No, I'm coming up with a brand new character, the Southern version of Sabu. Still will be Junior Dewrell, but not the masked luchador...now he's a young, high-flying hardcore specialist.

Some may recognize him, however. He was a midcard talent for DaVE in the company's final year and a half, and was pegged to be the next great thing in the company. After turning down a lucrative deal with Pittsburgh Steel Wrestling, Dewrell took a lengthy hiatus from the sport.

 

He will return in The Dog Pound.

I'd considered a similar character for myself... one of my favourite characters to play as on No Mercy was one I made called Homer Sexual... almost certainly the most offensive one I've ever made but was funny as heck any time he did his particularly... offensive... finishing move, a powerbomb into a suggestive pin that he called the Total Penetration... well, that we all called that. Not sure who came up with it, but it stuck and always makes me laugh.

On an unrelated note, I'm curious to see how the roster is shaping up. I Don't think I'm going to bring Derek B back but I'm considering a number of my other characters. Some of their closest stereotypes have been taken so I'm looking at some other ones I've got... if I could get an idea of how the roster is currently shaping up then I might be able to decide on who to pick.

 

On a similar note... if we could start everyone out on the same levels of popularity then we'd probably be able to have talent rise to the top of the autopush.
