AlaskanHero
Those Casey Valentine renders are simply phenomenal. J Silver, if I may make a suggestion, for those last two Tyson Baine renders, could you do them with red hair? Of the ones of Baine you did, those two are may favorites and I'd love to see them with his trademark red hair.
Nightshadeex
Here's my Don Henderson. I love how M4 has an irregular teeth slider. It makes my British renders more authentic! BA-CHING! Don Henderson http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/godnightshade/DonHenderson-1.jpghttp://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/godnightshade/DonHenderson2.jpghttp://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/godnightshade/DonHenderson3.jpg http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/godnightshade/DonHenderson_Pipe.jpg I took some advice from J and played around with some lighting he gave me. So I re-lit Don. I may do the same to everyone else too. Eric Future http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y7/godnightshade/EricFuture-1.jpg

Maybe if you lightened his hair up a bit?
Nightshadeex
Codey, you're 100% right. In fact, I'm doing a bit of a retcon right here and now as I've re-rendered them all with new lighting. I really think the Billy Robinson that Redneck made kills mine, so I'm converting that to Don Henderson. And the render I just made is going to Geordie Jimmy Morris, because I've always hated that render since it was on one of the Vesseys. jtlant
Nice work everybody. I figured that since there were a couple different Leper Messiahs floating around, I'd try my hand at one also... Maximilian_WWW
Awesome work everybody. This is fast becoming my favourite place to go in the mornings to see if new renders have been posted. I don't really have suggestions or other contributions atm so i just wanted to say keep up the good work, everybody, this thread is great. Just one question: am I the only one who thinks that jtlants Leper Messiah render looks more like Ripper LeStat?
Benrollo
Agreed with the post above. I'm loving this thread even more than the alternative pictures thread now, it's simply phenomenal. Well done guys, keep it up.

Nightshadeex
Someone mentioned Ripper LeStat, here's my first attempt with creating face paint. It turned out to have a higher opacity than I want it to have. When you do face paint, is there a lot of post work done in Photoshop? If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it. Big Roguey
Actually had this one done already, but apparently never posted, so it was just a quick hair and expression change. And knocking out the front teeth. Zeshin Makioka http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii145/jtlant/TEW/ZeshinMakioka_alt3.jpg I've got an idea for his AQUA alter-ego as well, but I'll be gone for a few days, so it'll have to wait til next week. jtlant, do you have this with the front teeth? When you do face paint, is there a lot of post work done in Photoshop? If anyone has any advice, I'd appreciate it. You can do. I tend to do it as 'pre-work' in Photoshop. I open up the face texture with Photoshop, draw the facepaint on by hand, then load that .jpg image onto the model in Daz.
jtlant
jtlant, do you have this with the front teeth? Yep. To get the others that I posted I had to do one with teeth and then take out the front teeth with postwork... http://i263.photobucket.com/albums/ii145/jtlant/TEW/ZeshinMakioka_alt2a.jpg

When I sign Zeshin for a company other than WEXXV, I don't really like the hardcore appearance. The one with teeth is superb.

Nightshadeex
Alright, I fixed the Ripper pictures, I don't know why, but my opacity settings didn't update as I was rendering.
J Silver
Man, am I the only one who wasn't done a Leper Messiah alt? A few new renders for now, Brimstone http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/Brimstone_alt-1.pnghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/Brimstone_alt.jpg Xavier Reckless http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/XavierReckless-1.pnghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/XavierReckless.jpg Steven Parker http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/StevenParker_alt2-1.pnghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/StevenParker_alt2.jpg And a relight of Bryden and two more Baine alts, http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/BelleBryden_alt5-1.jpghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/TysonBaine_alt6.jpghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/TysonBaine_alt5.jpg

J Silver
Last one for the day, Chris Everton http://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/ChrisEverton_alt-1.pnghttp://i34.photobucket.com/albums/d105/jsilver536/ChrisEverton_alt.jpg And as a little something special I decided to record Everton's rendering and upload it to Youtube. So, for any fellow pro who'd like to see how a colleague works, beginner who wants to see 'how a pro does it', or just anyone interested in seeing what goes into making these renders here ya go. Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 I'd suggest full screen for anyone who does actually decide to watch.
Nightshadeex
For those who have done a Leper Messiah alt, how about a Tully Arthurs version using the same base? I want to bring him and Jeff Nova together. Hahaha
