For Rookie I nominate jhd1's Supreme Wrestling Federation: Under Pressure.

- Just a fantastic read that makes me look forward to the next show every single time. His characters all feel unique and his shows provide something for everybody. What more can I say?

I will hold on to my other votes until a bit later on.

Rookie:

WWE Bizarro - Rhudipoo

A great start and off the "Norm" of what you usualy see. Dont ask me why... but its worked its way to the top of my list (and i dont follow many diarys, im too picky:D)

Real World:

WWE 2006: New Year, New Stars, New Beginnings - jw_forever

Nominating 2 WWE diarys:confused:. Im not usualy a fan of WWE Diarys but its a diary i have followed for some time.

C-Verse:

No Nomination

Question?

Why are the previous winnners of last months catagorys exculded from this months? Shouldnt they be able to defend their title?

I have never won (yet lol) so it doesnt effect me. I just wondered why this rule was in place :). Im not a newbie, i should know, but hey ho... You dont ask, you dont know

I think the main reason for that is that the same diaries continued winning over and over again. This gives the other diaries more of a shot to win the diary of the month in whatever category.

Nailed it and now for some time traveling.

one upon a time there was writer named Nevermore and a Diary called ECW World Wide. This diary won three "times" in a row, that is for 5 month it won every other month. it is very possible that a 6 or even 7 month reign could have occurred.

Then once upon this other time in the cornelverse their was a man named James Casey, and a behemoth of a diary called MAW: 10 Simple rules. I am close to convinced that he could have had a 9-12 month run on top had the rule not existed.

These luminaries seem to be ok with winning every other month, and stepping aside, so that others do not become disillusioned with always being perpetual runners up.

Hope that helps explain the why and how of it all.

I'm still mulling over my other picks ..

Also much thanks to Yuu Onuki for the nod and BHK1978 for the double nod.

I'll second WWE 2006: New Year, New Stars, New Beginnings by jw_forever for real world diary. A fantastic read, loved it since the start.

EDIT: I'll nominate WWF 2002: Smackdown! vs. RAW by Gouge as rookie diary.

I enjoyed this period of WWF in real life, and Gouge has brought back some nice memories. Plus, he's a great writer, and for me has catched that period very well. His write-ups are detailed too.

Thank you to anyone who has voted for me too:)
