So, what's the verdict on awards.

If the decision hasn't been made yet, I vote yes for doing them. My reasoning is that these first few days haven't particularly been as organised (I.E one film a day, actors in one film a day) and some things are changing (E.G Promtion budget), so I think it would be unfair to chuck our earlier attempts, where there are less rules, against our films for the next week.

And to me that leaves two options: either awards today, or no awards for films done so far (which I am against).

That's the key information to know.

Other stuff: We start with $1million, 1 movie per day, and actors and directors can only work one film a day (except if the first film there working on is a cameo)

Other than that all you need is a movie idea. Good luck.

Please go back and read the movie reviews before choosing a winner. This should help you get a feel for how "we" feel they performed, etc. As always comments are welcome. I will be holding the award show between 9-10pm EST (HOPEFULLY)

Voting will be closed at 7pm tonight for vote collecting and award show writeup. Anyone who wants to help with the writeup please shoot me a PM.

Votes have been made, reasons typed up. Some very tough choices, but I believe I made the right choices (except for not voting for my films/actors/studio <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />).

If you want my reasons mad5226 to use in the awards show let me know, or if I am free to post them here myself, again please let me know.

Edit: And just a thought for the awards show, in my opinion it would be good if you showed the top three for each award (or even list the full rankings at the end...I am just nosey so want to know the full results <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />)

Go ahead and post man, you can be like a blooger or something just giving your opinion. I figure if people are insecure enough to vote for themself then that's on them, in the end it's just a game there's no reason for me to call someone's integrity into question.

Just to clarify, voting for me will get you a ton of extra perks <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /> just kidding...maybe

Well, don't know whether people will agree or disagree with me, but here it is.

And mad5226 stop telling people they will get perks for voting for you, everyone knows I have the financial muscle-power <img alt=";)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/wink.png.686f06e511ee1fbf6bdc7d82f6831e53.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

Press Release:

The board of directors at Ascending Numbers Production would like to formally announce their selections for the upcoming awards show:

Worst Actress in a Film - Vote: Daffney

-What can we say, we had so much choice in this category. Daffney's wrestling ability can not be questioned, however her acting is sub-standard. She should definitely stay away from the big screen, or definitely proof read scripts before agreeing to films.

Worst Actor in a Film – Vote: Matt Damon

-One has to question the intentions of Matt Damon’s agent in the previous week. First he stars in stoner movie “Dudley’s Paradise” and then in a movie better left forgotten “I Want to Crucify Rebecca Black”. While he also appeared in the successful film DUST, that does not make up for his other ventures.

Worst Film of the Week – Vote: “I Want To Crucify Rebecca Black”

-This film was an abomination, and how it reached the big screen was beyond us. Honestly it was so bad, that on the way out of the theatre we didn’t even have to ask for a refund, it wasn’t just given to us.

Best Supporting Actress – Vote: Zooey Deschanel

-Zoeey Deschanel’s performance is one that touches the heart, and everyone can relate to, someone trying to make it in the world and falling in love. Ascending Numbers production would like to wish Deschanel the best of luck for this award, as we know what a wonderful person & actress she is, having worked together in “Rubik’s Cube”.

Best Supporting Actor – Vote: Joseph Gordon-Levitt

-Joseph put on a stunning & believable performance as Oscar in “Dark as Night and Cold as Hell”. Again the studio wishes Joseph the best of luck due to our collaboration on “Interview: Death Row”.

As a studio we have decided to remain impartial in these awards, and therefore did not vote for Vin Diesel.

Best Leading Actress – Vote: Kaley Cuoco

Best Lead Actor – Vote: Eric Bana

Best Film Of The Week – The Ruin

-These three awards go hand-in-hand, as Cuoco & Bana’s performances alongside each other were a joy to behold. Telling the story of a blooming relationship, in a world of little hope gripped many audiences, as both stars put on 5 star performances, in an undoubtedly 5 star film.

Again, the studio wishes to remain impartial and therefore did not vote for either “Rubik’s Cube” or “The Infected”. (Despite personal opinions <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />)

Best Production Company – Vote: Pretty Ok Films

-Pretty Ok Films has managed to put out two to good films this week, with both up for the Best Film award, and while neither would get our vote in that category the studio shows consistency that others could only dream of.

Votes submitted.

Can't wait to try and turn the fortunes soon. Gonna have to go with a whole new feel, but at least my production company will stay true to the Left Field feel.
