Bigpapa42 Posted April 10, 2009 Share Posted April 10, 2009 Okay, a bit of backstory for anyone who doesn't follow my SWF diary (pimped!)... In said diary, I made mention of the fact that I was going to be in Houston for WM (and ROH and Raw). FINisher brought up the idea of taking a sign related to my diary to Wrestle Mania. Several people agreed that GDS and the CornellVerse must be represented. Unfortunately, it never transpired for WM. A combination of lack of time to get the necessary tools due to a tight schedule and figuring there was no way it would get seen as we were sitting pretty high up. I did manage to get to an Office Depot on Monday and grabbed the poster and some markers. Without a proper surface to use, I proceeded to create two of the crappiest signs imaginable with slogans that confused everyone who saw them. I probably could have come up with something better if I really thought about it, but I put "I Have Faith" on one side and "Randy Orton is no Rich Money" on the other. Both sides have "SWF4Life" on the bottom. Don't think I made it on TV with the sign. We were pretty high up again, and I only held it up a few times as the guys behind us were getting annoyed pretty quick. I did manage to get a couple of pics before the show started. Intended to take a couple during the show, but my camera battery died. Oh, and as crappy as this signs was, there were worse at the show. And stupider. So, here are the two pics I managed.
