Robbie Retro via Model Solution in 5:02 (57/D+) UPRISING: <div style="text-align:center;">High Concept (w/Haley Buck) vs Biggz in Japan (w/Koshiro Ino) (47/D-)</div> High Concept are in the ring, and before they can start their impersonations of "Benny B." and "Grouchorique Alfredo Youngman", they are ambushed by Biggz in Japan, who are with their soon-to-return sensei Koshiro Ino! Referee Shane Stones has no choice but to start the match, which ends quickly (and we mean quickly) with a Game Over on Brett-San. WINNERS - High Concept in 1:38 <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - Ino Berates Biggz in Japan (55/D+)</div> "THIS IS WHAT YOU BEEN DOING WHILE I'M GONE!", yells Ino to Bart-San and Brett-San, as he continues verbally abusing his lackeys. It looks like the Kobra will have to find new thugs to back him up, as Bart-San and Brett-San will both be leaving the SWF next week... <div style="text-align:center;">Cameron Vessey vs Bobby Bruce (w/Karen Killer and The Awesomeness) (34/E)</div> Rumor has it that Robbie Retro was set to be Bobby Bruce's "welcoming jobber committee", but since he balked at that, he's replaced by Cameron Vessey, whose losing streak continues in this match. Vessey controls most of the match, getting a decent pop for nailing Bruce with the Vessey Driver, but The Awesomeness distracts him before Ric Young could count to three. Eventually he gets nailed by a Bobby Blitz - that's essentially the New York Minute with some additional theatrics - at the 5:30 mark. One has to wonder when Cam will catch a break... WINNER - B. Bruce in 5:37 <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - 24/7 Partay Dudez Interview Bobby Bruce (60/C-)</div> And we've got more Bobby Bruce for those who can't get enough of him! Jack Bruce and Karen Killer's kayfabe son berates Mainstream and Stevie and their music tastes as this week's "Bubblegum Factory" starts, but he spends most of the interview talking about the "Tough Love" match proposed by Jack Bruce at the last Supreme TV. Bobby says he's more than willing to take on "that washout Jack" and slow him down ahead of his cage match against Christian Faith for the World Heavyweight title, and adds that if only the world was fair and karma points meant something, he'd be the rock star and World Champion, and not his dad. Bobby also dismisses Mainstream's suggestions that he climb the ladder first instead of going for the big one, saying that his mom made sure he'd be on the fast track to success in both music and wrestling. "After all," adds Bobby, "I don't have to rely on Autotune and lip-sync like you two Milli Vanilli-lite pushovers have to." He then storms out of the interview set as Mainstream and Stevie diss their fellow heel/musical polar opposite. Mainstream - Records sold by Bobby Bruce - zero. We continue to see El Duque build up momentum for the Shooting Star title match at Under Control and Huntingdon make a strong return to the main roster after five-plus months in developmental as they hardly give Ben 'n' Glenn a chance to get any offense in. The match is won by El Duque's Duque Buster on Ben Casey (the jobber, not the fictional doctor) at a little over four minutes. WINNERS - The Royal Pains in 4:10 <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE- Cage Rants About Donnie J, Referees (48/D-)</div> We go backstage, where Dawn the Cheerleader is holding back her disgust as she interviews Roger Cage, who hasn't been seen on Supreme TV for some time. He talks about how disgusted he is with the officiating in the SWF, calling each of the referees "pigs in zebra stripes" and saying that their "persecution" won't be any hindrance as he goes up against his fellow Californian Donnie J. Cage - One can only surf so much until he realizes all the chaos and injustice the Man brings about in our world. Some people call surfers counterculture - I call them future members of The Establishment. Donnie J, I'll teach you a little something about social awareness tonight, and no referee's gonna stand in my way. Because unlike peace, love, understanding, Roger Cage and Roger's Little Helper, Acid, you ain't groovy. (flashes peace sign to Dawn, who's barely able to control her disgust at Cage's hippie stench) Peace out, sister Dawn. <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - Anderson Rants About Valiant (64/C)</div> Anderson - Valiant, you're learning very well. Same difference, really, as Erickson screams a lot to make up for his lack of in-ring skill and finesse, and, as he's "local jobbing" in this match, a lack of offense. Erickson's poor ring skills rub off on Devine, and when the Shooting Star champ drops the much bigger man with a Devine Dream Drop, many fans are thanking their lucky stars this match is over. WINNER - Devine in 5:30 <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - ????? Gets Ready (18/E)</div> <div style="text-align:center;">The Psychedelic Soul Brothers (w/Chloe Dean) and The Cali Dragons vs 24/7 Partay Dudez, A-Prime and Calum Nelson (w/Kristen Pearce) (54/D)</div> "This is OUTRAGEOUS! How could the SWF hire Calum Nelson!", complains Jerry Eisen, as High Stakes Season 1 runner-up Calum Nelson debuts as the Partay Dudez have...expanded into a stable and a full-fledged boy band with more than two members! "What's he gonna do next, convince management to hire Dave Newton?", adds Eisen. This match includes some distraction, from expected sources (Kristen Pearce) and unexpected ones (El Duque on Mikey James, as the Dragons and the Pains continue their mini-feud), and it's Pearce's distraction of referee Shane Stones that allows Nelson to make Remmy Skye submit to the Honey Trap after Mainstream bashes the high-flyer with the Foreign Object of Desire. WINNER - 24/7 Partay Dudez, A-Prime and Nelson in 7:37 <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - Pull-Apart Brawl (24/E)</div> Normally, you'd see this take place with main eventers and upper midcarders, but the post-match brawl involving The Cali Dragons, The Royal Pains, The Psychedeic Soul Brothers, Darryl Devine and Calum Nelson is a sight for sore eyes. Cowardly heels that they are, the original Partay Dudez and A-Prime choose not to get involved, and head to the safety of the locker room when KP Avatar and Remmy Skye start targeting them early on in the brawl... <div style="text-align:center;">Donnie J (w/James Prudence) vs Roger Cage (w/Acid) (58/D+)</div> This could be the start of a feud between The Fly Boys and Acid Tripp, but backstage rumors suggest Roger Cage will be sent down to developmental for repackaging, while Acid will head there too to resume his role as trainer. (Must have been sent to Peter Michaels' doghouse?) For now, it looks like the story going down is Cage's dissatisfaction with the officiating in the SWF, and in all fairness, the normally-tough Jez McArthuer lets a lot of Cage's cheating and Acid's interference pass. As usual, Cage gets Dairy Queened after Donnie J takes him out with the Death on Venice Beach, as Acid runs in to superkick Donnie. After the match, Cage can be heard screaming "WHY ME? WHY ACID TRIPP?" at McArthuer, protesting his innocence, though Jez Mac won't have any of it. WINNER - Donnie J in 8:04 via DQ <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - Greed Rants About Davids (71/C+)</div> As promised earlier, the semi-main event features John Greed vs the freshly-turned Des Davids (first wrestler to turn twice in the calendar year), and Greed cuts an intense promo about how Davids, back when they were together in Chase SinCorporated, had always lacked "it", "it" being the greed needed in order to make it in singles competition. "You'll always be a tag guy, Desmond," says Greed. "You'll always need someone mediocre - an American Machine, a Marc DuBois - to make you look better. And you'll always be one deadly sin short of greatness, and that deadly sin...is greed. Greed is Good, Des Davids! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA." <div style="text-align:center;">Des Davids vs John Greed (w/The New Chase Agency) (69/C+) </div> In this sort-of rematch of North American title match losers from Welcome to the Jungle, Davids gets a good pop from the Vadalabene Center crowd in Edwardsville. And he's now playing it 100 percent honest, refraining from the illegal moves he'd use as a member of Emma Chase's, then Rich Money's stables. An implant DDT on Greed leads to a near-pin at 3:30, and so does a Touch Down a couple minutes later, but leave it to those Easy Emma dollar signs to distract Davids and prevent him from making the cover. Greed takes over in the 6-8 minute mark, and it looks apparent that his run of good fortune will continue, as he goes for the Crash Diet, but Davids breaks that, and charges at him with the Quarterback Sack, but as Sam Sparrow goes for the three-count, Davids is charged from behind by Marc DuBois! Sparrow calls for the DQ, as it becomes all official - both former Can't Miss Prospects hate each other. WINNER - Davids in 8:52 via DQ <div style="text-align:center;">ANGLE - DuBois Beaten Down by The New Chase Agency (63/C)</div> "So, how did you like it?", asks Marc DuBois as he seeks approval from his former manager Emma Chase. Chase looks at DuBois with those cold, steely eyes of hers and her "boy-toys" Brandon James and The Zim remain silent, but John Greed replies with an emphatic "YOU WERE TOO GREEDY, MARC!" With that said, Greed, James and The Zim beat down on DuBois, as the original Can't Miss Prospect's attempt to return to his original 2013 stable are unsuccessful. Looks like a trip to jobber purgatory for DuBois as the clock ticks on his SWF contract... <div style="text-align:center;">James Prudence (w/Donnie J) vs John Anderson (67/C+)</div> In a quick inset promo early into the match (59/D+), James Prudence rants at John Anderson, talking about how Frederique A. Garcia "quit the SWF in shame" because of how Anderson talked him into pulling the "naked man" stunt on last week's Uprising. That's what's motivating Prudence as he takes on Anderson, who continues showing off why he was considered one of TCW's most talented workers. Prudence has a few moments, including a flying rana followed by the Surf's Up at 5:10, but Anderson regains control in a couple minutes, psyching out Prudence by blaming him for Garcia's departure (he's actually training workers at RIPW) and going for the Clear Conscience on a distracted Prudence at 8:30. Prudence kicks out of that, regains momentum and nearly makes Anderson tap out of the Prudential Pain Plan, but a flash Northern Lights Suplex on Prudence at around 11:00 leads to the three-count from referee Ric Young, and a win for the former Human Arsenal as he prepares for a North American title match against Valiant at Under Control. Thirdy's Thoughts: Post-Shows OOC

- Starting out as usual with early standings for the September prediction game. Prize for September would be hiring a worker for Season 3 of High Stakes which, unlike Season 3 of NXT (the Divas season), will remain exclusively for men. J-Ro walking out of AAA almost made me want to start a women's division, but I'll probably save that for 2014. We're only done with the first week, so anyone who wants to try their luck can start predicting in Week 2! Eligibility for the prize is predicting six out of the month's nine cards. Anyway, it looks like everybody did quite well in the first week!

- Can't help but comment on Rickymex's "RIP Huey" (Huey Cannonball was killed in a car accident in Briskout's MAW diary), as I haven't really touched on worker deaths in this diary's wrestling news. Since the start of the game, only UK manager Mark Moore (January 2013) and that "giant red Satan" Mephisto (May 2013) have passed on.

- This I can say - The Parts Unknown will be unmasking and revealing themselves as Greg and Matt Keith (think I'm going to use their dad's in-ring surname) before the year is over. That should explain their Supreme TV appearance, despite the fact they've yet to win a single match in the SWF.

- Really had to add a lot of booker notes for Cam Vessey (Dominate, Protect, Keep Strong) to convince him to job to Bobby Bruce. Tried that with Robbie Retro and he still got upset. Can't afford having another worker with big morale issues, following what happened to Jungle Lord when he put Calum Nelson over in the High Stakes Season 1 finale.

- Unlike the other PPVs, which I've mostly scheduled for Week 2 Saturday, Under Control will be held on Week 3 Thursday, for a couple reasons. First, to build up more towards the matches, as most of them were announced on the last week of August (Frehley vs Vengeance was announced on the first week of September). Second, because the USPW/TCW DaVE alumnus who'll be debuting at Under Control won't be available yet if I schedule Under Control for Week 2 Saturday.

11:30 p.m.

Despite its bigger budget and more intricate sets, The S.E.A.L. was almost due to wrap up. That's why Dawn mysteriously disappeared from the announce table at Uprising following the job me, Remmy, Frankie and Mikey did for Junior Klubbers Mainstream and Stevie, and the seemingly pleasant Alan "A-Prime" Primus and Nelson Callum/Calum Nelson. Dawn had to catch a late flight to make it in time for shooting. But she was set to return on the next Uprising taping in her last stint for the meantime as Uprising announcer. From what I heard, it was mass exodus at Hollyweird, right down to the announcers - Kyle Rhodes' contract was coming up, and Supreme wanted him to team up with Jerry and Marv on Uprising, and replace Ana at the PPV announce table. But I'm digressing. Where was I? Ah, yes. No Dawn at the post-Uprising booze-a-thon. I miss her.

"What's-a-matter, Kipper?", asked Remmy, obviously imitating his roommate, Roger Cage the "Junior Klubber." "Normally, you're the life of the party and stuff, but you're as down as DuBois tonight. Speaking of Marc, who's gonna be my connection when he becomes Hollyweird or Miami's problem?"

"You'll find one," I replied nonchalantly.

"Oh, I get it. You're missing Dawn. She's shooting The S.E.A.L. with our good buddy Double E. Don't worry about a thing, man! It was just pretend-sex, not an all-out rockin' of the Casbah. And aren't the husband-and-wife bed scenes done?"

"F--- you, Remmy."

"Lemme get you another beer." Like a magician pulling a rabbit out of a hat, or Ricky Rubio making a no-look pass, Remmy handed me a beer from behind his back.

"Sorry I'm such a drag today, man," I apologized.

"There must be something eatin' you, KP, and it's not Dawn flying off to shoot that masterpiece on the level of Terminator and Die Hard. What happened at the Idealistic Teacher shoot?"

"Nothing, Remmy. Just Big Smack Scott, and..."

"...Lisa Bowen? Oooooohhhhh, Ms. Uprising GM must have done a number on the Kipper's kipper!"

Silence. One huge gulp of beer as I huddled with Remmy, making sure the others wouldn't hear us. Then again, Cam knew. Matt and Greg knew. They knew that NOTHING "HAPPENED." Got you there!

"Close, but not quite. Scott kept trying to pair us up, man. That's Scott for you. He thinks Dawn's some Hollywood bimbo who's too good for me. So he tries setting me up with women like Demelza Wade, back when we had that mixed tag experiment. Or Lisa. Man, she was on me like white on rice!"

"Did you make out?"

"Yes. Just that, Remmy. Just that and nothing more. And I plan to keep it that way the next time we shoot! God, I can't wait for Smithers to wrap up everything and rush things like they're rushing The S.E.A.L."

So there you have it. No thanks to the matchmaking of Scott Sinclair, KP Avatar, in a relationship with Dawn the Cheerleader, made out at the bar with Lisa Bowen, in a relationship with The Architect. Lisa, upset that I wouldn't dare cheat on Dawn, left the bar with Scott, and it doesn't take a genius to figure out what happened next. Architect, Captain Atomic, (supposedly) Cam Vessey, and presumably, Big Smack Scott. And maybe a couple more, who cares? That girl was really racking 'em up since she was signed by Supreme, but I had no intention of having my name appear on her resume.

KP deserves all of this seriously Lisa Bowen is a 77 and Dawn is a 91. If it was Hannah or J-Ro it be understandable but Lisa is a downgrade.

I'm more interested in 3rdString's choice behind who goes in The Klubb (have been for a while).

Apologies if it has been asked before but how do you "pick" workers to join The Klubb? I always thought it was based on the worker's personality but people like The Awesomeness and the 24/7 Partay Dudez aren't negative influences backstage (at least in my games they aren't.)

(Upon checking, though, Chyna is a neutral influence in the RW '97 mod I've got installed.) Let's take a look at the negative influences at the start of the game, and why or why not I included them in the Klubb: Big Smack Scott - Not a Klubber. All-around jerk, complainer and 'roid freak who hates almost everyone. Brandon James - Klubber. Come to think of it, I could've JBL'ed him up a bit and made him the head initiator, but I saw/see him as the type who can be one of Eric Eisen's best friends. Eric Eisen - Klubber. He's the son of the boss! Everest - Not a Klubber. Too crappy to be kept on main roster, sent down to RIPW after douche-ing it up a bit with the rookies. Jerry Eisen - Klubber. See Eric Eisen. Kurt Laramee - Not a Klubber. Scott's best friend. Marc DuBois - Not a Klubber, but almost was. Too baked and too weird to be tight with people like the Eisens. Richard Eisen - Honorary Klubber. Would deny the Klubb's existence when asked, being Eric and Jerry's dad. Let's also look at the new hires/call-ups who are negative influences: Acid - Klubber. Got in through Brandon James thanks to their DaVE friendship. Jason Azaria - Klubber. An immature prankster who acts 18 even if he's 52. Masked Patriot - Not a Klubber. Was surprised to see him as a negative influence, so I'll probably write him backstage as a "bitter youngster." Then we have a few neutral/positive influences in the Klubb, namely... Barry Bowen - Reminds me of Kevin Nash. Emma Chase - Friendship with Brandon James. Huey Cannonball - Beef with KP Avatar. See Jeff Stardust for more info. Jefferson Stardust - I didn't realize he was positive, but given he and Huey were seriously beefing with KP early on, I thought I'd include The Awesomeness. Also, The Awesomeness reminds me of The Rockers, so there... Lisa Bowen - The Commish's daughter...and this diary's answer to Missy Hyatt. Mainstream - He and Stevie have made the biggest popularity gains since being signed, so I'd say they got on Eric and Jerry's good side. Not that douchey, though. Paul Huntingdon - Triple H parallels. Remo - He was a negative influence in earlier TEW versions, and I had him join the Klubb as a reaction to having to drop the World Heavyweight title. And I notice these days he keeps balking when asked to job (even to someone slightly more over) or take part in a draw! Roger Cage - Looking at his personality set (extremely flaky, manipulative), I'm surprised he didn't turn out to be a negative influence. I mainly included him, though, because he has excellent chemistry with Acid as a tag team. Stevie - See Mainstream. Hope that helped! Mainstream and Stevie are symbolic of employees picked on by the (popular) workplace bullies in power while new to the company, who bitch about these power-wielders at the start, but eventually realize they have less to lose if they fraternize with the "popular crowd." Still, I don't plan to write them as Eisen-esque douchebags - after all, they're neutral, not negative influences.

Parents. Teachers. Now my girlfriend Dawn. They get mad at you after you do something wrong. When you try to explain, they don't want to hear your side, and each word that comes out of your mouth makes them even angrier. Though I can't say I wasn't expecting this to happen. By now, everybody knew about my little misadventure with Scott and Lisa, and while my true friends backstage knew the real score, there were more than a few that wanted to add more color to the story. Shit, today was Tuesday, and the next day that scum Mario Perez would be on SportsEntertainmentShite.com (he got fired from PWH) talking about the ass-kissing rookie and the locker room Lolita fooling around on each other's partners.

And there's also the matter of The Architect. I now had instant locker room heat with one of Season 2's High Stakes rookies. Being bigger than him, I knew I could hold my own should we come to blows in the locker room. But the last thing I need is heat. Nobody wants to see two people beefing with each other, but...

Oh really now, Architect? "That's great to hear, but...like most relationships, my relationship with Dawn isn't open," I replied. "What happened last Thursday was a one-time..."

"Suit yourself, Avatar," replied The Architect. "But you might as well keep her happy while Dawn's not happy." Architect flashed a devious smile like John Anderson would while cutting his devil's advocate promos. "And you might as well, like that much better idealistic teacher movie suggested, seize the day. Carpe f---in' diem, KP. You're almost done shooting, and I'm back on the block, hoping creative will make me go far on High Stakes. Lisa is a very unique individual. Where else in the locker room can you find a lady six-footer, 6'2" with heels, who's a sexual T-Rex? And I ain't talkin' about that brute from Miami whom Nicky Champion used to work with."

The Architect sure says a lot of things. But not the things I would like to hear at this point. "Probably not, Nick," I said, addressing Architect by his real name. "I'd rather work things out with Dawn before taking you up on your offer."

As I looked for a cigarette to bum (remember, stressed out) and a smoking area to smoke in (please, Lord, I hope the Bowens aren't lighting up somewhere), I couldn't help but notice Eric and Jerry lurking and listening in to The Architect's devil's advocacy.
