The Telltale BTTF game was decent but it isn't like Telltale games as we now know them where your decisions affect the story. The story was quite linear but it's like a traditional point n click based on BTTF. Not bad at all.

I haven't yet played Jurassic Park but picked it up on steam for like $3 a year or so ago so ill play it eventually.

Here is how i would rank the Telltale games I have finished so far (so no Batman or Minecraft yet)

TWD S/1

Borderlands

The Wolf Among Us

TWD S/2

Game of Thrones

BTTF

Michonne (I didn't hate it at all. Just way too short)

Also, I have never played the Borderlands games much at all (only barely as a muck around in 2 player) which is a testament to how good Tales from the Borderlands truly is

Someones enjoyment of a game is subjective and sometimes not defined by their love of something connected to said game unfortunately. I mean I love Star Wars but I hate, hate, hate (enough hates? No not nearly enough!) Battlefront, I love DC TV shows but don't like DC Universe Online or Injustice: Gods Among Us etc...</p><p> </p><p> I've still got Wolf Among Us, Tales from Borderlands and Game of Thrones to play through before I get the Batman game. Before that though I need to finish Nuka World DLC for Fallout 4 and quite a few side quests as well as having Metal Gear Solid V that I haven't even opened despite buying it months ago!</p>

I recently wanted to play another CK2 game and bought the DLC, but it seems they're really squeezing all the juice out of the game. I don't get why they haven't made a CK3 yet. Every time they're creating a new DLC, a string of crucial bugs emerge and they're stuck for weeks squashing them. The code has become way too fragmented and complex. Just... let it go. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> I'm sure dedicated fans will just shell out the 20$ for it.

Forza Horizon 3 is great! It's one of the most graphically beautiful games I've seen this console cycle. It's a lot easier to get perks and level up this time around. It's just a joy to float around Australia. I'm loving every second of it. And my club hit number 1!!!! In the world!!!!!

Could not agree more with you. I'm absolutely loving it, and I pretty much stay away from racing games. Just bought the A-Team van because... well... I can. Some of the scenery is amazing and the vehicle collection is just insane. I've gone the "collector" route in which I'm collecting vintage cars from the 80s and before. Although I'm using my newly acquired Horizon Exclusive Lambourghini for the actual races... gotta love that lucky rank up wheel for prizes!

So, WWE2K17... Didn't play 16, and played 15 briefly on PC, so I'm basically new to the 2K franchise.

First impressions, having played literally three singles matches and nothing else:

- The roster is bloody massive. Like, holy crap. I know this was a main selling point, but... actually quite impressed.

- The game feels slow. Like, not 'methodical, scientific wrestling match slow', just 'everything's been slowed down juuuust enough to be noticeable/annoying'. I'll probably get used to that, but I wish there was a setting like in Madden. If you're playing with slow, plodding wrestlers then fair enough, but everyone feels slow and clunky.

- Turn the commentary off immediately. You'll thank me.

- I like the mini-games system for submissions/pinfalls. Better than random button mashing. Chain wrestling system is a bit convoluted but not in a way that gets in the way of playing the game, so I'm cool with it.

- I was going to say the reversals system is annoying and the AI reverses way too much, but then I found a slider for that so it's not a huge issue. However, it IS annoying that the reversal trigger is right at the start of the animation, so it's essentially random until you've learned what the moves do. For instance, in order to reverse a punch you have to hit R2 as soon as the move starts winding up, not just before it hits you. For some moves with relatively long setup animations, this is annoying as hell, and makes playing without the indicators not really viable. I do like that some moves have multiple trigger points though (one for a minor reversal, aka a block, and one for a major reversal which does damage to the opponent instead). It'll take a lot of getting used to for me though, for sure.

- It looks... ok? Can't say I was blown away by it graphically.

- They've accurately modelled WWE crowds. Completely dead unless someone almost dies. :p Sound design in general is pretty poor IMO.

- I like the fact you can download wrestlers people have created right into the game from inside the game, I doubt that's new but it's cool. There's already a good TJ Perkins on there.

- The general 'production values' of the game (interface, menu screens etc) look very Japanese Import. If you've ever played Pro Evo Soccer, you'll know what I mean. I haven't noticed any actual spelling errors yet though, so there's that (although "Purchasables" is suspicious... not sure that's a word :p). Unusually poor considering it's an American studio, pretty sure previous games had much better UI and menu screens.

Overall, I need more time with it (damn work...) but I don't hate it. A lot is going to depend on how the career mode is.

<p>Imo it looks relatively ugly. Long hair is just badly modeled. Granted, Brock and Cena for instance look nice. Anyhow, I'm in it for the gameplay. And 2015, the last one I played (on pc), was already slow. It was playable, but I never played it much. I don't want to sound like a broken record when endorsing the GC/N64 games, but... yeah... I played WM19 and DoR2 after WWE2k15 and enjoyed it way more.</p><p> </p><p>

I base this purely on the gameplay videos I've seen, but usually you get a pretty good idea on how it plays that way. I'd also rather get it on PC, but we all know how that version will turn out.</p>

The more I play, the more I regret buying it. ¬_¬

I mean, it's not 'terrible'. And once you get used to it, the actual wrestling is ok. But it feels less polished than your average indy game, and the promo system is horrendous. It's mostly guesswork as to what the options will do, and then you get treated to a delightful cutscene where your guy randomly lipsynchs words entirely different to what the subtitles are saying. Which is no bad thing because they're the most generic crap imaginable (understandable I guess, but why bother putting it in if you're not going to try?).

At least they're skippable (as in, you can skip the cutscene once you've selected your option), unlike the backstage interviews.

Talking of skipping cutscenes, the entire tutorial is complete unskippable. So every time you want to start a new career mode, good luck sitting through ~20 minutes (depending on how long it takes your opponent to pin you) of unskippable crap and the indignity of Albert teaching you how to cut a promo. Oh, and you still can't do career mode as a female. That *kinda* makes sense, with only three belts to go for, but meh.

Also, good luck trying to create blonde hair that doesn't look awful. You can have bright yellow hair, or gold hair, or light brown hair, but you can't have blonde hair apparently.

I'm sure I'll play it from time to time, but it's not the 'can't wait to get home and play' sort of game I was hoping for.

Oh, and I just had a tag match where I was so badly beaten I was out cold on the floor, but my opponent just stood there looking at me instead of doing any moves or trying to pin me. It's been ten minutes now, I think I'm stuck like this. :p

The blonde hair thing is common in many games. I never understood why. In the previous games you couldn't make a decent CaW if you wanted to. Used to be different (I know: broken record :p).

As for games that "I can't wait to play when I get home". How long has that been that I've experienced said longing? Must have been CK2 (new patch btw, maybe I should play it...again) or maybe WMMA/TEW, I dunno. Not Witcher, not Divinity, not anything... Could be me, could be the overall quality of games. Let's leave that in the middle. :p

Btw: have I mentioned how awesome EDF is? Probably.

I've been dividing my Xbox time to Mafia III (glitch riddled boring predictable mess) and Forza Horizon 3 this week. Really not happy with Mafia, not even a little bit impressed. It's a pretty terrible game if I'm honest. I don't connect with the character, he's boring and generic. I don't care about his story nor do I feel any sense of wanting revenge on the main "villain". Story is weak and predictable with little thought having gone into it. The guy you play as is as bigger a-hole as the guy you're trying to destroy.

The Deus Ex series and Dishonored were by far the best overall games I've played. As for wrestling, I agree I prefer the old ones. Even on PC 2K16 was slow and had animation issues. I was considering getting 17 for the promos, but they don't really sound like an improvement so far so I'll probably pass. I probably stopped playing 2K16 within 2 months of purchase because I lost interest.

Of course 30 minutes after posting that I have never experienced a glitch on Mafia 3, I experience a glitch on Mafia 3. Trying to do a weed running mission and I had to steal the boat yet the boat isn't there :-/ Restarting or reloading didn't fix it either
