"Give Me Rules For A Game" Thread

Recommended Posts

I'd really appreciate if someone could get me some rules for 1991 WWF. :)

EDIT:

Here are the Owner Goals Vince has given me:

http://gyazo.com/c3344e91471b6fdf98a2464377d05d19

Please keep these in mind :)

Rule #1 - A Giant Win

Andre the Giant deserves better than this. Give him a real World Title Run for at least 10 Months. He is not allowed to lose the title clean.

Rule #2 - A Tribute to Wrestlemania 1

The following Wrestlemania must be headlined by a Tag Team Match including Hulk Hogan & Roddy Piper.

Rule #3 - Can I have your autograph, Miss Tennessee?

Hire Jacqueline Moore and make her the biggest Star of the WWF Woman's Division. No Woman ever can ever archive more Title Wins than her!

Rule #4 - Marty Who?

Marty Jannetty can never win the Intercontinental Title!

Rule #5 - Please, give this man a Mirror!

Push Rick Martel to the Main Event and let him win the WWE Title. He has to keep his Model-Gimmick forever.

Rule #6 - Simply Ravishing

Do everything you can to hire/steal Ravishing Rick Rude. He has to win the Intercontinental Championship in his Comeback Match

Rule #7 - I can't believe it!

Ric Flair must reform the 4 Horseman in the WWF. Owen Hart must be one of them.

Rule #8 - Alternate History

Big Bully Busick, Buck Zumhofe, The Brooklin Brawler

- One must be pushed to the Upper Midcard

- One can never loose a Match for the next 6 Months

- One must form a Tag Team with Randy Savage and win the Tag Team Titles.

Rule #9 - Black & Gold

A Black Wrestler has to win the WWE Title until 1993.

So I am starting a new SWF 2014 game. My one rule is that I cannot hire anyone midcard or above from the two companies SWF is warring with. This basically limits me to Jay Chord if I get lucky, Edd Stone if I want even more backstage cancer, Killer Shark if I am desperate for another monsterm Casey Valentine who I suppose is decent, Mighty Mo who doesn't really fit the product, Fragile Devine, and whoever is released or depushed. Otherwise it is up to me to build talent. So does anyone have any other rules for this game?

Lets make it Fun, and Interesting!

I'll have a go at these for you...

Hiring Rules

1. You can only hire wrestlers with Brawling of at least C+.

2. If you borrow wrestlers from your alliance, they can make no more than 4 appearances, one of which must be a clean singles loss to your World Heavyweight Champion.

3. Any former ECW alumni hired outright must win at least 8 of their first 10 matches, but may not win any title within the first 9 months of their tenure.

4. Anyone hired from TNA or the independents who has not previously been a WWE regular must be repackaged with a completely new name and gimmick before they debut.

Title Rules

1. Raven must retain the World Heavyweight Championship until at least the end of October 2006, and every singles match he competes in must have the title on the line.

2. Between the end of October 2006 and the end of January 2007 (that's 3 months) the World Heavyweight Championship must change hands at least six times (but not necessarily to six different wrestlers).

3. Whoever is champion at the end of January 2007 must either hold the title until at least the end of July 2007 or they must drop it to someone in your list of tag team competitors other than Jeff Hardy by the end of March 2007.

4. The World Television Championship must be defended on every TV show, but may not be defended on PPV/Events. At events, the title holder must participate in a tag match of some description (e.g. six man, survivor match etc.)

5. Your World Television Champion must be manually pushed to at least Upper Midcard at all times, to reflect the status of the title.

6. Nobody who has won a singles World title in WWF/E, WCW or ECW is permitted to hold the Television Championship.

7. None of the following tag teams may hold the Tag Team Championship for more than a month at a time: Hardy Boys, Dudley Boys, MNM.

8. At least once a month, the Tag Team Championship must be defended in a multi-team match.

9. Between September 2006 and February 2007, at least two "odd couple" tag teams (consisting of one face and one heel) must be formed from non-Tag teams and must hold the Tag Team Championship for at least 2 weeks. One of these teams must then split and feud immediately following their loss of the titles, but the other team must remain as an active, regular team until at least January 2008, and must win the titles again at least twice more (it's up to you whether you keep them as a Face/Heel combo, or turn one of them, but if you turn one of them it cannot be done until after their first reign has ended, and they can't turn against one another.)

Worker Rules

1. Kurt Angle may never win the World Heavyweight Championship as a Face, only as a Heel.

2. Shelton Benjamin must be pushed hard, and must win the World Heavyweight Championship during 2007. In 2008 he must either have at least two reigns as World Champion, or hold the title for at least five months.

3. Until the end of June 2007, at least one ECW alumnus must be involved in every World Championship match unless that match involves Shelton Benjamin or Christian Cage.

4. Ballz Mahoney, Stevie Richards, Mikey Whipwreck and CW Anderson must all have at least one reign as either Tag or Television Champion before the end of February 2007.

5. Of the following wrestlers (Samoa Joe, CM Punk, Antonio Cesaro):

  • all must remain on your roster until at least 2010;
  • one must win the Television Title before the end of 2006, but then never win a title again, and their momentum must be kept at C- or below from January 2007 for a full year;
  • one must spend 2006 putting over one of the members of the Tag Division (as listed above) in singles competition at every TV show and event until all Tag members have scored a win over them. After that, they must be pushed hard enough to be a credible World Heavyweight Title contender at PPV by the end of 2007, but may not win that title until at least 2009;
  • the third must be paired with either Nick Nemeth or Frankie Kazarian and lose three attempts at the Tag Titles together before the end of December 2006, then the team must be abandoned never to be heard of again and they must win the Tag Titles with three different partners between March 2007 and June 2008.

6. The Lords of the Ring may not win any titles until at least January 2008, but must appear on every TV show as a tag team.

7. Tommy Dreamer may only wrestle in singles competition on PPV, never on TV (though he may wrestle in tags on TV).

8. At least one of Sabu, Rhino, Sandman and Shane Douglas must be in the Main Event slot of every show until the end of October 2006. Two of them must Main Event in a PPV before the end of December 2006.

Other Rules

1. At least one worker must take a Sick Bump on every PPV/Event.

2. There must be at least one backstage beatdown and one in-ring promo/interview on every TV show.

3. Paul Heyman may appear in no more than one segment on any show.

Hope these are good for you!

I had intended on phasing out the originals, such as Raven/Sandman/Douglas/Amderson/Mahoney/Richards/Sabu/, andfocusing on younger talent, and using Angle to develop skills... Now, im rethinking my strategy... i like it! Whipwreck was going to be a JTS, with Richards... but that can come in time... i like it! I will, probably however, ignore the C+ BRawling rule, because frankly, i'm kind of pushing ECW to be more of a NXT style product.

  • 3 weeks later...
Gonna try this once. July 2010, with the WWE, before Money in the Bank 2010. I would like some rules, if somebody has the time to give me a large number of them it would be great. But anything works. Thanks in advance.

Looking for some rules to a game started the night after SummerSlam 2013.

Daniel Bryan and CM Punk must be fired in January and May ( allowed to be hired again from January-May 2015) respectively. You can keep both only if the NXT five (Nevile, Zayn, Itami, Balor, Owens) never win a world title and exceed 70 Pop in the U.S.

Damien Sandow must succeed his cash in on the World Heavyweight Title.

Bray Wyatt must never win at Wrestlemania.

The Authority must be still active in some way until 2016.

No talent from TNA can be hired unless they are under 30 and never worked for the WWE before with the exception being Sting.

Randy Orton can never win another world title after he loses it.

Sheamus is absolutely adored by Triple H He must be on all of your TV shows every week, excluding injury of course.

Vince MchMahon is fed up with tag teams. You can never have more than four active, regular tag teams at one time. Use your best judgement for what counts as regular (The Usos, New Day) and occasional (The Shield, teams like Rated RKO or Jerishow).

Cody Rhodes, Wade Barret, Dolph Ziggler, The Miz

One must have over 10 reigns with a midcard title by 2016.

One must for a tag team with a current development talent and win the belts.

One must never win a title again but still main event a payperview.

One must join the Authority before it ends.

WWE is looking towards the future and no longer wants to bring back past elements. No titles may be brought back. One new one must be created.

Wrestlemania must be main evented by a part timer (use your best judgement) until Wrestlemania 35.

Enjoy :)

7. Authority can not disband until 2018

Does anyone have any rules for TCW in 2008?

Hi, I'll give this a shot for you, though I play with a modified initial roster as TCW 2008, so feel free to correct things with appropriate replacement workers that don't make sense with the original data.

Hiring Rules

1. You may only hire older workers (over age 25) if they have Basics of at least C and either Mat Wrestling or Brawling of at least C+, unless they are being signed away from SWF and have popularity of B- or better in at least one area of the USA.

2. Workers hired aged under 26 must either have Basics or Psychology of at least C-.

3. Your roster must never have greater than 50% wrestlers more than the minimum recommended in the Ideal Roster screen.

4. The following must never be signed: Christian Faith, Nicky Champion, Jay Chord, Eric Tyler, Greg Gauge (Keith), Marc Speed, Duane Fry, Sara Silver, Phil Vibert, Carl Batch.

Title Rules

1. The TCW World Heavyweight Championship must be defended at at least 9 PPVs per year, and always at Total Mayhem and Malice in Wonderland.

2. In 2008, only the following are permitted to hold the World Title: Tommy Cornell, Ricky Dale Johnson, Tyson Baine, Rocky Golden, Sam Keith.

3. In 2009, at least 2 of the following must have World Title reigns: Wolf Hawkins, Joey Minnesota, Tyson Baine, Eddie Peak, Sam Keith, Troy Tornado.

4. Ricky Dale Johnson may never hold the World Title after the end of February 2009.

5. The World Title must always be held for at least 4 weeks, and may change hands no more than 5 times in any calendar year - no hot-shotting it around.

6. The TCW International Title must never be held by a wrestler who is pushed to Main Event status by the Auto-Push facility. Anyone who moves up to that level whilst holding the title must drop it by the end of that month.

7. Assuming they don't fall aoul of rule 6, the following wrestlers must all hold the International Title before the end of January 2009: Rick Law, Koshiro Ino, Scout, Joel Bryant, American Buffalo.

8. By the end of 2009, Aaron Andrews and Edd Stone must each have held the International Title for a minimum of 2 months (in total, not necessarily in one reign.)

9. The TCW All-Action Title must be defended at least twice every month, and on at least every other PPV in the main card. Sammy Bach may not hold this title after April 2008, and at least three of the following should have reigns in 2008: Acid, Jimmy P., Harry Allen, Aaron Andrews, Edd Stone, Freddy Huggins, Frankie Perez.

10. The TCW Tag Titles may only be held by the following teams for one reign per year: The Machines, The New Wave, The Tag team Specialists, Young Guns.

11. The Tag Titles must be held at least once per year by a Main Event temporary pairing, but this pair must hold the titles for no more than 1 month, after which they must split and feud with one another.

Rules for Individual Workers

1. Tommy Cornell must never be given a Road Agent's note as the winner (he gets plenty of wins without it, trust me!).

2. The Syndicate may not be split up until at least November 2008. The split must not result in a feud between the former members until at least 6 months after the first of them turns Face.

3. Tyson Baine and Rocky Golden must Main Event at least one PPV each in 2008 (a different one for each of them) in a one-on-one singles match for the TCW World Heavyweight Title.

4. Troy Tornado must lose to every Main eventer (Face and Heel) in a PPV singles match (one-on-one) before he is permitted to either win a PPV match or challenge for the World Title.

5. Of the following: Eddie Peak, Rick Law, Guide, Brent Hill

  • one must challenge for the World Title at Total Mayhem 2008, but then must lose every PPV match for the remainder of the year.
  • one must form a new tag team with Giant Tana and tag together at least twice per month for the whole of 2008, and either defend or win the Tag Titles at Malice in Wonderland 2009.
  • one must be given a slow build to the top of the organisation and Main Event at least 3 PPVs in 2009, and finally win the World Title in 2010 and hold it for at least three months, but then may never hold a title in TCW again.
  • the fourth must be the tag partner for every new wrestler who joins the roster in 2008 in their first match in the company, and must take the loss in all of those matches. In 2009 they must be given a regular tag partner, and must win the Tag Titles before the end of 2009, but must also defeat every one of those wrestlers he tagged with in 2008 in singles competition on TV.

6. Randall Hopkirk and Billy Jack Shearer must appear on at least one TV show every month as a tag team, and once in singles competition each, until July 2008. From August 2008 one must turn and they must feud for at least 2 months. From November 2008 until January 2009, one of them must tag regularly with Ronnie V. Pain and must appear in a wrestling capacity as a tage team on at least one TV show per month.

7. Charlie Thatcher must feature on the main card of at least 4 PPVs per year in both 2008 and 2009 (in a capacity of your choosing).

I hope these are fun for you!

Did anybody even see my rule request above?

Not really good at giving rules, but here it goes.

You can sign any talent unless they are currently under contract with NJPW or TNA. If they were on the first episode of TNA and have never worked for wwe, then you can sign them if they are still with TNA.

Cena and Orton. One must be face, one must be heel. Neither can change for the rest of your game.

Cena also must have at least a 1 year reign before 2017. (any world title you want, but it must be world)

Punk and bryan. One can be pushed normally, the other must be stuck in mid card hell.

Swagger, Bourne, Miz, tyson kidd, and DH smith. 2 must be in midcard hell. one must face undertaker at a wrestlemania by mania 30. and one can be pushed normally (the one who faces undertaker can be pushed normally as well, but if he loses to undertaker at mania, he must be in midcard hell)

Midcard hell rules are: They cannot be pushed above upper midcard. They can only only feud with a main eventer once in their entire career, but they must lose the feud. He can feud with mid carders and upper midcarders, but he can only win one feud with an upper midcarder a year. He can also never win a world title, but can win tag and mid card titles whenever with whoever.

Christian must be the one to end cenas year long reign, as world champ, or tie edge in world championship reigns by the end of both their careers. (both world title reigns counted together)

Undertakers streak must be broken by somebody who was "NOT" in wwe before 2006.

The rock can never main event a PPV ever.

The shield must debut by 2012 and consist of Rollins, ambrose, and chris hero. and they cannot debut on the main roster unless it's together as the shield. They also must be pushed similar to real life. (getting big wins over top stars)

Final rule and you can chose who out of your entire roster. One superstar must win money in the bank twice but fail to cash in both times within a 4 year span. (you can hold two MITB matches a year, as long as they are for separate titles and are on the same card)

Hopefully that isn't to challenging, i'm not that good at making rules. have fun :D
