WWE's product and system hinders a lot of guys while enhances others.

This.

WWE-psychology is very minimalist. It hinders many workers, especially those that have been with the company since development, as they don't know anything else and become very formulaic, unable to showcase anything outside of the normal process. For someone like Kevin Owens, however, it suits them down to the ground, showing him a little better in this environment than elsewhere.

 2. You've got to bury Shawn if you don't keep him. WCW WILL snap him up and it'll hurt you big time. This is what I love about the national battles. You'll have to strap a rocket on The Rock or someone of that ilk.
 3. Are match aims really needed (outside of what the product specifies) if you turn off crowd management? I've just turned it off for a test save I'm doing, or will I still get the boosts for using them correctly?
 4.
I nearly always choose neither. If my product specifies one of them I usually take it out.

If all participants are really bad Psychology-wise then I Script, similarly if they're really good then Call In Ring.

 5. Justtxyank has nailed Hogan to a tee in the Rising Storms mod I see. <img alt="" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />
 6.
Just dropping by to give a few props for this mod.

I've been following the stats forum closely so I had to give this mod a go when you released it. For WWE at least it's very realistic and you're on the path to a great mod. I'm booking my ass off, keeping it in line with reality so not spamming The Undertaker, Sting, Bryan etc. and I scored a 77 for RAW and a 73 for SmackDown (gained pop in 20 regions, lost in 10). I'd say that's pretty much spot on.

Good job.

 7.
Out of a 72 man roster, I have 10 main eventers. Pretty accurate I'd say.

And that's with a brand split (A and B show for each).

 8.
I'm currently WWE also. Done the brand split.

RAW

- Main storyline revolves around the Shield. I went away from what WWE did and kept the title on Reigns (no failed drug test here!) in a schmozz after Ambrose got involved in the match. SummerSlam will be the triple threat and after an (intended) epic they embrace at the end, signalling the end of the feud and the return of the Shield. After a while Reigns will turn and I'll run with him as the heel. Dean Ambrose won't get his win until WrestleMania.

- I've turned Bray Wyatt into a "Joker from the Dark Knight" type character and he's absolutely torturing New Day at the moment. No more fun times for them. Really enjoying writing the angles for this and the intention is to establish Wyatt at the top but hopefully I don't damage New Day too much.

- Gone all MMA as well. Even though I don't like Sheamus I'm building him as a legitimate tough guy in the hope I can do a shoot-style with Brock down the line. Called up Aries to take on Del Rio in a series of fights too - showcasing submissions, their training, press conferences. I'm really trying to make a legitimate looking product, lots of gimmick changes away from the gimmicky/comedy stuff.

SmackDown!

- Looked to Japan for inspiration here, the typical stable wars. Did the Styles turn on Cena but I'm going to go anti-mark and have Cena win first up. Fear not though, it's only a path to debuting Nakamura, then Balor, Naito and Omega. Once this is in full swing Cesaro will get involved too as he will be free from his MITB win and subsequent build towards the main event. Got so many ideas here, could keep this going 2+ years easily.

- I love Jericho's hypocritical side so I'm featuring him heavily for the next few months with the aim of making Ziggler and Rusev credible again.

- Of course I'm doing Owens vs. Zayn, why wouldn't I?

Lots of other smaller storylines to build up a weak midcard.

 9.

Massive, exactly how it was in 1997.

But why should TEW shove 22 guys into the main event push, C- popularity guys up there with A+ popularity, when it could instead put them in mid card (20), lower midcard (15), Opener (9) etc. Just doesn't make any sense. No promotion in history pushes 20 main eventers. Well, maybe in the C-Verse.....

Am I right in understanding that perhaps getting rid of the openers & enhancement talent (something that makes the data historically inaccurate) would maybe fix this?

Auto-push just separates the roster into preset percentiles. If you've got 100 on your roster, it will push 20+ at the top. Maybe Adam will patch this in future to accommodate an overness floor but until then this is how it is.

 10. What happened to the prospective owner? Did he die? Was he signed to a contract elsewhere?
 11.
Promotions can have a soft opening date which means they open as and when the game wants them to.

Also, if there is a specific owner needed to open it then it won't open on time if they are otherwise engaged (written contract, dead etc.).

 12.
I think last night highlighted exactly why they are going with the brand split.

When they first announced it I thought it was a bad idea because of the lack of stars and roster depth. But last night has turned me. The split will force them to develop more stars and have engaging storylines further down the card. Eventually the 8 matches on PPV will all be of acceptable quality because of the interest created on TV leading up. Half of the matches last night were booked as throwaway (TV quality) because there was absolutely no story to accompany it.

It's not the indies. You can't just throw two randomers in the ring and expect the crowd to get involved. WWE know that. That's why they put all their eggs in three baskets last night and realise the brand split is needed to get us interested again in the likes of Ziggler and Rusev.

Some short term pain coming definitely. But long term gain hopefully.

 13. Maybe I've misunderstood how Figurehead works in the game but you can argue Austin was neither the most charismatic or highest SQ so you'd get penalties?
 14. Nah, no way would Attitude Era have a figurehead. Too much interchanging of the main event. You could argue a case for Austin in 1998 but he hardly had a stranglehold on the title and even took a few clean losses - something you wouldn't see from a true figurehead. Considering the amount of top level talent and booking style, they didn't need one.
 15. I can see it a bit more now. He definitely worked heel last night.
 16.

3 hour Raw is a death march, and you have now successfully trained the audience that only 8:00, 9:00, 10:00 and 11:05 matter for advancing story lines, so you see spikes at those times, and flat 2 ratings for the rest of the show.

Spot on.

My TEW save is testament to this. I try to keep every segment include an active storyline so writing a RAW takes hours. I'm about three weeks in and I'm exhausted.

God help the WWE creative team.

 17.

So is this a fact? 5 - 25 segments?

Anyone have this mechanic completely understood?

There is definitely an upper limit to the amount of segments constituting a shock turn. Something is telling me less than five but I can't be certain, my shock turns are done in one segment so the crowd can't foresee it.

As for the longest a turn can be hinted, I'm not sure it's 25 at all. I just remember first getting the note and being surprised so I checked it out and he'd been in 26 segments.

 18. Menace is an on-camera skill and will be improved only through body type and weight changes. It's not something that can be "learned" like the entertainment skills.
 19.
I think less than 5 segments is counted as sudden. More than 25 segments the crowd get bored waiting.

I'm not sure how many sudden turns it takes to mess one up so I usually do a slow burner in between shock ones.

 20.
I'm sure it'll be a mix of overness and personality.

It's just one of those things. I've got a massive storyline going which would be tremendous if I could eventually turn John Cena heel. But I know I probably can't. Plan B.

 21. How do you book a Battle Royal co-winner situation (eg. Bret and Lex)?
 22. Cap yourself for a little while. It's probable that you're right on the cusp of International and a better than average show puts you over the line, but then an average show later in the week drops you back a touch. It's fractions of a percentage but it's enough.
 23.

I am really skilled at being bad at TEW. Using Fleisch's real world mod, I managed to get WWE down to regional in 1/2 weeks with only a bit of product tampering <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />.

If you tamper with the product too much you alienate your current fans completely and in essence have to start again.
