I hope you do get a lot of long term enjoyment from this dynasty. Do you have any experience of the Real World Chronicles in TEW 2020? And yes I am Nobby from the Sports Interactive forum. I'll get more active there again too soon and should get back into FM with the 2025 version, partly because of it seems to be having a lot of new things and changes almost like a sequel and partly because women's football is being added. I'm hoping I can add my 8 year old daughter to the Stoke City youth set up. She trains with Stoke City Girls youngest group though doesn't play for them (yet?)

@WooltsNathan I've noticed your name isn't coming up with a tag like everyone else, and I've also noticed you don't post too often. That's fine, you're entitled to do and post as you please. Having said that, to get this moving, I'll need your first round picks by the weekend so I can close the first round draft picks and we can get started on the second. @Wrestling Machine has joined up, he has sent me his first round picks. So we definitely have 8 to start.

Round 1 Pick 1 - Martel 123's team - Swerve Strickland Also, Wrestling Machine has enquired about joining the league. If they do join, they will have pick 9 in round 1, 3 and 5 and therefore pick 1 in round 2 and 4.

Send me your five first round picks to me straight away, you top preference first, then your second etc. I'll only take your second preference if somebody ahead of you in the draft has already picked them. So for example if Adam Page is your first choice but Dino Kea who has fourth pick has chosen him, then I'd go to your second choice.

I've found out what the problem was. I had used up 225% of my message folder. In a way that's quite an achievement. 😂 It was all the messages from three years plus ago when I was previously active on the forum. I've deleted them all now so you should be able to send them fine if you try again.

I've had enough interest in my proposed wrestling team league to start the dynasty and see how it goes. At some point in the next week or so I shall get the game again and download the latest Real World Chronicles mod. From there, I can get started in earnest. Here is the initial thread where I outlined my idea, I had eight people express (potential) interest. They are @christmas_ape @KyTeran @PH71 @Martel123 @WooltsNathan @Dawn @stratusfaction @DinoKea There will now be a draft for you to sign your initial team of 5 wrestlers - 3 men and 2 women. Here are the draft rules... There will be 5 rounds of picks. Men and women will be picked at the same time. In a moment I shall do a random draw for the pick order for rounds 1, 3 and 5. This order will be reversed for rounds 2 and 4. I shall post the order below. However, to speed up the process, send me 5 picks per round in order of preference for you to sign. That way if somebody before you in the round picks your choice, I can go to your second, third etc choice. Send me these picks by PM. You can choose any singles wrestler, man or woman, in any of your preference order. You can choose a tag team as your pick in rounds 1 to 4. However, doing so will forfeit your pick in the next round. Trios can not be picked. Anybody from the AEW roster on the latest release of the Real World Chronicles can be chosen. Anybody from outside the AEW roster can also be chosen though at your own risk. If I am unable to sign them then you lose that round pick and you will have to sign somebody else at the end of the draft. So please send me your first round draft picks by PM and once I have them all in I shall announce who signed who. And of course anybody else is still more than welcome to join and enter a team. I shall add any other people who want to join to the draft pick order in the order you express interest.

Thank you for the welcome back and thanks very much for the interest. This will be a fairly quick post as I have to fetch my daughter from school shortly... The basics of what a manager will do is choose a team name, sign wrestlers for your team (initially through a draft style system), choose which wrestlers will compete in each match and also replace wrestlers as you see fit. I will probably have it so any wrestlers who is injured, suspended or departs AEW can be replaced immediately and additionally there will be signing windows to make changes to your team at your own free will. I should get the game again next week so will most likely post further then. My ultimate aim is to have thirty teams with three leagues of ten and promotion and relegation between them. I counted eight who have expressed interest so I'm happy with that starting point. For those who are busy don't worry about that. I recognise real life comes first and if you don't get chance to choose wrestlers for upcoming matches I can choose using my best judgement based on your team. More soon... 🙂

Some of the users who have been here a few years may remember me. I used to be a regular forum user and TEW player and wrote a few dynasties on various versions of the game. Soon I will be returning and I've had a few ideas how to return with the game and a dynasty and had been thinking which to go with... only for this evening to have a brainwave and had the idea for what may be the most ambitious and most interactive dynasty this forum has seen and one that will quite possibly be unique. Though I'm sure if I'm wrong somebody will correct me. I've not been on the forum for a couple of years plus until writing this post. 😂 My idea is to start a game with AEW using the latest Real World Chronicles database. What will be different is that a new and major focus will be a team competition that will run as seasons. Where the ambition and interaction comes in is that forum members will be team managers, signing wrestlers for their teams and choosing which ones will fight in which matches. They could also hire and fire wrestlers for their teams once the season starts or in specified windows and replace injured or departed wrestlers when appropriate. A few ideas I've had is for teams to consist of three men and two women, for leagues to feature ten teams and have promotion and relegation between leagues. Each team would fight each other five times - mens singles, tag and trios and women's singles and tag. If this gets off the ground will depend on a couple of things. Firstly is how much forum interest there is in running a team and secondly if I have enough time to dedicate to run it to the level it would need. My desire is there to at least give it a go. In the mean time I will give it a minimum of 1 week to gauge people's interest in managing a team and at least 3 weeks for the project to get off the ground, though realistically longer. Any questions feel free to ask and of you are interested in being a team manager please post here. 🙂
