of a stable… a HELL of a stable, if you will…?! And these boys are extremely dangerous… Especially when they’ve been screwed over… Right Nova…?!” Jeff Nova had no idea what Edward was talking about… but he soon found out… Grave Digger appeared from behind the announce team, and grabbed Nova by the throat… picking him up out of his seat with one hand, as Des Greeves and Martin Bloydell scarpered…!! Tommy Cornell would have loved to have helped Nova out… but he soon found himself surrounded by The Black Hats and Doomsday… Each big, powerful, menacing man took a side… so Tommy had no route out of the ring… Grave Digger picked Nova up, and slammed him through the announce table…!! The monster then ordered his troops to leave the ring, and Tommy Cornell ran to the owner of the company, and called for help immediately…
  20. Just coz I like doing things like this I stole the eyepatch from EdJames' new Rogue, so it's AI generated and from the same artist. Hope you like it.
  21. Gosh, that T.Lloyd sounds like a smaaaaaart guy. Good looking too, I bet. Humble. Also. Predictions Austin Smooth vs Teddy Powell Stuntman vs Deathwish ??? vs Cerberus Steel City Chain: Xavi Ferrera vs Cowboy Buck Winchester vs Sayeed Ali - I think everyone will want Ali to win... Agree with @jcarmjn that Buck needs it the most... So it'll be Xavi. Bonus Point: Show grade HIGHER or LOWER (last week: 45) Has to be Higher right? My first episode is usually my weakest
