Also, it was pretty hard to remember who was and wasn't already on the list, especially with the Japanese people, so if you notice any doubles let me know.) Now, added up that brings us to 149 - I figured that the easiest way to go about it as it stands would be to include 160 people (adding up to 80 matches in the opening round!) which could then be narrowed down through 1 on 1 matches to a final which would include five people, and whoever gets the most votes wins. So there's 11 spots left - if you have any original votes, feel free to post them now. And that's how it'll work. If anybody has a problem with it (thinks 80 matches is a little too much, or whatever) please say and provide a method which you think would work better.
