I would think that since we are all adults we share the ability to self censor, using mature language only when required, if at all.

The swear filter has caused me problems in the past when trying to discuss, or even post links of, anything (especially Japanese Workers and promotions) containing the letters that spell out a 'banned' word. For example, if I had wished to discuss an infestation of ****roaches in my flat; I would be denied.

You're basing this reading on all adults on this forum based on the small sample of people who've participated on a thread within one game's section, not the others.

I know I was playing around with Championship Manager as a li'l kid. It wouldn't surprise me to find out that young basketball or college football fans do the same.

Completely glossing over the excellent points you make, the central meaning that I'm taking from your post, is that professional wrestling is an adult pursuit, whereas football and basketball are childish flights of fancy.

Spectacular!

To enjoy TEW you need to have a more in-depth awareness of How It Really Works than you need to play Champ Man badly.

It's probably why I mark so heavily for tag wrestling... Midnight Express vs. Rock N' Roll Express, Hart Foundation, Freebirds, Fantastics, Ole & Arn, Road Warrios, Valentine/Beefcake vs. British Bulldogs. </sigh></p>
