USPW: The Battle for Prime Time

Recommended Posts

Okay, alts at the bottom of this post in case you haven't had a chance to read the show yet (i.e. don't look down!).

Thanks to everyone who predicted, and to those who are reading this diary. I hope you enjoyed the show, it's definitely the one I've been looking most forward to so far.

Congratulations to BYU14 and our resident PPV expert BHK1978 for getting the most predictions correct for the show - 5/7! Several people got 4/7 though only Phantom Stranger backed an Alicia Strong/Connie Morris win. John Lions (and a few others I'm sure) correctly guessed (a few shows back) that Ford Gumble would be the mystery challenger for Andre Jones, so well done for that John.

Here is our leader board with only one show left...

1. xopher316 and BHK1978...18

2. John Lions, angeldelayette and Bigpapa42...16

3. Jingo and Tigerkinney...15

It could all change in the last show so keep your predictions coming in!

Excellent pay-per-view, jhd1! Congrats on getting Edd Stone! That's gonna be huge for USPW!

Thanks, I agree! He's definitely someone I've got plans for...

Here are the alts from Red, White and Blue!...

Excellent PPV with some really big moments - I like the Davids/Datsun split and look forward to seeing where you take both of those guys. Edd Stone will be certainly be interesting to see how you write him. And the alt of Ford Gumble really made me smile. Way to turn a fat, out-of-shape loser into someone of immediate interest to both the USPW crowd and the diary readers! :D

Thanks for everyone's comments so far, responses are below (if I missed you out it is by accident, I'm not ignoring anyone :p).

From here on in the shows will probably be once a week, posted on a Sunday, and I'll start the predictions for the next show tomorrow. The first month of shows were done on a roughly Wednesday-Sunday schedule which was fine until I started a new job and now I'm busier I don't want to start rushing through writing the cards. Still, the last two or three shows have been weekly and that seems to have worked out okay :D

Thanks Marcel. Gumble was someone destined for USPW but I couldn't decide what to do with him in my early games. At the same time, I had an idea for a Honky Tonk Man gimmick but didn't have anyone particular in mind and suddenly they clicked. In my test game I used him pretty much as a HTM clone (heel who DQed himself to the top) but it didn't feel 'right.' He'll have some of the same characteristics but he's definitely a 'fun babyface' this time around :D Oh, and I suppose having an A* gimmick rating doesn't hurt his chances either...

As a huge Edd Stone mark, I can't wait to see what you do with him. Solid PPV as well.

Thanks R! Seems Edd has gone down well! At TCW he dropped the title to Chance Fortune of all people and by the time he'd signed he had dropped from C- to D+ pop. Needless to say, in that one PPV he got it back again!

You mean I might be actually good at something in life!!:D

These alt renders are awsome as always!

I have to say I was a little shocked that Andre Jones lost his title. However, I think Ford was a good choice to give the title to.

I am also glad that you broke up The People's Team. To me I was never a fan of that team, it just seemed to be more of a make-shift team.

You're definitely getting to be a prediction pro in this diary BHK :D

Jones losing the title and Davids turning were definitely big decisions, but both are part of bigger (but separate) plans. The way Jones lost is setting up a feud with Memphis whilst Davids' turn is going to cause a few ripples over the coming weeks.

Gumble is possibly the greatest alt I've ever seen and looking forward to see what you do with Stone.

And bah gawd, Baine tapped. Hope Enygma retains against Bruce as well.

Thanks Shape! Gumble's new HTM alt is definitely my favourite alt so far so I'm glad people seem to like it. As for Enygma's reign, well, you'll just have to keep reading...:p

Really enjoyed the PPV, great job jhd1! And I agree with the others, Stone is a huge get!

Cheers BYU! I was so happy when I saw Edd would be joining in time for the PPV (on the very same Sunday as it happens) and as soon as I realised I just knew where in the show I wanted him to debut.

Enjoyed the show, jhd1. Love how things are going. Love seeing Edd Stone, and love that alt. Might have to steal it at some point... Keep up the great work.

Thanks as always BP! As for the Edd alt, go for it :D

USPW American Wrestling!

February, Week 4, 2010

Des Davids vs. The Force

Shane Sneer's latest acquisition, Des Davids, will be out to prove his manager's faith is well placed in this match against The Force. Shane Sneer has dogged The Force over the last few months and he will take any victory over the man that took away his National title hopes.

Will Sneer make sure Davids becomes the next big thing, or will the Force show Des that deserting the People was the worst decision of his life?

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb

Despite a strong debut against Belle Bryden, Connie Morris still couldn't come out on top against The Dish. Last Sunday, however, she was on the winning team against the same opponent when she teamed up with Alicia Strong. Cherry Bomb has been on the periphery of late and will want a win to bring herself back into the fold.

Will it be a Missouri Plough, or a Cherry Bomb to finish this match off?

USPW Television Title Match

Darryl Devine vs. Ford Memphis ©

A win for Elvis impersonator Ford Memphis last Sunday at Red, White and Blue! sent shockwaves through USPW as he became the new Television Champion. There will be no rest for the new champ, however, as tonight he takes on Darry Devine.

Will 'Mighty Fine' make sure Memphis is nothing but a one-hit wonder, or will 'The King' rule supreme?

Java vs. Tyson Baine

Both of these men lost their respective matches last Sunday night and both will be looking for a return to form tonight. Java is currently in the midst of a heated rivalry with Ares, Zeus and The Guru whilst Tyson Baine lost his position as #1 contender by tapping out to Enygma.

Will tonight's victor be heading for Hell, or The Island when this one is through?

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

James Justice succesfully defeated long-time rival T-Rex last Sunday at Red, White and Blue! whilst Jumbo Jackson got the pin in an important eight-man tag.

Will Jackson do what T-Rex could not and beat Justice, or will 'The Dude' prove himself to be the real Titan of USPW?

[Plus, we'll hear World Champion Enygma's thoughts on his win over Tyson Baine and his upcoming match with Bruce the Giant, and James Justice will discuss the dramatic finish to his steel cage match with T-Rex only on American Wrestling!]

Quick Picks...

Des Davids vs. The Force

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb

USPW Television Title Match: Darryl Devine vs. Ford Memphis ©

Java vs. Tyson Baine

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

As much as I like The Force, Des has the momentum

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb

Connie with an upset victory over Cherry Bomb

I don't see Ford losing in his first title defense.

Java vs. Tyson Baine

A tough one but I can see the Oracles causing a distraction to give Baine the win.

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

Dude!

Loved the pay-per-view once again and I'm looking forward to seeing what you have in store for us next. I assume Edd Stone will have some comments on his arrival.

Des Davids vs. The Force - The Force is strong, but Davids has the momentum

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb - Connie's a female JTTS.

USPW Television Title Match: Darryl Devine vs. Ford Memphis © - Ford ain't dropping the belt in his first defense.

Java vs. Tyson Baine - Java's going to have a very bad evening.

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice - Justice all the way.

Des Davids vs. The Force

Completes his heel turn by beating The Force

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb

Connie has made a decent start but I don't see her rivalling the top names in this division

USPW Television Title Match: Darryl Devine vs. Ford Memphis ©

I don't see Memphis being a one-hit wonder. I do think he should become Belle Bryden's boyfriend and then she can become the Memphis Belle.

Java vs. Tyson Baine

Jumbo Jackson vs. James Justice

In hoss battles, Baine and Justice stay looking strong at the top of the card

It's Tuesday February Week 4

and we are live from the sold out Huntsville Fairgrounds!

UNITED STATES PRO WRESTLING PRESENTS...

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/USPWAmericanWrestling.jpg

[As the usual banners, confetti and light show is poured over a lively Huntsville Fairgrounds we circle around the auditorium revealing the varied audience cheering and chanting. As the camera spirals around the tiers it finally settles upon two men sat behind a familiar ringside desk...]

Your Announce Team:

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/DannyJillefski.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/MickyStarr.jpg

Danny Jillefski and 'Mighty' Micky Starr

Danny Jilleski: Hello to everyone at home, I'm Danny Jillefski...

Micky Starr: ...and I'm Micky Starr...

Jillefski: What a night we have in store for you folks, some of the greatest entertainment on television, right here on USPW American Wrestling!

[When the music of James Justice rings out across Huntsville the crowd jump to their feet. Having seen their hero triumph over T-Rex last Sunday night, support for Justice is stronger than ever...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/JamesJustice.jpg

James Justice: Dudes! I know - last Sunday was pretty great right!? Big T didn't stand a chance when JJ came a-knockin'! Even Sneak Mustafa couldn't con the dudes and dudettes of USPW out of the victory they deserved. Even when TB came to join Big T they didn't stand a chance. Not when JJ had a little help from a friend...

[The crowd didn't need the word STONE lighting up the videotron to know what was coming next. Edd Stone's official unveiling was an all-out spectacle, his slow walk to the ring interspersed with clips from his impressive entrance video. As Edd poses for the crowd a cameran picks out a group of girls, one of which faints right on cue. As he enters the ring, Edd leaves a small bag by the corner...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/EddStone.jpg

Edd Stone: HELLO UPSW!!! I've been looking a party big enough for a while now...well I think I just found it! People have been asking me all week, they say 'Edd, buddy, why you going all the way to Huntsville?' and I say 'Dudes, there's nothing for me on the west coast. I mean, have you seen those USPW-types - that's where its at, east coast baby!' So, you know, when I got a call from Big Sam I just couldn't get here quick enough...

James Justice: Too right Little E, just in time...

Edd: Double J I've been sitting at home watching American Wrestling! and each week the biggest party in this ring happens once a night...each time 'The Dude' steps into this ring and you know, I want to be a part of that.

So how about it James, me and you, Stone and Justice, ripping up U-S-P-Dubya together?

[Milking the reception, Justice looks down at the ground carefully considering the situation. Smiling, Edd heads to the bag he left near the turnbuckle and pulls out a white shirt, just like the one he is wearing!]

Edd Stone: So, Double J....what do you say?

[As Edd offers the shirt towards Justice the crowd chant both men's names, urging Justice to take the shirt. Working the crowd, Justice turns around to 'ask' the opinion of the eager audience who are only too happy to oblige, shouting still louder. With a smile to match Stone's, Justice turns back around and accepts the shirt, putting it on before the two celebrate their new alliance with the crowd.]

Segment Rating: B

Jillefski: It looks like we've got a new tag team folks!

Starr: That is a great thing for Edd Stone - allying himself with a big star like Justice I mean.

Jillefski: You're right Mick, but don't forget Stone is a star in his own right too! Imagine what the pair of them can do together!

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/DesDavids-1.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/VS.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/JimForce.jpg

Des Davids (w/Shane Sneer) vs. The Force

The Force must have been wondering why Shane Sneer is still haunting him when Des Davids came to the ring accompanied by his new manager. Determined to impress, Davids put on a solid showing that reaffirmed why Shane Sneer had convinced him to betray his partner Freddie Datsun last Sunday night. Despite a fairly good match from The Force, Des was always going to be the man to watch and when a Quarterback Sack - Davids' high velocity spear - connected with the face-painted warrior around eight minutes in this one was all over.

Des Davids wins in 8:17 via pinfall

Match Rating: D

Jillefski: Does anyone else think Des was trying a little too hard there?

Starr: I bet Jim Force agrees with you, is he ever going to be rid of Shane Sneer!?

[With the highlights of our last match over we cut backstage where the cameraman is walking aimlessly down a corridor. As we near the end of a number of locker rooms a number of heated voices become audible. Reaching the last door of this section of corridor the voices are revealed to belong to Shane Sneer and Corporation members Des Davids and Jumbo Jackson.

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/ShaneSneer.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/DesDavids-1.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/JumboJackson.jpg

Peaking through the slightly open door, we see Jackson and Sneer arguing while Davids stands, seemingly unnoticed, in the middle. Although the words aren't clear, it's obvious there is tension growing between Jackson and Sneer but when the cameraman coughs, Sneer's head snaps around towards the door. Realising they are being watched Sneer kicks the door shut, banging it against the camera in the process...]

Segment Rating: D+

Jillefski: Well, it looks like things aren't as happy and serene as Sneer would have you imagine...

Starr: Jumbo's definitely unhappy about something, I wonder what it could be...

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/ConnieMorris.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/VS.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/CherryBomb.jpg

Connie Morris vs. Cherry Bomb

Connie Morris' rise to stardom continued with a solid victory over Cherry Bomb here tonight. An unhappy Cherry couldn't string more than a few moves together without her larger opponent striking back and despite a fairly good showing from the two female stars the crowd just weren't interested. After five minutes of action Connie hit the Missouri Plow and the victory was hers.

Connie Morris wins in 5:38 via pinfall

Match Rating: D

Jillesfki: Ouch! Cherry has not been having much luck these last few months but Connie Morris has made a tremendous start to her USPW career.

Darry Devine (w/Seduction) vs. Ford Memphis ©

Darry Devine had gold in his eyes prior to this match, expecting a fairly easy run against newcomer Ford Memphis. Like Andre Jones last Sunday however, Devine was in from a shock as the Elvis-alike danced his way around the ring and knotting Devine inside out in the process. Solid action from Memphis and Devine was met by a lukewarm reception from the crowd but both carried on to put out a great championship match. Recovering from his early setback, Devine made good use of the ropes, using them to choke the champ several times throughout the match. After another close-to-disqualification choke it looked to all like Devine was heading for a Devine Dream Drop when Memphis suddenly hit back, striking the challenger once...twice..three times each with a shake of the leg inbetween. As Devine rocked backwards Memphis wound up and a huge left hook sent 'Mighty Fine' careering backwards...he bounced back off the ropes...Heartbreak Hotel! Once again the savate kick connecting with deadly accuracy and Devine slumped to the mat.

Ford Memphis wins in 6:10 via pinfall

Ford Memphis retains the USPW Television Title in his 1st defence.

Match Rating: C-

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/AndreJones.jpg

[barely has the referee had time to signal for the bell when former Television champion Andre Jones comes charging towards the ring! Sliding under the ropes, Jones doesn't stop for breath as he begins trading punches with Memphis. Whilst Darryl Devine and Seduction skulk off, Memphis and Jones continue their fist fight which slowly decends into a mass of flailing arms as they are pulled apart by a number of officials...]

Segment Rating: D

Starr: Andre Jones didn't appreciate Ford Memphis' title win a few days ago did he!?

Jillefski: Like you said on Sunday Mick, it's not like he didn't ask for it!

[backstage we see Professor Stern in his lecture room playing chess with an unknown member of staff. With 'The Expert' sat silently plotting out his next move he doesn't hear Chris Caulfield walk in behind him...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/HenryLee.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/ChrisCaulfield.jpg

Chris Caulfield: Having a little trouble Professor? Look...try moving your bishop here...

[As Caulfield picks up the piece and moves it into a checkmate position an infuriated Stern jumps to his feet...]

Caulfield: No 'lesson' today Stern? I was looking forward to one. You know, maybe I should start a course of my own...'Checkmate' Chris Caulfield...what do you think?

[Caulfield laughs at his joke before heading for the door, clearly pleased at getting one over his more educated colleague. Red-faced and temper boiling, the last thing Professor Stern wanted to see when he turned around was his chess opponent laughing along with him. With a roar of fury, Stern upturns the table sending chess pieces flying across the room and hitting the board across the staff members head. Picking up a stray pawn, Stern throws it in the region of Caulfield's exit before marching off grumpily in the opposite direction...]

Segment Rating: B+

Starr: Caulfield 1...Stern 0!

Jillefski: Stern doesn't seem to like the taste of his own medicine!

Chris Caulfield vs. Anger

'The Hardcore American' came to the ring to a huge ovation after his little 'victory' over Stern moments ago. His opponent Anger, a multi-time tag team champion, put up a great performance against the more prestigious Caulfield and the opening minutes saw the former Demon looking strong despite Caulfield's best attempts. As the match wore on Anger's age became a factor and the veteran began to slow, needing to catch his breath after his bigger moves. Realising he was gaining the upper hand, Caulfield used Anger's diminishing stamina to his advantage, using irish whips and running attacks to wear his opponent down. After around eight minutes it became clear that the much older Demon was beginning to struggle and when his tired clothesline was dodged Anger was in prime position for the Danger Drop. Despite Anger's worthy attempt, the reverse DDT was enough to finish off the former tag team specialist and three seconds later the bell was ringing for Caulfield.

Chris Caulfield wins in 8:03 via pinfall

Match Rating: D+

Jillefski: Anger looked a little tired out there...

Starr: He should be, how old is he? Isn't he like 65 or something!?

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/TysonBaine.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/VS.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/Java.jpg

Tyson Baine (w/Sheik Mustafa) vs. Java

In a fierce battle between two big men, tactics and style went out of the window in favour of brute force. The immense strength needed to lift these two was no problem as they suplexed and slammed each other numerous times throughout. Despite typically being a tag team wrestler, Java worked well on his own and Tyson Baine was on the defensive at several points in the match. Referee Baby Jamie, dwarfed by the competitors in the ring, stayed well away as the two bulldozers charged each other around six minutes in. As both came crashing to a standstill, noses almost touching they turned around to run again....double clothesline! An enormous boom greated their hefty combined weight hitting the mat simultaneously. As the crowd chanted for Java to reach his feet first Sheik Mustafa barked instructions to Baine. Nearing his eighth count Baby Jamie was spared declaring this a draw when Baine finally reached his feet. Using this to gain the advantage, Baine began to use his superior range of moves to devastating effect and Java began to lose momentum. When Baine signalled for the Hades Bomb just before the ten minute mark the outcome was in no doubt.

Tyson Baine wins in 9:26 via pinfall

Match Rating: C

Starr: Tyson Baine is not a happy...demon...thing...

Jillefski: He lost to Enygma, again, and he's going to want to rectify that sooner rather than later. But that discussion can wait for another time, Davis Ditterich is waiting in the Event Centre...

[The action cuts backstage where Davis Ditterich stands in the polished, pristine interior of the USPW Event Centre. Behind him this week, the video wall cycles through short clips from last Sunday's big event. With his hand to his ear, Davis pauses momentarily before smiling at the camera, mic in hand...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/DavisDitterich.jpg

Davis Ditterich: Thanks Danny. Last Sunday night, Red, White and Blue! was the most memorable night in USPW history. Ford Memphis was crowned the new television champion after defeating Andre Jones in an astonishing USPW debut and The Towers of Power were declared the new Tag Team Champions after People's Team member Des Davids turned on his own partner to hand them the victory. Jim Force was once again denied the USPW National Title after defeat to Peter Valentine, a title challenge Shane Sneer revealed would be The Force's last under Valentine's reign.

And of course, the main event was certainly a match to remember with Tyson Baine against World Champion Enygma for the second time. In a bout to rival any historic match you can think of, Enygma finally managed to make the 'Red-Haired Demon' tap out to his Enygma Variation. Earlier on today I had a chance to talk with the mysterious Enygma...

[As the montage behind Davis disappears to be replaced by a small masked figure in the centre of the screen the crowd's cheers pour in over the room's audio system...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/Enygma.jpg

Enygma: Tyson Baine...last Sunday night we put on the greatest performance in this company's history. Not only did we show the world that USPW is the only place for wrestling, we showed the world that Enygma is the greatest champion on the planet. For that I congratulate you.

But know this Bruce the Giant...I am the captsone of the Great Pyramid, the ivory statue of Zeus...I am the Eight Wonder.

At Liberty & Justice I will prove to you and everyone at home that for all your size...I am the summit...for all your strength...I am the light...for all your history...

I am the Zenith.

[Cheers of 'Zenith' can just about be heard as the World Champion fades into brick and mortar...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/DavisDitterich.jpg

Davis Ditterich: World Champion Enygma there. Remember folks, Bruce the Giant was made #1 Contender for Enygma's title way back in January but it won't be until Liberty & Justice that Bruce gets his shot. On the topic of #1 contenders, 2010's biggest challenge for Women's Champion Raven Robinson so far has been Belle Bryden. Here's what 'The Dish' had to say a little earlier on...

[As usual, Davis turns around just in time to see Belle Bryden emerge on the video wall. Belle is perched upon her usual bar stool, an incredulous smile upon her face...]

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/BelleBryden.jpg

Belle Bryden: Ladies and gentlemen, you should be looking at the most wonderful Women's champion of all time. But for some reason, the Board of Directors decided that we weren't going to have a title match last Sunday so instead you're looking at the most wonderful future Women's champion of all time.

I wasn't happy with their decision so I made a few calls...it seems they didn't like that either...so now instead of getting the title shot I deserve everyone's getting one! Apparently at our next PPV we'll be have some kind of scramble...thing. Stupid idea. Still, from what I understand all I have to do is pin that snakey-Gorgon-thing and that new ugly one - Connor is it? - a few times and I'll be the new champion.

So don't worry all your not-so-pretty heads, the 'The Dish' will be your champion in no time at all!

[As Belle blows kisses towards the screen she fades away to a scene from Red, White and Blue! Taking a few moments to remind everyone at home what has just passed, Davis signs off in his usual manner...]

Segment Rating: B+

Jillefski: I'm not sure whether Enygma is ****y, a realist or just plain weird!

Starr: Weird. Definitely weird...

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/JamesJustice-1.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/VS.jpghttp://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Cards/JumboJackson.jpg

James Justice (w/Edd Stone) vs. Jumbo Jackson (w/Shane Sneer)

The crowd went wild when James Justice came to the ring with Edd Stone at his side but the same can't be said for Jumbo Jackson and Shane Sneer whose reception, while just as loud, was certainly not warm.

Throughout the early minutes of this match Justice and Jackson tested each other, using a series of attacks and then backing off to see how the other would react. On the outside, Sneer hurled abuse at the 'Dude' while Edd tapped the mat, egging his charge on between moments of crowd-pleasing antics.

Neither man in the ring was paying any notice to anything but the task at hand and a solidly consistent bout was delivered by both. Eventually, after seeing neither man take control Shane Sneer decided to take matters into his own hands and with his client down near the corner, Sneer gave a quick message to Jackson. Mere minutes later and Jackson 'accidentally' clattered into referee Eugene Williams, knocking him through the middle ropes and onto Edd Stone! As Justice made his way towards both the official and his new friend, Jackson grabbed him from behind and dragged him back into the middle of the ring.

His plan nearing completion, Sneer climbed onto the apron, steel chair in hand, as Jackson held Justice ready for his manager. Laughing to himself, Sneer swung the chair towards Justice...wait he missed....he hit his own man! Shane Sneer hit Jumbo Jackson with a chair! As Sneer's face dropped Edd and the referee slowly climbed to their feet. Being the quickest up, Stone headed towards Sneer and pulled the shellshocked manager from the apron. Meanwhile, in the ring Justice lifted his opponent onto his feet before sending peace signs in all directions...…Liberation Slam! With Edd keeping a watchful guard over Sneer, Justice's pin secured the victory.

James Justice wins in 9:55 via pinfall

Match Rating: C+

Starr: What a match! But if Jackson was upset with Sneer earlier, he's going to be furious right now!

Jillefski: You're not kidding. He really connected with that chair too! Unfortunately that's all we've got time for tonight so everyone at home - Micky and I wish you a good week and we'll see you here next Tuesday, only on Sports America!

Congratulations this week go to angeldelayette for being the only person with 5/5 correct. As I expected, Connie Morris' victory was the one that threw most of you (pretty much everyone else got 4/5). Not that I had her win for that reason (I booked the show about four weeks ago), the main reason being I just can't figure out Cherry Bomb - at least not yet!

So, our final leaderboard of prediction contest two is as follows...

1. xopher316 and BHK1978...22

2. angeldelayette...21

3. John Lions and Bigpapa42...20

Congratulations xopher and BHK (again!)! A PM will be sent your way shortly. As you can see, the contest was extremely tight once again and several others were close to the top, especially the two or three who missed one show or another. It would appear 22 is the score to beat having been the winning number for the previous two contests. As always, next show the scores will all be reset so don't worry if you haven't won this month, there will be another winner(s) in just five more shows!

Okay, so only one alt this week. Here it is for those that want to recreate the Justice/Stone alliance.

James Justice

WELCOME TO THE USPW FAN ZONE! with Katherine Faibe

http://i754.photobucket.com/albums/xx181/jhdTEW/USPW/Backstory/KateFaybe.jpg

Welcome, welcome, welcome to USPW.com's newest feature, the USPW Fan Zone, where you, the fans, get to decide what goes on in your favourite sports show USPW American Wrestling!

For our first feature we're going to start things off with a bang!

So, what I want you all to do is suggest a name for USPW's newest tag team of James Justice and Edd Stone.

The top five answers will then be put to a vote and the winning name will be theirs forever! I'm not one to waste time, so your favourite tag team name will be used next week when the pair team up with Enygma to face Bruce the Giant and The Titans - so get voting!

Have fun, and don't forget to tune in next Tuesday!
