<table align="center" width="80%"><tr><td valign="top">In January 2013, the Japanese independent wrestling veteran <b>Hirokichi “Strong Style” Yoemon</b> announces that he is looking to create his own wrestling company. He thinks that Japan’s independent wrestling scene is loaded with very talented fighters that are not offered a regular contract by the few big companies that dominate the country’s pro wrestling landscape. He declares that his aim is to bring back traditional “Strong Style” competition.</td><td>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/StrongStyleYoemon.jpg~original</td></tr></table>

<p>OOC introduction</p><p> </p><p>

So I finally decided to start a dynasty. Just a few words of introduction and whatever comes to my mind. I have been writing wrestling “diaries” for almost ten years now but only published them at small German messageboards. Whereas I dare say that my English skills are decent, I’m not a native speaker and so please bare with my possibly sometimes strange sentences.</p><p> </p><p>

As for the dynasty itself, I decided to just jump into it. The C-Verse Puroresu scene is quite awesome and boasts many very interesting workers that are not working for the “Top 4” (BHOTWG, PGHW, GCG, WLW). Strong Japan Pro Wrestling will give independent talent the chance to shine and as my game progresses I’m hoping to turn the initially small company into a marketable, strong competitor amongs the bigger promotions in Japan. I will alter the Default Database where I feel the urge to do so but generally not in a game-changing way. Strong Japan starts out as a small promotion founded by user character Yoemon in the Kanto region. I decided to give the company small popularity boosts in Kanto, Chubu and Kinki because my goal will ultimately be to grow to Cult size and I feel that an ambitious independent promotion should be able to draw more than 24 fans in Osaka for example.</p><p> </p><p>

Feel free to comment, suggest, rant on whatever you like. I will give some kind of OOC insight every once in a while and interaction always helps to keep a dynasty alive. Let’s see where the road of Strong Style leads.</p>

To help the promotion’s affiliated wrestlers prepare for actual competition, a small warehouse just outside Tokyo’s Ota district has been rented and will be turned into the Strong Japan Dojo. Saito declared himself superior to Sarumara and boldly promised to prove that by recruiting his own team to challenge his rival and all those wrestlers who would choose to join Strong Japan Pro Wrestling.</td><td><span>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/HirokumiSaito.jpg~original</span></p><p> </p><div style="text-align:right;"><p><span style="font-size:10px;">Hirokumi Saito</span></p></div><p></p><p></td><tr></table></p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW debut tour shedule announced</span></strong></p><p> <em>2013/02/04</em></p><p> </p><p> Strong Japan Pro Wrestling will finally see active competition in March. <p><strong>Go Amori and Hidekazu Ohara join SJPW, cooperation with BCG</strong></p><p> <em>2013/02/15</em></p><p> </p><p> It’s less than a month before Strong Japan Pro Wrestling will hold it’s first show and more details have been announced via the promotion’s website. Former GCG wrestler <strong>Go Amori </strong>has joined Strong Japan and will act as head booker among other behind the scenes tasks, allowing Strong Style Yoemon to concentrate on active competition in the ring.</p><p> </p><p> Another well known independent veteran has signed for SJPW, <strong>Hidekazu Ohara</strong>. For many years the well travelled Ohara has been working only as “Hidekazu”, most noteably during the 1990’s when he was part of BHOTWG’s Junior Heavyweight division. For the first time since young lions years, Ohara will now use his full name again. This is to marks the beginning of a new chapter of his 24-year career as he recently gained weight and will now officially compete as a Heavyweight. The technically skilled veteran will also be in charge of general training at the Strong Japan Dojo.</p><p> </p><p> Regarding the upcoming first tour of SJPW, now dubbed “<strong>Warrior Destiny Tour</strong>”, will be supported by Yoshifusa Maeda’s Black Canvas Grappling. Maeda and SJPW’s Yoemon have agreed on a loose cooperation which will see BCG affiliates competing at all three SJPW shows sheduled. </p><p> </p><p> ---</p><p> </p><p> <span>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/Hidekazu.jpg~original</span></p><p> </p><p> <strong>HIDEKAZU OHARA</strong></p><p> 42 years (24 year pro), 176 cm, 102 kg</p><p> </p><p> ---</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="36551" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW Warrior Destiny Tour Shedule</span></strong><p> </p><p> <strong>Osaka University Hall, 2013/03/12</strong></p><p> 1. <p>Very interested to see how this plays out. Hidekazu has always been one of my favorites. He's got a very "Gran Hamada" feel to him and I hire him in just about every Japanese CVerse game I play. </p><p> </p><p>

Any thoughts or plans on bringing in Kimitada Yanagita? He's another solid hand. Can easily be put into a gatekeeper type role, or in a tag team. I actually once had him team with Yoemon. No chemistry, but they still put on pretty good matches. <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Saito vs. Sarumara synopsis</span></strong></p><p> <em>2013/03/05</em><table width="340px" align="right"><tr></p><p> <td width="50%" align="center" valign="top"><span>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/SotatsuSarumara.jpg~original</span></p><p> <span style="font-size:10px;">"Armlock Wizard" Sotatsu Sarumara</span></td></p><p> <td width="50%" align="center" valign="top"><span>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/HirokumiSaito.jpg~original</span></p><p> <span style="font-size:10px;">Hirokumi Saito</span></td></p><p> </tr></table>One week before Strong Japan Pro Wrestling will finally hold their first live event in Osaka, a short summary of the rivalry between “Armlock Wizard” Sotatsu Sarumara and Hirokumi Saito has been published vie the promotions’ website.</p><p> </p><p> The bad blood between the two 37 year old competitors goes back to the now-defunct INSPIRE promotion that began in May 2006. With the cutting-edge, MMA-influenced style gathering media interest, INSPIRE went off to a good start and soon recruited talented fighters from the independent scene. In March 2007 the submission expert Sarumara was hired and he would be followed by PGHW-bred Hirokumi Saito in August. Two months later, Sarumara and Saito faced each other for the first time. Their fight proved an undercard show stealer with the two natives engaging in wild strike exchanges and some surprising submission attempts by Sarumara. The fight was cut short in the end though, a vicious cut above the left eye suffered from a Saito knee kick leaving Sarumara unable to continue.</p><p> </p><p> The result shouted for a re-match, which would be sheduled to happen four months later. On February 10th, 2008, Saito and Sarumara again fought a wild and highly intense battle. While not as spectacular as their first meeting, this battle lasted longer but suffered from a similarly unsatisfying end: no winner had been declared when the time limit expired after 15 minutes.</p><p> </p><p> Again, a re-match would be set up. In June 2008, Hirokumi Saito again bested Sarumara, scoring a clean pinfall victory after hitting a series of brutal knee strikes a good 11 minutes into the fight. Afterwards, Saito was given the opportunity to move up the ranks while Sarumara had to fight off challenges of younger competitors (including a certain Hitomaro Suzuki).</p><p> </p><p> The beginning of the year 2009 also marked the beginning of INSPIRE’s end, audiences declining and fewer events beeing sheduled. Before INSPIRE would collapse in April 2009, Saito and Sarumara would go to war once more though. At one of the company’s last live events in March, Sarumara finally scored his first victory over Saito, locking on his trademark mounted armbar and the referee stopping the fight.</p><p> </p><p> While Saito has beaten Sarumara twice, the long-haired submission expert Sarumara has won their last fight and left a stain on Saitos record. The rivalry between these two veteran Strong Style fighters now carries over into Strong Japan Pro Wrestling and another singles match seems to be inevitable.</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="36551" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW Warrior Destiny Tour shedule</span></strong><p> </p><p> <strong>Osaka University Hall, 2013/03/12</strong></p><p> 1. The in-ring action seems to have been exciting however so those fans who turned up went home satisfied.</p><p> </p><p> Young Lion Genji and Kamisaka opened the show with their first try-out match, taking on the slightly more experienced Black Canvas Grappling fighters Funakoshi and Torii. It was a good performance by Genji and Kamisaka even though they have never teamed up before and did not seem to get along very well. Hard-hitting Funakoshi scored the victory for the BCG team, downing big Kamisaka with a brutal Lariat for the three-count. Genji afterwards critisised his partner, demanding a more passionate fight from him for their next try-out.</p><p> </p><p> The second match saw veteran Hidekazu Ohara beat BCG young lion Razan Okamoto with a Dragon sleeper. Okamoto delivered a great performance though, impressing the audience and his opponent alike. Ohara gave a short speech after his victory, thanking the fans for supporting SJPW and promising to become a stern trainer for the promotion’s young lions.</p><p> </p><p> BCG World Tag Team champions Nobuharu Yokokawa and Sojuro Sen stepped into the ring for the semi final. And while their opponent Kuemon Hotta and Tanyu Toshusai could not boast any tag team experience, they would take the fight to the champions and make a name for themselves. Young lion Toshusai had to be expected to take a beating in this and so it happened. The nephew of legendary Yoshinaka Toshusai showed a lot of fighting spirit though and got the audience to cheer for him. Kuemon Hotta had some heated exchanges with Yokokawa, battering the power fighter with stiff Kesagiri chops and even getting a close near-fall with a Backdrop Suplex. In the end however, it was Sojuro Sen who drove Toshusai head-first into the mat with a Tombstone Driver for the win.</p><p> </p><p> The night’s main event saw long-term rival Sotatsu Sarumara and Hirokumi Saito battling for the first time in four years. The trio of Strong Style Yoemon, Sarumara and Hitomaro Suzuki looked to overcome the challenge of Saito, Kimitada Yanagita and Nariaki Hitomi but failed in the end. Nonetheless, the fans witnessed a heated battle between the two teams that quickly went from grappling exhibition to intense slugfest. Saito opened the match with a no-respect slap against Sarumara, setting the pace for the rest of the match. Apart from the obviously vicious exchanges between Saito and Sarumara, Hitomaro Suzuki made an impression with his kick-heavy offense and his aggressive behavior, kicking and slapping Saito whenever he got the chance. Ultimately, Yanagita and Nariaki softened up the SJPW founder Yoemon with crushing lariats that were followed by Hirokumi Saito’s trademark Cross-Arm Suplex for the victory. While the match was officially finished, the heated exchanges continued, Sarumara and Suzuki each going after Saito.</p><p> </p><p> When at last tempers cooled down, Strong Style Yoemon thanked the fans for their support and promised that Strong Japan would return to Osaka soon.</p>

<p><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW post-show comments</span></strong></p><p> <em>2013/03/12</em></p><p> </p><p> <strong>Strong Style Yoemon</strong>: “I have mixed feelings regarding tonight’s results. Everybody showed the fighting spirit that I expect but we lost three out of four fights. BCG are strong. Saito and Yanagita and Hitomi are strong. But Strong Japan has to be better. I have to be better. I cannot accept my loss. Now we travel to Shizuoka and get revenge there.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Sotatsu Sarumara</strong>: “Oi, Saito! You are scum! Tonight Strong Japan lost, but I will beat you. I will take you apart and wipe that grin out of your face like I did when we last fought four years ago. […] Genji? Kamisaka? They don’t impress me. They should win the match and not quarrel like little girls.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Hidekazu Ohara</strong>: “This was just the beginning. Strong Japan will rise and make the gods of fighting spirit proud. Okamoto is a talented young man but he has to get more experience to become a real fighter. […] I look forward to fighting Torii. He is bigger than Okamoto and strong. It will be tough, but I want strong opponents.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Kuemon Hotta</strong>: “Tanyu did well. He is young lion but he shows the fire and spirit of a warrior. We will work together and beat Yokokawa and Sen. We want to challenge them for the BCG World Tag Team championship and prove the strenght of SJPW.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Hirokumi Saito</strong>: “This is Strong Japan? No, this is Weak Japan. Yoemon, re-name your company! […] We won the first battle. But we can do better. We will crush Strong Japan again in Shizuoka and humiliate Strong Japan in Tokyo. It will be the end of Strong Japan and Sarumara will go down embarrassed.”</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> ---</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="36551" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW WARRIOR DESTINY TOUR SHEDULE</span></strong><p> </p><p> <strong>Shizuoka Sports Hall, 2013/03/14</strong></p><p> 1. Young lions Yoshikazu Genji and Kadonomaro Kamisaka again opened the show against a team of BCG youngsters, Funakoshi and Razan Okamoto. Under the watchful eyes of SJPW chief-scout Sotatsu Sarumara, Genji and Kamisaka struggled to improve their team work but were not match for their more experienced opponents in the end. Okamoto countered a Kamisaka lariat into a cross armbreaker for the submission.</p><p> </p><p> Hidekazu Ohara scored his second victory in succession, beating BCG young lion Torii after an intense battle. Torii impressed with his trademark forearm flurries but the veteran used his recently gained muscle mass to down him with a crunching sit-out powerbomb.</p><p> </p><p> The semi final saw BCG Tag champions Yokokawa and Sen repeat their victory from two days before, again defeating Kuemon Hotta and young lion Tanyu Toshusai.</p><p> </p><p> Yoemon, Sarumara and Suzuki achieved revenge in the main event, beating Saito, Yanagita and Hitomi with a much improved tactical performance. While again emotional strike exchanges and wild brawling was a main theme of the fight, so was the SJPW team’s focussed attacking of big man Yanagita’s right arm. This lead to “Armlock Wizard” Sarumara showing his technical prowes in the end, locking Yanagita in the Kimura armbar for the submission. Hirokumi Saito cut the victory celebration short though, attacking Sarumara immediately, knocking him out with a brutal knee kick.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Post-show comments</span></strong>:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Hirokumi Saito</strong>: “Sarumara! You got lucky! I will crush you in Tokyo!”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Sotatsu Sarumara</strong>: “I don’t care about the victory. I want to fight Saito. He is a coward and I will make him fight me.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Strong Style Yoemon</strong>: “We improved much, we showed strenght and cleverness. This is the way of Strong Japan. Now we beat Saito-Gumi again in Tokyo. But Sarumara-san must not let Saito provoke him.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Nobuharu Yokokawa</strong> (BCG): “Strong Japan is ambition. But right now, Black Canvas Grappling is true strenght. Only Ohara has beat us. I will beat Ohara myself in Tokyo. […] Hotta is a proud man and Toshusai an ambitious kid. I do respect them, but they are no match for Sojuro Sen and me.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Kuemon Hotta</strong>: “I think Tanyu and I did a little better than before. But we lost. We need to work harder. Now I face Sojuro Sen, one on one. He is tough, it will be difficult. It is wolf against lion. The lion is powerful, but the wolf of Strong Japan is quick and cunning and fierce. I will be Strong Japan wolf. I will beat the lion.”</p><p> </p><p> ---</p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="36551" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong>SJPW Warrior Destiny Tour - Day 3, 2013/03/17</strong><p><strong> Tokyo International Center</strong></p><p> 1. While the attendance was again rather disappointing, the show itself proved a success.</p><p> </p><p> After two losing efforts against seasoned BCG fighters, young Tanyu Toshusai faced a less experienced BCG representative in Razan Okamoto. The two youngsters delivered a very mat-based match with many elaborate counters. It came down to a battle of wills in the end with them engaging in an open strike exchange. Toshusai’s elbows proved more efficient and he was able to follow up with a picture-perfect bridged German Suplex for the victory.</p><p> </p><p> The night’s second match was the final opportunity for young lions Genji and Kamisaka to impress Strong Japan’s chief scout Sotatsu Sarumara. They went to battle against BCG’s Funakoshi and Blast Ikoma and fought evenly against the slightly more experienced guests. Though obviously much improved, Genji and Kamisaka were outmatched in the end, a vicious Funakoshi lariat knocking Genji to the ground. Afterwards, Genji and Kamisaka slapped each other hard, frustrated that they had seemingly failed to gain admission to Strong Japan for good. However, Sotatsu Sarumara entered the ring and – after dealing each a fierce slap on his own – acknowledged their ambition and spirit and announced that they would both be allowed to join SJPW.</p><p> </p><p> Kuemon Hotta faced BCG’s Tag champion Sojuro Sen once again, this time in a singles match though. This was a fight of Sen’s power vs. Hotta’s quickness and saw the Strong Japan fighter taking a vicious beating before mounting a spirited and finally successful comeback. Hotta avoided Sen’s Tombstone Driver multiple times and turned the tide with a wild flurry of Kesagiri chops and a mighty Backdrop Suplex. An ezuigiri won Hotta a close two-count before a bridged Backdrop Suplex kept the BCG fighter down at last.</p><p> </p><p> Sen’s tag team partner Nobuharu Yokokawa face veteran Junior-turned-Heavyweight Hidekazu Ohara in the co-main event. Ohara had previously beaten two BCG youngsters in a row but 33-year-old Yokokawa proved a much tougher opponent. Hidekazu managed to stay in control for most of the 20 minute battle however, out-smarting the power fighter with slick technical grappling and weakening Yokokawa’s right arm continuosly. Ultimately though, Yokokawa shook off the damage and knocked out the veteran with two successive lariats for the hard-fought win.</p><p> </p><p> For the third time in a row, the main event saw Strong Japan’s Yoemon, Sarumara and Suzuki go to war with Saito, Yanagita and Hitomi. With each team having won one of the previous bouts, this was to be the decision match and thus turned out to be an all-out war with basically no downtime. Hitomaro Suzuki impressed early on with wild flurries of kicks but would soon find himself taking a massive beating at the hands of powerful Kimitada Yanagita and Hinote Dojo champion Nariaki Hitomi. More than once the match turned into utter chaos with fighting taking place outside the ring, referee Koin Momotani having a hard time to restore order. Finally, the SJPW team managed to get ahold of Saito himself in the ring, Yoemon hitting a Tiger Driver for a close near-fall. But Saito fought back and Yoemon barely escaped a mighty running knee kick in the corner, sending Sarumara in. Fifteen minutes into the match, Sarumara and Saito officially squaring off for the first time. Sarumara hit a big running face kick followed by a vertical-drop brainbuster for 2. He went for he mounted armlock but Saito countered and hit a devastating knee that was followed by a surprise lariat by Yanagita. Saito capitalised with the Cross-Arm Suplex, covering Sarumara for the sudden victory.</p><p> </p><p> Saito, Yanagita and Hitomi celebrated on their way to the back whilst Yoemon had to hold back a furious Sotatsu Sarumara. The “Armlock Wizard” demanded a singles match against Saito before leaving the ring together with Suzuki. Strong Style Yoemon ended the show, thanking the fans and the announcement that Strong Japan Pro Wrestling would return to the Tokyo International Center on June 16th.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Post-show comments</span>:</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Hirokumi Saito</strong>: “I wanted to beat Strong Japan three times. I only managed two victories, but it is clear, that Yanagita, Hitomi and myself are superior. Sarumara does not deserve to fight me. If he wants to try again, I will beat him once more. I am the true warrior of Strong Style!”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Strong Style Yoemon</strong>: “Saito is a skilled fighter. Sarumara wants revenge but I think we have to work hard and train more in order to beat Saito. Strong Japan will grow and we will be stronger. In three months we return to Tokyo and we will demonstrate our progress. I will discuss plans for the next months with Amori-san.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Sotatsu Sarumara</strong>: “SAITO! I challenge you! This is not over! […] Genji and Kamisaka… Maybe I got soft. They have much too learn. Genji is three quarters pride and one quarter raw skill. Kamisaka seems too hesitant for a kid his size. Ohara and myself will break them down at the Dojo and mold them into true fighters.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Nobuharu Yokokawa</strong> (BCG): “Ohara was stronger than I thought. But the roaring lion cannot be stopped. My partner lost, so I want to fight Hotta myself.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Kuemon Hotta</strong>: “I beat the BCG Tag Team champion. Sen proved to be a true lion. Now I will work with Tanyu, we will hunt the lion champions together!”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Tanyu Toshusai</strong>: “Okamoto fought well. But I have to grow stronger and show the world, that Strong Japan Pro Wrestling is number one. I want to fight Black Canvas Grappling again.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Yoshikazu Genji</strong>: “I am proud to join Strong Japan. I will work hard and I will not disappoint Sarumara-san.”</p><p> </p><p> <strong>Kadonomaro Kamisaka</strong>: “This is a great opportunity. I want to thank Sarumara-san. But I have to fight Genji. We had to work together, but I don’t like him."</p>

<p>Great show to end your first tour! Man, I cannot wait to see Saito and Sarumara go at it one on one! I imagine with the three show format you could easily continue to tease/build up to that match over the next tour (or two if you really want to keep us in suspence <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />) before the match actually takes place.</p><p> </p><p>

It was also good to see that even in defeat Hidekazu remains strong. And how but that Tanyu Toshusai! Good to see the SJPW young lion pick up the win.</p>

<p>Quick results for the predictions. Midnightnick got 1 match right for the Osaka and Shizuoka show each but was more successful for the tour final, scoring 3 out of 5. Tiberous4 did not predict the Osaka show but scored a staggering 4 out of 4 for the Shizuoka event. His final day predictions were a litte off, 2 out of 5 were correct in the end.</p><p>

Keep it up <img alt=":)" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/smile.png.142cfa0a1cd2925c0463c1d00f499df2.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" /></p><p> </p><p>

I have not ultimately decided if I will stick to the same show-reports formula for the next tour. Might be that I try to shorten the reports to a minimum or even only give a report of major developments over the course of a tour. This first tour (and the newsbits leading up to it) turned out rather detailed and while I like detail, this style just takes some time. My personal motivation in any TEW game however is to see the workers and their characters develop because that is what I like most about Japanese wrestling.</p><p> </p><p>

But I will be out of town for the weekend anyways so new shows will get published on monday at best. Plenty of time for interested readers to catch up with SJPW. ;D Shedule and lineups for the near-future of Strong Japan will be up before I leave so that predictions can be made over the weekend.</p>

<p>I actually really like your show reporting style. It is exactly what I was looking at doing when I was contemplating a puro diary of my own. It gives you a short synopsis of the match, as few people tend to want to read long ones. Plus, you follow it up with interviews just as you would find on any puro show.</p><p> </p><p>

Great dynasty so far. Look forward to making some predictions for the next tour!</p>

<p></p><div style="text-align:center;"><span>http://i1352.photobucket.com/albums/q658/Shinsuke87/SJPW%20dynasty/sjpw_dynasty_banner2.png~original</span></div><p></p><p></p><p> </p><p> <strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Strong Japan Pro Wrestling announces tournament</span></strong></p><p> <em>2013/03/22</em></p><p> </p><p> Today saw an unexpected big announcement by Strong Japan Pro Wrestling executive director Go Amori. SJPW will engage in a round robin tournament in May to determine an internal ranking of the promotion’s wrestlers. Amori said that this has been his idea as he wants to see the Strong Japan wrestlers battle each other before engaging anew in inter-promotional battles with Black Canvas Grappling. </p><p> </p><p> The “Strong Japan League” will be held at the five shows of the “Battle Of The Wolves” tour. Except for young lions Genji and Kamisaka, all active SJPW wrestlers will participate in the tournament. Yoemon, Sarumara, Ohara, Hotta, Suzuki and Toshusai will each face all the other five competitors. Points will be earned: 2 for a victory, 1 for a draw. Ultimately, the wrestler with the most points will rank highest. Should two or more fighters have the same amounts of points in the end, they will be judged by the result of their match against oneanother.</p><p> </p><p> In a less spectacular statement, it has been revealed that Kadonomaro Kamisaka will from now on compete using the shortened version of his given name, “Kado”. Kamisaka himself said that this change of name will mark his re-debut to pro wrestling as a member of Strong Japan Pro Wrestling.</p><p> </p><p> <span style="text-decoration:underline;">Strong Japan League participants</span></p><p> - Kuemon Hotta</p><p> - Hidekazu Ohara</p><p> - Sotatsu Sarumara</p><p> - Hitomaro Suzuki</p><p> - Tanyu Toshusai</p><p> - Strong Style Yoemon</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><blockquote data-ipsquote="" class="ipsQuote" data-ipsquote-contentapp="forums" data-ipsquote-contenttype="forums" data-ipsquote-contentid="36551" data-ipsquote-contentclass="forums_Topic"><div><strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;">SJPW BATTLE OF THE WOLVES TOUR</span></strong><p> </p><p> <strong>SJPW, 2013/05/18</strong></p><p><strong> Chiba Inage Gymnasium</strong></p><p> 1. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Kuemon Hotta vs Tanyu Toshusai</p><p> 2. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Sotatsu Sarumara vs Hitomaro Suzuki</p><p> 3. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hidekazu Ohara vs Strong Style Yoemon</p><p> </p><p> <strong>SJPW, 2013/05/20</strong></p><p><strong> Maebashi Daiichi JHS Gymnasium</strong></p><p> 1. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Sotatsu Sarumara vs Tanyu Toshusai</p><p> 2. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hitomaro Suzuki vs Strong Style Yoemon </p><p> 3. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hidekazu Ohara vs Kuemon Hotta</p><p> </p><p> <strong>SJPW, 2013/05/22</strong></p><p><strong> Shizuoka Sports Hall</strong></p><p> 1. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Tanyu Toshusai vs Strong Style Yoemon </p><p> 2. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hidekazu Ohara vs Hitomaro Suzuki</p><p> 3. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Kuemon Hotta vs Sotatsu Sarumara </p><p> </p><p> <strong>SJPW, 2013/05/24</strong></p><p><strong> Asahi Community Hall</strong></p><p> 1. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hidekazu Ohara vs Tanyu Toshusai</p><p> 2. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Kuemon Hotta vs Hitomaro Suzuki</p><p> 3. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Sotatsu Sarumara vs Strong Style Yoemon </p><p> </p><p> <strong>SJPW, 2013/05/26</strong></p><p><strong> Kizaki High School Gymnasium</strong></p><p> 1. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hitomaro Suzuki vs Tanyu Toshusai</p><p> 2. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Kuemon Hotta vs Strong Style Yoemon </p><p> 3. <strong>Strong Japan League</strong>: Hidekazu Ohara vs Sotatsu Sarumara</p></div></blockquote>
