New format of The Ultimate Fighter.

<img src=http://cdn1.sbnation.com/entry_photo_images/1759933/The_Ultimate_Fighter_Logo_large.jpg>

Hello friends of the forum that accompany this dynasty, this season will be the 21th, The Ultimate Fighter wanted to tell you, participating in or viewing.

In this new season, I choose two friends to be coaches, I do so ...

I will make 3 editions of The Ultimate Fighter, when in early March will be released coaches and the cast of fighters.

Who wants to be one of the coaches of the season just apply ... the first two will be chosen.

After this, the first candidate will coach the red corner, and the second will be the blue corner.

Then the coaches will choose the color of their teams.

For the division of teams, I will ask that coaches analyze the fighters available, and choose, in order of highest to lowest, all fighters. Once you are in the annotations of the coaches, will distribute the fighters. The coach who start picking, you will lose the right of choice of the first fight.

In the case of, for example, in some round the coaches choose the same fighter, the preference will be the coach who won the choice of fighters.

After the season, the coach who has the fighter champion will be the winner of the season, and will have preference to participate in the next edition.

I'll wait for candidates for one week, if there is no participantsI will normally make the season.

I count on the collaboration of friends accompanying the dynasty.

Any questions send me one message in the inbox or right here on the page.

He pulls Nogueira into a Muay Thai clinch. From the clinch, Carwin drives a brutal elbow to the side of the head. Carwin tries a knee strike, but Nogueira blocks it and wrestles his way out of the Muay Thai clinch. Both fighters exchange strikes, but neither hits anything significant. A nicely executed one-two combination sets up a takedown attempt from Nogueira. Nogueira doesn't get the takedown, Carwin was equal to it and pulls them into a clinch. Time expires and we come to the end of round one. I'd say that was definitely 10-9 in favour of Carwin.

Round 2

We are back underway! A feint sets Carwin up for an inside leg kick, but Nogueira evades it. Nogueira drops his shoulder and feints to step in, but Carwin isn't buying it. A nicely executed one-two combination sets up a takedown attempt from Nogueira. Carwin won't go down from the takedown attempt, but can't do anything about being pushed up against the cage. With the cage trapping Carwin, Nogueira looks to try and take him down. Carwin will not go down, he blocks the takedown despite the best efforts of Nogueira. Carwin wrestles free of Nogueira and backs off to the center. Carwin is getting in closer to Nogueira, perhaps looking for a clinch. He pulls Nogueira into a Muay Thai clinch. Carwin can't maintain his hold, and Nogueira wrestles his way into a wrestling clinch. Carwin is trying to push Nogueira so that his back is up against the cage. Carwin does it, Nogueira is stuck with his back to the cage. Shane Carwin is looking really tired. Showing his ability to exert control, Carwin smothers Nogueira up against the cage for over a minute. The time runs out on round two. I have to give that round to Carwin, but only a 10-9.

Round 3

His corner are pumping him up with encouragement, and Nogueira looks ready to come out and go for broke. We are back underway! A quick exchange of strikes produces nothing worth mentioning. Having stepped in close to throw their strikes, they end up clinched. Shane Carwin looks like he is on the verge of exhaustion. Nogueira attempts to pick Carwin up for a slam. Carwin doesn't allow himself to be lifted, and he gets away from Nogueira. Nogueira comes in with a couple of jabs, using them as cover so that he can shoot in. Nogueira is stopped by a good sprawl, and is pulled down to the ground in a loose front facelock until he is on his knees. Carwin unloads with big right hands to the side of the head, landing several that clearly hurt Nogueira. Carwin fires away with big right hands, but can't stop Nogueira getting to his feet. Despite being tired, Carwin looks like he wants to stand in the pocket and strike with Nogueira. He gets into range. Nogueira uses head movement to slip past a vicious right and he hits a flurry of quick punches. Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira doesn't look like he has much left in the tank. Shane Carwin looks like he is completely out of gas. Nogueira avoids a scorching uppercut and come back with a series of quick jabs. Both fighters advance and strike, but neither hits anything. Carwin circles away, creating some distance between them. Carwin throws a speculative right, but it is nowhere near hitting. Nogueira doesn't let Carwin settle, stepping in closer to impose himself. A tired-looking Nogueira approaches, looking for a takedown. Carwin tries to time a counter right hand, but can't get it. The takedown is completed, it was a single leg and Carwin is left on his back pulling guard. Nogueira seems to be trying to loosen the guard in an attempt to create a leglock opportunity. Loosening the guard, Nogueira is able to secure a leg and apply an achilles lock, Carwin has to tap!

By submission, the winner is Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira!

Lightweight Championship Bout: Ben Henderson vs. George Sotiropoulos

Round 1

There's the opening bell! Henderson feints left and throws an excellent combination but Sotiropoulos is just able to cover up in time. Henderson shoots in for a takedown. It looks like Sotiropoulos is trying to grab a guillotine. The takedown is too good, the attempted guillotine is lost. The takedown is completed, Sotiropoulos is on his back and pulls guard. Henderson begins trying to pass the guard. Sotiropoulos comfortably blocks the attempt and keeps Henderson in guard. Grabbing an arm, Sotiropoulos attempts to lock on a triangle choke. Henderson blocks the triangle attempt. Henderson begins trying to pass the guard. Sotiropoulos keeps his guard secure. Sotiropoulos grabs Henderson and draws him in close, smothering him. Sotiropoulos does well to keep Henderson at side control. Sotiropoulos looks like he is thinking about an arm-in guillotine attempt. Henderson blocks it. The time runs out on round one. I think Henderson took that round, 10-9 on my score card.

Round 2

There's the bell for the start of the round! Henderson uses a feint to get Sotiropoulos off balance, but the nice sequence of punches that follow don't find their mark. There's a takedown attempt from Sotiropoulos. Henderson stuffs the takedown attempt and then pulls Sotiropoulos into a clinch. Henderson is trying to push Sotiropoulos so that his back is up against the cage. Henderson manages it, and controls Sotiropoulos up against the cage. Henderson launches a knee strike but Sotiropoulos is ready, catches the leg, and uses some wrestling to turn it around so that Henderson is the one against the cage. Sotiropoulos tries to take Henderson down. Henderson digs in and manages to defend the takedown. Circling out, Henderson breaks free of Sotiropoulos and regroups in the center. Moving in closer, Henderson looks like he may want to wrestle Sotiropoulos. Sotiropoulos tries to catch him by surprise with a takedown attempt, but it is blocked. A speculative right hand from Sotiropoulos doesn't find a home. Henderson comes in closer to press the issue. Henderson is looking to turn this into a wrestling match, and is getting in closer to Sotiropoulos. Sotiropoulos tries to counter by dropping down and going for a single leg, but Henderson defended it well. Henderson looks to be trying to close the distance between them. Sotiropoulos tries to take down Henderson as he steps in, but he blocks it. Henderson comes in closer, looking to wrestle with Sotiropoulos. Sotiropoulos drops down to try and catch him by surprise with a single leg attempt, but it is blocked. George Sotiropoulos is looking really tired. Sotiropoulos, who looks drained, comes forward looking for a takedown. Henderson sprawls to stop the takedown, then pulls Sotiropoulos up close into a clinch. Round two is brought to an end as time runs out. That was an exciting round, hopefully the fighters will continue with that pace in the next. That round goes to Henderson, 10-9 on my card.

Round 3

There's the bell and round number three begins! Henderson darts in, feints a jab, darts back out. Henderson looks like he might be trying to get in close and wrestle with Sotiropoulos. Sotiropoulos keeps himself moving out of range, not wanting to grapple. From the looks of things, I don't think George Sotiropoulos has much energy left. There's a stalemate as both fighters throw strikes, but neither scores. Stepping back, Henderson creates a bit of distance. Henderson shoots in for a takedown. Sotiropoulos attempts to avoid Henderson as he shoots in. He has the takedown! Sotiropoulos pulls guard. Henderson lies on top of Sotiropoulos, basically smothering him. Ben Henderson is breathing very hard. Henderson begins trying to pass guard and get a better position. Advancing his position, he passes to half guard. Henderson reaches over and tries to lock Sotiropoulos in an arm triangle. Henderson gets the arm triangle fully applied! No! Sotiropoulos manages to break free. Clearly the hold couldn't have been as tight as it looked. Sotiropoulos attempts to guillotine Henderson from the bottom of half guard. Henderson pulls free before the guillotine can be applied. Henderson tries to lock Sotiropoulos into a kimura. Sotiropoulos doesn't allow the kimura to be applied. Sotiropoulos attempts a guillotine choke from the bottom of half guard. Henderson pulls his head free before the hold can be applied properly. George Sotiropoulos looks exhausted. In half guard, Henderson begins working to get side control. Henderson is too skilled for Sotiropoulos, passing half guard and gaining side control. Time expires and we come to the end of round three. That has to go down as a 10-9 round to Henderson.

Round 4

Round four begins! Henderson avoids a quick jab and hits a clean jab. Henderson, who is visibly tired, looks like he might want to get in close and wrestle with Sotiropoulos. Sotiropoulos ends up grappling for supremacy with Henderson. Using his wrestling skills, Henderson is trying to push Sotiropoulos up against the cage. He does so, and now has Sotiropoulos pinned to the cage. Ben Henderson looks like he doesn't have a lot left to give. Sotiropoulos is trapped up against the cage and takes repeated small punches to the body from that position. This goes on for roughly half a minute. Henderson looks to try and maintain control via his wrestling skills, but Sotiropoulos proves too good and manages to turn them around so that he is in the dominant position. Henderson waits for Sotiropoulos to throw an elbow, then uses wrestling to turn him around so that Sotiropoulos now has his back to the cage. Henderson uses underhooks to gain solid control, and is looking for a takedown. A sweep of the legs is successful, Sotiropoulos is floored and Henderson has no problem getting side control. Ben Henderson looks like he is completely out of gas. Henderson is trying to move from side control to mount. Henderson shows his ground skills and slips to mount. Henderson attempts an armbar. Sotiropoulos gets caught by the armbar, and it's deep enough that he has to tap!

The winner, by submission; Ben Henderson!
