Just downloaded the blue skin and I LOVE it!! Great work here, Ice!

One personal thing though, I really liked my last number package because they provided a king's crown to show where each wrestler is 'excellent' (before you were able to unlock their actual skill level). Would it be possible to have an icon for the 'excellent' icon that sets it apart? Makes it really easy to see?

Total personal thing though so it's not imperative.

Great work!

No problem. I don't use Fog of War, so I didn't put much thought into those graphics. Pretty much just stuck to the default design.

I changed the symbol from the three checks to a crown and increased the brightness. It should stand out now.

http://i.cubeupload.com/kdmXVv.jpg

I'm actually going to use that as the default in future updates, but I'll leave the original in there as an alternate.

Another few fixes here. They go in the Backgrounds folder.

The first is 'user.jpg'. The frame for the user image was off a little bit.

Blue: [Link]

Red: [Link]

Secondly, I accidentally put a vertical line through the '[X] meet/don't meet the minimum requirements of this network' box on 'media_networks.jpg'.

Blue: [Link]

Red: [Link]

And finally, I had to edit 'fed_belts.jpg' again. The game places the belt pictures a pixel or two lower than it's (seemingly) supposed to on that screen. I couldn't lower the horizontal line on the table because of the fighter picture, so I just filled the first box white. It still looks kind of weird in my opinion, but it's easy enough to overlook.

Blue: [Link]

Red: [Link]

Updating the files now. Keep an eye out for more mistakes. Not only did I make plenty of my own, but there are at least a few cases where there were problems with the default skin that weren't really obvious (just stuff that's a pixel or two off in one direction or another), but when you use a 1px border instead of the standard 2px yellow one, those things become very obvious. With a lot of screens I just worked on top of the default backgrounds without testing in-game, so I didn't catch that stuff.

No disrespect intended, of course. I know that most of the mistakes in this skin are 100% my fault, and most of those are much worse than anything in the default (I'm still cringing over that 'close angle' thing), so I'm in no place to judge. <img alt=":p" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/tongue.png.ceb643b2956793497cef30b0e944be28.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

That's another box that was a pixel off, though I'm not sure if it was like that in the default skin or if I just messed up. Anyway, I'm updating the files now.

Blue: [Link]

Red: [Link]

Replace gimmicks.jpg in the Backgrounds folders.

Are you talking about the image dimensions, or the actual resolution (pixels per inch)? I was worried about the latter, because some of the default backgrounds had weird resolution settings, and in several cases I just set them to 72 like the rest. I didn't notice any problems in-game, but I was still worried that the decision might come back to haunt me. It would take me a while to fix that.

Can you point out the specific backgrounds that aren't right, or are there too many?

With you guys helping like this, I'm confident that I'll get everything working and looking right eventually.

FYI, I'm going to start working on some alternate title screens soon. I'd like to include a few with real world wrestlers from different eras and scenes, but I'm really only familiar with late-'90s WCW and WWF. Those of you who are into old school wrasslin', the modern WWE/TNA stuff or the Japanese scene, feel free to send me a list of prominent (not just personal favorite) wrestlers that could be included. It's not necessary, since I can otherwise just look them up and do my best, but it would be helpful nonetheless.

If you ever get the bug to do it, a Brothers in Paint(Vampiro and Sting) skin would be pretty boss :p

For modern, I'd probably use:

WWE:

Daniel Bryan

CM Punk

Cena

The Shield

AJ Lee

Natalya

TNA

AJ Styles

Bobby Roode

Bully Ray

Jeff Hardy

or one that is just a shot of Brooke Tessmacher's wonderful behind :p

I have just download your both skins and they are great.

But I notice 2 little bugs(?) with the red one.

1- in show_report_dirt.jpg file, the words "Dirt Sheet" are not there.

2- on the same file, the box color are lightly brighter than the ones on show_report.jpg (it's better to look them one after the other to see the difference).

I look the blue version and these two things are ok.

Thanks, guys. The appreciation is appreciated. <img alt=":D" data-src="//content.invisioncic.com/g322608/emoticons/biggrin.png.929299b4c121f473b0026f3d6e74d189.png" src="<___base_url___>/applications/core/interface/js/spacer.png" />

By the way, I haven't even started on those real world title screens. They won't take much time though, and now that I'm 'feeling it', I'm confident that some will be done soon enough.

Here's the list of screens I have planned:

WWE - '80s / Early '90s / Late '90s / '00s / Modern

WCW - Early '90s / Late '90s

TNA - Modern

ECW - Late '90s

NJPW - Modern

I could use some help with all of these other than the late '90s WWE, WCW and ECW. All I need is a short list of prominent workers to represent each era. Jaysin was already kind enough to help me with today's WWE and TNA, but if anyone has differing opinions, I'm still open to suggestions.

I'd like to make a few NJPW screens for historical games, but for those I think I'd really need some help. It's easy enough to figure out what's going on right now, but I imagine I'll have more trouble trying to capture specific eras from the past. Other Japanese promotions like AJPW and Noah also seem worth attempting, but without some tips it could be a while before I feel up to it. I really know nothing about their rosters, past or current.

Basically, I'd like to cover as many of the major promotions and eras as possible, but the ones I listed are the only ones I think I can figure out without any help. If you know about WWE in the '70s, past eras of puro wrestling, or whatever, just give me a short list (5-10 workers) and I'll do my best to cover that too.

For WWE I listed the '80s and '00s, but if anyone can help me, I'd prefer to do two for each like I'm doing for the '90s.

How about for the 80s, you can have screens that cover the Rock 'N' Wrestling Era from 84-86, then the other one can cover the Golden Age from 87-89. As for the '00s(or the Oughts as some people like to call them, lol), how about screens spanning the Ruthless Aggression Era from 2002-2006, then the other would cover the PG Era, 2007-Current Day.

As for workers to represent them: 84-86 can be represented by Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Paul Orndorff, Andre the Giant, Iron Sheik, Nikolai Volkoff, Big John Studd, etc. 87-89 could be represented by Hogan, Andre, Ted DiBiase, Randy Savage, the Ultimate Warrior, the Hart Foundation, Demolition, etc.

2002-2006 could be represented by Triple H, Brock Lesnar, Eddie Guerrero, Rob Van Dam, Big Show, Kurt Angle, Randy Orton(Evolution and/or Cocky Youth versions) Undertaker(Big Evil version), John Cena(Thuganomics version), etc. 2007-Now could be represented by John Cena(PG Era version), Edge, CM Punk, Rey Mysterio, the Miz, Triple H, Batista, JBL, Finlay, Daniel Bryan, Randy Orton, etc.

Perfect! Thank you, that's going to help me out a lot.

Here's the Rock 'N' Wrestling screen:

[Red Version]

Had trouble finding pictures that I could use for this (though it's likely that I just missed some), but hopefully that won't be as much of a problem with the later eras.
