  1. Playing in Britain as CWW. Not touched their schedule so it's one show per month with the exception of July and August where they run a show each week for six weeks. I'm getting 130 people attending my shows and I'm making something like £1000 profit every month.
  2. Anyone else still finding it far too easy to make money in this game? I just don't struggle financially even playing as a Tiny fed in a region with falling economy and wrestling. Given that we live in a world wherein wrestling companies the size of WWE have to make cuts, I find it a hindrance to immersion that making money is so easy in this game.
  3. As WWF was in the midst of a rebuild around this time and losing weekly to WCW, the fact that WWF is losing is a good sign that the mod has been made well.
  4. No point reporting issues you're having with data you've converted yourself as the mod is unlikely to suffer the same issue as it will have been properly balanced before release.
  5. If you have Austin in a feud with Bret, you have a three way for the belt with Austin getting the strap. If not, tournament decided at Mania with Austin coming out on top. Either way, strap that rocket to him.
  6. I think the hardest part is finding a reason to make workers feud in the first place. Beyond that, I find it quite simple to make a story flow. It almost takes on a life of its own and I merely guide it.
  7. Quick question: were the weekly PPVs on TV in 2004 or literally just PPV? I was confused because their broadcast on TV in this mod.
  8. This game needs a product that reflects Ruthless Aggression. A product that prohibits violence and eye candy is far removed from the RA era. I have to edit the WWE's product to Attitude entertainment to get any sort of realism.
  9. Wow... never knew that. Thank you. Learn something new every day.
  10. Not sure if it's been mentioned or if it's already been amended, but I was looking to hire some unemployed wrestlers last night and came across one Chinsuke Nakamura. Not sure if you were aware. Looked around the mod last night and it is very detailed. Looking forward to diving in. I just wish I'd paid attention to wrestling in the past few years. I have barely any idea who anybody is, haha.
  11. Tremendously happy to hear that you will be modding for 2020. Just wouldn't be the same without a Genadi mod. As for the PayPal: there are so many streamers out there getting paid handsomely to sit and play games for eight hours straight. I see nothing wrong with giving up some money to those who dedicate their time to labouring over mods. No offence intended towards Adam, but mods are the lifeblood of this game. He provides the skeleton, but the modders give it life. As soon as I'm back in paying work, I'll be more than happy to send a few of the Queen's English pounds over.
  12. I know the Mod Squad sanctioned a 1996 Dawn of Attitude Mod, but it had no pic pack and just felt incomplete, but if you can put as much love and attention to detail into this era of wrestling, you can count me in. One thing about your intro above: I think you meant to type Bash at the Beach
  13. Having been listening to a lot of Jim Cornette and Jim Ross lately, this mod intrigues me
  14. Meh. It's not a big deal if it can't be replicated. I was just curious if it was possible. Given TNA has survived, albeit under a different name and new ownership, I think it should be made so they are more than likely to survive although not definitely. Adds some variance if it isn't a definite, but it would be silly to curse them to fail. Looking forward to this mod. Good time to play. Rebuild opportunities for TNA/ROH, excellent time to play as NXT and lots of potential to book WWE properly and not how Vince has been doing for the past 15 years
  15. How do you replicate the Global Wrestling Network for Impact Wrestling? It isn't owned by Impact but their owners.
  16. Yeah, but having them as alliance titles has you risking Jarrett's pop, which is important in the early stages, to be tanked by dropping it in tiny territories to a nobody.
  17. Depends on mods, for me. The game itself, I believe, is a good game for people who like to book wrestling. However, this game lives and dies on real world mods. The Cornellverse does nothing for me. If the game isn't supported by good mods, it's a pointless purchase. As it stands, it would seem that the game isn't very mod friendly and that puts me off purchasing on day one, I'm sorry to say.
  18. I'm very passionate about this period in wrestling history. Can't wait to play the mod, but wanted to offer any help if needed. Research, minor tweaks, anything.
  19. Think you might need to edit the skills of a few workers. For example, Stacy Keibler being better in the ring than Molly Holly shouldn't be a thing. Also, WWE may need a new product. Tried to book a street fight only to be told that violent matches will offend the fans. WWE in 2004 was still regularly using violent, risky matches in its feuds. That aside, loving the mod so far. Really impressed with it and really enjoying myself. There's just something about booking Eddie to win the Rumble because he has a groundswell of public support.
  20. I didn't get any injuries in my save until I changed the injury frequency to high. Next thing I know, Trips gets injured at a House Show and will be out for a few months so I needed to vacate the title and put it on HBK. Even on high, that's all that's happened in my save, and I think that's pretty reasonable.
  21. I find the names of the perceived importance of a worker to be a bit misleading and wondered if it would be possible to edit those names slightly. I think Major Star, Star and Unimportant are fine, but "Recognisable" and "Well Known" are a bit awkward. I think they work on the worker screen when scouting for workers to hire, on a global scale, but within a company they don't work. In 2001, Billy Gunn isn't recognisable. He is a legend and everyone knows who he is so that title doesn't reflect his position within the company in terms of importance/overness etc. It's not a massive thing by any means and only a minor suggestion, but thought I would share it anyway.
  22. You mention in the TNA storylines that Swinger and Diamond are going to turn face, yet set them to turn face and it says their last turn was recent. Might want to edit that if it can be edited. Also, Jerry Lynn as the most over worker in the company seems a bit of a stretch. The Undertaker shouldn't be set to be on a hiatus when he's in a storyline. He should be available for WWE so he can be placed in angles.
