Tonight’s edition of 205 Live starts with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, John “Bradshaw” Layfield and the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman welcoming the television audience to the show and announcing that in tonight’s main event the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville will team with Oliver Grey to take on the team of Chad Gable and Tajiri. Billy Kidman then asks Scott Stanford how he is after the attack at the hands of the Shield backstage at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View this past Sunday, when the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle refused to intervene but Stanford was eventually saved by Seth Rollins, and Stanford says he is still a bit shaken but that he just wants to get on with the show. Ricardo Rodriguez then makes his way to the ring to a chorus of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance. Rodriguez retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that he would like to introduce his clients, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and the man chiseled of granite, Oliver Grey. The British Ambition pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey then come to the ring to another chorus of boos from the WWE Universe in attendance as Rodriguez hands Neville the microphone. The Cruiserweight Champion Neville is especially Cocky tonight as he says that this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View he once again defeated that masked coward of a man in Rey Mysterio. Neville says that after three successive victories over Rey Mysterio, he hopes that the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle finally sees sense and stops giving Mysterio title opportunities. Neville says that he knows that in tonight’s tag team main event he will team up with Oliver Grey, his good friend and fellow Englishman, to take on the team of Tajiri and Chad Gable but that Neville has already beaten the “Japanese Buzzsaw” and Martial Artist Tajiri on several occasions and he has also beat the, as Neville calls him, failed USA Olympian and failed luchador Chad Gable many times as well. Neville notes that this past Sunday at Night of Champions TJ Perkins beat Kalisto and Enzo Amore was victorious over Rich Swann, and with those rematches taking place tonight perhaps one of the victorious Superstars could be the next to step up and challenge the King of the Cruiserweights Neville. Neville says that Enzo Amore likes to talk a lot, and the little Guido has been seen in recent weeks claiming that he will be the Cruiserweight Champion by the end of the year, but he has never gone head to head with a Superstar of the caliber of Neville before. Adrian Neville said that he never particularly saw anything special in Enzo Amore when he was teaming up with the big, useless Colin Cassady on Friday Night SmackDown, but that Neville understands that it is somehow difficult to get opportunities after Neville himself was wasted on Monday Night RAW for months. Neville, Oliver Grey and Ricardo Rodriguez then leave the ring and head to the back as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening.

Rich Swann versus Enzo Amore

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Enzo Amore defeated Rich Swann in 8:08 by pinfall. Scott Stanford says on commentary that after another victory over Rich Swann, Enzo Amore may have earnt himself an opportunity to challenge for the Cruiserweight Champion, whereas Billy Kidman argues that you shouldn’t get given title shots just for winning two matches. Nevertheless, Enzo Amore picks up the all-important victory here.

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find Chad Gable and Tajiri preparing for tonight’s 205 Live tag team main event against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey. Chad Gable says that although they have yet to beat British Ambition, he feels that tonight is their time. Chad Gable tells Tajiri that it is still an honour to team up with the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion and Martial Artist. Tajiri thanks Chad Gable for his comments and says that it is also an honour for him to team up with a former Olympian tonight.

TJ Perkins versus Kalisto

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, TJ Perkins defeated Kalisto in 8:30 by submission with a Figure Four Deathlock. The 205 Live commentary team note that TJ Perkins has now forced the masked Kalisto to tap out twice in three days following the Fan Favourite TJ Perkins’ victory over Kalisto this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View.

Match Rating: D-

Following another commercial break we cut backstage to find the former multiple-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle. Chavo says that he knows that he and Hornswoggle have had their differences in the past, but that Chavo Guerrero just wants to live up to the “Latino Heat” family legacy and says that he is asking for an opportunity on 205 Live, a shot at the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Hornswoggle then tells Chavo that he has already decided who will be the next to challenge for the Cruiserweight Championship, and that it’s not Chavo. Hornswoggle then asks Chavo to leave his office, which he reluctantly does.

As Chavo leaves the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle with a frown on his face, Enzo Amore walks in. Hornswoggle then tells Enzo Amore that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View next month he will join Rey Mysterio in challenging Adrian Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in a Triple Threat match.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey versus Chad Gable and Tajiri

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, British Ambition defeated Chad Gable and Tajiri in 12:45 when Adrian Neville defeated Tajiri by pinfall with a Red Arrow. Ricardo Rodriguez accompanied his clients, the British Ambition pairing of Oliver Grey and the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville, to ringside this match and acted cheerleader throughout the match before Neville pinned Tajiri to win the match for his team.

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal versus Bray Wyatt

The main event of tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie and will see the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal take on Bray Wyatt in non-title action. Last week on SmackDown then WWE Champion Bray Wyatt defeated Jinder Mahal in the evening’s non-title main event but a lot has happened since then as this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View Jinder Mahal shocked the entire WWE Universe when he beat both Bray Wyatt and Xavier Woods in their Triple Threat match to become the new WWE Champion for the first time in his career. However, as Bray Wyatt was not the Superstar to be pinned on Sunday, with Jinder Mahal pinning Xavier Woods to win the title, Bray will likely feel that an all-important victory over Mahal in non-title action tonight could well lead to the “Eater of Worlds” and so-called “Braveheart” Bray Wyatt earning a rematch for the title.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Money Most Wanted

Jimmy and Jey Uso became the first ever two time WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View when they beat Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston in their contractually obligated rematch since Big E and Kofi beat the Uso’s to win the titles back at Summerslam. Tonight on Friday Night SmackDown Jimmy and Jey will take on the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker in non-title action.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode versus Marcus Owens

The new WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode will take on Marcus Owens in non-title action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown just days after Bobby Roode became the new United States Champion in his main roster debut this past Sunday at Night of Champions.

Christian versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens

This past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View, Friday Night SmackDown’s Money in the Bank briefcase holder Kevin Owens lost his United States Championship as Bobby Roode made his bodyguard Baron Corbin submit to win the title in the Fatal Five-Way match also involving AJ Styles and Dolph Ziggler. Tonight Kevin Owens will look to bounce back as he faces Christian in singles competition.

Kofi Kingston versus Viktor

Kofi Kingston and Big E Langston lost their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships to Jimmy and Jey Uso this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View and tonight on Friday Night SmackDown Kofi Kingston will return to singles action against Viktor.

Pre-Show: Christina Von Eerie versus Tamina

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tamina defeated Christina Von Eerie in 18:27 by pinfall with a Samoan Drop. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really caring about either woman despite both of them having many matches on Friday Night SmackDown. Nevertheless, Tamina picks up the all-important victory here.

Pre-Show: Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat versus The Rhodes Dynasty (Goldust and Stardust)

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Woods & Steamboat defeated The Rhodes Dynasty in 17:39 when Xavier Woods defeated Goldust by pinfall with a Lost in the Woods. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker take up their positions at ringside prior to this tag team match that sees Xavier Woods and Richie Steamboat defeat the Rhodes Dynasty after Xavier Woods pins Goldust.

Pre-Show: Fandango versus Alexander Wolfe

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Fandango defeated Alexander Wolfe in 17:42 by pinfall with a Shooting Star Press. Alexander Wolfe was dressed in a green costume and looked like an Alien Invader.

Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the new WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal making his way to the ring. Jinder Mahal receives a chorus of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe as he enters the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Jinder says that this past Sunday at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View he beat both Xavier Woods and Bray Wyatt to become the new WWE Champion and after the “Braveheart”, “Eater of World’s” Bray Wyat’s insane title reign, Jinder will finally bring some class back to the WWE Championship and make the people of India proud. Jinder says that he is pleased to be given a chance by the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie to beat Bray Wyatt in tonight’s non-title main event and says that after he beats Bray Wyatt it will prove that the unwashed psychopath Wyatt does not deserve a title rematch. The WWE Universe then come to their feet as AJ Styles makes his way to the ring. AJ takes a microphone of his own and says that one of the perks of his contract when coming to the WWE was a guaranteed opportunity at the WWE Championship and AJ announces that he will challenge Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship inside a Hell in a Cell at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View next month. Jinder Mahal says that AJ Styles has just made himself the first victim in Jinder Mahal’s lengthy reign.

Non-Title: WWE Women’s Champion Naomi versus Madison Eagles

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Naomi defeated Madison Eagles in 6:47 by pinfall with a Nightfalls. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team question who could be next to challenge Naomi for the Women’s Championship.

Match Rating: D+

Following her victory Naomi celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until Natalya joins her in the ring and notions that she wants a shot at the Women’s Championship. Rain then also comes to the ring and pushes Naomi before Naomi slaps Rain across the face with Natalya watching on smiling as Naomi leaves the ring with her title.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Money Most Wanted

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated Money Most Wanted in 7:41 when Jey Uso defeated Braden Walker by pinfall with an Alley-Us. Ted DiBiase seemed off his game tonight which led to the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey focusing their offence on DiBiase for the majority of the match until DiBiase was able to tag in Braden Walker only for Walker to fall to an Uso’s double team.

We cut backstage to find Big E Langston and Xavier Woods in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie, and Big E is asking for a WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships rematch whereas Xavier Woods wants another shot at the US title. Cameron then walks into the room and both Big E and Xavier get distracted and stare at Cameron’s beauty.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode versus Marcus Owens

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Bobby Roode defeated Marcus Owens in 5:44 by pinfall with a Payoff. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that the US Champion is victorious in his SmackDown in-ring debut.

Following the conclusion of the match referee John Cone lifts Bobby Roode’s arm in victory before John Cone passes out. Xavier Woods then comes to the ring and helps John Cone to his feet and asks John Cone what’s wrong, and he says that he is an Insomniac and hasn’t been sleeping well recently. Xavier Woods says that John Cone needs to be positive like Xavier is positive he can beat both Bobby Roode and SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens.

Christian versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated Christian in 8:23 by pinfall with a Package Piledriver. Kevin Owens seemed off his game tonight but was still able to get the victory here.

Following his victory Kevin Owens holds his Money in the Bank briefcase in the air until the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal comes to the entrance-way with a microphone. Jinder Mahal says that he wants Kevin Owens to watch Jinder beat Bray Wyatt in tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown non-title main event as well as watch Jinder beat AJ Styles in their Hell in a Cell match next month to retain the WWE Championship, and doesn’t want Kevin Owens to get any crazy ideas about cashing in his briefcase on Jinder Mahal.

We cut backstage to find Kelly Kelly sitting in front of a mirror applying make-up when she sees Carmella in the mirror behind her. Carmella pushes Kelly’s face into the table and draws with lipstick all over Kelly’s face before walking away laughing.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kofi Kingston defeated Viktor in 8:09 by pinfall with an S.O.S. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Kofi looked good in singles action tonight but feel that Kofi and Big E deserve a rematch for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

The WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal comes the ring for tonight’s Friday Night SmackDown non-title main event, followed by his opponent Bray Wyatt, who informs Jinder that if and when he beats Jinder Mahal tonight he wants his rematch for the WWE Championship as soon as possible, and that Jinder is simply borrowing the title on borrowed time.

Non-Title: WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar versus Matt Hardy

The main event of tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out from the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox and will see the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar take on Matt Hardy in non-title action. Last week on Monday Night RAW whilst the “Beast” Brock Lesnar was addressing the WWE Universe in the ring without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn being by his side, Monday Night RAW’s Money in the Bank briefcase holder, the masked Kane, made his way to the ring and announced that he will be cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Lesnar inside a Hell in a Cell at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month. Kane then hit Lesnar across the skull with the Money in the Bank briefcase. Matt Hardy will likely be hoping that Lesnar has half of his attention on Kane tonight as the former WWE RAW Tag Team Champion Hardy will look to do all he can to pick up the all-important victory.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

Tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar” in non-title action against the Shield pairing of Roman Reigns and William Regal. These two teams faced off for the very first time last week on RAW with Sheamus and Cesaro getting the non-title victory as their manager Robbie Brookside looked on at ringside.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz versus Batista

Last week on Monday Night RAW following a non-title victory over Alberto Del Rio, Dolph Ziggler shocked the WWE Universe by making an appearance and claiming that he wants a shot at the Intercontinental Championship. Tonight the Miz will face Batista in non-title action.

Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Sami Zayn

Pete Dunne, the WWE United Kingdom Champion, took on the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar in last week’s Monday Night RAW non-title Champion versus Champion main event. For the third time in as many months Pete Dunne was defeated by Lesnar, and tonight Pete Dunne will look to bounce back as he takes on Sami Zayn in non-title action.

Alberto Del Rio versus Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kane

As aforementioned, at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month the masked Kane will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Brock Lesnar for the WWE Universal Championship in a Hell in a Cell match, but before then Kane will take on Alberto Del Rio tonight on Monday Night RAW.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss versus Sexy Star

The WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss will take on Sexy Star in non-title action tonight on Monday Night RAW just seven days after Alexa Bliss was attacked by Audrey Marie before Sasha Banks rushed to the ring to make the save.</div>

Pre-Show: Nikki Bella versus Kharma

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Nikki Bella defeated Kharma in 17:54 by pinfall with a Twin Magic. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really seeing Kharma as a threat anymore after a string of losses having been around the Monday Night RAW roster for several years now. Nikki Bella picks up the all-important victory here after switching places with her twin sister Brie behind the referee’s back with the fresh Brie Bella pinning Kharma.

Pre-Show: Seth Rollins and Jason Jordan versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Rollins & Jordan defeated Burch & McClain in 18:11 when Seth Rollins defeated Troy McClain by pinfall with a God's Last Gift. Jason Jordan was really off his game tonight which led to Danny Burch and Troy McClain focusing their offence on Jordan for the majority of the match until Jordan was finally able to make the tag to Seth Rollins who cleared house before pinning Troy McClain to win the match for his team.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Dean Ambrose defeated Rob Van Dam in 18:30 by pinfall with a Headlock Driver. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler took up their positions at ringside prior to this match taking place.

Tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Lesnar receives a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Brock Lesnar says that he is here without his in-ring mentor tonight because he is a pissed off “Beast”. Brock says that last week on RAW the masked freak Kane announced that he was cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Brock for the Universal Championship in a Hell in a Cell match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month. Brock says that he doesn’t care about being inside Hell in a Cell with Kane, but he does have a problem with Kane hitting him in the skull with the Money in the Bank briefcase last week. Brock says that Pete Dunne paid for Kane’s actions in last week’s non-title main event and that he is pleased the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox has given Brock the chance to send another message to Kane when Brock will face Matt Hardy in tonight’s non-title main event. Kane then comes to the ring and grabs the microphone from Lesnar before telling him that he will send Brock straight to hell and leave Hell in a Cell as the new Universal Champion. Kane then drops Lesnar with a Chokeslam.

Non-Title: WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss versus Sexy Star

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss defeated Sexy Star in 5:34 by pinfall. Road Dogg accompanied his client and friend Alexa Bliss to ringside and offered vocal support throughout the match which led to Alexa getting the win.

Following her victory Alexa Bliss celebrates in the ring with the WWE Universe with Road Dogg applauding on the outside of the ring when Raquel Diaz rushes to the ring and begins to assault Alexa, knocking her to the mat and repeatedly kicking Alexa whilst she’s down.

Raquel Diaz continues the assault on the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss whilst Road Dogg begs for somebody to come and do something and eventually Sasha Banks rushes to the ring to make the save and Raquel Diaz flees the ring and heads to the back.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Roman Reigns and William Regal

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Bar defeated Reigns & Regal in 7:39 when Antonio Cesaro defeated William Regal by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Robbie Brookside accompanied his clients, the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, to ringside for this match and witnessed another win for The Bar after Sheamus hit Regal with a Brogue Kick before taking out Reigns on the apron allowing Cesaro to pin a fallen Regal.

We cut backstage to find the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows in the office of the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox, who informs them that they will receive one more shot at the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Miz defeated Batista in 7:51 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. Angel Williams accompanied Batista to the ring but it was the Miz who gets the win here.

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Pete Dunne defeated Sami Zayn in 6:35 by submission. Pete Dunne was really off his game tonight but the WWE United Kingdom Champion was still able to get the win after forcing Sami Zayn to submit.

Following his victory the United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne begins to attack Sami Zayn and he is soon joined in the ring by Danny Burch, Troy McClain and Leo Kruger who join in with Dunne by putting the boots to Sami Zayn until Tyler Bate, Fatsuhiko Nakajima and Brodus Clay rush to the ring to make the save.

Alberto Del Rio versus Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kane

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kane defeated Alberto Del Rio in 8:17 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. X-Pac accompanied his client Alberto Del Rio to ringside and tried to offer vocal support but Kane still got the win here.

We cut backstage to find Jo Jo standing by for an interview with Seth Rollins. Jo Jo asks Seth Rollins what’s next for him after leaving the Shield and Seth Rollins says that after beating Dean Ambrose last week he wants a new challenge, and wants a new Superstar to step up.

Non-Title: WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar versus Matt Hardy

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Brock Lesnar defeated Matt Hardy in 17:58 by pinfall with an F-5. Brock Lesnar and Matt Hardy have pretty good chemistry as opponents and it lifted the match.

Post-Show: Santino Marella versus Matt Morgan

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Matt Morgan defeated Santino Marella in 12:46 by pinfall with a Carbon Footprint. Santino Marella and Matt Morgan just don’t click at all as opponents, and it showed in their performances.

Post-Show: Mason Ryan versus Tensai

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live:

Non-Title: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville versus Tajiri

The main event of tonight’s edition of 205 Live was announced in a tweet sent out earlier today via the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle and will see the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville take on the Martial Artist, the “Japanese Buzzsaw” and the former three-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri in non-title action. Last week’s edition of 205 Live kicked off with Adrian Neville and his “British Ambition” tag team partner Oliver Grey being introduced to the WWE Universe by their personal ring announcer Ricardo Rodriguez as the Cocky Cruiserweight Champion Neville bragged about his victory over Rey Mysterio, the masked multiple-time former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View next month. Neville would then go on to mock his opponents in last week’s main event, Tajiri and Chad Gable. Neville and Oliver Grey would go on to defeat Tajiri and Chad Gable in last week’s tag team main event but not before we saw Enzo Amore in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle being told that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month Neville will put the Cruiserweight Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Enzo Amore and Rey Mysterio. Neville should not be looking past Tajiri tonight as the Japanese Buzzsaw will likely be doing all he can to pick up an all-important victory over the Cruiserweight Champion that may be the catalyst that Tajiri needs to get his career back on track following months of defeats.

TJ Perkins versus Enzo Amore

Before he joins Rey Mysterio in challenging Adrian Neville for the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in a Triple Threat match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month, Enzo Amore will take on TJ Perkins tonight on 205 Live for the very first time. Following two successive victories over Rich Swann, Enzo Amore has promised the WWE Universe and the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle that he will be the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion by the end of the year, but the little Guido will have a tough test against a Fan Favourite in TJ Perkins tonight.

Chad Gable versus Chavo Guerrero

Last week on 205 Live we saw Chavo Guerrero in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle begging to be given an opportunity to live up to his “Latino Heat” family legacy and be given a title opportunity at the Cruiserweight Championship. However, Chavo’s requests were rejected and tonight on 205 Live the former five-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero will take on Chad Gable, a former USA Olympian who has since then been learning the culture of lucha libre and now sees himself as a “Classic Tecnico.”

Pre-Show: Rich Swann versus A.R. Fox

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Rich Swann defeated A.R. Fox in 17:31 by pinfall with a Tornado Spin Kick. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe still not caring much about A.R. Fox despite Foxx having competed on 205 Live before and owning a victory over the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri. Nevertheless, the Fan Favourite Rich Swann picks up the all-important victory here after hitting A.R. Fox with a Tornado Spin Kick.

Tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live kicks off with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, John “Bradshaw” Layfield and the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman welcoming the live television audience to tonight’s show and announcing that tonight’s non-title main event will see the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville taking on Tajiri. Ricardo Rodriguez then makes his way to the ring to a chorus of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance. Once in the ring Rodriguez retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and says that he would like to introduce his clients, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and the man with abs chiseled from granite, Oliver Grey. The “British Ambition” pairing of Adrian Neville and Oliver Grey then make their way to the ring and Rodriguez hands his microphone to his employer, the Cruiserweight Champion Neville. The Cocky Cruiserweight Champion says that we learnt last week on 205 Live that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month Neville will put his WWE Cruiserweight Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Rey Mysterio as well as Enzo Amore. Neville says that he has already beat the masked coward known as Rey Mysterio on three separate occasions to retain his title and is confident that he can beat him again, and is sure that he won’t even see the former multiple-time Cruiserweight Champion Rey Mysterio until the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View as apparently Rey Mysterio is too important to show up on 205 Live. As for his other challenger at Hell in a Cell in Enzo Amore, Neville says that the little Guido known as Enzo likes to speak a lot and has somehow got in the good books of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle to have been awarded this title match so soon after coming to 205 Live from being in a forgettable tag team on Friday Night SmackDown with a big lump known as Colin Cassady. Neville says that Enzo Amore has declared that he will be the new Cruiserweight Champion by the end of the year but Neville promises that Enzo will be put in his place at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. Neville then goes on to discuss his opponent in tonight’s 205 Live non-title main event, Tajiri, and says that the so-called “Japanese Buzzsaw” will show his Japanese culture tonight when he bows down to the King of the Cruiserweights. Neville, Oliver Grey and Ricardo Rodriguez then leave the ring together and head to the back as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening.

TJ Perkins versus Enzo Amore

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Enzo Amore defeated TJ Perkins in 7:57 by submission. The 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle watched this match from ringside as Enzo Amore picked up the victory over TJ Perkins.

Following another commercial break we cut backstage to find the Martial Artist and “Japanese Buzzsaw” Tajiri preparing for tonight’s 205 Live non-title main event against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville when the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle walks into the room. Tajiri, the former three-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion, immediately bows in respect of Hornswoggle and when he does Hornswoggle slaps Tajiri across the face. Hornswoggle says that there is a reason that Rey Mysterio and Enzo Amore will be the ones challenging Adrian Neville for the Cruiserweight Championship at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View whilst Tajiri hasn’t won a match in months, and that is because Tajiri has no fight or spirit left in his broken down body. Hornswoggle tells Tajiri that tonight’s main event may be Tajiri’s last chance to impress Hornswoggle before storming out of the room leaving Tajiri looking sad and worried.

Chad Gable versus Chavo Guerrero

In an extremely poor match, Chad Gable defeated Chavo Guerrero in 7:34 by submission. Chad Gable and Chavo Guerrero have pretty good chemistry as opponents and it lifted the match. Ultimately, the former USA Olympian Chad Gable picks up the victory over the former five-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Chavo Guerrero after Gable forces Chavo to tap out.

We cut backstage to find Enzo Amore in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle with Hornswoggle telling Enzo Amore that after another victory earlier tonight against TJ Perkins, Hornswoggle really believes that Enzo can go on to beat both Adrian Neville and Rey Mysterio at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. There is then a knock at the door and Rich Swann walks into the room but before he can say anything he is interrupted by Enzo Amore who tells Rich Swann that Hornswoggle doesn’t want losers in his office. Enzo Amore then slaps the door in Rich Swann’s face as we head to another commercial break, the last one of the evening before our main event, which is next.

Non-Title: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville versus Tajiri

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Adrian Neville defeated Tajiri in 13:24 by pinfall with a Corkscrew Shooting Star Press. Ricardo Rodriguez accompanied his client Adrian Neville to ringside for this match and witnessed the Cruiserweight Champion pick up another victory over Tajiri in our main event.

Last week on SmackDown Jinder Mahal came out to address the WWE Universe after winning the WWE World Heavyweight Championship the night before at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View, claiming that the WWE Universe had a WWE Champion they could be proud of after the reign of Bray Wyatt. AJ Styles then came to the ring and announced that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month AJ Styles will challenge Jinder Mahal for the WWE Championship in a Hell in a Cell match. Jinder Mahal must focus on Xavier Woods tonight, who will be doing all he can to pick up the all-important victory over Jinder Mahal to prove to Eva Marie that he deserves another US Championship opportunity against the new US Champion Bobby Roode.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Money Most Wanted

Tag team action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso take on the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker in non-title action. This is a rematch from last week’s SmackDown when the WWE Universe witnessed Jimmy and Jey defeat Money Most Wanted in a non-title match just days after Jimmy and Jey beat Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston to once again become the new SmackDown Tag Team Champions at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View.

The Retired Boxer, Rezar Selmani, will make his Friday Night SmackDown debut tonight as he will take on Fandango. Not much is known about the young European Selmani and the WWE Universe will have a chance to see just how physically imposing he is against Fandango tonight.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi and Asuka versus Carmella and Rain

Women’s division tag team action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the WWE Women’s Champion team up with the Japanese Asuka, making her SmackDown debut tonight, to take on the team of Carmella and Rain. A Joshi Shooter who dominated Japan for many years, Asuka made her debut inside the NXT Arena in June at NXT’s Passing the Torch event as she defeated one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions, Charlotte.</div>

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kelly Kelly defeated Portia Perez in 18:03 by pinfall with a K2. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe yet to really care at all about Portia Perez despite her having competed in several matches on Friday Night SmackDown over the past year. Nevertheless, the former WWE Divas Champion Kelly Kelly picks up the all-important victory here after hitting Portia Perez with the K2.

Tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal making his way to the ring. Jinder Mahal says that last week in SmackDown’s non-title main event he beat the loser known as Bray Wyatt in non-title action and that we shouldn’t see the unwashed Bray Wyatt anywhere near the WWE Championship for quite some time now. Jinder Mahal says that he was interested to see Sylvester Lefort at ringside last week and applaud Jinder following his victory but not that surprised as everyone wants to get closer to the WWE Champion. Jinder Mahal says that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie has given Jinder Mahal a gift this evening in the form of a non-title main event against the loser, American, pusher of positivity in Xavier Woods. Jinder Mahal says that he hopes AJ Styles watches tonight’s main event very closely as Jinder Mahal will beat Xavier Woods just like he will beat AJ Styles in their Hell in a Cell match later this month to retain the WWE Championship. AJ Styles then comes to the ring with a microphone of his own, and says that the clock is already ticking on Jinder’s title reign. Jinder Mahal tells AJ that he came to the WWE with much hype and fanfare, but that the hype train will end at Hell in a Cell.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi and Asuka versus Carmella and Rain

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Naomi and Asuka defeated Carmella and Rain in 6:41 when Naomi defeated Carmella by pinfall with Nightfalls. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that this is the Japanese Shooter Asuka’s SmackDown debut as she teams with the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi to defeat Carmella and Rain here after Naomi pins Carmella to win the match for her team.

Following her victory the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi celebrates with Asuka until Rain gets in Naomi’s face and the pair have a stare down until Natalya walks to the ring and announces that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Naomi will put the Women’s Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Rain and Natalya. Rain then pushes Naomi before leaving the ring and as Natalya begins to laugh Naomi gets to her feet and slaps Natalya.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated Money Most Wanted in 7:30 when Jey Uso defeated Ted DiBiase by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that this is the second week in a row that Jimmy and Jey have defeated the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker in non-title action.

Non-Title: WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar versus Luke Gallows

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out by the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox and will see the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar take on Luke Gallows in non-title action. Last night Brock Lesnar came to the ring at the start of RAW to address the WWE Universe without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn and to discuss his upcoming Hell in a Cell match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View against the masked Kane, who will be cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Lesnar was once again interrupted by Kane who hit Lesnar with a Chokeslam. Brock Lesnar beat the tag team partner of Luke Gallows, Matt Hardy, in last week’s RAW non-title main event and will be looking to do the same to Gallows tonight who knows he will have to be at his best to pick up the all-important victory over the Universal Champion.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Calvin Raines and Judas Devlin

At the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar”, will put their titles on the line against the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows. Before then, however, Sheamus and Cesaro will take on the “Devil’s Advocates” of Calvin Raines and Judas Devlin in non-title action tonight on Monday Night RAW.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz versus Rob Van Dam

For the past two weeks on Monday Night RAW, after celebrating victories, the WWE Intercontinental Champion the Miz has been interrupted by Dolph Ziggler who has made it clear that he wants a shot at the Intercontinental title. Tonight the Miz will have to put Ziggler to the back of his mind as he takes on Rob Van Dam in a non-title match.

Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Sami Zayn

Last week on Monday Night RAW the WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne defeated Sami Zayn in non-title action and after the match Pete Dunne was joined by Leo Kruger, Danny Burch and Troy McClain who all attacked Sami Zayn until Tyler Bate, Fatsuhiko Nakajima and Brodus Clay rushed to the ring to make the save. Tonight Pete Dunne will take on Zayn in non-title action once again.

Batista versus Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kane

As aforementioned, the masked Kane will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase in a Hell in a Cell match against the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month. Before then, Kane will take on Batista tonight on Monday Night RAW.

WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss and Bayley versus Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes

Finally, Divas tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss team up with former Divas Champion Bayley to take on the team of Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes. Last week on RAW Raquel Diaz attacked Alexa Bliss as Bliss celebrated a victory in front of the WWE Universe and her manager and good friend Road Dogg, only for Sasha Banks to rush to the ring to make the save.

Pre-Show: Mia Yim versus Cheerleader Melissa

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Cheerleader Melissa defeated Mia Yim in 18:04 by pinfall with an Air Raid Crash. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really caring about either Diva despite them both competing in matches on Monday Night RAW over the past year. Nevertheless, Cheerleader Melissa picks up the all-important victory here after hitting Mia Yim with an Air Raid Crash.

Pre-Show: Tyler Bate and Alberto Del Rio versus Danny Burch and Troy McClain

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Bate & Del Rio defeated Burch & McClain in 18:04 when Tyler Bate defeated Danny Burch by submission. Unfortunately a pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Tyler Bate wrestle tonight. It would appear that many members of the WWE Universe still aren’t particularly interested or invested in the first ever UK Champion Tyler Bate. Despite this, Tyler Bate was still able to get the win for his team tonight fter forcing Danny Burch to tap out.

Pre-Show: Santino Marella versus Curt Hawkins

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Santino Marella defeated Curt Hawkins in 17:47 by pinfall with The Cobra. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler took up their positions at ringside prior to this match that saw Santino Marella beat Curt Hawkins.

Match Rating: D+

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Brock Lesnar receives a great ovation from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Brock Lesnar says that he is once again out here without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn tonight because he wants to speak on his own behalf. Brock says that for the past two weeks now he has been attacked by the masked freak known as Kane, carrying his Money in the Bank briefcase. Brock Lesnar says that Kane has made the biggest mistake of his career in letting Brock Lesnar know that he will be cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase in a Hell in a Cell match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View, and that when the element of surprise is gone and Kane is locked inside the Hell in a Cell with Brock, Kane will see just how much of a Bad Ass Brock Lesnar is as he will beat down Kane, take him to Suplex City and retain the WWE Universal Championship. Brock Lesnar then says that the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox has given Brock another gift tonight as he will dismantle Luke Gallows in tonight’s non-title main event. Kane then comes to the ring and drops Brock Lesnar with the Tombstone Piledriver.

WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss and Bayley versus Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss and Bayley defeated Beth Phoenix and Rosa Mendes in 7:27 when Alexa Bliss defeated Rosa Mendes by submission. Road Dogg accompanied his client and good friend the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss to ringside for this match and offered vocal support throughout the match which may have been what led to Alexa Bliss forcing Rosa Mendes to tap out to win the match for her team.

Match Rating: E-

Following the match Alexa Bliss celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until Raquel Diaz rushes to the ring and attacks the Divas Champion for the second week in a row until Sasha Banks then rushes to the ring to make the save. Sasha Banks then takes a microphone and announces that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Alexa Bliss will put her Divas title on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Raquel Diaz and Sasha Banks.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Calvin Raines and Judas Devlin

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Bar defeated Devil's Advocates in 7:26 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Judas Devlin by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Robbie Brookside accompanied his clients, the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known by the WWE Universe as “The Bar”, to ringside and watched his clients win after Sheamus hit Devlin with the Brogue Kick before taking out Raines on the apron allowing Cesaro to pin Devlin.

We cut backstage to find the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows in the office of the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox, and Matt Hardy says that Luke Gallows will beat Brock Lesnar tonight and then at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View they will beat The Bar to regain the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz versus Rob Van Dam

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Miz defeated Rob Van Dam in 9:49 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. The Monday Night RAW commentary team praise the Miz after another impressive non-title victory.

Match Rating: C

Following his victory the Miz lifts his Intercontinental Championship above his head as Dolph Ziggler once again interrupts the Miz, takes a microphone from ringside and tells the Miz that he won’t stop coming out here until he gets a shot at the Intercontinental Championship.

Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Sami Zayn

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Pete Dunne defeated Sami Zayn in 6:43 by pinfall. Unfortunately Pete Dunne and Sami Zayn don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout.

Following his victory Pete Dunne is joined in the ring by Leo Kruger, Danny Burch and Troy McClain and the four Superstars all attack the fallen Sami Zayn until Tyler Bate, Fatsuhiko Nakajima and Brodus Clay rush to the ring to make the save.

Batista versus Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kane

In a match that had an average crowd reaction and some decent in-ring action, Kane defeated Batista in 9:33 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. Batista was really off his game tonight which led to Kane getting the win.

We cut to a prerecorded interview with Triple H and his D-Generation X tag team partner and best friend Shawn Michaels as they discuss the history of the Hell in a Cell match prior to the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month.

We cut backstage to find Stephanie McMahon on the telephone when she is approached by Seth Rollins, who asks Stephanie why her husband Triple H has time to do interviews with his buddy but doesn’t have time to find new challenges for Seth Rollins. Stephanie says that they will find Rollins a new challenge.

Non-Title: WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar versus Luke Gallows

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Brock Lesnar defeated Luke Gallows in 16:25 by submission with a Kimura Lock. Luke Gallows seemed off his game tonight which led to the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar forcing Gallows to submit.

Post-Show: Mason Ryan versus Kassius Ohno

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kassius Ohno defeated Mason Ryan in 12:54 by pinfall with a Rolling Elbow. The Monday Night RAW commentary team remained at ringside to watch this one.

Non-Title: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville versus Rich Swann

The main event of tonight’s edition of WWE 205 Live was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out by the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle and will see the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville take on Rich Swann in non-title action. Last week’s edition of 205 Live began with Ricardo Rodriguez introducing his clients, Adrian Neville and his tag team partner Oliver Grey, to the WWE Universe. Neville would then go on a Cocky rant about how he is the King of the Cruiserweights and how he will go on to defeat both the masked Rey Mysterio and the Guido known as Enzo Amore at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month to successfully retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship in their Triple Threat match. A Fan Favourite with the WWE Universe, Rich Swann was the Superstar Adrian Neville defeated to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion, and the first Cruiserweight Champion of the 205 Live era, back in June. Rich Swann faced Adrian Neville in a non-title main event last month on 205 Live but lost to Neville and since then Rich Swann has suffered two losses against Enzo Amore, once on 205 Live two weeks ago and once at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View last month. Enzo Amore will be doing all in his power to pick up the all-important victory over Neville tonight and get back in the good books of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle, who seems to have been favouring Enzo Amore in recent weeks.

Chris Jericho versus Epico

The “Cheeky Monkey” and former four-time Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho will tonight return to 205 Live to take on one half of the former WWE Tag Team Champions in Epico. We last saw Jericho on 205 Live with a victory over Simon Gotch last month and Y2J also holds two non-title victories over the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville. Jericho will be looking to impress the WWE Universe in attendance as well as the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle with another victory tonight.

Tajiri versus Primo

Last week on 205 Live we saw the Japanese Martial Artist, the “Japanese Buzzsaw” and former three-time WWE Cruiserweight Champion Tajiri preparing for his non-title main event against the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville when he was approached backstage by the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle, who slapped Tajiri and told him that if he lost against Neville he may not be given any more chances. Tajiri would go on to lose to Neville again in last week’s main event but it would appear that Tajiri has another chance to impress Hornswoggle and the WWE Universe as he will take on Primo tonight.</div>

Pre-Show: Chad Gable versus Tommaso Ciampa

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tommaso Ciampa defeated Chad Gable in 17:47 by pinfall with a Project Ciampa. Unfortunately this match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe not really knowing much about Tommaso Ciampa despite him having previously competed on 205 Live. Nevertheless, Tommaso Ciampa picks up the all-important victory in this pre-show match that goes the distance after he hits his opponent Chad Gable with the Project Ciampa.

Pre-Show: TJ Perkins versus Mark Haskins

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, TJ Perkins defeated Mark Haskins in 18:24 by pinfall with a Running Single Leg High Knee Strike. Unfortunately this match was also too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe not caring about Mark Haskins at all despite the Englishman having previously appeared on 205 Live in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle. The Fan Favourite TJ Perkins picks up the all-important win in this pre-show match after pinning Mark Haskins following a Running Single Leg High Knee Strike.

Tonight’s edition of 205 Live kicks off with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, John “Bradshaw” Layfield and former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman welcoming the television audience to the show and announcing that in tonight’s non-title main event the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville will take on Rich Swann. Ricardo Rodriguez then makes his way to the ring to a tirade of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance. Once in the ring Ricardo Rodriguez retrieves a microphone from the ringside area and introduces his clients, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and his tag team partner, the man chiseled from granite, Oliver Grey. The “British Ambition” pairing of Neville and Grey then join Ricardo Rodriguez in the ring and the Cruiserweight Champion Neville is handed the microphone. Neville says that later tonight the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle has put Neville in the main event once again, a non-title match against Rich Swann. Neville says that he is the King of the Cruiserweights, and whilst Rich Swann may be popular amongst the peasants in the WWE Universe, he doesn’t stand a chance against Neville in the ring tonight. The Cocky Cruiserweight Champion continues by saying how unfair and unjust it is that whilst he is in action tonight, both Rey Mysterio and Enzo Amore will not be in action. Neville says that even if the ones in charge are against him, Neville will still go on to defeat both Enzo Amore and the masked coward known as Rey Mysterio in their Triple Threat match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month to once again retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. Neville says that Enzo Amore is a little Guido who doesn’t know how to keep his mouth shut, and that he might have the backing of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle but in this ring, nobody can touch Neville. The Cruiserweight Champion Neville, Oliver Grey and Ricardo Rodriguez then leave the ring together and head to the back as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening.

Chris Jericho versus Epico

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Chris Jericho defeated Epico in 7:50 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. The small man dressed in a bull costume and mask, El Torito, accompanied Epico to the ring tonight but it was Jericho who got the win after forcing Epico to submit to the Walls of Jericho.

Match Rating: C

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find Enzo Amore in the office of the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle. Enzo Amore thanks Hornswoggle for the opportunities he has been given recently and says that he promises he won’t let Hornswoggle down and will leave the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month as the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion. Hornswoggle then invites Enzo to stay in his office to watch tonight’s non-title main event on the monitor on Hornswoggle’s sofa. Enzo Amore then hears a knock at the door and goes to answer it to find Rich Swann, who says he wants to thank Hornswoggle for the opportunity to compete in the main event this evening. Enzo Amore then tells Rich Swann he’s still a loser and that Hornswoggle doesn’t have time to listen to him right now, and Enzo slams the door in Rich Swann’s face again.

Rating: F+

Tajiri versus Primo

In an extremely poor match, Primo defeated Tajiri in 8:23 by pinfall with a Backstabber. Primo seemed off his game tonight but the former WWE Tag Team Champion was still able to defeat Tajiri with a Backstabber.

Match Rating: D-

We cut backstage to find the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle approaching the small man in a bull costume and mask, El Torito. Hornswoggle questions why El Torito bothers to turn up to cheer on Epico and Primo, and notes that whilst Primo didn’t have El Torito with him just now he was victorious whereas Epico lost with El Torito at ringside earlier.

Rating: F+

We cut to another backstage area to find the Fan Favourite TJ Perkins doing some stretches when he is attacked from behind by the masked Kalisto. Wearing a mask like something from the KKK, Kalisto picks up TJ Perkins and throws him into a wall before walking away.

Non-Title: WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville versus Rich Swann

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but non-existent crowd heat, Adrian Neville defeated Rich Swann in 13:37 by pinfall with a 450° Splash. Ricardo Rodriguez accompanied his client Adrian Neville to ringside for tonight’s 205 Live non-title main event and acted as a cheerleader throughout the match until the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville pinned Rich Swann following a 450° Splash.

The second generation Superstar Richie Steamboat, the son of the WWE Hall of Famer Ricky “The Dragon” Steamboat, knows that he will have to do everything in his power to pick up the all-important victory tonight after Jinder Mahal defeated Steamboat’s tag team partner Xavier Woods in last week’s SmackDown non-title main event.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Money Most Wanted

For the past two weeks on Friday Night SmackDown, the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s have defeated the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker in non-title action. Tonight these two teams will go head to head in another non-title match with Jimmy and Jey looking for a hat-trick of victories over Money Most Wanted whereas DiBiase and Walker know that a victory could lead to them getting a future opportunity to challenge for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode versus Colt Cabana

Since breaking away from Bray Wyatt last month, Randy Orton has told the WWE Universe that he will do whatever he wants from now on. The “Viper” Randy Orton will take on Yoshi Tatsu tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi, Cameron & Hailey Hatred vs. Nicole Matthews, Layla & Tamina

Finally, six-woman tag team action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi team up with her former Funkadaktylls tag team partner Cameron as well as Hailey Hatred to take on the team of Nicole Matthews, Layla and Tamina. Last week on SmackDown Natalya informed the WWE Universe that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month Naomi will put her WWE Women’s Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Natalya and Naomi. The Native American, who is very proud of her roots, Naomi will hope to lead her team to victory tonight as she heads towards her title defence at Hell in a Cell.</div>

Pre-Show: Christina Von Eerie versus Madison Eagles

In an extremely poor match, Madison Eagles defeated Christina Von Eerie in 17:38 by pinfall with a Hell Bound. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the majority of the WWE Universe having no interest in either Christina Von Eerie or Madison Eagles despite both of them having appeared sporadically on Friday Night SmackDown over the past year. Nevertheless, Madison Eagles picks up the all-important victory here after hitting Von Eerie with her Hell Bound finishing manouevre.

Pre-Show: Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston versus The Rhodes Dynasty (Goldust and Stardust)

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Big E & Kofi defeated The Rhodes Dynasty in 17:38 when Big E Langston defeated Goldust by pinfall with a Big Ending. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker took up their positions at ringside prior to this tag team match which saw the team of Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston victorious after Big E pinned Goldust following the Big Ending.

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Tyson Kidd defeated Christian in 17:41 by pinfall with a Code Blue. Unfortunately Christian and Tyson Kidd don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout here.

Tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal making his way to the ring. Jinder receives a tirade of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe in attendance as he retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Jinder Mahal says that this is the sort of disrespect he expects from stupid, arrogant Americans. Jinder Mahal says that he is bringing prestige back to the WWE Championship after it being in the hands of Americans for too long. Jinder says that later this month at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View he will beat AJ Styles in their Hell in a Cell match to make the first successful defence of his WWE Championship. Jinder continues by saying that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie has placed him in tonight’s SmackDown non-title main event tonight whereas AJ Styles has once again been given the night off from in-ring competition. Jinder says that this is straight up disrespect towards Jinder Mahal and favouritism towards the “flavor of the month” AJ Styles. Jinder says that he will destroy his opponent Richie Steamboat tonight just like he defeated Steamboat’s tag team partner Xavier Woods in last week’s non-title main event. Jinder Mahal says that he doesn’t care who Richie Steamboat’s dad was, to Jinder he was just a worthless American citizen. AJ Styles then comes to the ring and snatches the microphone from Jinder before telling him that he will enjoy taking the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi, Cameron & Hailey Hatred vs. Nicole Matthews, Layla & Tamina

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Hailey Hatred and Funkadactyls defeated Nicole Matthews, Layla and Tamina in 6:39 when Naomi defeated Nicole Matthews by pinfall with Nightfalls. The WWE Hall of Famer Arn Anderson accompanied Cameron to ringside for this six-Woman tag team match as Arn Anderson is looking to mentor Cameron and turn her into a better in-ring performer. Arn Anderson offered Cameron and her team mates vocal support throughout the match and it was the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi who picked up the win for her team after pinning Nicole Matthews.

Match Rating: E+

After her victory the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi celebrates in the ring in front of the WWE Universe as the other women all head to the back. Naomi takes a microphone and says that she will beat both Natalya and Rain in their Triple Threat at Hell in a Cell to retain the Women’s Championship. Rain then comes to the ring and stares at Naomi who simply leaves the ring. Natalya then rushes to the ring and attacks Rain from behind before smiling and heading to the back.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Money Most Wanted

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated Money Most Wanted in 8:13 when Jey Uso defeated Braden Walker by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that this is the third week in a row that Jimmy and Jey have taken on and defeated the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker in tag team action.

We cut backstage to find Big E Langston and Xavier Woods in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie, who says that she’s considered their requests and that Big E and Kofi Kingston will challenge the Uso’s for the SmackDown Tag Team Championships for the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. As for Xavier Woods and his request to challenge for the US title, Eva Marie says she’ll think about it. Summer Rae then walks into the room and both Big E and Xavier Woods get distracted.

Non-Title: WWE United States Champion Bobby Roode versus Colt Cabana

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Bobby Roode defeated Colt Cabana in 8:02 by submission with a Fujiwara Armbar. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that the US Champion Bobby Roode remains undefeated since coming to the WWE.

Following his victory the US Champion Bobby Roode celebrates in front of the WWE Universe until Xavier Woods comes to the ring with a microphone in hand. Woods tells Bobby Roode that he doesn’t care what the SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie says; Woods wants a shot at the US title. Bobby Roode simply walks away.

Justin Gabriel versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated Justin Gabriel in 7:48 by submission with a Sharpshooter. Kevin Owens and Justin Gabriel just don’t click at all as opponents and it showed in their performances here.

Following his victory Kevin Owens lifts his Money in the Bank briefcase above his head before he is interrupted by the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal, who comes to the entrance-way with a microphone in hand. Jinder says that he wants Kevin Owens to watch Jinder beat Richie Steamboat and AJ Styles at Hell in a Cell, and that Kevin Owens should think twice before cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Jinder Mahal, and that Jinder plans on holding the WWE title for a very long time.

We cut backstage to find the Japanese Shooter, Asuka applying face paint in the mirror. She is approached from behind by Carmella but before Carmella can do anything Asuka stands up and stares Carmella face to face. Asuka says that she is here to be the WWE Women’s Champion and she has no time for Carmella and her games, and Carmella tells Asuka she is also here to be Women’s Champion before walking away.

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out by the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox and will see the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar team up with Dolph Ziggler to take on the reigning WWE Intercontinental Champion the Miz and Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank, Kane. Later on this month at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View the masked Kane will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Brock Lesnar inside a Hell in a Cell match as Kane looks to become the new WWE Universal Champion for the first time but tonight Kane will be looking to build momentum heading into his title opportunity by picking up the all-important victory over the Universal Champion Brock Lesnar in tag team action.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Devil’s Advocates (Raines & Devlin)

More tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as “The Bar”, take on the Devil’s Advocates pairing of Calvin Raines and Judas Devil in non-title action. Pre-Show: Kaitlyn versus Rosa Mendes

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Kaitlyn defeated Rosa Mendes in 18:06 by pinfall with an Atomic Wedgie Bomb. The former WWE Divas Champion Kaitlyn was visibly tiring towards the end of this pre-show Divas match that went the distance. Despite apparently having the inferior physical coniditoning to her opponent Rosa Mendes, however, Kaitlyn was able to pick up the all-important victory here after hitting the Latina Diva Rosa Mendes with her Atomic Wedge Bomb finishing maneuver.

Pre-Show: International Explosion (Nakajima and Zayn) vs. Resurrection (Matt Hardy & Luke Gallows)

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Resurrection defeated International Explosion in 17:50 when Matt Hardy defeated Fatsuhiko Nakajima by pinfall with a Twist of Fate. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler took up their positions at ringside prior to this tag team match beginning that saw the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows victorious after Hardy pinned Nakajima following the Twist of Fate.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rob Van Dam defeated Solomon Crowe in 18:16 by pinfall with a Five Star Frog Splash. Rob Van Dam seemed off his game tonight but was still able to get the win here.

Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Brock receives a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance as he enters the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Brock says that he is once again without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn tonight because he wants to get some things off of his chest. Brock says that for weeks now he has been attacked by the masked maniac known as Kane. Brock Lesnar says that Kane may be a Monster, and he may be in possession of Monday Night RAW’s Money in the Bank briefcase, but that Kane better not forget that Brock isn’t just a “Bad Ass”, he’s a Beast. Brock says that Kane has made a big mistake by announcing that he will cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase in a Hell in a Cell match at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a few weeks, as that means that Kane will be locked inside the world’s most dangerous structure with the most dominating cage fighter in history, Brock Lesnar. The WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar continues to thank the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox for making tonight’s tag team main event where Lesnar will team up with Dolph Ziggler to take on the team of Kane and the Intercontinental Champion The Miz, as Brock will have a chance to get retribution on Kane early tonight. The lights then go out in the arena and when they come back on Kane is in the ring and proceeds to knock Lesnar out with the Money in the Bank briefcase.

Divas Champ Alexa Bliss, Hamada & Jessie McKay vs. Raquel Diaz, Sexy Star & Cheerleader Melissa

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss, Ayako Hamada and Jessie McKay defeated Raquel Diaz, Sexy Star and Cheerleader Melissa in 7:20 when Alexa Bliss defeated Sexy Star by pinfall. Road Dogg once again accompanied his client and good friend Alexa Bliss to ringside for this six-Diva tag team match as the Divas Champion Alexa Bliss teamed up with Ayako Hamada and Jessie McKay to take on the team of Raquel Diaz, Sexy Star and Cheerleader Melissa. Road Dogg offered vocal support throughout the match which may have been what led to Alexa Bliss pinning Sexy Star to pick up the win for her team.

Following her victory the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss celebrates with Road Dogg in the ring whilst all of the other Divas head to the back, except for Raquel Diaz who attacks Alexa Bliss until Sasha Banks once again rushes to the ring to make the save.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Devil’s Advocates (Raines & Devlin)

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Bar defeated Devil's Advocates in 6:44 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Judas Devlin by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Antonio Cesaro was really off his game tonight which led to Sheamus doing most of the heavy lifting for the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions in this non-title match including Sheamus hitting Judas Devlin with the Brogue Kick before tagging in Cesaro to crawl into the cover to pick up the win for his team.

We cut backstage to find the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows in the office of the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox, and Matt Hardy tells Maddox that if Resurrection don’t win back the RAW Tag Team Championships from Sheamus and Cesaro at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View then they will call it a day as far as their team is concerned.

Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Champion Pete Dunne versus Mason Ryan

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Pete Dunne defeated Mason Ryan in 7:04 by submission. Unfortunately Pete Dunne and Mason Ryan don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout tonight.

Following the conclusion of the match Pete Dunne begins to assault Mason Ryan and is soon joined in the ring by Danny Burch, Troy McClain and Leo Kruger who also join in with the beat down until Tyler Bate, Brodus Clay and Batista rush to the ring to make the save. Tyler Bate picks up a microphone and announces that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a few weeks he will challenge Pete Dunne for the UK Championship.

In a match that had some good action but not much in the way of heat, Seth Rollins defeated Corey Graves in 9:40 by pinfall with a Phoenix Splash. The Monday Night RAW commentary team note that Seth Rollins has been promised new competition and will have an opponent at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View, to be announced next week on RAW.

We cut backstage to find the WWE Intercontinental Champion the Miz looking into a camera. The Miz says that he has brought relevance back to the Intercontinental Championship and tonight he is back where he belongs, in the main event of Monday Night RAW. The Miz says that Dolph Ziggler is undeserving at a shot at the Intercontinental Championship and will prove it tonight.

In a bout that had a good crowd and good action, Brock Lesnar and Dolph Ziggler defeated The Miz and Kane in 18:28 when Brock Lesnar defeated Kane by submission with a Kimura Lock. Kane was really off his game tonight which led to the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar forcing Kane to tap out to the Kimura Lock, winning the match for his team and building momentum heading into his title defence against Kane at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

Post-Show: Santino Marella versus Roman Reigns

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Roman Reigns defeated Santino Marella in 13:19 by pinfall with a Spear. The Monday Night RAW commentary team remained at ringside to watch this one.

The state of 205 Live was thrown up in the air earlier today when the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle sent out a tweet declaring that he will be taking some time off from his duties as General Manager. Hornswoggle then made a WWE Cruiserweight Championship match for tonight in his final act, announcing that Adrian Neville will put his WWE Cruiserweight Championship on the line against TJ Perkins. With Neville currently scheduled to defend his title in a Triple Threat match against both Rey Mysterio and Enzo Amore at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a few weeks, Hornswoggle said that if TJ Perkins is victorious tonight then he will instead go on to defend the title at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View against Enzo Amore and Rey Mysterio. Hornswoggle also announced that an interim General Manager will be revealed tonight as well. The Fan Favourite TJ Perkins has been given a huge opportunity tonight to win the Cruiserweight Championship for the very first time and will likely have the entire WWE Universe on his side as he looks to pick up the all-important victory against the Cocky Cruiserweight Champion Neville. The Englishman Adrian Neville became the first Cruiserweight Champion of the 205 Live era back in June when he defeated Rich Swann to win the title. The “Cheeky Monkey” who is always popular with the WWE Universe and former four-time Cruiserweight Champion Chris Jericho will take on Noam Dar for the first time ever tonight on 205 Live. Having years of experience competing on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown, “Y2J” Chris Jericho is obviously the favourite to win this one and continue his winning streak since coming to 205 Live back in August, a winning streak that includes two non-title victories over the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville.

Tajiri versus JTG

Another former WWE Cruiserweight Champion, the Martial Artist and “Japanese Buzzsaw” Tajiri will be in action tonight on 205 Live as he will take on the “Gangsta” himself, JTG. Although Tajiri is undoubtedly more experienced than JTG, both of these Superstars have years of experience competing in front of the WWE Universe on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown. Tajiri arguably needs the win the most here, as many have questioned whether he still has what it takes as of late, including the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle.</div>

Pre-Show: Chad Gable versus A.R. Fox

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Chad Gable defeated A.R. Fox in 18:01 by pinfall. Unfortunately this pre-show match was too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance not really caring for either Superstar despite Chad Gable in particular having had competed on 205 Live many times in the past few months, including main event matches including the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville. Nevertheless, Chad Gable was able to pick up the all-important victory here.

Pre-Show: Rich Swann versus Tommaso Ciampa

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tommaso Ciampa defeated Rich Swann in 18:04 by pinfall with a Project Ciampa. Unfortunately this match was also too long given who was involved with the WWE Universe in attendance not yet really knowing who Tommaso Ciampa is despite him having previously competed on 205 Live. This pre-show match goes the distance and Rich Swann, the Fan Favourite tries his best to get the WWE Universe in attendance behind him but ultimately it’s Tommaso Ciampa that leaves victorious in this one after hitting Rich Swann with his Project Ciampa finishing maneuver.

Tonight’s edition of 205 Live kicks off with the 205 Live commentary team of Scott Stanford, John “Bradshaw” Layfield and the former WWE Cruiserweight Champion Billy Kidman recapping the announcement from earlier today that the 205 Live General Manager Hornswoggle will be taking some time off and a new interim General Manager will be named. John “Bradshaw” Layfield then picks up a microphone and announces to the WWE Universe that he is the new 205 Live General Manager. JBL then puts down the microphone and sits back down at the broadcast table where his colleagues Scott Stanford and Billy Kidman seem surprised at the news. Ricardo Rodriguez then makes his way to the ring. Rodriguez takes a microphone from the ringside area and says that he would like to introduce his clients, the WWE Cruiserweight Champion Adrian Neville and the man chiseled from granite, Oliver Grey. The “British Ambition” pairing of the Cruiserweight Champion Neville and Oliver Grey then join Rodriguez in the ring and Neville is handed a microphone. Neville says that as the King of the Cruiserweights, he speaks for everyone when he says that he is glad to see the back of Hornswoggle as General Manager. Neville says that in Hornswoggle’s last act as General Manager he made a Cruiserweight Championship match for tonight as Neville will put his title on the line against TJ Perkins. The Cocky Cruiserweight Champion Neville says that he will dispose of TJ Perkins tonight before going on to the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in just a few weeks and defeating both Enzo Amore and the masked coward known as Rey Mysterio in their Triple Threat match to once again retain the WWE Cruiserweight Championship. The trio of Neville, Oliver Grey and Ricardo Rodriguez then leave the ring and head to the back together as 205 Live heads to its first commercial break of the evening.

Chris Jericho versus Noam Dar

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Chris Jericho defeated Noam Dar in 8:05 by submission with a Walls of Jericho. Unfortunately Chris Jericho and Noam Dar just don’t seem to click at all as opponents and it showed in their respective performances here. Ultimately Chris Jericho got the win after forcing Noam Dar to submit to the Walls of Jericho.

We cut backstage following a commercial break to find TJ Perkins preparing for tonight’s WWE Cruiserweight Championship main event when he is approached by Enzo Amore. The “Little Guido” from the Tri-State area Enzo Amore tells TJ Perkins that he has no chance of beating Adrian Neville to become the new WWE Cruiserweight Champion tonight, and that it will be Enzo Amore who will go on to take the title from Adrian Neville at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. Enzo Amore then walks away laughing with TJ Perkins left looking even more determined ahead of tonight’s main event.

Tajiri versus JTG

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Tajiri defeated JTG in 7:14 by pinfall with a Buzzsaw Kick. The 205 Live commentary team all agree that this was a necessary win for Tajiri tonight after a recent string of defeats for the “Japanese Buzzsaw” and Martial Artist Tajiri. The new 205 Live General Manager JBL notes on commentary that perhaps this could turn Tajiri’s momentum around and he could eventually see himself on a winning streak and getting into title contention.

Following a commercial break we cut backstage to find an argument going on between Buddy Murphy and Simon Gotch, who tells Buddy Murphy that he might be considered as just a “Sidekick” here on 205 Live but at least he doesn’t smell and is looked down at like a “Bum” just like Buddy Murphy. The Australian Buddy Murphy replies that it doesn’t matter what he looks or smells like, all he cares about is winning matches and eventually becoming Cruiserweight Champion. Buddy Murphy then walks away leaving Simon Gotch still dry-heaving at the smell.

We cut to another backstage area to find Chad Gable leaving the shower and packing his bags when he is approached by Chavo Guerrero who says it’s time to teach Chad Gable a lesson. Chavo then tries to attack Gable but Gable moves out of the way leaving Chavo running into the wall as Gable quickly takes his things and leaves.

TJ Perkins comes to the ring for tonight’s WWE Cruiserweight Championship main event match and is joined by Rich Swann. TJ asks JBL if he can have Rich Swann at ringside with him as Neville will likely have Ricardo Rodriguez and his “British Ambition” tag team partner Oliver Grey with him. However, JBL denies the request and Rich Swann is forced to head to the back as the WWE Universe boo the decision from the new 205 Live General Manager John “Bradshaw” Layfield.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Adrian Neville defeated TJ Perkins in 14:25 by pinfall with a 450° Splash. Adrian Neville makes defence number 4 of his WWE Cruiserweight title. Ricardo Rodriguez accompanied Neville to the ring as Neville retains his title again.

The following contests are confirmed to take place on tonight’s edition of WWE Friday Night SmackDown:

Non-Title: WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal versus R-Truth

The main event of tonight’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out from the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie and will see the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal take on R-Truth in non-title action. In just a few weeks at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Jinder Mahal will look to make the first successful defence of his WWE Championship when he defends the title against AJ Styles at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a Hell in a Cell match. Whilst claiming to still be a Rock Star, the Jinder Mahal of the past few months is much more aggressive than the one who the WWE Universe witnessed as a part of 3MB for the past few years and last week Jinder Mahal told the WWE Universe that he would bring prestige back to the WWE Championship after it being in the hands of Americans for too long. An all-important victory for R-Truth in tonight’s main event may well lead to Truth getting a future shot at the WWE Championship.

Last month at the Night of Champions Pay-Per-View Bobby Roode defeated the former United States Champion Kevin Owens, AJ Styles, Dolph Ziggler and Baron Corbin in a Fatal Five-Way match to become the new WWE United States Champion and continuing the winning streak he has been on since he first showed up in NXT back in July, and becoming the new US Champion in his first ever match on the main roster. Tonight Bobby Roode will put his US Championship on the line for the first time against the challenge of Xavier Woods.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu

The WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions Jimmy and Jey Uso will be in action tonight on SmackDown as they will take on Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu in non-title competition. We learnt last week on SmackDown that Jimmy and Jey will put their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships on the line against the former Champions Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month.

Ryback versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens

Kevin Owens, the holder of the Friday Night SmackDown Money in the Bank briefcase, will be in action tonight on SmackDown as he will take on the former WWE Intercontinental Champion Ryback.

Kofi Kingston versus Rene Dupree

Before he joins his tag team partner Big E Langston to challenge Jimmy and Jey Uso for the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month, Kofi Kingston will take on Rene Dupree tonight on Friday Night SmackDown.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi and Mickie James versus Paige and Maxine

Finally, Women’s division action tonight on Friday Night SmackDown will see the WWE Women’s Champion Naomi team up with the former multiple-time WWE Women’s Champion Mickie James to take on the team of Paige and Maxine. At the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a few weeks Naomi will put her WWE Women’s Championship on the line against Natalya and Rain in a Triple Threat match and just last week on SmackDown Naomi had a stare-down with Rain before leaving the ring which led to Natalya attacking Rain from behind. Naomi has impressed the WWE Universe since becoming Women’s Champion and embracing her Native American roots.

WWE Friday Night SmackDown! (Live from Mario Morales Coliseum (PR), 5,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: Summer Rae versus Portia Perez

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Summer Rae defeated Portia Perez in 17:48 by pinfall. Unfortunately a pretty vocal crowd didn’t seem particularly thrilled with seeing Summer Rae wrestle tonight. It would appear that large sections of the WWE Universe in attendance felt that Summer Rae is not yet ready for the main roster and that she should probably spend more time down in NXT before competing on Monday Night RAW or Friday Night SmackDown. Nevertheless, Summer Rae picks up the all-important victory here after pinning her opponent Portia Perez.

Pre-Show: Money Most Wanted (Ted DiBiase & Braden Walker) versus The Rhodes Dynasty

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Money Most Wanted defeated The Rhodes Dynasty in 17:41 when Ted DiBiase defeated Goldust by pinfall with a Dream Street. Stardust seemed off his game tonight in this pre-show tag team match which led to the Money Most Wanted pairing of Ted DiBiase and Braden Walker focusing their offence on Stardust for the majority of the match until Stardust was able to get the tag to Goldust only for Goldust to get pinned by Ted DiBiase following the Dream Street.

Pre-Show: John Cena versus Colin Cassady

In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, John Cena defeated Colin Cassady in 17:48 by submission with an STF. Unfortunately John Cena and Colin Cassady don’t seem to click as opponents and it made for an awkward bout here.

Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal making his way to the ring. Mahal receives a chorus of boos and jeers from the WWE Universe as he enters the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Jinder Mahal says that he may have had some comments taken out of context last week when he ran down the United States of America. Jinder Mahal says that he is still a “Rockstar” living a “Rockstar” lifestyle in the United States of America but that it isn’t the US he has a problem with, more the lazy American citizens that represent it. Jinder Mahal says that the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie has done him a favour tonight by giving him a non-title main event match against one of the worst Americans in history, and a complete stereotype of idiotic Americans in R-Truth. However, Jinder Mahal says that he finds it unfair that whilst Jinder will once again be in action in tonight’s main event, his challenger for the WWE Championship at Hell in a Cell AJ Styles is once again given the night off from in-ring competition. AJ Styles then comes to the ring and grabs the microphone from Mahal and tells him that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View they will both enter their first Hell in a Cell match and that AJ Styles will prove that he is the superior athlete and the superior man when he beats Jinder Mahal to become the new WWE Champion. Jinder Mahal then scowls at AJ before leaving the ring and heading to the back.

WWE Women’s Champion Naomi and Mickie James versus Paige and Maxine

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Naomi and Mickie James defeated Paige and Maxine in 6:31 when Naomi defeated Maxine by pinfall with Nightfalls. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team of Josh Mathews, Joey Styles and Matt Striker note that at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View later this month Naomi will put her Women’s Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Natalya and Rain.

Match Rating: D

Following her victory Naomi celebrates in front of the WWE Universe whilst the other competitors head to the back. Rain then comes to the ring and stares down Naomi until Natalya also joins them in the ring. Rain backs off and leaves the ring before Natalya slaps Naomi across the face, gesturing that she wants the Women’s Championship at Hell in a Cell before also heading to the back.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Bobby Roode defeated Xavier Woods in 10:48 by submission with a Fujiwara Armbar. Bobby Roode makes defence number 1 of his WWE United States title. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Xavier Woods put up a good fight tonight in what was Roode’s first successful title defence.

Match Rating: C-

Following his victory the US Champion Bobby Roode celebrates over a fallen Xavier Woods before heading to the back. Xavier Woods eventually gets to his feet to a decent ovation from the WWE Universe who applaud his efforts before Randy Orton rushes to the ring and drops Xavier Woods with an RKO.

Ryback versus Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kevin Owens

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kevin Owens defeated Ryback in 8:26 by pinfall with a Package Piledriver. Kevin Owens seemed off his game tonight but Friday Night SmackDown’s Mr. Money in the Bank was still able to get the win over Ryback.

Match Rating: C

Following his victory Kevin Owens celebrates in the ring with his Money in the Bank briefcase before the WWE World Heavyweight Champion Jinder Mahal comes to the entrance-way with a microphone and once again warns Kevin Owens not to cash in his briefcase against Jinder, saying that Owens should watch as Jinder beats R-Truth tonight and then goes on to beat AJ Styles at Hell in a Cell.

Rating: D+

We see Asuka backstage applying her mask when she is once again approached from behind by Carmella. Asuka turns around just in time and begins screaming at Carmella in Japanese but some English words can be heard, most notably “Hell in a Cell”. Carmella agrees to the apparent challenge and the two women will go one on one at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

Non-Title: WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions The Uso’s versus Trent Barreta and Yoshi Tatsu

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, The Uso's defeated Trent & Yoshi in 7:25 when Jimmy Uso defeated Yoshi Tatsu by pinfall with an Alley-Us. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that Jimmy and Jey Uso will go on to defend their WWE SmackDown Tag Team Championships against Big E Langston and Kofi Kingston at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

We cut backstage to find Big E Langston and Xavier Woods in the office of the Friday Night SmackDown General Manager Eva Marie. Big E says that after granting him and Kofi a shot at the Tag Team Championships, Eva Marie should also give Xavier Woods a chance to get revenge on Randy Orton following his attack earlier tonight. Kelly Kelly then walks into the room and both Big E and Xavier get distracted by Kelly which leaves a furious Eva Marie to order everyone to leave her office.

Kofi Kingston versus Rene Dupree

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Kofi Kingston defeated René Duprée in 7:05 by pinfall with a Trouble in Paradise. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that this was an impressive win for Kofi tonight as his partner Big E Langston was busy in the office of Eva Marie.

We cut backstage to find Braden Walker in discussion with his Money Most Wanted tag team partner Ted DiBiase. Braden Walker tells DiBiase that he’s not sure if their tag team is working and one more loss could be it for their tag team.

Braden Walker and Ted DiBiase remain backstage and both appear to feel a chill before Erick Rowan walks into the room. Erick Rowan announces that Money Most Wanted will not be able to go out on their own terms as he announces that they will face Rowan and Luke Harper at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

Braden Walker and Ted DiBiase look worried at the recent announcement before Luke Harper walks joins Rowan and announces that they will now be known as the Bludgeon Brothers. Harper says that he and Rowan will destroy Money Most Wanted at Hell in a Cell before going on to become the WWE SmackDown Tag Team Champions. The door then opens and Tamina walks in but after seeing the sight of the Bludgeon Brothers she quickly leaves again. Harper and Rowan then smile at a scared looking Walker and DiBiase as SmackDown heads to a commercial break.

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Jinder Mahal defeated R-Truth in 13:31 by pinfall with a Karachi Valley Driver. The Friday Night SmackDown commentary team note that the WWE World Heavyweight Champion looked aggressive here as he heads towards his Hell in a Cell match against AJ Styles.

The main event of tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW was announced earlier today via a tweet sent out by the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox and will see the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar take on Kassius Ohno in non-title action. This Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Brock Lesnar will put his WWE Universal Championship on the line in a Hell in a Cell match against the masked monster Kane, who will be cashing in his Money in the Bank briefcase. Last week on RAW the WWE Universe witnessed Brock Lesnar force Kane to tap out in the tag team main event as Brock Lesnar teamed with Dolph Ziggler to defeat Kane and the Miz. Brock Lesnar will be looking to pick up the all-important victory again tonight against Ohno to build momentum heading into his battle with Kane this Sunday.

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

The WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Sheamus and Antonio Cesaro, known to the WWE Universe as the Bar, will take on the team of Jack Swagger and Tensai in non-title action tonight on Monday Night RAW just six days before the Bar put their WWE RAW Tag Team Championships on the line against the former Champions, the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows, this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz versus Uncle Elgin

The WWE Intercontinental Champion the Miz will take on a Superstar making his Monday Night RAW debut tonight, Uncle Elgin, in non-title action. We last saw Elgin in action back in August with a loss to Bray Wyatt on Friday Night SmackDown.

Six-Diva tag team action tonight on Monday Night RAW will see the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss team up with Brie Bella and Evie to take on the team of Raquel Diaz, Rosa Mendes and Kharma. This Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Alexa Bliss will put her WWE Divas Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Raquel Diaz and Sasha Banks. In recent weeks Alexa Bliss has been attacked by Raquel Diaz on RAW only for Sasha Banks to make the save, and Alexa Bliss will have a chance to impress the WWE Universe as well as get revenge on Raquel Diaz when they are on opposing sides tonight.

WWE Monday Night RAW (Live from Mario Morales Coliseum (PR) 5,500 in Attendance)

Pre-Show: AJ Lee versus Cheerleader Melissa

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, AJ Lee defeated Cheerleader Melissa in 18:13 by pinfall with a Shining Wizard. Unfortunately this match needed to be a lot shorter given who was involved with the WWE Universe still not really caring about Cheerleader Melissa despite her having competed in matches on Monday Night RAW over the past year. Nevertheless, AJ Lee picks up the all-important victory in this pre-show match that goes the distance after hitting Cheerleader Melissa with the Shining Wizard.

Pre-Show: International Explosion (Zayn & Nakajima) vs. Resurrection (Matt Hardy & Luke Gallows)

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Resurrection defeated International Explosion in 18:05 when Matt Hardy defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall with a Twist of Fate. The Monday Night RAW commentary team of Michael Cole, Jim Ross and Jerry “The King” Lawler take up their position at ringside prior to this tag team match taking place that sees the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows victorious after Matt Hardy pins Sami Zayn following the Twist of Fate.

Match Rating: D+

Pre-Show: Alberto Del Rio versus Matt Morgan

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Alberto Del Rio defeated Matt Morgan in 18:25 by submission with a Cross Armbreaker. X-Pac accompanied his client Alberto Del Rio to ringside for this one and offered vocal support throughout the match which led to Del Rio getting the win.

Tonight’s edition of Monday Night RAW kicks off with the WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar making his way to the ring. Lesnar receives a great reception from the WWE Universe in attendance as he enters the ring and retrieves a microphone from the ringside area. Brock Lesnar says that he has come out without his in-ring mentor Billy Gunn tonight as he wants to address his challenger for the WWE Universal Championship this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View in a Hell in a Cell match, Kane, personally. Brock says that Kane may be a monster, he may be masked and might have attacked Brock for the past few weeks on RAW, but that when Brock Lesnar made Kane tap out in last week’s tag team main event he proved that Kane is making the biggest mistake of his career by choosing to cash in his Money in the Bank briefcase against Brock Lesnar this Sunday. Lesnar continues by saying that he advises Kane to watch tonight’s RAW main event when the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox has given Kassius Ohno the misfortune of facing Brock Lesnar in a non-title match. The lights then go out in the arena and when they come back on Kane is standing in the ring. Kane picks up Brock Lesnar suddenly and drops him with the Tombstone Piledriver before laughing as RAW heads to its first commercial break of the evening.

WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss, Evie and Brie Bella versus Raquel Diaz, Rosa Mendes and Kharma

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Alexa Bliss, Evie and Brie Bella defeated Raquel Diaz, Rosa Mendes and Kharma in 6:44 when Alexa Bliss defeated Rosa Mendes by pinfall. Road Dogg accompanied his client, the WWE Divas Champion Alexa Bliss, to ringside for this match. Road Dogg offered vocal support throughout this six-Diva tag team match which may have been what led to Alexa Bliss picking up the win for her team after she pinned Rosa Mendes. The WWE Universe in attendance seemed to enjoy seeing Road Dogg and Alexa Bliss once again wins as she heads towards her title defence this Sunday.

Match Rating: D-

After the match Alexa Bliss celebrates with her manager Road Dogg as the other Divas head to the back, except for Raquel Diaz who runs back into the ring and attacks Alexa Bliss before Sasha Banks rushes to the ring to make the save. This Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View Alexa Bliss will put her title on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Raquel Diaz and Sasha Banks.

Non-Title: WWE Intercontinental Champion The Miz versus Uncle Elgin

In a bout that had solid in-ring action and average heat, The Miz defeated Uncle Elgin in 7:24 by pinfall with a Skull Crushing Finale. The Monday Night RAW commentary team announce that this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View the Miz will put his Intercontinental Championship on the line against Dolph Ziggler.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage to see Dolph Ziggler celebrating the news that he will challenge the Miz for the Intercontinental Championship this Sunday by opening a bottle of champagne just as Sexy Star walks by, and Sexy Star gets covered in the champagne and looks angry but Ziggler continues to celebrate by walking off.

Rating: D-

Non-Title: WWE RAW Tag Team Champions The Bar versus Jack Swagger and Tensai

In a match that had some good action and average heat, The Bar defeated Swagger & Tensai in 8:08 when Antonio Cesaro defeated Jack Swagger by pinfall with a Brogue Kick. Robbie Brookside accompanied the WWE RAW Tag Team Champions Antonio Cesaro and Sheamus, known to the WWE Universe as the Bar, to the ring for this non-title match and saw the Bar victorious after Sheamus hit Swagger with the Brogue Kick before Cesaro crawled into the cover.

Match Rating: C

We cut backstage to find the Resurrection pairing of Matt Hardy and Luke Gallows in the office of the Monday Night RAW General Manager Brad Maddox, who tells them that if they fail to beat the Bar this Sunday to win back the WWE RAW Tag Team Championships, then they will be forced to disband as a team.

Zack Ryder versus Monday Night RAW’s Mr. Money in the Bank Kane

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Kane defeated Zack Ryder in 7:44 by pinfall with a Chokeslam. The Monday Night RAW commentary team note that Kane looked dominant tonight just six days before he challenges Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship inside Hell in a Cell.

Match Rating: D+

Mason Ryan makes his way to the ring but before he can say anything he is interrupted by Dean Ambrose, who enters the ring and announces that the Shield of Roman Reigns, William Regal and Dean Ambrose now have a new member of the family. Braun Strowman then joins Ambrose in the ring and Ambrose announces that he and Strowman will be teaming up using the name” Asylum” and are looking for a team to face this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View. Mason Ryan says that his tag team partner Batista isn’t here tonight but that he will be back this Sunday and Mason Ryan accepts the challenge on behalf of his team. Asylum then begin to attack Mason Ryan until Seth Rollins rushes to the ring to make the save. Asylum flee the ring and head to the back as Rollins picks up the microphone and says that he has been told that this opponent this Sunday will be Andrade “Cien” Almas. Rollins says that he will beat Almas this Sunday and then he’s looking for Championship gold.

Non-Title: WWE United Kingdom Pete Dunne versus Sugar Dunkerton

In an awful match that was completely devoid of heat, Pete Dunne defeated Sugar Dunkerton in 7:22 by submission. Unfortunately Pete Dunne was really off his game tonight but he was still able to get the win here.

Match Rating: E+

After the conclusion of the match Pete Dunne starts to attack Sugar Dunkerton and he is soon joined by Danny Burch, Troy McClain and Leo Kruger who join in on the attack until Tyler Bate, Fatsuhiko Nakajima and Sami Zayn rush to t eh ring to make the save. Pete Dunne and his cronies leave the ring as Pete Dunne is warned by Tyler Bate that Bate will beat Dunne to regain the UK Championship this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View.

Rating: F

Roman Reigns comes to the ring and says that he is pleased to have Dean Ambrose and Braun Strowman representing the Shield this Sunday at the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View but that Reigns would also like to have a match. The lights then go out in the arena and when they come back on Bray Wyatt is standing in the ring, and he says that the challenge is accepted and Reigns and Wyatt will go one on one this Sunday.

Non-Title: WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar versus Kassius Ohno

In a match that had some good action and average heat, Brock Lesnar defeated Kassius Ohno in 13:45 by submission with a Kimura Lock. The Monday Night RAW commentary team note that Brock looked great tonight as he heads towards his title defence against Kane inside Hell in a Cell this Sunday.

Match Rating: C+

Post-Show: Rob Van Dam versus Curt Hawkins

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Rob Van Dam defeated Curt Hawkins in 12:53 by pinfall with a Five Star Frog Splash. Rob Van Dam and Curt Hawkins have great chemistry as opponents and it showed in their performances and lifted the match. The Monday Night RAW commentary team stay at ringside to watch this one.

Post-Show: Santino Marella versus Kenny King

In a bout that had solid in-ring action but not much in the way of heat, Santino Marella defeated Kenny King in 12:35 by pinfall with The Cobra. The Monday Night RAW commentary team also stay at ringside to watch this one.

The following contests are confirmed to take place at tonight’s NXT Reckless Abandon:

The main event of tonight’s NXT Reckless Abandon special event will see the NXT Champion Curtis Axel put his NXT Championship on the line in a Triple Threat match against both Eric Young and Kyle O’Reilly. A former WWE World Heavyweight Champion with years of experience on both Monday Night RAW and Friday Night SmackDown and known to the NXT Universe as “Generation Next” due to being a third-generation Superstar, the son of the late great “Mr. Perfect” Curt Hennig, Curtis Axel became the NXT Champion back in April at NXT Falling Apart when he defeated the former Champion Justin Gabriel. Since then Axel has gone on to make four successful title defences, including two victories over Ezekiel Jackson as well as victories over Bray Wyatt and, most recently Drew McIntyre back in August. Curtis Axel’s opponents tonight are both making their debut competing inside the NXT Arena after having recently been signed by the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette, and both Eric Young and Kyle O’Reilly will likely be doing all they can to pick up the all-important victory and leave as the new NXT Champion.

It was announced earlier today on Twitter by the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette that due to the ever-increasing popularity of NXT and signing talent from Canada such as Eric Young and Kyle O’Reilly, that the growth of NXT as a brand has expanded much further than just the NXT Arena, and for that reason the NXT Arena Championship has been renamed the NXT North American Championship. NXT is now a global brand and NXT UK has recently began over in the United Kingdom, the results of the first few shows will also be announced tonight. Ezekiel Jackson will put his NXT North American Championship on the line tonight in a Fatal Four-Way match against Aiden English, Wesley Blake and Dustin Rayz.

Johnny Gargano, Alesteir Black & Scott Dawson vs. Drew McIntyre, Alexander Rusev & Sunny Dhinsa

A huge six-man tag team match tonight at NXT Reckless Abandon will see Johnny Gargano team up with the debuting Alesteir Black and the hard-hitting “No Gimmick Needed” Scott Dawson to take on the trio of Drew McIntyre, Alexander Rusev and Sunny Dhinsa. All six of these competitors will be looking to do all they can to impress the NXT Universe inside what is sure to be a sold out NXT Arena as well as the NXT General Manager Jim Cornette. Making his debut tonight is Alesteir Black, a Dutch athlete who claims to be an “Alien Invader” and is planning on coming to NXT to take it for his own and make everyone else “fade to black”.

Sin Cara versus Evan Bourne

The high-flying “Every-Man” who seems to believe he is one of the people, Evan Bourne, will also make his NXT debut tonight as he will take on the masked “Gangsta” of NXT Sin Cara. We last saw Evan Bourne on Monday Night RAW back in August when he was defeated by Kane and Bourne will be looking to rebuild his career on NXT.

Steven Walters versus Adam Pearce

Coming off of a Triple Threat victory against Leavine and Wesley Blake last month at NXT Instant Classic II, Steven Walters will return to action tonight against the first ever NXT Arena Champion Adam Pearce.

Boone Sparrow versus Samuel Stewart

Two recent graduates of the WWE Performance Center will go head to head tonight as Boone Sparrow, a Big Heavyweight from North Carolina, will take on Samuel Stewart, who is making his NXT debut tonight.

Athena versus Audrey Marie

On a night of debuts, a woman who is sure to be a Fan Favourite of the NXT Universe, Athena, will make her NXT Arena debut tonight as she will take on Audrey Marie. The Country Girl Audrey Marie will likely be the most confident heading into this one having spent the past few years competing in front of the WWE Universe on Monday Night RAW.
