TCW: An accidental misclick led to Troy Tornado and Bryan Vessey taking the tag team belts off New Wave, the week after New Wave won them. This has led to the new stable "Spoiler Alert" - consisting of Vessey, Tornado, Eddie Peak and the Canadian Animals. Peak was already involved in the Vessey - Bach storyline as Vessey's muscle. Meanwhile, Josh Taylor and New Wave have teamed together. I just brought J.Ro in (PPA. Not going to make an offer that takes her out of the ring) as their manager. I see this possibly leading to a second stable, since the Emma Chase stable did wonders for me when booking SWF.

Many years might be optimistic.

I've never done any modding for the TEW games, but if you're willing to accept help from a complete noob, I'll see what I can do. I'd really like to do a Twitch stream for Extra Life where I book for your Touhou project promotion, as a counterpoint to a bullet hell charity event I organized in March. If there's anything I can do to help make that a reality, I'm on board.

Malice in Wonderland 2016. Wolf Hawkins vs. Josh Taylor in a Cage Match for the Future Shock storyline. Cannot decide who should go over here. I don't really want either to lose. So far Taylor won, then they were on opposite sides of a tag match that drew, and then Hawkins won by interference. I see three options: 1) Hawkins wins clean, but Taylor is unable to accept it, sending him on a witch hunt for whoever 'fixed the match' which culminates in turning heel. 2) Taylor allies with New Wave, which prevents any interference, and he wins clean. Hawkins becomes a chessmaster trying to arrange defeat for the trio. 3) Hawkins manages to get help, leading to Hawkins win. He then moves on to chase the World Heavyweight belt, and Taylor allies with Rocky Golden to exact revenge. Any thoughts? The Aaron/Golden run has to end anyway, because they have awful chemistry.

<p>Playing MAW, I lost Greg Gauge after about 6 months- the day after a match between him and Matt Keith which got a 46. Ironically, it was part of a series of career-on-the-line matches that I had originally planned to allow me to bury Trix Triumph (who is backroom poison) and fire him, while giving a bunch of my ME's free wins. </p><p> </p><p> Instead, Trix gained about 15 points of popularity, Cheetah Boy dropped to UM, Greg and Matt had the best match of my game, and it made BHOTWG hire Greg. The only person I lost was the one I most needed. I had serious plans around him turning heel and eventually leading to Matt turning face, so now I'm a bit stuck</p><p> </p><p> Gonna move on to larger pastures for now.</p><p> </p><p> On the one hand, I love MAW for learning who's who. On the other hand , their mission statement can be heartbreaking when you lose half your talent.</p>

I first learned to play TEW back in 2013 by running a MAW company with a free $1 million bonus, so I have always had a soft spot for MAW. Sadly, that game finally locked up after 5 in-game years. So I started TEW 16 by going back into MAW. Reviving a concept from a failed Let's Play attempt, I restarted THE MATT KEITH ERA. Matt is now booking under his father, Sam. It's a little OP, honestly, but a good starting game. Rip Chord Classic pulled down a rating in the mid-40's. Started with Sam Keith's annual "State of the Squared Circle" address at 75 pts, had a couple rough matches (still trying to figure out lifting vs. working) and ended with a 4 way elimination between Matt Keith, Masked Stranger, Cheetah Boy, and Greg Gauge with Gauge taking the trophy (a 48). Next day, BHOTWG approached Greg about a contract, but I also reached out for an Exclusive PPA, so we'll see how it goes. MAW lost $2k on the show, but I might back off production values till we get bigger. Not sure how all the other small feds are affording Professional quality.
